The Revenue Strategy & Growth Senior Associate is an operator position at Clipboard, suited to an “all-around athlete” who can do it all and wants to own a revenue stream.
You’re someone who has an analytical mind and is both deeply competitive and entrepreneurial. Unlike traditional S&O or consulting roles, you are responsible for both the inputs and the outputs of your work. You will take on an area of the business and push it to the local maximum. You will:
- Take a vague or open ended problem and structure it into a plan

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
As a member of Ramp's Risk Strategy & Operations team, you will leverage data to develop and optimize credit strategies.
Credit is one of Ramp's most consequential products. Every policy change affects how customers can grow their usage, and how responsibly Ramp scales up while managing risk. Credit Risk Strategy owns these tradeoffs end to end.
In this role, you will own or help build strategy across credit risk areas like credit limits, payment speed, and collections. You'll take ambiguous problems, get to the data, prototype the solution, and push the change with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk Operations, Finance, Customer Experience, and Compliance.
AI fluency is required. We use AI as a core pillar of our risk management stack, and you will be prototyping and managing related Agents and tools. You should already be using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar AI tools to write code, explore data, prototype apps, automate workflows, and check your own work. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you do need to use AI to ship something runnable or inspectable enough to test, improve, and hand off.
We are looking for builders with high agency and high urgency: people who prototype the workflow, not just write the recommendation for someone else to build.
What You'll Do
- Own credit risk strategy for areas like model prototyping, credit limits, payment speed, collections, etc.
- Use SQL, quantitative reasoning, and credit risk judgment to investigate patterns, size opportunities, define policy changes, and pressure-test recommendations.
- Build the first useful version when the workflow does not exist: a tool, app, dashboard, agent, notebook, QA loop, monitor, or decisioning process.
- Use AI tools every day to move faster on research, analysis, coding, synthesis, writing, verification, and follow-through.
- Build AI into credit risk workflows: feature exploration, policy monitoring, case review, exception handling, decision support, documentation, and human-in-the-loop QA.
- Investigate new data sources and model features; evaluate signal quality, coverage, failure modes, and how they would change credit decisions.
- Make ambiguous credit risk decisions within your surface area, balancing loss, customer experience, operational burden, growth, compliance, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, to execute and build the risk management infrastructure
What You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit risk management or quantitative strategy role
- Minimum 2 years of experience using SQL or Python for data retrieval and manipulations
- AI fluency you can demonstrate live: name the tools, show an artifact, explain a recent failure mode, and walk through how you verified the output before using it in a credit risk decision.
- Ownership in ambiguity: you define the question, get the data, make the call, communicate the tradeoffs, and drive follow-through without waiting for perfectly scoped work.
- Strong communication: you can compress a complex credit risk decision into a clear narrative that leadership and cross-functional partners can act on.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience building credit risk in similar Card or expense management products
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or environments where the operating model changed quickly.
- Previous experience with Operations teams
Compensation
We are open to hiring at multiple levels for this role (Analyst, Associate, or Senior Associate). Level is determined during the interview process.
The expected base salary ranges are:
- Analyst: $108,000 to $148,000
- Associate: $140,000 to $192,000
- Senior Associate: $160,000 to $200,000
These ranges reflect base salary for New York City and do not include equity or benefits, both of which this role is eligible for.

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Our mission is to become the leading exchange in Singapore, offering seamless and efficient trading experiences to our clients and partners.
We are seeking a Senior Business Strategy & Growth Manager to help solve some of the Singapore business's most important and ambiguous growth problems.
This is not a traditional strategy role where the work ends with a recommendation, nor an operations role where established playbooks already exist. You will be given problems where the answer — and sometimes even the path to finding it — is unclear.
You might be asked to determine how we acquire a new high-value customer segment, redesign the end-to-end sales lifecycle, understand why customers are not adopting a product, or test a completely new growth channel. You will be expected to figure out what data matters, develop hypotheses, design the solution, and personally drive implementation until we know whether it works.
The environment is closer to a startup within a global company: high autonomy, significant resources to leverage, but few predefined answers. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure from ambiguity, challenges conventional approaches, and is equally comfortable thinking at a strategic level and getting into the operational details required to make something work.
What You’ll Be Doing
Solve Ambiguous Growth Problems
Take loosely defined commercial problems, determine the right questions to ask and data to analyse, and develop clear hypotheses and recommendations grounded in evidence.
Identify and size new growth opportunities across customer segments, acquisition channels, product adoption and monetisation, translating insights into experiments and executable business plans.
Design and test new approaches quickly, using results to decide whether to iterate, scale or stop rather than relying on established playbooks.
Build & Optimise Commercial Engines
Design and continuously improve end-to-end sales and customer lifecycles, from segmentation and lead prioritisation through outreach, conversion, activation and ongoing engagement.
Work closely with Relationship Managers and Commercial teams to identify funnel leakage, improve coverage and outreach models, develop practical sales enablement tools, and increase conversion and customer value.
Build the data, metrics and operating mechanisms required to understand what is working, diagnose problems and systematically improve commercial performance.
Drive Product Adoption & Customer Growth
Identify why different customer segments adopt (or fail to adopt) OKX products, combining behavioural data, customer insights and market intelligence to uncover barriers and opportunities.
Design and execute initiatives that improve product discovery, activation, engagement and cross-sell across the customer lifecycle.
Develop differentiated approaches for priority segments.
What We Look For In You
Exceptional structured problem-solving and commercial judgement,
with the ability to take ambiguous problems, determine what matters, develop hypotheses, and arrive at practical answers from first principles.
-Strong ownership and execution orientation.
You stay attached to problems from initial analysis through solution design, implementation, and measurable outcomes, and are willing to personally step into execution gaps rather than hand work off.
- Strong analytical capabilities and comfort working hands-on with data
to size opportunities, diagnose problems, test hypotheses, and measure results.
- Demonstrated ability to design and improve commercial or operational systems,
rather than simply execute within established processes.
- Creative and intellectually curious,
with a willingness to challenge assumptions, experiment with new approaches, and operate effectively without an established playbook.
- Strong communication and influencing skills,
with the ability to drive outcomes across senior and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
- Direct experience working in or closely with Sales/Commercial teams, including customer segmentation, pipeline management, sales effectiveness, or revenue growth, is strongly preferred.
Experience in digital assets, fintech, or financial services is a plus.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

We’re the leader in Long-Term Care staffing and are rapidly expanding into Home Health, Hospitals, and more, meaning we have more work to do than people to do it, and are growing our team to support millions more people and their communities.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Strategy & Ops Senior Associate role is an experienced generalist role at Clipboard suited for the “all-around athlete” type who can do it all and wants exposure to a range of problems and opportunities.
You’re likely someone who’s interested in and capable of solving different problem types – you’re resourceful, adaptable, and confident you can figure it out if you can sink your teeth in deep enough.
Your first “tour of duty” will be on the Billing team (see more below). The specific projects you take on will depend on your strengths and what we learn during the recruiting process and your first days at Clipboard; that being said, here is a list of example initiatives to give you an idea:
- Build an internal predictive analytics model and corresponding underwriting process to catch bad payers early with high accuracy to inform our contracting decisions and risk mitigation tactics
- Research, vet, and onboard a new vendor that embeds AI agents into our customer-facing collections efforts
- Redesign our process for converting workplaces to new methods of payment, such as getting customers who send checks to start paying us via eCheck to speed up the cash conversion process
- Manage a team of Billing Account Managers
FIRST TOUR OF DUTY – QUICK BACKGROUND ON BILLING
Our most immediate need right now is on the Billing team. The TLDR is that we want to maximize our profitability by collecting money as fast as possible and minimizing losses, while preserving the customer experience, all in service of reliably converting revenue into cash (the lifeline of a capital-intensive business like ours). This in a way is “ensuring high-quality growth” for the company.
Although Clipboard provides a service where workplaces can find qualified professionals to fill shifts, we are in many ways a lending company at our core since we pay professionals immediately after they work a shift. For illustrative purposes: a nurse works a shift → we pay the nurse $100 immediately with our cash → the workplace pays us $120 a month later. We extend debt to workplaces using cash we borrow, with interest, from an Asset-Backed Line (ABL) of credit – workplaces use that debt to pay their staffing costs, and we expect to be paid back by the workplaces at a later date based on agreed-upon net terms.
Billing is doing the critical work of converting our revenue into cash that we put in the bank. Otherwise, money we cannot collect is money we’ve already burned. With thousands of customers operating in different regulatory environments, under different conditions, with nuanced capital structures and corporate setups, and using varied complicated processes…this can be hard to do at scale. We consistently fight a multi-faceted battle: a battle wherein we must maximize the speed at which we recognize revenue, maximize the margin associated with each shift, and maximize the customer experience, all without letting one unduly impact the other.
Optimizing collections is critical to make sure Clipboard is generating sustainable, high-quality growth and turning top-line revenue into cash that we use to service or grow other parts of the business, and you will help us do that.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We find those who are most successful in this type of role:
- Are insatiably curious and notice non-obvious clues and patterns: Curiosity https://creatingvalue.substack.com/i/46535664/noticing-and-curiosity sits atop our company values. Understanding something from first principles and getting to the root cause of the problem will often reveal the best solution, and a natural and unwavering curiosity to keep asking questions and digging will take you most of the way.
- Roll up their sleeves and go to the source: There are multiple ways to say this: touching reality, dogfooding, seeing for yourself, going to the front-lines, etc. Don’t just take someone’s word for it – go find out yourself by testing the feature, or listening to the agent call, or calling the customer, or executing the workflow. This is how you seek truth.
- Bring a tenacity and persistence to problem-solving: You’ll hit walls and find yourself in uncertain and unfamiliar situations. If you can sit with the uncertainty, look at the problem from new angles, and keep applying pressure to a problem – you’ll position yourself for breakthroughs.
- Bounce back from failure quickly: You’ll make mistakes, move in the wrong direction, and stumble from time-to-time. Just avoid big mistakes and don’t make the same mistakes twice, and learn from them quickly. Worry less about failing and more about losing momentum in your feedback loop. If you fail cheaply and quickly, that's worth the lesson/learning you get in return.
While performance on your case and interviews during the hiring process is the most important aspect of your candidacy, your years of relevant working experience will be taken into consideration for both (a) the work you’re placed into once hired and (b) compensation.

ABOUT CLIPBOARD
Our mission is to uplift as many communities as possible. We do this through our app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with the workplaces that need amazing workers. This enables hundreds of thousands of people to achieve financial stability for themselves and their families while providing essential care to millions of people across the U.S.
Founded in 2016, we are a remote-first team of over 1,000 people building a top Y-Combinator company https://www.ycombinator.com/topcompanies/ and have been profitable since 2022.

The corporate title for this seat is Analyst, with no direct reports. The seat offers unusual breadth for the level: direct exposure to fund formation, private placements, and credit and distressed situations across gaming and interactive entertainment, daily interaction with the group's senior leadership, and a defined development path toward coverage or capital formation responsibility.
The Analyst, Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM will be based in Los Angeles, CA, Xsolla's headquarters, in office, and will report to the Vice President, Investor Relations and Capital Formation. Travel is limited to up to 10 percent, primarily for priority industry events. This is a full time position.

The role suits a candidate who wants the analytical rigor of an investment banking seat combined with real ownership of a system they run themselves.

Track special situations. Track the distressed and special situations landscape across gaming and interactive entertainment, and prepare screening one pagers on qualifying situations for review at the weekly pipeline call.
Relationship Data Operations
Build institutional records. Build institutional records in the firm's relationship platform, sourcing from public materials, licensed data providers and event lists, with enrichment, deduplication and tiering support to the group's data standards.
Operate the staging workflow. Operate the prospect staging and promotion workflow, ensuring nothing enters the production database without review, and support the quarterly tiering refresh.
Maintain the audit trail. Maintain the audit trail on data provenance and consent context consistent with the firm's data handling standard.
Coverage Support
Prepare meeting briefs. Prepare meeting briefs for every Tier 1 interaction at least 24 hours in advance, including institution profile, relationship history, live items and suggested talking points; log outcomes and next actions in the platform after each meeting.
Support materials preparation. Support materials preparation for investor meetings, roadshows and transaction processes under the direction of the VP and coverage heads.
Events and Convening
Maintain the events calendar. Maintain the global events calendar across credit, private capital, SPAC, venture, family office and sovereign conferences, with rolling 30, 60 and 90 day action lists and attendance recommendations.
Run event follow up. Run event follow up operations, capturing who the team met, promoting qualified contacts into the platform and tracking post event actions to completion.
Candidate Profile
Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, equity or credit research, management consulting, or a data intensive operations seat at a financial institution; exceptional final year candidates and recent graduates with relevant internships will be considered.
Working knowledge of the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystems is a plus, as is exposure to data providers such as Preqin, PitchBook or Bloomberg.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
