WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;

Key Responsibilities
Create and drive the Japan marketing strategy end-to-end — brand, demand generation, field marketing, content, customer marketing, developer marketing, and partner marketing — aligned with global priorities and Japan and regional objectives.
Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team in Japan, establishing the structure, capabilities, and operating rhythms needed to scale marketing execution as the business grows.
Build and operate the marketing budget, including planning, allocation, agency/vendor management, and performance measurement and reporting against clear ROI and pipeline metrics.
Partner closely with the Japan Country Manager, GTM/BD leadership, Product Marketing, Comms, Events, and Global HQ marketing to deliver integrated programs that support enterprise adoption, partner growth, and revenue targets.
Translate and localize global B2B narratives, product launches, and brand strategy into Japan-relevant campaigns, executive and customer events, customer proof points, and sales enablement materials.
Serve as the senior Japan voice for marketing internally and externally — bringing market insight, customer and publisher perspective, and local nuance into regional and global leadership discussions, and influencing global strategy where Japan market dynamics diverge.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key Japanese publishers, developers, and industry bodies, elevating Xsolla's visibility and credibility across the Japan gaming ecosystem.
Represent Xsolla at major global, regional and local video game development industry events and forums, and oversee Xsolla's presence, sponsorships, and thought leadership in the local market.
Establish and continuously improve marketing operating rhythms in Japan — planning cycles, event execution, vendor/agency management, and reporting cadence with global and regional stakeholders.
Qualifications
12+ years of marketing experience, including 7+ years in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally within technology, video games, platforms, or high-growth environments.
Proven track record building and leading a marketing function from the ground up, including team building, budget ownership, and cross-functional program delivery in Japan, regional or similarly complex markets.
Strong understanding of enterprise buying dynamics in Japan and throughout Asia including the role of trust, regulation, partners, executive relationships, and local proof points.
Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels, comfortable setting vision while remaining hands-on in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Experience leading and influencing in a matrixed organization, working closely with Country/GTM leadership, BD, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Comms, Events, and global HQ marketing.
Excellent communicator and executive presence, with business-level (or native-level) Japanese and native-level English proficiency, and strong stakeholder management and influence skills across Japan leadership, regional marketing, and global teams.
Experience managing marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, major industry events, and field/demand generation programs at a country or regional level.
Strong external network and credibility within the Japan gaming, technology, or platform industry.
Nice to Have
Experience in video games, fintech, developer platforms, or other highly technical products.
Familiarity with trust-sensitive enterprise environments and regulated industries.
Prior experience as a CMO, VP Marketing, or country/regional marketing head with full P&L or budget accountability.
Existing relationships with major Japanese game publishers, developers, or industry associations.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Solutions Marketing Manager to shape how LangChain brings its full platform to priority industries, enterprise buyers, and high-value use cases.
This role sits at the intersection of product and GTM. You’ll translate customer problems into clear solution narratives, repeatable sales plays, campaign themes, and customer-facing assets that help teams understand where LangChain fits in their AI strategy.
You’ll develop industry solutions, use case solutions, and enterprise solution stories for segments such as financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and other priority markets. You’ll work closely with sales, solutions, product, demand generation, field marketing, education, and customer teams to understand what matters in the field, turn those insights into messaging and collateral, and help create programs that support pipeline and revenue generation.
The role covers the full LangChain platform, including Observability & Evaluation, Deployment, Sandboxes, LLM Gateway, Fleet, Engine, and OSS. The goal is to explain how these products work together to help companies build, deploy, monitor, and improve agents in production.
You’ll define the problems we solve for specific audiences, package those into repeatable narratives, and help GTM teams take them to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
DEVELOP INDUSTRY AND USE CASE SOLUTIONS
- Build solution narratives for priority industries and enterprise use cases. Initial focus areas include financial services, healthcare, and life sciences, with room to expand based on GTM priorities.
- Translate customer problems into clear solution stories. You’ll connect LangChain’s platform capabilities to the business, operational, governance, and technical needs of specific audiences.
- Define repeatable use case messaging. You’ll identify where agents can create value across functions and industries, then turn those patterns into solution briefs, use case pages, campaign assets, sales decks, webinar narratives, and customer-facing content.
- Build a point of view on enterprise AI adoption. You’ll help explain how companies move from prototypes and isolated experiments to production deployments with the controls, visibility, and evaluation practices they need.
- Stay close to the market. You’ll synthesize customer conversations, sales feedback, competitive activity, industry trends, and product signals into sharper messaging and GTM recommendations.
SUPPORT ENTERPRISE GTM MOTIONS
- Partner with sales, solutions, field marketing, demand generation, and customer-facing teams on targeted enterprise campaigns and account motions.
- Build sales enablement for industry and enterprise conversations. This may include talk tracks, discovery questions, objection handling, use case maps, executive-ready decks, demo narratives, and competitive context.
- Turn field learnings into reusable sales plays. You’ll work with account teams to understand what resonates with buyers and turn those insights into repeatable messaging, collateral, and campaign programs.
- Create materials for complex buying committees. You’ll help LangChain speak clearly to technical buyers, AI leaders, IT and security stakeholders, business leaders, and functional teams.
- Support pipeline and revenue programs. You’ll help connect solution narratives to campaigns, events, webinars, ABM motions, field programs, and sales follow-up.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- You have 3–6+ years of experience in solutions marketing, enterprise marketing, product marketing, developer marketing, industry marketing, or a related GTM role.
- You’ve built messaging, collateral, or campaigns around technical products, AI/ML products, developer tools, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, automation, productivity tools, or platform products.
- You can turn customer problems into clear solution narratives. You know how to move from “what the product does” to “why this matters for this audience, industry, or use case.”
- You understand enterprise buying motions. You know how to create assets for complex buying committees, regulated industries, sales-led motions, and executive conversations.
- You’re comfortable with technical products. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be able to learn technical concepts quickly, ask good questions, and translate details into customer-facing messaging.
- You like working with sales and customer-facing teams. You’re interested in what happens in the field and know how to turn that feedback into stronger messaging and enablement.
- You’re comfortable working across many audiences, including developers, technical buyers, operators, admins, AI leaders, business stakeholders, and nontechnical end users.
- You can balance strategic thinking with execution. You can define a messaging POV, then build the deck, brief, landing page copy, or sales asset that brings it to life.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity and iteration. The market for production-ready AI agents is still being defined, and you’re excited to ship, learn, and improve.
- You have genuine curiosity about agents, enterprise AI adoption, and how they will change how teams work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building industry or solutions marketing programs for financial services, healthcare, life sciences, public sector, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams through enablement, account-based campaigns, customer-facing storytelling, competitive support, or executive-facing collateral.
- Familiarity with the LLM, agent, or AI application development ecosystem.
- Experience with PLG motions, onboarding, activation, lifecycle marketing, or self-serve adoption.
WHY JOIN
- You’ll help build the solutions marketing motion at LangChain. There is room to shape how we define priority industries, package use cases, support enterprise campaigns, and enable the field.
- You’ll work on a category that is moving from experimentation to enterprise adoption. Companies are trying to understand where agents can create real value and how to deploy them with control.
- You’ll join a small, fast-moving team. You’ll get real scope, close access to product and GTM leaders, and the ability to ship meaningful work quickly.
Compensation: 140,000 - 195,000K
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
Reddit is where people go to ask what's actually worth using — and where creators talk honestly about the tools they work with. Higgsfield is already part of those conversations. We're hiring someone to make sure we're in them properly.

- Finding patterns in community feedback, testing different approaches, and turning what you learn into action.
YOUR MUST HAVES
You don't need a long list of previous community management jobs. But we're looking for more than someone who just loves Reddit.
- Genuinely active on Reddit — you understand its culture, its communities, and its unwritten rules;
- Able to create content people actually want to read and engage with;
- Strong analytical skills: you understand community dynamics, track sentiment, and notice when conversations shift;
- Understanding of community health — engagement, moderation, and conflict management;
- You spot patterns in feedback, experiment with approaches, and turn insights into action;
- English C1+.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience as a community manager, in SMM, or as a moderator;
- Your own Reddit account with real history, where you post actively;
- Background in tech, SaaS or AI products;
- An understanding of the GenAI landscape and where it's heading.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
