This role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements. Требования: — Опыт управления продуктом 5+ лет, желательно в финтехе или платежах. — Опыт работы в продуктовой команде в мексиканской платежной экосистеме. — Опыт основания или ранней работы в стартапе, создание продуктов или бизнеса с нуля, предпринимательский склад ума, высокая ответственность и комфорт работы в условиях неопределенности. — Сильная техническая база и страсть к разработке ПО: хакерский склад ума, умение прототипировать или кодить MVP самостоятельно, эффективное сотрудничество с инженерами. — Ориентация на данные: умение извлекать, анализировать и визуализировать данные, создавать дашборды для команды. — Отличная продуктовая интуиция: умение переводить неоднозначные проблемы в конкретные решения и выявлять реальные боли клиентов. — Глубокое любопытство и стремление к обучению. — Доказанные навыки исполнения: использование данных и инсайтов для приоритизации, выпуска и измерения влияния. — Ориентация на клиента: умение точно формулировать их потребности и создавать приятный опыт, решающий реальные проблемы. — Сильные навыки управления заинтересованными сторонами: ясная коммуникация, балансировка приоритетов, поддержка команд продаж и клиентов. — Опыт руководства командами: умение вдохновлять людей, развивать ответственность и обеспечивать подотчетность. — Уверенное использование AI-инструментов (например, чатботов, копилотов или ассистентов для повышения продуктивности).
