Role Type: Full-time
Engagement: Independent Contractor
About the company
Our client is a dynamic technology consultancy and systems integrator specializing in scalable digital transformation and cloud-based infrastructure. They partner with mid-market and enterprise organizations to streamline complex business processes through expert automation, CRM optimization, and custom software architecture. Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist who is a "builder" at heart. This team works with elite B2B SaaS founders and executives, turning high-level insights into a scalable content engine. You won't just be taking orders; you will own the pipeline that translates raw founder expertise into polished, high-impact social and digital content. If you are a creative strategist who is also obsessed with workflow automation and operational discipline, this is your opportunity to build a greenfield marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Content Extraction & Creation: Review founder calls and raw transcripts to extract "gold nuggets" and transform them into short-form blogs, LinkedIn posts, image teasers, and short-form video scripts.
Workflow Management: Set up and maintain the operational tools (Slack, FeedHive, Castmagic) to ensure every piece of content is reviewed, approved, and scheduled seamlessly.
Founder Liaison: Act as the primary operational point of contact for founders to gather approvals and feedback, maintaining a professional and friendly communication style.

LinkedIn Automation: Oversee and optimize existing LinkedIn outreach and posting automation to ensure maximum brand visibility.
Email & Growth Ops: Manage the email marketing pipeline, including list curation, template management (ideally within GoHighLevel), and triggering outbound sequences.
Ad Management (Bonus): Assist with the setup and monitoring of basic ad spend to amplify top-performing content.
Requirements
GoHighLevel Mastery: Experience building out email funnels and CRM workflows within GHL.
Senior-level Experience: A proven track record of setting up and running marketing/social content pipelines for B2B SaaS or professional services.
Pragmatic Copywriting: Ability to use AI tools for efficiency while maintaining high-quality "human" oversight and a professional tone.
Operational Excellence: 110% diligence and attention to detail; you are someone who creates processes rather than just following them.
Technical Proficiency: Must be highly proficient in Salesforce and Slack.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills with a "friendly professional" demeanor for founder-facing interactions.
Strategic POV: Ability to look at raw content and instinctively know what will perform best on social platforms.
Nice-to-Haves
Tool Stack Knowledge:
Experience with FeedHive, Castmagic, and Apollo.
Performance Marketing:
Experience with paid social ads and A/B testing.
Creative Skills:
Basic video editing or design skills to support content teasers.
Growth Mindset:
Interest in connecting marketing efforts to direct revenue generation and sales performance.

💻 Fully Remote: Work from anywhere with international teams
🚀 Career Growth: Join companies in SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity:
In this role, you are responsible for executing regional marketing strategy and independently leading programs that drive measurable business outcomes. Working within regional priorities, you are trusted to make decisions, adapt plans as conditions change, and take ownership of program performance from planning through results.
Approximately 50% of your work is self-directed, requiring sound judgment, strong prioritization, and accountability for outcomes. Success in this role comes from balancing execution with strategic thinking, identifying opportunities for improvement, and sharing best practices that increase team effectiveness.
You are expected to leverage AI as a core part of your work, applying it thoughtfully to improve productivity, scale repeatable processes, and enhance decision-making. This includes identifying where AI can create efficiencies, where human judgment remains essential, and developing workflows that can be adopted across the team.
What makes you a Great Fit:
Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including program strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting.
Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams while contributing to prioritization and program planning.
Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
Serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and tooling.
Develop and document AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability across marketing operations, event execution, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation across regional marketing programs and contribute to the development of shared team processes and best practices.
Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Plan and manage projects independently, set realistic timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver on commitments.
Provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members on shared initiatives.
Build expertise in Grafana's go-to-market strategy, regional marketing programs, and the ecosystem of channels, vendors, and partners that support growth.
What you'll bring at this level:
Located on the West Coast of the United States
3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end ownership of programs
Strong project, time, and stakeholder management, with consistent attention to detail
Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar
Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work: reusable prompts, documented processes, or lightweight automations
Open source go-to-market motion and the regional market a plus
Willingness to travel approximately 40%
What success looks like at:
The program you own runs cleanly, from start to finish, and hits its goals.
You keep moving as priorities shift, without direction at each step.
Problems get caught and handled before a customer ever feels them.
Your reporting leaves people with a story and a lesson, not just numbers.
The AI workflows you build get picked up by others, so the team produces more without adding headcount.
You find and close process gaps, and the junior teammates you guide do better work for it.
Compensation & Rewards:
In the US, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is $123,000 - $150,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.

Crystalia Glass
Contract:
B2B
Format:
Remote
Market:
US
Working hours:
8:30 AM–5:00 PM New York time, with at least 6 hours of daily overlap
Media budget:
$200K+/month
Crystalia Glass is a US manufacturer and installer of
premium architectural glass systems for residential and commercial interiors
, including glass partitions, sliding glass walls, and steel- and aluminum-framed systems.
We are looking for a
Head of Marketing
to own and develop our US marketing function across brand, growth, performance, analytics, and team leadership.
Core Requirements
7+ years of marketing experience
, including 3+ years leading a full marketing function with ownership of strategy, budget, team, and results.
Direct experience owning marketing for the
US market
, with responsibility for customer acquisition, demand generation, and brand growth.
Experience marketing
the same product or brand to both B2B and B2C audiences simultaneously
— with distinct positioning, customer journeys, acquisition strategies, and funnels for each audience.
Experience in a relevant or closely related industry — ideally
construction, building materials, architecture and interior products, custom furniture, home improvement, premium home products
, or another comparable high-consideration category.
Experience managing significant paid media budgets — ideally
$1.5M+ annually
— with the ability to discuss actual spend, channel allocation, and resulting business performance.
Strong
full-funnel analytics
experience, including attribution, CAC, ROMI, conversion rates, channel economics, and analysis through to closed revenue.
Strong experience with
CRM systems
, including pipeline structure, workflows, lead qualification, reporting, and funnel analysis. We currently use HubSpot, but experience with other advanced CRM platforms is absolutely fine.
Experience leading
distributed marketing teams of 8+ people
, including specialists, contractors, and agencies.
Proven marketing and growth results supported by
specific numbers and business outcomes
.
English C1+
, with strong written English for US-facing communication, messaging, and creative review.
What You'll Own
Brand & Market Position
Define and strengthen Crystalia's positioning in the
US premium market
Build consistent messaging and brand standards across channels and customer touchpoints
Develop a visual production pipeline for completed projects — photography, video, and portfolio content
Build PR and media presence in architecture, interior design, construction, and relevant lifestyle publications
Develop partnerships with
architects, interior designers, contractors, and other trade professionals
Growth & Performance
Own marketing-sourced growth across
both B2B and B2C
Manage and allocate a
$200K+ monthly media budget
Lead strategy across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, CRM, and other acquisition channels
Make channel and budget decisions based on
closed revenue and unit economics
, not lead volume alone
Improve qualified demand, conversion, CAC, ROMI, and overall marketing efficiency
Analytics & Funnel
Build visibility from
first touch through closed revenue
Develop attribution and channel-level unit economics
Track and use CAC, ROMI, conversion rates, close rates, average deal value, and sales-cycle length
Analyze lost opportunities, objections, CRM data, and customer conversations to improve positioning and campaigns
Build concise executive reporting focused on metrics that drive decisions
Sales Partnership
You will work with Sales leadership as a
peer partner
, not as the manager of the Sales organization.
Together, Marketing and Sales will:
Define and review lead qualification criteria
Analyze lead quality, conversion, and revenue by source
Review funnel performance and lost-deal reasons
Improve the handoff and customer journey between Marketing and Sales
Marketing owns funnel analysis through closed revenue; Sales leadership owns sales targets, processes, and people.
Team & Operations
You will lead a distributed marketing team across
B2B and B2C marketing, SEO, PPC, Paid Social, SMM, Community, Design, and CRM
.
You will:
Assess and develop the existing team structure
Strengthen brand and analytics capabilities
Hire and manage specialists, contractors, and agencies
Establish clear ownership, processes, quality standards, and accountability
Build systems that can scale with the business
Digital & E-commerce
Our new website is currently in development and will introduce e-commerce elements, including customer accounts and online purchasing for selected products.
E-commerce is not our primary business model, but experience with
digital customer journeys, online conversion, and e-commerce mechanics
will be valuable.
Strong Advantages
Premium or luxury product experience
Architecture, construction, building materials, interiors, custom furniture, or home improvement background
Experience with architect, designer, contractor, or other
specifier channels
Experience building a brand function from the ground up
PR and media relations in architecture, design, construction, or lifestyle
Showroom, trade show, or physical retail marketing
New product launches in established markets
Practical use of
AI in marketing workflows
for analysis, research, content production, and automation
What Success Looks Like
Build Crystalia into a stronger and more recognizable
premium brand in the US architectural glass market
, while creating a marketing system that produces predictable and profitable revenue growth.
Success means stronger qualified demand across B2B and B2C, clear attribution from first touch to revenue, smarter budget allocation, strong alignment with Sales, and a marketing organization that can scale with the business.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Search is being rebuilt in real time. Millions of people now start with a question to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity, and the answer they get decides which products they try. When someone asks how to build an app, a website, or a tool for their business, Replit needs to be the answer.
We're hiring an AEO/GEO/SEO Lead to own how Replit gets discovered, across AI-generated answers and traditional search. This is a zero-to-one role. You'll define the strategy, then execute it yourself with AI-leveraged production, agency partners, and cross-functional teams behind you. You'll work daily with our Web, Growth, Brand, Content, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
The fastest-growing AI-native companies have already turned AI answers into a primary acquisition channel. Your mandate is to do the same for Replit: grow AI referral traffic into one of our largest sources of new builders, keep our traditional search presence compounding, and make Replit the platform AI assistants recommend when anyone wants to build software.
Replit moves fast. We ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We're looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part operator, part scientist of a channel that changes every month.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the AEO/GEO Strategy Define where Replit must show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews, for which prompts and buyer intents, and build the playbook to win those answers. Set targets, sequence the roadmap, and defend the strategy with data.
- Win Citations Across the Open Web LLMs cite what they trust: Reddit threads, YouTube videos, high-authority publications, community content, and well-structured owned pages. Build durable programs on each of these surfaces, understand the half-life of an AI citation, and keep Replit ranked as models retrain and retrieval systems shift.
- Run SEO End to End Own keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content-driven organic growth in partnership with our Head of Web. Protect and grow search equity through a major site relaunch, and coordinate with our paid search team on keyword coverage.
- Build the Content Engine Produce and direct content designed for two readers at once: LLM crawlers and humans. Blogs, comparison pages, videos, and structured resources, created at volume with AI-assisted workflows and held to a high quality bar. The durable human work here is judgment: strategy, editorial quality, and distribution.
- Stand Up Measurement Build reporting for a channel that lacks perfect attribution: AI referral traffic, share of voice in AI answers, citation tracking, and downstream signups and revenue. Run controlled experiments, isolate what actually moves citations, and teach the rest of the company what you learn.
- Direct Agencies and Tools Own our agency and vendor relationships across search and AI visibility, plus the tool stack that powers tracking and production. Write the briefs, hold the quality bar, and decide what stays in-house.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 4+ years in growth marketing, SEO, content, or technical marketing (SaaS, technology, or developer-focused businesses a plus)
- Have owned a channel end to end and can walk through what you built, what moved, and the numbers behind it
- Have taught yourself a new channel or skill from zero and turned it into shipped results
- Use AI daily as a builder (automations, agents, dashboards, small apps you can show) and are forming your own point of view on how AI assistants find and cite sources
- Have working technical SEO literacy (crawling, indexing, structured data, site architecture) and the appetite to go much deeper
- Write clearly and quickly, and can direct people, agencies, and AI tools to produce content that earns citations
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, don't wait for someone else to define the playbook, and dig into the details with low ego\\
Bonus Points:
- Shipped AEO/GEO work with results you can show, especially if you helped make AI answers an acquisition channel
- Earned presence on surfaces you don't own: Reddit communities, YouTube, digital PR
- Hands-on with AI visibility and citation tracking tools (Profound, Peec, Ahrefs Brand Radar, or similar)
- Programmatic SEO at meaningful scale
- You've built with Replit or other AI building tools and understand our audience firsthand
