Location: Remote Spain, Spain Workplace: remote WELCOME TO OLX We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible. We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust. Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors. Join OLX and see how far you can go. The Opportunity OLX is looking for a Principal Product Manager to drive high-impact, zero-to-one initiatives across our Real Estate business (otodom.pl, imovirtual.com and storia.ro). This is a builder role focused on creating new value - not a people-management role. It's well-suited for someone who thrives on building new things, moving fast, and navigating a complex organisation to turn ideas into impact. You'll lead 2–3 special initiatives in parallel, each scoped over 6–24 months. These could range from developing AI-driven capabilities and new monetisation models to building new product features that drive growth. We're hiring for mindset, not a fixed checklist. You'll join the product leadership team and contribute to strategic direction across the area. The focus is on building, pushing, and delivering new value, complementing a team that excels at running and optimising the core business. This role reports to the Director of Product and can be based in Spain, Portugal or Poland. Remote work is possible within these countries. What You'll Do Lead zero-to-one initiatives from concept to market validation to scaled delivery - own the vision, strategy, and execution. Build with AI as a daily lever - prototypes, agent-augmented workflows, AI-powered discovery and experimentation. Run lean experiments to prove product-market fit fast, with minimal bureaucracy. Present and defend your concepts to senior stakeholders - building alignment through evidence and conviction. Navigate a matrixed organisation: identify opportunities to move quickly, build coalitions, and drive progress without waiting for perfect alignment. Own the business case: connect product decisions to revenue and margin impact. Raise the bar for product craft across the team - set the standard through your work, share methods and examples, and act as a role model for what high-quality product thinking looks like in practice. What We're Looking For 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of building and launching new products from zero to one - not just optimising what exists. AI native - you build with AI in your personal and professional life. Entrepreneurial DNA - uncomfortable with "business as usual," driven to create new value. Fast and execution-driven - moves at pace, ships quickly, and creates momentum rather than waiting for perfect conditions. High product craft - rigorous discovery, lean experimentation, strong narratives, data-driven decision-making. Strong executive presence - able to defend a concept to senior directors and build alignment. Business and financial acumen - unit economics, P&L thinking, ROI-informed decisions. Ability to drive multiple initiatives in parallel with minimal oversight. Marketplace or two-sided marketplace experience is a plus. Comfort working in cross-functional, multicultural teams across multiple markets. Willingness to travel approximately every two months. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us! OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles. For more details on how your application data will be processed please check our Privacy Statement.

Location: Americas; APAC; EMEA Workplace: Remote RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile. We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue. We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading. THE ROLE As Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition, you'll explore an important extension of how RevenueCat helps developers grow: helping them not just monetize the users they have, but acquire more of the right users in the first place. RevenueCat already has several footholds in user acquisition, including our Apple Ads integration and integrations across the attribution and MMP ecosystem. But we're still early in defining what a broader RevenueCat user acquisition product should become. You'll be the first dedicated product hire focused on this space, reporting directly to our product lead for Ads, with significant latitude to shape both the strategy and the products we build. This is a genuine zero-to-one role. You won't inherit a predetermined roadmap. Your job will be to deeply understand how app developers acquire users today, identify where RevenueCat has an opportunity to solve problems meaningfully better, and turn those insights into products we can test, ship, and scale. You'll bring real expertise in mobile performance marketing and user acquisition to that process. The opportunity could eventually span attribution and measurement, products built on top of existing acquisition channels, new ways to optimize spend using downstream monetization data, partnerships, advertising infrastructure, or things we haven't considered yet. We have hypotheses, but we're hiring you in part because we want your perspective on which ones are worth pursuing. RevenueCat has some unusual advantages to build from: relationships with a large ecosystem of app developers, deep visibility into subscription and monetization outcomes, infrastructure already embedded in apps, and a growing advertising business. The challenge is figuring out how those assets can translate into something uniquely valuable for developers trying to grow. ABOUT YOU: - You have 5+ years of experience owning meaningful product or growth decisions end-to-end. Your title may have been Product Manager, founder, growth leader, or something else — what's important is that you've been accountable for deciding what to build and whether it worked. - You have deep, hands-on experience with mobile user acquisition—either directly managing and optimizing acquisition for mobile apps, or building products and infrastructure used by mobile acquisition teams. You understand how app developers actually acquire users, measure performance, and make decisions about where to spend their next dollar. - You understand the modern mobile acquisition stack, including MMPs and attribution, Apple Ads, Meta and Google advertising products, conversion APIs, and related measurement infrastructure. - You can reason clearly about attribution, performance-marketing economics, and privacy. You understand concepts such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, optimization signals, ATT, SKAdNetwork/AdAttributionKit, consent management, and how downstream behavior should influence acquisition decisions. - You thrive in zero-to-one environments. You can take a large, ambiguous opportunity, identify the most important unanswered questions, narrow it into product bets, and find pragmatic ways to test those bets before making large investments. - You are sufficiently technical to work closely with engineering on integrations, APIs, SDKs, data flows, identity, attribution, and other technical product decisions. - You communicate clearly across different audiences and media, particularly in writing. IN THE FIRST MONTH, YOU'LL: - Spend significant time with developers understanding how they acquire users today, how they evaluate acquisition performance, and where the process is painful, expensive, fragmented, or opaque. - Build a deep understanding of RevenueCat's existing acquisition-related products, integrations, data, customer research, and technical capabilities. - Build strong working relationships with engineering, design, data, go-to-market, and other product teams whose work intersects with user acquisition. - Develop a clear picture of the acquisition ecosystem, the problems RevenueCat is particularly well positioned to solve, and the biggest assumptions we still need to test. - Begin forming your own point of view on where RevenueCat could create differentiated value in user acquisition. WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have narrowed the broad user acquisition opportunity into a small number of concrete product hypotheses, grounded in customer research, market understanding, and RevenueCat's unique advantages. - Have a clear recommendation for where we should focus first — and why. - Begin validating that direction through prototypes, design partners, technical exploration, lightweight product experiments, or an initial shippable bet. - Establish a learning agenda that makes the biggest risks and unanswered questions explicit, and gives us a fast path to increasing or decreasing our conviction. - Align senior stakeholders around what we're testing, what we're not pursuing yet, and what evidence would cause us to change direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have shipped our first substantive user acquisition product bet, or generated enough evidence to decisively change or stop it before making a larger investment. - Have real evidence from the market about where RevenueCat can — and cannot — create differentiated value. - Be independently driving product discovery, prioritization, and execution for the user acquisition area. - Have developed an evidence-backed point of view on the most promising opportunities in the space and what capabilities RevenueCat would need to pursue them. - Have turned a broad strategic opportunity into an increasingly focused product direction. WITHIN THE FIRST 12 MONTHS, YOU'LL: - Have established a clear strategic direction for RevenueCat in user acquisition, supported by customer behavior and product evidence rather than thesis alone. - Have shipped meaningful products or experiments that either created measurable value for developers or materially changed our understanding of the opportunity—including changing or killing bets when the evidence didn’t support them. - Have a credible longer-term roadmap for turning the strongest early signals into a meaningful RevenueCat product area. - Be the primary IC product owner for User Acquisition and the internal domain expert on how app developers acquire, measure, and optimize users. - Have helped define how RevenueCat's monetization data, developer footprint, and advertising capabilities can work together to create a differentiated position in app growth. WHAT WE OFFER: - Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator - 10-year window to exercise vested equity options - A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility - 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually - Paid desk at a co-working space - Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend INTERVIEWING AT REVENUECAT Our interview process is rigorous on purpose. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. HOW WE'RE USING AI TODAY Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers. OUR PRODUCT PHILOSOPHY Our philosophy on Product consists of five core pillars: - Focus and Execution — can you ship quickly and measure results? - Customer Empathy — are you motivated first and foremost to solve customer problems? - Effective Communication — can you bring the entire organization — horizontally and vertically — along on the journey? - Go To Market — can you understand and drive the business outcomes through product decisions? - Technology — articulating how our technology beats our competitors. Product Managers play a highly visible role in the company and are critical to the development and execution of our product strategy. As PMs, we are responsible for setting and championing the high bar for our products. You must excel at prioritization, collaboration, and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results. You'll work with other PMs to understand customer problems and define requirements so your engineering counterparts can create great solutions, and you'll take a holistic view of customer needs that cross buyers, users, and administrators. You will work with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure the quality, security, and usability of the service. What we're looking for: - 5+ years of product management experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success, in B2B or enterprise software - A track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the features or products you owned - Experience building for administrator or IT personas — workflows, dashboards, APIs, or enterprise governance capabilities - Strong experience with API first product design, API development, and API management workflows, with the technical depth to engage directly with system architecture and developer documentation - An action-bias that won't wait to create change - Obsession with internal and external customer problems, and the ability to represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team - Strong presentation and leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scale from technical to non-technical audiences - Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems, and remove roadblocks - Ability to prioritize tasks and use data — both qualitative and quantitative — to drive decision-making - Strong background and experience in cybersecurity is needed. - Experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly sales, support, and customer success What you can expect: - Working with a passionate, highly motivated Product team that is invested in your success and the success of your initiatives - A dynamic, highly collaborative environment - Empowerment to contribute to, and help drive, overall product strategy and the relative priority of the features you own on the roadmap - Being a part of the team that drives the success of 1Password, our products, and business to the next level - Having fun working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a team that prioritizes close collaboration over rigid processes, while continuously embracing an entrepreneurial culture USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $144,000 USD and $202,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $133,000 CAD and $186,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law. 1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. This is a Director-level individual contributor role, designed for an experienced leader who drives strategic impact through deep expertise, cross-functional influence, and ownership of key initiatives rather than direct people management. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, the Director of Product, AI Growth grows 1Password's new business in artificial intelligence. In this role, you own driving growth for our AI opportunities by identifying which customers we target, which outcomes we win on, and proving it with design customers. You scale growth through our go-to-market organization and through partnerships with the agent ecosystem and channel partners. How we’re using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including experience carrying a revenue or adoption target, with a preference for experience in security products, agentic products, or developer tools. - Experience owning the strategy for a new product area or market entry, and taking it from hypothesis to customers running in production. - Experience working directly with enterprise customers on a technical deployment, as the person accountable for the outcome, and turning what those deployments proved into a repeatable motion a sales team can run. - Experience building technology partnerships and integrations, including judging where a product should sit in a larger technology ecosystem and working with business development on commercial terms. - Technical depth to hold a credible conversation with developers and security architects about how AI agents are built, deployed, and given access to systems. - Demonstrated ability to build alignment across go-to-market and engineering teams toward a shared goal, without direct authority over either. - Demonstrated ability to make decisions and move work forward with incomplete information in a fast-changing market. - Takes ownership end to end, including the work that falls between teams. - Works AI-first: uses agents in daily work, and applies their own judgement to decisions, product taste, and customer and internal relationships. - Preferred: familiarity with agentic access products, meaning the products that give AI agents credentials and access to the systems they work in. What you can expect: GROWTH STRATEGY - Own the growth thesis for 1Password's AI opportunities, covering the customer segments we target, the outcomes we deliver that we win on, and the workflows we get embedded into. Revise it as evidence arrives from customers, partners, and the market. - Form and test hypotheses using customer feedback, product usage data, partner input, and market research gathered with the go-to-market, product, user experience, and product marketing teams. - Lead a weekly business review that brings the voice of the customer, field feedback, and product usage telemetry into one view, so the team can refine targets, forecast the roadmap's impact on growth, and prioritize the blockers that hold adoption back. - Identify what stops customers from adopting, and drive each blocker to a resolution with the product team that owns it. DESIGN CUSTOMER PROGRAM - Run the design customer program for new artificial intelligence opportunities, from selecting customers through to delivered outcomes. - Act as the general contractor for each design customer: the single person accountable for getting that customer deployed on 1Password for their agentic access, and for delivering the security and convenience outcomes they came for. Coordinate every team the deployment touches, and build what it requires together with a forward deployed engineering team. - Bring in solutions engineering, customer success, and product managers to help each customer reach their goal, and run feature betas with the product managers who own those features. - Turn what the program proves into the repeatable signal the company needs to scale, meaning the customer evidence, the deployment pattern, and the measured outcomes that the go-to-market and channel teams build sales plays on. - Improve the program each cycle so it reaches more design customers, raises delivery success rates and customer satisfaction, and shortens the time it takes the company to commercialize a new product. PARTNERSHIPS - Decide where 1Password should play in the customer's artificial intelligence stack to deliver the most customer value in securing agent access. Agent access can be controlled at several points in that stack, so weigh those points and choose the ones that solve the most of the customer's problem, rather than the ones we fit into most easily. Base the call on how customers run AI today and on how the industry is evolving. - Identify and pursue the partnerships that let us play at those points and that complete an end-to-end customer outcome, meaning the outcome a customer cannot reach with 1Password alone. - Work with partners to deliver integrations, and find the patterns that let us repeat an integration across similar partners instead of building each one from scratch. - Work with the business development team to structure commercial relationships that grow both companies' business and deliver value to shared customers. SCALE THROUGH THE FIELD AND THE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY - Work with product enablement to build demos and enablement content that the field and our channel partners can use without your involvement. - Work with developer relations to grow adoption organically among developers, through reference architectures, sample code, and open source contributions. TRAVEL - Travel to design customer sites, partner meetings, and industry events approximately 10 to 20% of a given year. USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $238,000 USD and $357,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $208,000 CAD and $312,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Location: Berlin Office; Bosnia; Romania; Norway; Estonia; Latvia; Slovenia; Italy; Netherlands; Hungary; Portugal; France; Poland; Serbia; Germany; Austria; Finland; Albania; Lithuania; Slovakia; Ireland; Bulgaria; Denmark; Belgium; Czech Republic; United Kingdom; Croatia; Spain; Greece Workplace: Remote The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve: - Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders - Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects - Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register. We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. Your main goal will be to make it simple and reliable for customers to buy, pay for, and grow their use of n8n. You'll own the foundations of how n8n's commercial system works: licensing and entitlements, customer accounts, and the metering and billing platform for both Cloud and Enterprise. Today these live across several teams and two billing stacks; you'll bring them into one stable home that the rest of the company builds on. This is a foundations role. You build the system that pricing and packaging decisions run on, rather than running price experiments yourself. To do so, here are your core responsibilities: OWN THE LICENSING & BILLING STRATEGY & ROADMAP - Define and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Licensing & Billing in partnership with Engineering, Product leadership, Finance, and go-to-market. - Prioritize foundational investments based on revenue integrity, enterprise needs, data correctness, and engineering effort, and make trade-offs explicit. - Lead discovery with enterprise customers, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps to understand how n8n is bought, renewed, and grown today, and where that breaks. LICENSING, ENTITLEMENTS & ACCOUNTS - Own the license server and entitlement model: issuance, renewal, and validation across Cloud, self-hosted, air-gapped, and OEM deployments, with one source of truth for which plan or deal grants which features. - Introduce "account" as a first-class product primitive (accounts, purchases, license keys, activations) and expose it as the API contract our customer-facing console and multi-instance management are built on. - Productize the deal-to-entitlement flow so a closed deal in Salesforce creates or updates entitlements without manual steps. METERING & BILLING PLATFORM - Own usage metering and billing for Cloud and Enterprise, including subscription billing: what counts as a billable execution, quota consumption, and overage charging. - Lead the migration off Paddle Classic and unify Cloud and Enterprise billing into one platform. - Build the mechanics for usage-based enterprise billing and reliable overage charging. CROSS-ORG ALIGNMENT - Make the architecture and mechanism decisions (entitlement model, billing platform, enterprise invoicing path) and align closely with Finance and go-to-market on each of them. Every decision here touches money; you bring people along rather than inform them afterwards. - Hold clear boundaries with adjacent teams: the customer console, execution limits, and access control live elsewhere; you own the data and mechanics they rely on. - Establish clear success measures and keep the squad accountable for outcomes, not only delivery. REQUIREMENTS Must-haves - Billing or licensing product experience: You have 6+ years in Product, with a substantial part spent owning a billing, licensing, entitlement, or quote-to-cash system at a B2B SaaS company. - Shipped through Finance and RevOps: You've driven a cross-functional systems change where Finance, Sales Ops, and Engineering all had a say, and you got it live. - Systems and data-model depth: You can design or critique an entity model, reason about reconciliation and idempotency in a sync, read an API contract, and explain why two systems reading the same events end up with different numbers. - Attention to detail: You know that if the billing data is wrong, everything built on it inherits the error, and you sequence work accordingly. - Prioritization under ambiguity: You make trade-offs explicit and connect foundational or data-quality work to commercial outcomes. - Ownership and autonomy: You grab problems without being asked, fix what you see broken, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction. - Exceptional communication: You're equally at home with engineers, the Finance team, and Sales, and you can make billing trade-offs legible to all of them. - Enterprise reality: You understand what self-hosted, air-gapped, and OEM deployments mean for licensing and metering. Nice-to-haves - Usage-based billing: You've owned usage-based or hybrid (subscription plus usage) billing. - Vendor billing stacks: You've worked hands-on with Paddle, Stripe, Chargebee, Zuora or similar, and know where they break at enterprise contract volume. - Migration experience: You've run a billing-provider migration. - Hands-on ability: You can read code, query data, or prototype, even if you're not shipping it. - CRM integration: You've worked on Salesforce or CRM-to-billing integrations. - Domain familiarity: You know workflow automation, agent orchestration, or open-source / developer-community products. - Writing culture: You default to writing things down to create clarity and alignment. Why join us? At n8n, you'll be in the middle of the AI revolution. The shift from deterministic automation to agent autonomy is a genuinely open design space, and n8n has a credible claim to owning it. Every plan we sell, every enterprise contract, and every agent run that gets metered and billed runs on the foundation you own: licensing, entitlements, accounts, and the billing platform across Cloud and Enterprise. Your work directly shapes how n8n makes money and how easily customers can buy, grow, and trust what they pay for, from self-serve Cloud to air-gapped and OEM deployments. You'll join one of Europe's fastest growing startups at the sweet spot: small enough to have real impact and be empowered, big enough that your work already reaches massive scale and serious enterprise customers. You'll work with experienced engineers, Finance, and go-to-market on problems where the details are the product, in an AI-native, empowered culture of humble, kind, yet driven and direct people, where you're hired to think, not just to execute. And with our fair-code model, a passionate open-source community gives you a direct feedback loop on everything you ship. Sound like a challenge you're excited to take on? Apply now, and help us build the commercial foundation of the future of reliable AI automation. n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work. Our company language is English. You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too!
