About the Job:
LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Benefits Manager to design, run, and continuously improve the health, wellness, and financial benefits programs that support our growing, distributed workforce. You will be the senior subject matter expert on benefits within People Operations, owning the strategy and delivery of our programs end to end, managing carrier and vendor relationships, and ensuring our offerings are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You will work independently on complex, ambiguous problems, influence decisions across People, Finance, Legal, and IT, and serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and other senior leaders. You will not have direct reports, but you will guide and coach teammates and external partners through your expertise.
We are looking for someone who pairs deep technical benefits knowledge with sound business judgment, a bias for operational excellence, and a genuine commitment to the employee experience.
Responsibilities:
Own the benefits strategy and roadmap, covering medical, dental, vision, life and disability, FSA/HSA, 401(k), leave of absence, mental health and wellness, and global/international offerings, and recommend changes backed by data and market benchmarking.
Lead the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment cycle: plan design analysis, funding and cost modeling, carrier negotiation, communications, system configuration, and post-enrollment audits.
Manage broker, carrier, PEO/EOR, and third-party administrator relationships, holding vendors accountable to service levels, pricing, and employee experience standards.
Partner with Finance to forecast, budget, and report on benefits spend, and identify cost containment and plan optimization opportunities without compromising employee value.
Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, state and local leave laws, and non-discrimination testing; own required filings, notices, and audits, partnering with Legal and outside counsel as needed.
Administer and optimize benefits technology (HRIS, benefits administration platform, and carrier feeds), including integrations, data accuracy, and reconciliation of invoices and eligibility.
Serve as the escalation point for complex employee benefits, leave, and accommodation cases, and coach People Operations teammates on resolution.
Design and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and education that help employees make informed choices.
Evaluate benefits for new geographies and acquisitions, and support the integration of new employee populations.
Build scalable processes, documentation, and metrics (participation, cost per employee, utilization, satisfaction) and report insights to People leadership.
Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging benefits solutions, and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Qualifications:
8+ years of progressive benefits experience, including significant ownership of renewals, open enrollment, and vendor management in a high-growth technology or similarly fast-paced environment.
Deep working knowledge of US benefits regulations (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and state/local requirements) and of health plan funding models, including fully insured and self-funded arrangements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze plan data, build cost models, and turn them into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Experience with benefits administration platforms and HRIS systems (for example, Workday, Rippling, or similar) and with managing carrier and eligibility integrations.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of improving cost, service, or employee outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to employees and executives alike.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
High standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting benefits for a multi-country workforce or through M&A integration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE 💭
We're looking for a frontend-leaning Product Engineer with strong product sense, judgment, and taste to help shape and build Passport https://workos.com/passport. With Passport, accessing your work apps is as simple as unlocking your device, instead of battling one sign-in prompt after another. You’ll build the experiences that make that seamless, while giving administrators clear control over access.
You'll help decide what gets built and carry it through to production. Working directly with customers, you'll turn complex identity and device workflows into clear employee and administrator experiences, with hands-on engineering across the stack.
You’ll work in an AI-native engineering environment, using AI tools to prototype, build, and iterate while maintaining a high bar for product quality and technical correctness.
RESPONSIBILITIES ✔️
- Work directly with customers, solutions engineering, and go-to-market teammates to understand their identity and device setups, identify friction, and prioritize focused improvements.
- Build onboarding and access-management experiences that help employees get started and administrators confidently manage access.
- Own features from implementation through release and iteration, making pragmatic technical tradeoffs that balance maintainability with momentum.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and security engineers to make complex access workflows simple and secure.
- Help shape how AI agents access company tools, working with adjacent product teams to make connections and configuration understandable.
QUALIFICATIONS 🌟
- 5+ years of industry software development experience, including shipping user-facing products.
- Strong frontend engineering: accessible interfaces, well-structured application state, fast interactions, and thoughtful loading, empty, error, and recovery states.
- Full-stack capability: design useful APIs, reason about data models and queries, implement authorization behavior, and debug production issues. Your deepest expertise may be frontend; you can own work across layers and collaborate with specialists when needed.
- Strong product sense and judgment: understand customer needs, identify the right problems, and make thoughtful tradeoffs about priorities, scope, quality, and speed, including knowing what not to build.
- Strong product taste: you shape how a product works, not just how it looks. You can rethink complex workflows, choose sensible defaults, and make the right actions feel obvious.
- Clear communication and independent judgment through ambiguity, with the curiosity to learn unfamiliar systems and collaborate across disciplines.
- Bonus: Identity, authentication, authorization, or enterprise integrations, including SAML, OIDC, or SCIM.
- Bonus: Experience building desktop applications or device-management workflows.
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, developer tools, or employee and administrator products, especially experience building an early-stage product with its first customers.
Benefits and Perks (US Only) 💖
At WorkOS, we offer resources that emphasize personal and familial well-being. We offer healthcare coverage for you and your family, including medical, dental, and vision. We offer parental leave, paid-time off and fully remote working arrangements.

- You are comfortable with ambiguity and will guide product definition, feature prioritization, and scope, in concert with cross functional teams.
- You’re a fan of iterative development, working with our customers as well as cross-functional teams to hypothesize, measure impact, and learn from previous releases to iterate on future roadmap plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
- You have deep empathy for the needs of developers and are obsessed with talking to your users.
- You have created and deployed AI agents at scale and dealt with all the challenges and pain points of such tasks
- You are comfortable interacting with a command-line interface.

Coder is growing from about 220 to 500 people by the end of 2027, and our People team is growing with us. We work in pods (GTM, R&D, G&A), each with its own HRBP and Generalist, so leaders always know who to call.
You'll be our first People presence on the ground in London and the day-to-day HR contact for the GTM pod, including our UK team and employees across our Employer of Record (EOR) arrangements. Our London entity is already up and running, so you'll keep the international employee experience running smoothly, help it mature, and work closely with the HRBPs on anything complex.
What you'll do
- Be the primary day-to-day HR contact for GTM employees, including UK and EOR employees
- Own offer letters, contract administration, and onboarding workflows for international hires, including country-specific requirements
- Administer benefits for our UK entity and across EOR providers, and recommend improvements as our international population grows
- Keep our UK employment practices compliant and current, working with Legal, Finance, and the HRBPs on policies, contracts, and statutory requirements
- Keep international employee data accurate in Rippling and Deel, and support audits and reporting
- Answer employee questions on benefits, policies, leave, and pay, and escalate complex matters to the HRBP
- Identify and implement improvements to how we onboard, administer, and offboard international employees
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in HR or People Operations, with UK employment experience
- Working knowledge of UK employment law (contracts, right to work, statutory leave) and familiarity with EOR models
- Hands-on experience with Rippling and/or Deel
- Comfort being autonomous as the only People team member in London
- Detail-oriented enough to catch a contract error before it ships, and strategic enough to know when to escalate
- Extremely collaborative, working with a US-based team across time zones
Bonus tacos if you have
(Tacos? Ask us how we say thanks by giving tacos!)
- Experience in a newly established UK entity or an early-stage international People function
- Exposure to EMEA employment law beyond the UK
- A high-growth startup background, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment
As our London team and international footprint grow, this role is expected to grow in scope with the business.

INTERVIEW PROCESS
We believe that the interview process should be transparent, consistent, and enjoyable. We value your time and hope to complete the interview process in two to four weeks, if schedules allow. Through your interviews, you will meet a mix of individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders.
AI USE DURING THE INTERVIEW PROCESS
As an AI company, Coder embraces the use of AI tools, and we want to be transparent about our expectations as you navigate our interview process.
Not permitted: Using AI assistance during conversational interviews.
Permitted: Using AI tooling for take-home assessments. Please flag where and to what extent it was used in your take-home. Your submission will not be penalized for using AI as long as it is done honestly.
OUR USE OF AI IN HIRING
We use AI tools to help manage our recruitment process efficiently and fairly. Specifically:
- Ashby and Brainerr help us review inbound applications by surfacing candidates who best match the role requirements we've defined. This tool does not make hiring decisions; it helps our team prioritize which applications to review first.
- Granola takes notes during our interview calls so our team can focus on the conversation with you.
All hiring decisions are made by humans. Our team reviews applications, conducts interviews, and makes final selections. AI tools assist us but never replace human judgment, and these practices are conducted in compliance with applicable data protection, AI governance, and labor laws. Your data is not used to train AI models.
In accordance with New York City Local Law 144, an independent bias audit has been conducted on "Automated Employment Decision Tools"; results are available for Ashby https://www.ashbyhq.com/downloadables/ashby-bias-audit-08-2024.pdf.
If you're applying for a role at Coder and have questions about how we use AI in our process, or if you'd like to request information about the data we collect, please contact careers@coder.com.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $400M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As part of 1Password’s Developer Relations team, you’ll grow our presence where developers learn, share, and connect—especially on X, Reddit, and other relevant online communities. You’ll create technically accurate content, build relationships with technical creators, support product launches and events, and turn developer conversations into measurable audience growth and product interest. Your work will help advance 1Password’s mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director of Developer Relations, this role is remote within the United States, with the San Francisco Bay Area preferred.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Experience in developer marketing, technical social media, community growth, or developer relations.
• A track record of growing a developer or technical audience, with a clear understanding of your contribution and results.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to turn technical ideas into clear, engaging content.
• Technical fluency, including the ability to follow developer documentation, try tools or integrations, and collaborate comfortably with engineers.
• Experience coordinating creator partnerships or marketing campaigns involving multiple contributors, deadlines, and deliverables.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
Senior Fullstack Engineer - Grafana Analytics
At Grafana Labs, we build observability tools that help users understand, respond to, and improve their systems – regardless of scale, complexity, or tech stack. We recently started a skunkworks initiative with a mission to bring observability to the rest of the business via general data analytics. Our goal is to make Grafana the single best place where humans and AI agents understand and act on data from across the enterprise. We build systems that help users make sense of their sea of data through AI-driven features in use cases like product analytics and sales data. These capabilities lower the barrier of domain expertise and surface meaningful signals from messy data.
The Grafana Analytics team is a mix of seasoned Grafanistas and new hires. We operate with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, both as individuals and as a team. Engineers are empowered to make decisions, move quickly, and validate ideas early – while being supported by a deeply collaborative culture that values curiosity, feedback, and cross-functional partnership.
We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a strong software engineering background, a quick iteration mindset, and a passion for experimentation – balanced by a focus on shipping and scaling impactful features that deliver value to users. This new team works like a startup within the company: you'll wear multiple hats and won't rely on cross-functional teams that typically support other teams inside Grafana Labs engineering. You will design, develop, test, and ship AI-powered features that can manage dealing with large datasets, while also expanding the capabilities of analytics-focused AI agents to assist users with information retrieval. As the team matures, there’s a broad opportunity to expand or redefine this role based on impact and initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Build and deliver full-stack user experiences: Take ownership of developing delightful, high-performance AI features to help users discover, organize, and optimize access to large datasets.
Rapid experimentation and iteration: Implement a highly iterative process where you quickly prototype, test, and validate with real users, including shipping and evolving LLM- or agent-powered workflows for the data engineering lifecycle.
Collaborate: Work with the rest of the team to shape AI-driven product features, including the integration of agentic components with internal tools like Slack and alerting systems while engaging with internal data teams for dogfooding.
Utilize AI tools effectively: Use AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and your own development workflows.
Effective communication: You’ll be working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment, so we need someone who can communicate effectively and contribute across teams.
Ownership and impact: Take full ownership of the AI solutions you develop, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and aligned with real user workflows.
What we're looking for:
Product mindset: You understand what problems users have and develop solutions to address those with proficiency and taste.
Strong engineering skills: Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems and making UI design decisions with minimal supervision.
AI experience with a practical mindset: You’re familiar with AI technologies and frameworks, and you focus on delivering high-quality solutions that work in the real world, not just in theory.
Quick iteration and experimentation: You’re comfortable releasing prototypes, collecting feedback, and iterating with a pragmatic mindset.
Proven initiative: You take ownership and drive projects forward, pushing boundaries to find the most impactful solutions. You can deal with ambiguity and are able to define scope where things are loosely defined.
Collaborative attitude: You communicate effectively with your peers. You’re open to feedback, and you bring a solutions-oriented mindset to the table.
Requirements:
Track record of building user-facing experiences that strike the right balance between utility and delighting the user.
Experience with LLMs, context engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
Proven track record of delivering software that made it into production and is actively used by users.
Exposure to working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi‑agent workflows.
Experience as a data analyst or work with data platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, DataBricks)
Experience building tools for data engineering.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada the Base compensation range for this role is $
164,490 - $197,389 CAD.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
