Who We Are

The Role
We are looking for a Head of Creative Strategy to own and evolve the creative product across our entire client portfolio. This is not a creative director role in the traditional sense. You are the operator behind a performance creative machine, the person who builds the frameworks, installs the best practices, mentors the strategists, and ensures that every format, hook, and concept we put into market is informed by what actually works at scale.
You will sit at the intersection of creative excellence and direct response performance. You understand platform dynamics deeply, you know what makes someone stop scrolling and convert, and you have the leadership range to raise the output of an entire team, from junior strategists to editors to the clients watching it all in real time.
What You Will Own
The creative standard.
Across every client, every format, every platform, you set the bar. That means tracking what's gaining traction on Meta and TikTok before it becomes consensus, translating those signals into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks the whole team executes against, and ensuring that individual wins compound into repeatable systems. When the industry moves, we move first.
The team.
A group of performance creative strategists owns our day-to-day client accounts. Your job is to make them significantly better: sharper at diagnosing underperformance, more fluent in direct response principles, more confident in owning a creative point of view. You raise the floor and build a culture where creative decisions are grounded in data without killing instinct and taste.
The production process.
Great strategy executed poorly is still a loss. Working directly with our lead editor, you will build the standards, workflows, and SOPs that make our production team as systematic and high-output as the strategy behind it.
Creator and talent alignment.
You will work closely with our head of talent to ensure creative strategy and creator process are fully in sync; so that what we brief, what creators produce, and what we run as paid media are pulling in the same direction.
New client launches.
The first 30 days with a new client either build momentum or create debt. You will own the creative side of onboarding – building the frameworks that find early wins fast and turn the first month into proof of concept, not ramp-up time.
The senior creative voice.
When a founder or CMO needs to understand why their creative is underperforming and exactly what to do about it, you are the person in the room. You present creative strategy with conviction, give hard feedback without losing confidence, and make clients feel like the smartest person on creative just joined their team.
What We Are Looking For
You have spent 7+ years in performance creative, the majority of it at an agency managing a large portfolio of clients simultaneously. You know what it means to context-switch fast – from a DTC skincare brand to a fitness app to a consumer tech launch – without losing the thread on any of them.
You have driven revenue, not just creative output. The work you've led has a measurable downstream effect on conversion rates, on cost per acquisition, on the growth trajectory of the brands you've worked on. You can point to it specifically and explain exactly what you did to make it happen.
You are genuinely fluent in direct response creative. You understand what drives thumb-stop, what kills conversion, how to diagnose a hook that isn't landing, and when to kill a concept versus iterate on it. You have strong opinions about what makes an ad work on Meta versus TikTok and you can back them up with data from accounts you've actually run.
You have built people, not just campaigns. You know how to develop a junior strategist, challenge a senior one, and run a team that owns live client accounts under real performance pressure. You raise the bar without creating chaos, and you build cultures where creative decisions are grounded in evidence without draining the room of instinct.
You have operated at volume and thrived. You are someone who has kept quality high, clients confident, and teams aligned while juggling more than most people think is possible — and you have the results to show for it.

Establish and continuously improve Corporate FP&A operating rhythms, including close-to-insight timelines, clear ownership, metric definitions, and reporting processes designed to support the company’s next phase of growth.
Lead the modernization of Finance processes, forecasting methodologies, and planning frameworks through systems, workflow automation, structured data, and AI to improve accuracy, scalability, and the quality of forward-looking insights as the business evolves.
Build strong cross-functional relationships with business and functional leaders, serving as a trusted partner on financial performance, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Corporate FP&A team, and support strategic initiatives such as M&A diligence and integration as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
10+ years of experience across FP&A, Strategic Finance, Corporate Finance, or related disciplines, including meaningful experience at a leading technology company and ideally complementary experience in investment banking or buy-side investing. Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or the broader technology sector is strongly preferred.
Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company, newly public, or public-company-readiness environment, with exposure to quarterly close, executive reporting, Board reporting, and other rigorous financial operating cadences.
Meaningful experience owning a consolidated P&L, company-wide forecast, and Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecasting processes.
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build models from scratch, pressure-test assumptions, identify root causes, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Strong executive presence and communication skills, with experience preparing and presenting decision-ready materials to senior leadership and the Board, and influencing significant company decisions.
Proven ability to serve as a trusted business partner across functions and geographies, with strong business judgment and a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships.
Demonstrated success as a change agent, improving forecasting, planning, reporting, and operating processes as organizations scale.
Strong systems and technical fluency, including experience with Pigment and AI tools, and a track record of automating financial processes and applying AI to Finance workflows.
Ability to operate at multiple altitudes, from strategic thinking to detailed execution, while prioritizing competing demands and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A player-coach mindset with high attention to detail and the highest standards of integrity, credibility, and accountability.

YOU'LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- Enjoy solving complex distributed systems problems and have strong opinions about architecture, backed by experience and sound technical judgment.
- Thrive in roles where you're equally responsible for technical direction, execution, and developing engineering leaders.
- Like taking ownership of ambiguous technical challenges, establishing a clear strategy, and bringing teams together to execute.
- Are passionate about building large-scale systems where reliability, performance, and efficiency directly impact the business.
- Enjoy partnering with senior engineers, challenging technical assumptions, and helping teams make thoughtful architectural decisions.
- Take pride in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and raising the engineering bar.
- Want to shape the runtime foundation supporting Sentry's products and AI capabilities for years to come.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of experience in backend, platform, or infrastructure engineering, with significant experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems.

What you'll be doing:

Lead annual and long-range GTM planning, aligning revenue targets with hiring plans, territory coverage, and productivity assumptions
Develop revenue and capacity scenarios that account for usage variability, customer adoption, and expansion or contraction across cohorts, segments, and regions.
Work with Global and Regional Sales and Services leaders to evaluate strategic opportunities and/or transformational initiatives; New market evaluation, M&A integration, vertical planning, pricing, etc.
Become an expert in how our GTM data is captured, how it ties to underlying business processes, and how it impacts key metrics and reports.
Identify operational gaps in our reporting capabilities and/or inefficiencies in the planning process. Work with Analytics and Business Systems teams to build scalable solutions.
Help create the connective tissue across our internal stakeholders: Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Data, and GTM leadership
Build scalable, self-service planning processes that improve consistency and reduce manual coordination across teams.
Advise GTM leadership on market segmentation, vertical performance, pricing scenarios, and territory strategy, presenting clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
Partner with Finance to align consumption-based revenue scenarios with workforce budgets and financial targets, reviewing performance and recommending adjustments as usage trends change.
Set priorities for the planning function and lead cross-functional initiatives with Data and Field Ops to close gaps in reporting and planning infrastructure.
Identify and implement AI-assisted approaches to consumption analysis, scenario development, and recurring reporting, partnering with data to validate results and improve planning efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
8+ years in GTM strategy and operations, sales planning, revenue operations, consulting, or a related analytical field, including experience leading a planning function or major cross-functional programs.
Demonstrated track record of strategic thinking and analysis--seeing over the horizon to identify opportunities, envision models, and strategic paths to capture opportunities, as well as spot emerging risks
Strong modeling and analytical skills – comfort with complex segmentation analysis and workforce planning
Excellent communication skills with executive audiences - explain “what it is”, “why it matters” and “what should we do” in terms of your data and analysis
Experience owning GTM planning through significant ARR and headcount growth at a SaaS company of comparable scale and complexity, including evolving capacity models, coverage strategies, and planning processes as the organization expands.
Experience in a Sales or GTM organization, and familiarity with common sales methodologies (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC) and models ( rep productivity, rep capacity, campaign influence, and quota modeling)
High comfort with ambiguity. You identify the right priorities and put in the hard work without need for external motivation
You think critically and creatively, continually reorienting to obstacles to define a better way to achieve our goals.
Bonus Points For:
Previous experience in open source
Experience with Grafana, Tableau or other analysis/BI tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Zuora, or other CPQ / Q2C / subscription management tools.
Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo) or sales productivity tools (Outreach, Clari, People.ai).
Familiarity with SQL or similar database querying language (you won’t be deep in SQL, but helps to have heard of a LEFT JOIN).
Experience applying generative AI, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled automation to improve GTM planning, forecasting, and reporting, with sound judgment in validating outputs and underlying assumptions.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a State and Local Affairs Lead to engage with state and local governments in the Western United States, advancing AI policy, legislation, and regulation that supports Anthropic's mission of ensuring that the world safely makes the transition through transformative AI.
In this role, you will report to Anthropic's Head of Western State and Local Affairs and coordinate with our Policy leadership, Communications, and Legal teams. You will own Anthropic's relationships and legislative and regulatory work across many Western states, including a support role in California —engagement with state legislatures, governors' offices, attorneys general, state agencies, and local governments. You will travel regularly across the region.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a track record of political strategy and execution—with specific examples of how you have contributed to complex policy campaigns, built durable relationships with elected officials and community leaders, supported legislative and regulatory outcomes, and executed with accountability and focus in fast-moving environments.
Anthropic is equal parts research lab, policy think-tank, and technology startup. We care deeply about safe development of AI systems, and build partnership with governments through proactive, opinionated, substantive policy conversations. We recognize that our approach to AI policy is distinctive—grounded in honest assessment of technological trajectories and authentic concern for safe scaling—and we need a regional lead who can bring that positioning to life at the state and local level.
This role offers an opportunity to be part of building a high-impact state affairs operation at a critical moment for AI policy. You will be responsible for executing on strategic priorities across your region, building relationships with government stakeholders, and contributing to the broader state affairs function.
Key responsibilities
Serve as Anthropic's lead for state and local government affairs across many Western states, working in close coordination with the Head of Western States and other Regional State and Local Affairs Leads
Build and maintain relationships with state legislators, legislative staff, governors' offices, attorneys general, and state agency leaders across your region
Engage directly with local officials whose decisions affect Anthropic's work—mayors, city councils, county commissions, and economic development boards
Track state and local legislation and regulatory proceedings affecting AI and the technology sector, provide analysis and intelligence to inform company strategy, and represent Anthropic's positions
Build durable partnerships with local and regional organizations, including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, universities, and school districts
Represent Anthropic at legislative hearings, regional events, and public forums, including with audiences who are skeptical of AI
Work with the Communications team to develop clear, accurate messaging for regional policy campaigns
Translate Anthropic's technical research and policy positions into engagement strategies tailored to Western state political environments
Manage the outside advisors and registered lobbyists who support Anthropic's work in your region
Coordinate with Anthropic's policy, communications, legal, and executive teams to ensure that regional activity aligns with company-wide positioning
Minimum qualifications
Align with our mission and embrace the imperative of policy impact and change
Have experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles, with demonstrated success contributing to legislative and regulatory outcomes
Have existing relationships with state and local leaders in the West, including legislators, governors' offices, attorneys general, or county and municipal officials
Understand how state legislatures and executive branches work—committee processes, legislative and regulatory procedures, and how to move policy forward—and understand where local authority begins and ends
Have a track record of executing on strategic objectives and delivering measurable outcomes in government affairs roles
Are prepared to travel regularly across the region
Preferred qualifications
Have 8+ years of experience in state and local government affairs, political strategy, or legislative roles
Have experience building partnerships with external organizations including chambers of commerce, economic development groups, labor organizations, and universities
Have exposure to technology policy or emerging technology regulation; you understand the unique challenges of navigating policy for rapidly evolving technologies
Demonstrate understanding of how to build coalitions and identify aligned constituencies to advance shared objectives
Can manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across different states and adapt to different political environments
Can work well under time pressure and manage competing demands
Can translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for policymakers and residents alike
Have experience working with communications teams to develop effective messaging for policy campaigns
Are comfortable being honest about tradeoffs, including in rooms where people disagree with us
Are drawn to working with an organization that approaches AI policy with intensity and intellectual honesty

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
The Opportunity
Grafana's Demand Generation team creates and accelerates pipeline across the full customer journey. We run a modern, AI-forward operation: lifecycle email programs driven by an AI engine, territory-level buying signals surfaced directly to sales leaders, and agentic workflows that handle work that used to take teams of specialists.
Our webinar program is one of the highest-leverage things we run: technical, practitioner-first sessions on a weekly cadence across AMER, EMEA, APAC and LATAM, putting the product in front of the people who would actually use it. Hands-on sessions, not sales pitches.
We're hiring a Webinar Program Manager to own it. This is a specialist seat, not a generalist one. You'll inherit an established program with a documented process and a full handover from the person who built it, and you'll own the operating rhythm from there: the calendar, the presenters, the build and promotion of every session, the follow-up, and the reporting.
This is not a "run the playbook" role. Sessions run in parallel at a pace no one could manage by hand, so the way to raise quality is to keep automating the mechanics. We expect this person to build with AI as a default and treat automation as a first-class deliverable, not a side project.
You'd be joining a demand gen team that is genuinely rebuilding how the function works, where AI agents run real production programs and the people on the team design the machine rather than turn the crank. The webinar program already produces, and much of the pipeline it touches starts with a session rather than a seller. You're not here to prove webinars matter. You're here to make each one produce more with less manual work behind it.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the webinar calendar end to end.
Presenter booking, registration pages, campaign setup, promotion, live delivery, follow-up, and the flip to on-demand, across multiple regions and time zones.
Keep sessions practitioner-first.
Brief technical presenters, shape the outline, and keep a session useful to the audience that registered for it.
Bring data to topic planning.
Use past performance and downstream pipeline quality to recommend what we run and what we retire, and lock the plan with demand gen and product marketing each quarter.
Automate the production line.
Extend the automation behind session setup and promotion, and keep pushing into the parts of the process a person shouldn't be doing by hand, including repurposing recordings into other content.
Report
on what happens after the session. Registrations are the input. Connect sessions to product adoption and pipeline, report it honestly, and flag what isn't producing.
Grow the program's reach.
Expand into additional languages and formats where the numbers justify it.
What Makes You a Great Fit
4+ years in demand generation, event marketing, or lifecycle marketing at a B2B software company (open source or developer-focused a plus).
Hands-on ownership of a recurring webinar or virtual event calendar across multiple regions. A cadence you were accountable for hitting, not a handful of one-off sessions.
Hands-on with a webinar platform (ON24, Zoom Webinars, Contrast, Goldcast or similar) and the plumbing behind it: CRM campaigns, registration sync, attendance data, follow-up triggers.
Comfortable working with technical presenters. You can brief an engineer or solutions architect and hold the line on what the audience came for.
Hands-on with AI in your actual work: you've built automations or agentic workflows (or are visibly on that path), and you think about AI as leverage, not a threat or a buzzword.
Comfortable with data: you can pull your own numbers, sanity-check them, and build a program readout a VP would trust.
Strong program management fundamentals. Twenty-plus moving pieces at once is a logistics job before it's a marketing job, and you ship on time without needing a coordinator.
Bonus Points For
Content repurposing at scale: clips, blog, social, on-demand libraries.
Localized program experience, and a view on when translation earns its cost.
Familiarity with the observability, monitoring or open source ecosystem.
Customer.io, Salesforce and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar).
Experience with product-led motions alongside sales-led ones.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a
Marketing Analytics Director
to lead the evolution of our marketing data stack and raise the analytical rigor of the entire marketing organization. This is a critical role for a builder-practitioner who works at the intersection of Data Science, Marketing Strategy, GTM, and AI Operations. You won't just report on the funnel. You will build the systems that make every analyst on this team sharper, including the AI agents themselves.
As the
Marketing Analytics Director
, you will be the lead architect of our data-driven growth engine, connecting high-level strategy with advanced technical execution. You will move beyond traditional reporting to build a self-sustaining marketing ecosystem, leveraging Google BigQuery, Grafana, and agentic AI to create a unified source of truth and a culture of analytical rigor. Your mandate is to move the needle on demand generation across the entire marketing funnel, while raising the standard for how analytical work gets produced, challenged, and shipped across the org.
You will architect a dual-track target-setting framework that balances high-velocity top-of-funnel growth with deep-funnel quality, ensuring GTM resources are directed toward high-converting user cohorts optimized for Grafana adoption and long-term retention.
You will be expected to engineer the underlying data schemas, design predictive models, and implement the BI frameworks that shape our global GTM strategy. We are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex data into clear executive-level direction and who proactively builds systems that prevent AI-generated noise from drowning out actual signals.
What You'll Be Doing
Strategic GTM Partnership:
Serve as the primary strategic partner to the GTM Leadership team (VP of Demand Gen, VP of Regional and Events, Head of Marketing Ops, CMO, Revenue Operations, Sales leadership and more), translating complex data into a clear roadmap for demand generation and revenue growth.
Dual-Track Target Setting:
Architect and own a sophisticated forecasting framework that balances top-of-funnel volume with high-intent lead quality, optimized for Grafana Cloud conversion and retention.
Predictive Modeling and ROI:
Develop and maintain machine learning models (Attribution, MMM, LTV) to predict campaign impact and steer budget allocation toward the highest-ROI channels.
Data Warehouse Architecture:
Oversee the structure of marketing data within Google BigQuery, ensuring a scalable single source of truth that connects product usage data with marketing touchpoints.
Causal Inference and Inflection Hunting:
Move beyond descriptive analytics to perform causal inference and predictive trend analysis. When the data shows an anomaly, whether a 3-month spike, a regional dip, or a campaign that overperformed, isolate the window and dig in.
Executive Storytelling:
Transform technical data outputs into clear, compelling narratives for the executive team and board. Deliver a succinct read and go deep where pushed.
Utilizing AI and Automation
Agentic Insights:
Deploy LLM-powered agents (Claude Code, MCP-based tooling, or comparable) to monitor BigQuery datasets and automatically flag quality shifts in the funnel before they impact revenue.
Autonomous Workflows:
Implement orchestration patterns (N8N, custom MCP servers, or equivalent) to build self-healing data pipelines and automated responses to market signals, such as automated spend shifts based on conversion anomalies.
Predictive Quality Scoring:
Build and deploy AI-driven scoring models that separate high-value potential users from low-signal volume, helping Sales and Marketing prioritize effectively.
What Makes You a Great Fit
8+ years in Marketing Analytics, GTM Strategy, or Data Science, with at least 2 years in a lead architect capacity (IC track or player-coach; people management not required) within a high-growth SaaS or PLG environment.
Demonstrated history as a force multiplier. You can point to specific tooling, rituals, evaluator systems, or frameworks you built that made other analysts or the broader org measurably better. A portfolio of dashboards you personally produced is not sufficient.
Data Science and Engineering: Mastery of SQL and Python required. Deep experience architecting data environments in Google BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar warehouses.
Hands-on AI fluency as a builder, not a user. You have built and shipped agentic systems with Claude Code, MCP, or comparable tools. You understand where LLMs fail and how to design around those limitations. You have built evaluator agents, prompt-grading systems, or analytical quality tooling in production.
Automation Proficiency: Hands-on experience building complex logic and integrations using N8N, custom API orchestration, or MCP-based tooling.
Visualization and BI: Advanced proficiency in modern data stack visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Tableau) to build executive-grade dashboards.
Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to create structure in highly ambiguous environments and build target-setting frameworks from scratch.
MarTech Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with connectivity between Salesforce, marketing automation, and product-led data streams.
Executive presence with experience presenting to executive and board audiences, including sound judgment about what data is and isn't ready to share up the chain.
Bonus Points For
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Business Analytics). MBA or MS in Data Science is a significant plus.
