Кандидат должен хорошо владеть Python и понимать его принципы работы, иметь опыт участия в code review, разбираться в многопоточности и асинхронном программировании, писать читаемый и поддерживаемый код, а также иметь опыт работы с базами данных и понимание их принципов. Знание инструментов наблюдаемости, таких как логирование, метрики и трассировка, а также понимание принципов ООП, SOLID и основ функционального программирования являются обязательными.
