ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy.
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced partnerships leader to own and scale ElevenLabs’ strategic relationships with cloud hyperscalers and Systems Integrators, the companies whose platforms, field teams and delivery capacity sit at the heart of how enterprises buy and deploy voice and customer experience AI.
You’ll build and manage co-sell and marketplace programmes with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, and build joint GTM and delivery motions with Regional and Global Systems Integrators. The goal: get ElevenLabs deeply embedded in hyperscaler partner networks and SI practices, so that when enterprises modernize their contact centers or build on cloud infrastructure, ElevenLabs is the natural AI voice layer, and partners have both the incentive and the capacity to sell and deliver it.
This is a 0→1 build in a high-leverage category. You’ll design co-sell and SI GTM frameworks, drive pipeline with hyperscaler field teams, structure marketplace and private offer motions, negotiate referral, resell and joint-offering agreements with SIs, and own the revenue and pipeline outcomes that come from these relationships.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 6-9 MONTHS)
- Partner-sourced and influenced revenue: closed-won ARR attributable to hyperscaler and SI relationships
- Hyperscaler marketplace and co-sell presence: listings live, co-sell registrations flowing, and active motions running with hyperscaler field teams
- SI practice activation: named SI practice leads, certified practitioners and at least one joint offering or solution play in market
- Partner-sourced pipeline: qualified opportunities sourced or co-sold through hyperscaler and SI field teams each quarter
- Field activation: measurable engagement with hyperscaler sellers and SI client partners and delivery teams, not just BD or alliance leads, translating to warm intros and joint account planning
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or GTM roles within SaaS or cloud, with direct experience running hyperscaler partner programmes and SI/GSI partnerships
- Hands-on experience with hyperscaler co-sell programmes (AWS ISV Accelerate and ACE, Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Programme, Google Cloud Partner Advantage or equivalent) and marketplace operations (listings, private offers, commit burndown). You know how field co-sell actually works, not just the theory
- Working knowledge of the SI ecosystem: relationships with practice leads and client partners at GSIs and RSIs, and an understanding of how SIs build practices, attach services to software ARR, and allocate delivery capacity
- A builder mindset: experience creating co-sell and SI motions from 0→1, rather than inheriting a mature programme
- Comfortable with technical, API-driven products; able to work with solutions engineers to scope solution architectures and articulate ElevenLabs’ value to technical partner audiences
- Experience building enablement, certification or reference architectures that activate partner field and delivery teams at scale
- Based in North America
- Bonus: background combining 3-4 years in a quota-carrying sales or solutions role with 3-4 years in partnerships or alliances; prior experience at a company that successfully scaled through cloud marketplace and SI channels
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America, with the ability to operate in US Eastern and Pacific timezones. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York or San Francisco.

Remote; New York; Washington, D.C.; This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in North America, with the ability to operate in US Eastern and Pacific timezones
Location: Uttar Pradesh, Noida, India
Purpose of the role
This role delivers the accounting for the Americas from India. It is a US-qualified seat, created to build proper US accounting capability within the Group's India finance delivery center.
In its first year the role also carries the closure accounting for the South and North American entities being wound down, Colombia, Mexico and Canada. It is therefore both a forward-looking build and a clean-up of the Americas estate.
The role is India-based and permanent in India. It reports the Americas numbers to the Head of Finance, with a dotted line to the Chief Accountant, India & Far East, who supervises the India delivery team. The reporting of the Americas results sits with Finance and is independent of any regional operating manager.
Core responsibilities
US accounting and reporting
US GAAP.
Own the US books under US GAAP, including the monthly close, the general ledger and all balance-sheet reconciliations for the US entity.
Reporting.
Prepare the US Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow, and convert or bridge to IFRS for Group consolidation on the reporting calendar.
Consolidation input.
Deliver the Americas reporting pack to the Chief Accountant, India & Far East and the Head of Finance, with intercompany balances reconciled for Group consolidation.
One version of the truth.
Act as a reliable, independent source for the Americas numbers, cross-checking with the wider finance function and the Commercial Control Centre.
US tax and compliance
Federal and state tax.
Coordinate US federal and state tax filings, sales-and-use tax and franchise tax with the Group's US tax advisors and maintain the compliance calendar for the region.
Payroll and reporting.
Oversee US payroll processing and related filings with the external provider, reviewing before disbursement.
Audit.
Support the Group audit for the Americas, resolving auditor queries with tax advisors and banks.
Payments, AP and AR
AP and AR ledgers.
Maintain the Americas accounts payable and receivable ledgers within Finance, overseeing invoicing, collections follow-up and payment controls.
Payment creation.
Create Americas payments from the approved payment calendar and budget; Treasury arranges the funds and executes, so no one creates, approves and executes the same payment.
Requirements
Qualification.
US-qualified accountant: CPA, or a qualified accountant (CA / ACCA) with demonstrable, hands-on US GAAP and US tax experience. This is a non-negotiable requirement of the role.
Experience.
At least 6 to 8 years in accounting, including direct responsibility for US books under US GAAP, ideally within a multi-entity or multinational group. Experience of entity liquidation or closure accounting is an advantage given the year-one scope.
Technical depth.
Strong command of US GAAP, the US federal and state tax landscape, and the monthly close. Ability to bridge US GAAP to IFRS for Group consolidation. Familiarity with multi-currency accounting.
Systems.
Strong ERP and Excel skills. Odoo experience or an appetite to work through a new ERP implementation, is a distinct advantage.
Working pattern.
Comfortable delivering US accounting remotely from India, including a willingness to overlap with US business hours as needed for close and audit.
English.
Clear and professional in English, with auditors, tax advisors and banks alike.
Proactive and commercially aware
, the kind of person who brings the solution, not just the problem.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customers' agent prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - must be proficient in English.
GROWTH POTENTIAL
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
LOCATION
This is a remote-first role. Candidates must be based in North America.
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: Remote; New York

About the role
We’re hiring a Sales Execution & NA Enablement Lead to raise how our enterprise sellers plan, pursue, and win complex, technical deals. This is not a traditional training role. You’ll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it.
The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE.
What you’ll do
- Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution.
- Enable sellers to win technical enterprise deals: Coach reps to build business cases with champions, read 10-Ks, and connect ElevenLabs capabilities to measurable outcomes for technical and economic buyers.
- Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks.
- Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them.
- Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers.
- Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need.
- Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency.
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company
- Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results
- Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them
- Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies
- AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape
- Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers
- Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams
- Bonus: Experience working in voice AI

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Director & Associate General Counsel at Humanoid, you will lead legal operations across the U.S. and Canada as we scale our footprint in the region. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel, you'll serve as our senior legal representative and principal point of contact here — spanning regulatory support for production and R&D, IP across the research and manufacturing lifecycle, dispute resolution and pre-litigation matters, and the corporate and financing work that comes with our growth. You'll also partner closely with compliance leadership to track regulatory obligations, support public policy engagement, and own the region's legal infrastructure: entity management, governance, policies, templates, outside counsel, tooling, and reporting.
If you're excited to help shape a growing legal function, want real ownership over how law and compliance guide the deployment of real-world robots, and are ready to be the senior legal voice for a fast-growing region, we want to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own legal operations for North America across the United States and Canada, acting as an extension of the Office of the General Counsel in the region.
- Provide regulatory support to our production and R&D functions as HMND‑01 is deployed into industrial environments, working with compliance leadership to translate requirements into workable processes.
- Advise on IP rights across R&D and production, including invention capture, ownership, licensing, and protection.
- Manage disputes and pre-litigation matters across the region.
- Support commercial contracting in North America in partnership with our global contracts function.
- Drive legal support for public policy and government engagement in the United States and Canada, in partnership with our government relations and commercial leadership.
- Support corporate and financing workstreams in the region.
- Engage and manage outside counsel across the United States and Canada, with a clear view of cost and value.
- Own the legal operations infrastructure for the region, including entity management, policies, templates, tooling, and reporting.
- Build, manage, and develop the North American legal team as headcount grows, while remaining close to the work yourself.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of legal experience following bar admission, including 5+ years in-house in regulated industries.
- Licensed US attorney in good standing.
- 5+ years of people management experience, with the ability to build and scale a team as the region grows.
- Regulatory support experience across production and R&D functions.
- Substantive IP experience.
- Dispute resolution experience.
- A hands-on, execution-oriented approach: you do the work yourself as well as overseeing others.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work from our Boston office five days per week.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Canadian law, or experience running a cross-border US–Canada remit.
- Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence (AI), automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
- Experience supporting a venture financing round in-house.
- Exposure to product safety, export controls, or trade compliance.
- Experience supporting government relations or public policy work.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match.
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
For this role in Massachusetts, the expected base salary range is $220K–$300K USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

The Role
As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team focused on Research and technical hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral's US-based research and engineering teams from the ground up. Joining early means you'll help shape both our technical recruitment strategy and operations, partnering closely with Research leadership across Research Science, Research Engineering, and adjacent technical functions. Your work will directly influence Mistral's frontier-model ambitions by ensuring we find and engage exceptional researchers and engineers who will drive Mistral's growth in the US. In this role, you'll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish technical recruiting best practices as we expand across the US.
What You Will Do
Technical Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner deeply with technical leaders — from Research Scientists and Research Engineers to team leads and hiring managers — to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify the right technical talent
- Own full-cycle recruitment across Research Science and Research Engineering, with flexibility to support other technical roles as they come along
- Advise hiring managers on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and the competitive landscape for US research and engineering talent
- Translate the nuances of each technical role into compelling, accurate candidate outreach
End-to-End Technical Recruitment
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close, operating with autonomy on complex, competitive technical roles
- Source passive and active candidates across US research and engineering talent pools — from PhD students and postdocs to experienced researchers and engineers at leading AI labs, universities, and technology companies
- Conduct intake and calibration sessions with hiring managers to align on ideal candidate profiles and stage expectations
- Drive efficient, high-conversion pipelines and close candidates in a fiercely competitive market for top research talent
Candidate Experience & Selling Mistral
- Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a compelling narrative about Mistral's mission, culture, and trajectory
- Articulate Mistral's positioning in the AI landscape — frontier models, open-weight philosophy, and research credibility — to differentiate us against better-resourced labs
- Provide candidates with real insight into our research agenda, compute access, publication culture, and the specific impact of their role
- Deliver a high-quality, respectful candidate experience at every stage, regardless of outcome
Recruiting Operations & Data-Driven Improvement
- Develop and refine technical recruiting processes, tools, and documentation to improve outcomes and efficiency
- Use data to diagnose pipeline issues (e.g., drop-off at specific stages, time-to-fill by role) and propose targeted solutions
- Build and maintain market maps, competitive intel, and talent pools for key US research and engineering segments
- Standardize technical interview rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices across US technical hiring teams
Raising the Bar
- Collaborate with Research leadership and the broader Talent team to continuously elevate our hiring standards
- Contribute to defining and evolving our technical talent acquisition strategy in the US as we scale our research presence
- Partner on employer-brand and outbound sourcing initiatives — including academic pipelines, conference presence, and open-source community engagement — that position Mistral as a destination for top research and engineering talent
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, including 2+ years in a startup or high-growth environment, with a focus on Research Science and Research Engineering roles
- Demonstrated ability to independently hire across the technical stack — from Research Engineers to Research Scientists, and senior research talent
- Deep network and sourcing expertise in US research and engineering talent markets, with credibility in AI/ML and ideally connections across top labs and universities
- Track record of hiring in competitive, candidate-scarce markets where top researchers have multiple offers
- Experience working across multiple US markets, including relocation and visa-driven hiring
- Willingness to work on other roles as needs come up
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic planning and hands-on execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior technical stakeholders without direct authority
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle shifting priorities across a high-volume hiring slate
- Professional experience with modern recruiting tools such as Ashby
- Familiarity with the AI/ML research landscape and the ability to credibly discuss frontier model capabilities, research directions, and publications with technical candidates

- Continuously evaluate distribution gaps relative to competitors.
STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS
- Build and maintain C-suite and senior executive relationships with the most important WHOOP retail and strategic partners.

- Establish clear targets and KPIs for the sales organization and individual account teams.
- Identify and address performance gaps quickly.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision making and operational excellence.
GO-TO-MARKET & LAUNCH EXCELLENCE
- Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance to deliver major product and membership launches.

- Build and lead a high-performing North American sales organization.
- Define the appropriate organizational structure across key accounts, retail, channel development, sales operations, and strategic partnerships.
- Recruit, develop, and retain exceptional commercial talent.
- Establish a culture of high standards, accountability, urgency, and collaboration.
- Ensure the organization remains highly connected to global WHOOP commercial and functional teams.

- Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Membership, and Customer Experience.
- Create a single North American commercial plan across functions.
