Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
At Figma, we're building tools that help teams design, build, and ship better products together. Figma Make enables teams to go from prompt to production code, and the Figma agent is a purpose-built design agent that edits files directly on the Figma canvas.
We're looking for a deeply technical product leader to lead the four teams responsible for Figma's Roundtripping area: Code Context, Design to Code, Code to Design, and Code Platform. You'll manage and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with engineering, design, data, and research leaders.
This team builds the products and platform capabilities that help design and code move fluently together. You'll set the strategy for improving connecting customer codebases to Figma.
This is a full-time role that can be held from our New York hub or remotely within the Eastern US time zone.
What you'll do at Figma:
Lead the product aspects of the four teams driving Figma's Roundtripping area - Code Context, Design to Code and Code to Design, and Code Platform
Set vision, strategy, and goals for how design and code stay in sync at Figma
Own Design to Code and Code to Design workflows end to end, including quality measurement, improvement, and discoverability
Guide the development of the code-context systems and translation primitives that power agentic workflows and round-tripping between design and code
Manage and develop three Product Managers, hire the team's open Product Manager role, and establish a high bar for product management craft
Partner with leaders across engineering, design, data, and research to make technical product decisions and serve needs across Figma's product suite
Establish a strong operating cadence across the area and own adoption goals for MCP and Design to Code/Code to Design workflows
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years of experience managing Product Managers, with a proven track record of hiring, calibrating, and developing talent
Deep experience shipping developer tools and AI products - has run evals, owned annotation pipelines, and made real ship/no-ship calls on model behavior
A track record of setting strategy and executing on major initiatives in environments with deep technical and product ambiguity - and rallying an org around a bold, unproven bet
Experience working with enterprise customers to understand their workflows and turn that into shipped product
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and written communication with technical depth; credible in engineering reviews and with senior stakeholders
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

SF IDEO Senior BxD Designer
IDEO San Francisco is in search of a Senior Business Designer who will frame complex business problems, translate insights into viable growth opportunities, and drive ideas toward real-world activation.
The role:
At IDEO, we help clients move forward when the path isn’t clear — whether driven by ambition, responding to disruption, or breaking out of entrenched ways of working.
As a Senior Business Designer, you’ll help teams and organizations turn bold ideas into viable, real-world outcomes — shaping new products, services, and ventures while building the business models, strategies, and pathways to bring them to market. Working across the spectrum from insight to execution, you’ll use business tools, systems thinking, entrepreneurial creativity, and strategic analysis to drive competitive advantage and strategic growth for our clients.
The right person for this role has strong business acumen and strategic instincts, with experience in growth strategy, product management, go-to-market execution, or venture creation. They’re comfortable navigating ambiguity, working with multi-disciplinary teams, influencing senior stakeholders and building conviction for new ideas. They quickly understand how a business creates and captures value, connecting market insights, customer needs, and financial drivers into compelling strategies — moving work forward with the right balance of rigor and creativity to drive real impact.
Why is this role important for IDEO’s work?
Business Designers make the biggest impact by turning ambiguity into clarity and connecting insights to commercially viable opportunities. Their skillset is critical to our work because they bring together strategy, business decision making, market understanding and business model thinking to help clients create and capture value. We count on them to move work beyond ideas into action and provide clear, informed pathways for winning investments.
Once here you will:
Creatively problem-solve by generating new ideas, viable business models, value propositions and go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and ventures, exploring unconventional or hidden solutions in a business context
Build an understanding of IDEO’s client organizations, and partner with clients to drive change and innovation within their teams and organizations
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis to identify new and emerging opportunities, inform decisions, shape business cases, and build conviction for new ideas
Synthesize research, data, and insights into clear narratives that guide decision-making and align stakeholders
Translate complexity into action by developing and leading experiments or pilots that produce insights to help create innovation roadmaps to scale recommendations in real-world contexts
Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams with designers across all creative and technical disciplines (design research, interaction design, data science, communication design, etc.)
Facilitate client workshops and conversations that drive alignment, momentum, and strategic decisions
Continuously grow with, as well as upskill, the Business Design craft through knowledge sharing and bringing unique perspectives to the greater IDEO community
Relevant experiences/skills:
Qualified candidates for this role will have:
A minimum of 4 years of full-time working experience – in a past life, you may have worked in strategy consulting, venture design, product strategy, product management, product innovation, corporate strategy, business insights, business analytics, business planning, go-to market, and/or growth strategy
Strong business acumen; i.e., broad knowledge or exposure to strategy, marketing, finance, operations, product development, organizational design, etc — MBA beneficial but not required
Experience in business design, strategy, product management, venture building, or innovation roles
Ability to creatively problem-solve in a business context, i.e. generate multiple alternative ways to address feasibility, viability, and desirability, including ways that are not obvious
Comfort working in ambiguous situations with limited direction, independently shaping problem definitions and approaches
Ability to interpret and communicate complex business ideas to different audiences, through text, visual, and verbal communications
Experience working across stakeholders and influencing decisions in complex organization
Track record in making ideas real and tangible, from concept to execution roadmap, as an entrepreneur and/or intrapreneur, and bringing others along with you
Strength in synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights, recommendations and narratives, supporting decision making across options and making potential impact clear
Strong storytelling and strategic narrative-building skills
Standout candidates for this role will bring:
Direct experience applying human-centered design approaches, or signals of this skillset
Leadership in bringing a new product or venture to market (0→1)
Familiarity with tools (including AI) to accelerate thinking and workflow
Client centricity (direct experience or signals of this skillset)
Experience with venture building, incubation, innovation labs or product/service development
Experience in relevant industries (financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing), with an understanding of complex environments such as regulation, risk, and product innovation
Key mindsets:
IDEO Designers are people who:
Lead with curiosity and optimism
Hold space for authenticity and psychological safety
Embrace ambiguity (and still ship)
Collaborate generously across disciplines
Learn from failure and iterate forward
Take ownership and make others successful
What does IDEO offer you?

An overview of this role
As Senior Renewals Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll help own the operational engine that makes renewals predictable, measurable, and efficient at scale. Reporting to the Director of CX Operations, you'll be the Renewals team's go-to business partner for processes, tooling, forecasting and insights, consumption and subscription data, and the steps required to quote and close a renewal. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports. You'll lead through ownership and influence, connecting teams and workflows, turning ambiguous problems into clear next steps, and driving improvements that others across the revenue organization depend on.
What you'll do
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end renewal operating model; from renewal identification, assignment through risk management, quoting, through to close and post-renewal data hygiene processes.
Develop and improve the operating cadences that guide the renewal business, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Define, maintain, and evolve retention reporting with cross-functional partners, including gross and net retention, churn and downgrade analysis, and the drivers behind each.
Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve Salesforce and the systems and data flows supporting customer relationship management (CRM), subscription and entitlement records, quoting, orders, billing, and reporting. Translate business needs into requirements, validate solutions, and strengthen data quality and operational controls.
Simplify and scale the renewal motion through automation, standardized workflows, alerts, playbooks, and self-service insights that reduce manual effort and improve execution consistency.
Support renewals planning and capacity management, including segmentation implementation, coverage models, productivity assumptions, capacity modeling, supporting target setting, and scenario planning.
Own and mature the Renewal Operations case-management program, including intake, triage, routing, service-level visibility, resolution, and root-cause analysis. Requests may include user migrations, de-duplication, Renewal Manager ownership changes, compensation exceptions, and Salesforce or data issues.
Raise the operating standard in your domain by documenting processes, mentoring others on how the renewal motion works, and contributing to broader Revenue Operations initiatives that need the renewals perspective.
What you'll bring
Experience in Renewals Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, management consulting, strategy, or a similar analytical and problem-solving role, with ownership of operational improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with both consumption and subscription renewal motions, including renewal forecasting, retention reporting, and the contractual and process mechanics that govern how renewals close.
Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills. You can break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and move them forward.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills. You're highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, can build and validate models from scratch, and can translate analysis into clear recommendations and action. Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying tools is preferred, not required.
Systems thinking and experience using Salesforce for pipeline and renewals reporting. You understand how changes in one part of the go-to-market motion affect others, including how CRM, subscription or entitlement records, quoting, and billing relate to one another, and you design solutions accordingly.
Sound commercial judgment and an understanding of renewal complexity, including co-terming, amendments, expansions, downgrades, price changes, multiyear agreements, auto-renewals, procurement requirements, and approval policies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including field teams and senior leadership, and influence without direct authority.
Curiosity, sound judgment, and a bias toward action. You learn new domains and tools quickly, move from insight to implementation, and follow through until improvements are adopted and sustained.
About the team
You'll work within CX Operations, partnering closely with Renewals and Customer Success leadership, Sales, Finance, Revenue Technology, and Revenue Analytics. These partnerships connect renewal execution with the processes, systems, and data that support it. In GitLab's all-remote, values-driven environment, documentation, iteration, and cross-functional partnership are core to how you'll work.

An overview of this role
As a Lead People Systems Engineer, you'll drive how GitLab's People systems evolve through an AI-first transformation mindset, putting AI to work across everything we build. You won't just support our people systems, you'll build them: owning the code, pipelines, and integrations that keep GitLab's People automation ecosystem running reliably at scale across Workato, Google Cloud, Claude, Workday, and the tools that power our global workforce. This is a strong fit if you think like a software engineer first, write clean and maintainable code, and thrive at the intersection of people systems, AI, innovation, and automation engineering.
In this role, you'll be the technical backbone of our People Technology team, designing, building, and maintaining the automations, agents, and integrations that connect Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and internal tools. You'll be the go-to technical thought partner for the people group on complex engineering decisions, and your work will compound over time: fewer manual processes, stronger system reliability, and a People technology foundation that scales without friction.
What You’ll Do
Own the design, development, and maintenance of people system automations and integrations across Workato, Google Cloud Platform, Claude, Workday, Greenhouse and GitLab, writing reliable, well-tested code that runs at scale.
Build and maintain integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, Slack, and internal tools using Workday Web Services (WWS) and Slack's API and Bot SDK, diagnosing failures proactively and driving uptime and reliability improvements across the automation stack.
Write, version, and maintain automation code in Ruby (or comparable scripting languages) stored in GitLab, with clear documentation, code reviews, and disciplined change management practices.
Develop and manage Slack apps and bots that deliver intuitive, automated workflows, reducing friction for People teams and employees across a globally distributed workforce.
Move past surface-level requests to diagnose root problems, challenge assumptions, and co-design automation solutions that are durable, scalable, and built to last.
Serve as subject matter expert on Workato automation architecture, driving standardization, reusability, and scalability across the People technology integration layer.
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment practices for People system automation, ensuring changes are tested, reviewed, and safely deployed using GitLab.
Leverage AI tools, large language models (LLMs), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) frameworks, including Claude, to accelerate automation development and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work across the People Group.
Provide technical guidance to teammates and stakeholders, proactively communicating context and decision-making, partnering closely with InfoSec, AI Engineering, and IT, and raising the bar for how automations, agents, and integrations are built, documented, and maintained.
Exercise independent judgment on methods and evaluation criteria to obtain quality results, leading others by sharing solutions and problem-solving approaches.
What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience writing and maintaining code in Ruby or a comparable scripting language (Python, PHP, etc.), you're comfortable in a codebase, write code others can read and maintain, and are willing to learn Ruby if you haven't already.
Deep expertise in Workato or a comparable enterprise automation/integration platform, with a track record of building reliable, scalable automation workflows in production environments.
Strong experience integrating with Workday using Workday Web Services (WWS), with the instinct to build integrations that are durable, observable, and handle edge cases well.
Experience building Slack apps and automations using Slack's API and Bot SDK, with an eye for delivering workflows that actually get used.
Proficiency with Git and GitLab for version control, code review, and CI/CD workflows, you treat automation code like production software, not scripts on someone's laptop.
Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS; experience with Docker and Kubernetes (GKE is a bonus) for running and maintaining automation services.
Experience connecting HR systems including Workday, Greenhouse, and internal tools, with strong instincts for where integration points break and how to keep them reliable.
Comfort working with AI tools and MCP frameworks to accelerate development, automate repetitive work, and push the boundaries of what people technology can do.
Strong communication skills, you can translate technical architecture into clear decisions and stakeholder updates, and you know when to surface a risk versus just fix it.
An engineering mindset applied to people systems: you treat reliability, observability, and maintainability as first-class concerns, not afterthoughts.
People system fluency, you understand how HR data flows, why it matters, and how to build automations that handle it with care and accuracy.
Intellectual curiosity and a bias for action, you don't wait to be told what's brittle; you find it, frame the fix, and drive it forward.
About the team
The People Technology team is building the systems foundation that allows GitLab to scale as a global, all-remote company. We don't just keep the lights on, we push the bar on what people technology can do, constantly improving reliability, usability, and intelligence across the platforms that power our People organization. We work across core systems, integrations, automation, and compliance, partnering closely with stakeholders across time zones to move fast, build with purpose, and create an experience where technology enables people to do their best work.
