The future of Web3 starts with you:
Requirements
Hands-on experience in Web3 / crypto – worked on crypto projects or inside crypto companies, not adjacent to them.
Able to communicate inside the industry: accurate terminology with founders, exchanges and infrastructure teams; understands how deals in this market are structured.
2+ years in business development / sales with self-sourced pipeline: cold outreach, first contact, qualification, discovery calls.
Proven ability to move a prospect from first call to a committed, warm opportunity: discovery, objection handling, next-step discipline, follow-up until a decision.
Closing experience on mid-size tickets – candidate must be able to name deal sizes, cycle length and their own role in each. Closing is not the daily core of the role, but the hire must be able to take a deal to signature.
Fluent spoken English (C1+), verified in a live call.
Ukrainian – native (preferred).
Hands-on work in any CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Salesforce or equivalent): pipeline hygiene, stage discipline, logging every touch.
Cold outreach at volume: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Telegram, email sequencing.
Ability to work across multiple projects/products in parallel and enter unfamiliar verticals quickly – research a new field, build a message that holds up, start contacting.
High-volume orientation: comfortable spending most of the day in conversation, calls and follow-ups.
Responsibilities
Source own pipeline through cold outreach across LinkedIn, Telegram, X/Twitter, email and niche industry platforms.
Build and maintain target lists and segmentation for assigned directions.
Run first contact, qualification and discovery calls.
Convert cold contacts into warm, qualified opportunities and hand them over with full context.
Keep warm opportunities moving: follow-ups, next steps, objection handling – the deal does not stall in this role's hands.
Close mid-size deals independently as the scope expands into the full cycle.
Maintain the CRM: every contact, stage, next step and outcome logged.
Test and iterate messaging and channels per segment; report what converts.
Ramp into new products, networks and verticals as assigned, including unfamiliar fields.
Weekly reporting on outreach volume, calls held, warm opportunities and pipeline movement.

About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Finance Transformation & Strategy PMO
to join our
Intelligence & Performance (IP) team
.
This role sits at the intersection of
finance, data, and technology
. You will drive Finance’s digital and AI transformation, connecting finance, business, product, data, and engineering teams, and turning operational and financial management needs into workable processes, data products, and system solutions. Your goal is to raise financial operating efficiency and data quality, give management reliable BI and actionable insight, and help build the financial systems and internal controls the company needs as it scales.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable with ambiguity, complexity, and senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Lead Finance transformation programs end to end.
Build the roadmap for finance digitalization and AI transformation, prioritize projects, and define scope, milestones, owners, and acceptance criteria. Run cross-functional delivery from requirements through launch, training, and continuous improvement.
Own financial BI and decision support.
Build a unified financial and operational metrics framework with consistent definitions and dashboards covering revenue, cost, profit, budget execution, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
Turn data into action.
Explain business changes and anomalies to management, identify opportunities in cost, efficiency, and resource allocation, and work with business teams to execute and track the results.
Design finance solutions and automate processes.
Map finance processes, business rules, and system requirements into clear process designs, data models, and functional specs. Drive automation across bookkeeping, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, budgeting, and management analysis, and coordinate integration across ERP, finance platforms, data platforms, and business systems.
Improve data quality and control.
Strengthen reconciliation, exception handling, and data lineage so that definitions are consistent and key numbers are traceable.
Land AI and Agent applications in Finance.
Identify high-value AI use cases across finance, business analysis, internal control, and audit support. Take them from prototype to production with product, data, and engineering teams, including intelligent analysis, anomaly detection, document processing, and knowledge retrieval. Define success metrics, human review, permissions, and audit trails.
Build compliance and internal control foundations.
Work with Finance, Legal, Compliance, IT, and Audit on gap assessments and remediation plans. Drive SOX-related controls, ITAC, and ITGC, and embed key controls into finance processes, systems, and data flows (access, segregation of duties, change management, data integrity, audit trail).
Keep leadership informed.
Give clear executive updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs, and act as a force multiplier by driving alignment and execution clarity across teams.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in finance products, finance digitalization, financial BI, or solutions roles, with a track record of turning finance requirements into system or data solutions and getting them adopted.
Solid understanding of finance operations: general ledger, AP/AR, revenue recognition, reconciliation, settlement, budgeting, and audit, with the ability to identify business rules and key control points.
Strong data analysis capability.
Independently use SQL to query, validate, and analyze data, and know at least one mainstream BI tool. Able to define metrics, analyze performance, and turn findings into recommendations that management understands and teams can execute.
Experience designing solutions and building, integrating, or optimizing ERP, finance platforms, BI platforms, or automation systems, with the ability to work effectively with product and engineering.
Strong cross-functional project management: able to align multiple stakeholders, manage priorities and dependencies, and push through complex problems.
Understanding of internal control and auditability requirements for financial systems, and the ability to judge where AI fits in finance scenarios and help validate and roll it out.
Independent thinking and high ownership.
You challenge assumptions constructively, form your own point of view, and operate with a strong bias toward action.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including with senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IPO preparation, SOX, ITAC, ITGC, or internal control build-out at a listed company.
Experience building management-oriented business analysis and financial BI systems, and explaining how analysis drives decisions.
Hands-on experience implementing LLMs, AI agents, enterprise knowledge bases, or finance intelligence applications.
Background in banking, payments, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, or other high-volume businesses. Familiarity with trading, fund and asset flows, reconciliation, and finance operations in the digital asset industry is a plus.
Bilingual (English + Mandarin) to collaborate across global teams.
