Reduce noisy or missing alerts and telemetry gaps, and use SLOs, error budgets, and self-service instrumentation to help engineers maintain the health of their services.
Guide technical decisions about time-series storage, high-cardinality metrics, log pipelines, and distributed tracing.
Participate in the Incident Manager On Call (IMOC) rotation, coordinating the response to high-severity incidents affecting
GitLab.com
.
Keep the team's on-call rotation sustainable through coverage across time zones, useful runbooks, better alerts, and follow-through on post-incident actions.
Use AI tools and agents to support engineering workflows and incident triage, reviewing their output while engineers retain responsibility for decisions.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading an observability, platform engineering, or site reliability engineering team operating at scale, including supporting people in a distributed, asynchronous environment.
Technical knowledge of metrics systems such as Prometheus and long-term storage, logging platforms such as Elasticsearch or cloud-native services, and alerting design.
Experience using SLOs, error budgets, and capacity forecasts to make reliability and investment decisions.
Experience operating a large software-as-a-service platform and investigating production issues such as telemetry gaps, ingestion limits, or noisy and missing alerts.
Experience participating in and improving production on-call rotations, including incident coordination and balancing operational load with project work.
The ability to explain technical tradeoffs to engineering partners and other stakeholders.
Experience using AI tools or agents in engineering or management work; you can describe how you would apply them to operational problems such as incident triage.
We welcome different paths into this role, whether through practical experience, formal study, or transferable skills. If the work interests you, please apply even if you don't meet every qualification.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a founding Sales Development Representative for Ramp’s Strategic segment. You drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, Leadership, Marketing, and Product to drive the Top-of-Funnel strategy and execute against business goals.
What You'll Do
- Help build the strategic account motion at Ramp — sourcing deals, bridging introductions, and progressing sales opportunities in the pipeline.
- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building durable coverage and pipeline across a smaller, higher-value set.
- Develop account plans with your AE: prioritize accounts, map the buying group, identify the "why now," and align on a path to engagement.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach; qualify prospects through consultative discovery.
- Coordinate with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to use warm introductions, executive programs, and customer stories effectively.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization — validating outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce; use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You'll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working a named-account or account-based motion — prioritizing accounts and tailoring outreach to senior or complex buyers.
- Proven ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting prep, and deal progression.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and written/verbal communication skills.
- A builder mindset: diagnose results, form a point of view, adapt, and turn what works into repeatable practice.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion — creating structure, managing ambiguity, and raising issues early.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Strategic SDR role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into large, complex, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, or familiarity with finance workflows (expense, AP, procurement, ERPs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, or account research/intent tools.
- Prior experience scaling a new team or motion, or working with partner ecosystems and field events.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Marketing Analytics Lead at Anthropic, you will own how we measure marketing. You'll build and run a single measurement framework that shows how marketing activity turns into pipeline, revenue, and product usage, and you'll make that framework something marketers and executives actually use to make decisions. As our marketing programs grow across enterprise and product-led motions, your work will determine whether we invest in what works.
In this role, you'll own the marketing measurement framework end to end: the metric definitions, the data models behind them, the dashboards that surface them, and the insights they produce. This is a hands-on individual contributor role; data science and data engineering will support you, but you'll do the core work yourself. You'll partner closely with field marketing, partner marketing, campaign marketing, finance, sales strategy, sales development, data science, and data engineering to align on definitions and keep the whole organization working from one view of the funnel.
Key responsibilities
Own the marketing measurement framework that connects marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and product usage
Set the direction for the framework and extend it to programs it doesn't cover yet
Define marketing metrics clearly and get cross-functional teams to agree on definitions early
Build and maintain the data models that power marketing reporting
Develop dashboards that marketers and executives rely on in their weekly reviews
Teach marketers and executives how the metrics work, and keep teaching as the metrics evolve
Lead adoption of the framework so that both marketing and executive teams use it as their shared source of truth
Partner with finance, sales strategy, and sales development to connect marketing measurement to the broader revenue picture
Find and share the insights nobody asked for, turning analysis into recommendations that change what we do
Write analytical SQL on large datasets to answer questions about funnel performance and attribution
Track framework gaps and data quality issues, and work with data engineering to resolve them
Present findings to marketing leadership and executives in clear, decision-ready formats
Minimum qualifications
Have deep experience with marketing analytics, including lead funnels, attribution to enterprise pipeline, and product usage measurement
Have designed metrics from scratch and know what makes a metric trusted and useful
Can write analytical SQL on large datasets with confidence
Have built data models in tools like dbt and dashboards that many people use daily
Are comfortable setting direction without waiting for a plan to be handed to you
Can turn vague questions into clear, measurable definitions
Work well across functions and know how to get teams aligned on definitions before problems surface
Enjoy teaching others how metrics work and helping non-technical audiences build data fluency
Finish what you start, from first definition to adopted dashboard
Are excited about Anthropic's mission to develop AI that is safe and beneficial
Preferred qualifications
Experience building marketing measurement for both enterprise sales-led and product-led growth motions
Familiarity with marketing attribution models and their practical tradeoffs
Experience presenting metrics and insights directly to executives and shaping how leadership reviews performance
A background in data science, analytics engineering, or marketing operations
Experience working with CRM and marketing automation data, such as Salesforce and related tooling
Experience standing up a measurement practice where one didn't exist before
Familiarity with how finance and sales strategy teams think about pipeline and forecasting
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$255,000
—
$320,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Identify and manage dependencies between Site Development and Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, and other stakeholders.
Engage impacted departments early when Growth, Development, and Power activities have downstream implications for scope, timing, resources, cost, or execution.
Establish and facilitate cross-functional meetings needed to resolve dependencies, align plans, make decisions, and maintain progress.
Track commitments and action items across departments and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.
Support prioritization and sequencing across sites and initiatives by maintaining visibility into dependencies, capacity, timing, and competing demands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support functions to ensure required business processes are understood, planned for, and initiated at the appropriate stage.
Support Growth, Development, and Power leadership with capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into the volume and complexity of current and upcoming work.
Improve communication and handoffs between Growth, Development and downstream teams, particularly Pre-Construction and EHS.
Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
Act as an impartial facilitator when cross-department priorities or expectations are misaligned.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
Working knowledge of site development processes sufficient to understand key milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
Basic knowledge of real estate contracts, with a general understanding of common gating items in the closing process.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage, streamline, and enhance project workstreams.
Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions.
Strong ability to translate complex or loosely defined initiatives into structured, trackable execution plans.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, particularly in environments where accountability spans multiple departments.
Ability to identify dependencies, organizational gaps, and risks and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve them.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience with project/work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise reporting to department and business leadership.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Academy delivers in-person and virtual learning experiences in partnership with mission-aligned organizations. We create hands-on, accessible programs for audiences with different goals, contexts, and levels of experience. To date, over 4 million people worldwide have engaged with our content online, and thousands have attended our in-person events.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking an experienced, highly self directed Learning Designer & Content Developer to create and test AI training for OpenAI Academy’s in-person and virtual programs. You’ll work with Academy leads and subject-matter experts to produce training packages from agreed-upon briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet delivery timelines. OpenAI will set program priorities and retain final approval of curriculum, content, and delivery standards. This is a contractor position.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Learning Design & Content Development
- Personally develop complete training packages, including polished, brand-aligned slide decks; speaker notes and concise live facilitation cues; demonstration scripts and prompts; realistic sample files; participant exercises and handouts; and facilitator preparation materials.
- Design practical learning experiences for virtual and in-person delivery, with clear learning objectives, realistic timing, transitions, prompts, participant practice, and fallback plans.
- Adapt examples, language, pacing, setup instructions, and practice activities to participants’ roles, goals, digital confidence, and AI experience. Design clear support for beginners and meaningful extensions for experienced participants, with useful outcomes learners can apply to their own lives or work.
- Work with subject-matter experts and Academy leads to turn complex product and policy concepts into clear, accurate, and usable instruction.
Curriculum Development & Maintenance
- Create reusable templates and document agreed design standards and production practices. Keep source materials organized, current, and clearly versioned so facilitators and partners can find approved materials.
- Develop agreed training packages from initial brief through review, rehearsal, final handoff, and subsequent updates. Keep slides, guides, prompts, exercises, and supporting assets aligned as the training evolves.
- Keep assigned training materials up to date as product capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change. Update affected slides, prompts, demos, exercises, and facilitator guides, and retest workflows before delivery.
Facilitation & Trainer Support
- Pilot new trainings, lead rehearsals, and facilitate selected sessions to test materials and model effective delivery.
- Develop materials and support pilots to extend and improve Academy’s existing facilitator training pathway under the Academy team’s direction.
- Prepare and coach Academy and partner facilitators to use the materials through rehearsal and feedback, following OpenAI-approved guidance on accuracy, inclusion, safety, and participant experience.
Instructional Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Create lightweight learning-assessment and participant-feedback approaches that reveal whether programs are understandable, relevant, and actionable.
- Use rehearsal findings and participant and facilitator feedback to recommend and implement revisions to materials and delivery guidance.
- Build and rehearse demonstrations in the intended delivery environment. Verify prompts, outputs, timing, account and feature requirements, and screen readability; prepare realistic sample data, setup and reset instructions, and fallback outputs where needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Academy program leads, trainers, subject-matter experts, and relevant Global Affairs, Product, Customer Education, Communications, and partner teams.
- Coordinate reviews at agreed milestones, resolve content and usability issues, and submit materials for OpenAI’s final approval.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Complete, tested training packages are delivered on schedule, meet Academy’s requirements, and enable facilitators to run engaging sessions without extensive clarification or undocumented knowledge.
- Participants can complete the intended activities and apply what they learned; audience adaptations reflect their needs while preserving the agreed learning objectives.
- Academy leads can delegate training development from an agreed brief, with focused review at key milestones and final approval by OpenAI.
- Rehearsal observations and participant and facilitator feedback lead to specific improvements, and materials remain current as products and audience needs change.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Demonstrated experience in learning design, instructional design, adult learning, customer education, educator development, or a closely related field.
- A portfolio of complete training programs you personally designed and produced, including presentation materials, facilitator guidance, practical exercises, and demonstrations. Be prepared to explain your contribution, what changed after testing, and how other facilitators used the materials.
- Strong live facilitation skills and the ability to rehearse and deliver practical learning sessions for audiences with different levels of experience, confidence, and familiarity with AI.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with ChatGPT and AI-assisted workflows, including the ability to independently build, troubleshoot, and explain practical demonstrations for nontechnical audiences.
- Strong writing, editing, and slide-development skills: you make complex material clear, accurate, and actionable, and create polished, accessible materials that follow brand guidelines.
- Experience verifying product claims and updating instructional materials as capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change.
- Experience managing content versions, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and delivering multiple training projects against agreed briefs and timelines.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- A commitment to accessible, inclusive learning and enthusiasm for OpenAI Academy’s mission.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Designing AI literacy, digital-skills, workforce, public-interest, or technology-learning programs.
- Adapting learning experiences for different communities, sectors, languages, or cultural contexts.
- Coaching facilitators, developing train-the-trainer resources, or supporting delivery through partners at scale.
- Using lightweight assessment, field observation, or performance evidence to improve instruction.
POTENTIAL EXPANSION AREAS
Additional work may be agreed upon with Academy leads based on program needs and contractor capacity, including:
- Translation and localization systems for Academy materials.
- Support for facilitator assessments, field observation, and quality sampling using OpenAI-approved readiness criteria, with qualification decisions retained by OpenAI.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Data Analyst, Regulatory Analytics and Reporting to join our team remotely! The #1 goal of this role is to turn complex compliance and regulatory data into clear, actionable insights that protect the business, satisfy regulators, and support senior leadership in making high-stakes decisions. You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, regulatory reporting, and compliance operations in a fast-paced, high-scrutiny environment where accuracy and audit-readiness are non-negotiable.
Beyond technical expertise, success in this role depends on being a true business partner who combines data-driven insights with deep knowledge of compliance regulations and frameworks. You'll own end-to-end data management from building and maintaining datasets and pipelines to designing dashboards and insights for compliance and leadership teams. You will also automate compliance processes and workflows to boost efficiency and minimize human error.
If you combine exceptional data analysis expertise with solid knowledge of compliance regulations, a keen eye for regulatory risk, and the drive to shape the future of crypto with a top-tier brand - this is your next mission!
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the design of dashboards, compliance metrics, and regulatory reports, turning data into actionable insights for stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and regional compliance officers
- Automate end to end compliance related data solutions, governance controls, and automations to boost efficiency and minimize manual intervention
- Dive into large, complex datasets to turn findings into scalable, audit-ready data models that facilitate regulatory reporting and analytics
- Translate regulatory and business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional projects with analysts, engineers, and compliance teams to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines and sources
- Coordinate client data quality monitoring by identifying issues, flagging remediations, and partnering with responsible teams to ensure timely resolution
- Support ad-hoc data requests for audits, exams, risk assessments, and day-to-day business needs
- Deliver insights that shape compliance direction through clear, data-driven storytelling
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within financial services or a regulated industry, with hands-on experience in compliance and regulatory reporting across frameworks such as AML, KYC, Sanctions, MiCA, or MiFID
- Solid understanding of regulatory risk and the ability to operate effectively in high-scrutiny, audit-ready environments
- Expert SQL skills including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions, paired with proficiency in Python libraries such as pandas, matplotlib, and plotly
- Hands-on experience using dbt or similar tooling to model and organize high fidelity data for reporting and decision-making
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Superset to build executive-facing dashboards
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Alignment with the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
NICE TO HAVES
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- Passion for continuous learning and approaching problems with a beginner's mindset
- Solid understanding of the cryptocurrency space and how financial markets function
