Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join a team building and validating AI-powered and traditional features for a leading personal finance platform. You’ll own quality across web, mobile, and API — with a particular focus on testing AI/LLM-integrated components where standard deterministic methods don’t apply.
This role requires someone who understands the fundamental difference between testing software that has a right answer and evaluating AI outputs that have a probability distribution — and who has done both in production.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Plan, design, and execute test cases for AI-powered components and traditional features, applying the appropriate methodology — eval-based or deterministic — based on the target behavior.
- Analyze traditional functional requirements as well as AI model behavior specifications, prompt outputs, and edge-case scenarios.
- Turn business requirements, user flows, and business process procedures into comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform manual feature testing across platforms and verify bug fixes.
- Create clear, detailed defect reports and document unexpected AI model responses, hallucinations, and performance regressions.
- Assist in developing QA practices for emerging technologies including AI frameworks, and disseminate best practices across the team.
- Become a subject matter expert in core systems, interfaces, business processes, and reporting tools.
- Partner closely with functional teams, engineers, and IT in a global environment with aligned LATAM working hours.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 5–7 years of experience in software testing across web, mobile, and API.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright in a production testing environment — this is a primary requirement for this role.
- Hands-on AI feature testing experience — validating AI/LLM-integrated products for accuracy, relevance, robustness against adversarial prompts, edge cases, and safety/toxicity.
- Clear understanding of eval vs. deterministic testing — the difference between pass/fail based on exact input/output and evaluating probabilistic AI outputs using human-in-the-loop evaluations, score metrics, benchmark datasets, and semantic evaluation.
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycles including iOS and Android specifics.
- Proven experience in integration, regression, performance/load, and UAT.
- Hands-on knowledge of browser DevTools and log monitoring.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with test management systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with HTML proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Fiddler.
- Hands-on knowledge of Xcode logs and ADB logs.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.
Solvd is an equal opportunity employer.

Our ambition is to build an industry-leading operating system for our suppliers: bringing together onboarding, day-to-day management and the insights partners need to make better commercial decisions. You’ll help turn that ambition into a clear product direction. Your initial focus will be simplifying hotel onboarding and improving how effectively we turn direct hotel supply into bookings.
You’ll be part of the Direct Hotels team, reporting to the Head of Product for Supply Platform. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations and Analytics to build capabilities for hotel partners that support our broader supply strategy. The team sits within Platform, which provides shared technology and tools to help teams across loveholidays deliver the outcomes that drive value for our suppliers and experiences that delight our customers.
Your day-to-day:

- Build towards supplier self-service. Develop capabilities that progressively give hotels more control over their relationship with us, working towards connected management tools and useful commercial insights.
- Take products from discovery through to measurable impact. Work closely with Engineering and Design to prototype, test, deliver and iterate. Explore practical applications of AI, define success measures and use evidence from adoption, supplier feedback and commercial performance to guide what comes next.
Your skillset:
- Product ownership and strategic delivery: A track record of taking complex problems from discovery through to delivery and demonstrating meaningful user and business outcomes. The ability to connect a long-term vision to the next useful improvement, navigate uncertainty and drive delivery.
- Supplier and user understanding: The ability to understand different users’ goals and turn complicated workflows into useful, intuitive products. Experience with B2B, supplier, partner or marketplace products would be particularly valuable.
- Commercial and analytical judgement: Confidence connecting product decisions to growth, margin and operating costs, while considering value for both hotel partners and holidaymakers. Experience defining success measures, investigating performance and using data alongside qualitative research to make decisions.
- Communication and technical fluency: Clear communication and the ability to align commercial, operational and technical colleagues around priorities, decisions and outcomes. Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, data and platform constraints with Engineering.
- Experimentation and AI curiosity: A practical approach to testing ideas and applying new capabilities, including examples of how you have used or evaluated AI to improve products or ways of working.
Experience in hotel distribution or travel technology would be welcome, but is not essential. We’re also interested in people who have solved comparable supplier, marketplace or operational challenges in other industries.
The interview journey:
- Talent intro, 30 minutes
- First stage with the hiring manager, 45 minutes
- Final stage with key stakeholders, including a platform case to present, 1 hour
- Behavioural and culture conversation with the VP of Product, 45 minutes

Twilio is seeking a highly proactive and business-minded Executive Assistant to support executives within our Enterprise Technology organization. This role extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will develop a strong understanding of our business, technology strategy, organizational priorities, and key initiatives—using that context to anticipate needs, manage competing demands, and help leaders and their teams operate more effectively.
You will serve as a trusted partner to your executives, proactively managing their time and attention. You will be expected to exercise sound judgment, take ownership, and move work forward even when direction is not fully defined or all information is not yet available.

Serve as a trusted thought partner to executives, providing informed input, identifying potential risks or conflicts, and helping move priorities forward without waiting for detailed direction.
Strategically manage complex executive calendars by evaluating and prioritizing requests, resolving conflicts, protecting time for critical work, and redirecting or delegating meetings when appropriate.
Make sound, independent decisions on behalf of executives, including determining when their participation is needed and ensuring they are prepared with the right context, materials, and desired outcomes.
Manage complex domestic and international travel, prepare and reconcile expenses, and proactively address changes or issues that arise.
Serve as a key point of contact for executives’ direct reports and administrative partners, building trusted relationships and facilitating effective coordination across the organization.
Help translate executive priorities into action by tracking commitments, following up on decisions, and driving accountability for milestones, deliverables, and next steps.
Support key projects and initiatives by gathering information, synthesizing updates, identifying dependencies, and ensuring the right stakeholders remain aligned.
Draft and coordinate executive communications, presentations, program updates, meeting materials, and other written content with a high degree of clarity and professionalism.
Manage leadership meeting and operating cadences, including developing agendas, coordinating presenters, preparing materials, capturing decisions and action items, and ensuring effective follow-through.
Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership summits, strategic planning sessions, and team gatherings, including budget management, venue sourcing, agenda development, material preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
Organize and support special events, team activities, and other high-visibility meetings through thoughtful research, participant coordination, and logistics management.
Analyze team surveys, operational information, or other inputs to identify themes and provide executives with useful insights.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operating practices, and create a more efficient and positive experience for executives and their teams.
Handle sensitive information and complex situations with exceptional discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
Qualifications
Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, preferably within the technology industry.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership, operate independently, and move work forward amid ambiguity, incomplete information, and changing priorities.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity, with the ability to quickly understand organizational strategy, technology initiatives, and executive priorities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Brand Partnerships Manager to shape and accelerate our growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations.
You’ll build our brand partnerships strategy from the ground up: sourcing high-potential partners, developing relationships, structuring creative collaborations, and turning them into campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and business growth.
Success in this role looks like building real, high-impact partnerships with tangible value for Ramp, our partners, and the audiences we reach together. The ideal candidate is a marketer who can also run a deal: you come up with the partnership, you know why it matters for the business, and you execute relentlessly to get it out the door. You should have an instinct for great ideas, a strong creative point of view, and a close read on what’s happening across media, sports, and culture. Most importantly, you’ve turned those ideas into campaigns that break through culture, get attention, and drive business outcomes.
Ramp is a place for people who move fast, take ownership, and are looking to do the best work of their careers. We want someone who can build this function out, bet on partners that matter, and create collaborations that move the needle and are unmistakably Ramp.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own Ramp’s brand partnerships program end to end: partner strategy, sourcing, negotiation, and execution.
- Find high-value partners across finance, sports, business, and media who can put Ramp in front of new audiences.
- Build a system for spotting and tracking emerging talent so we can place smart bets early. We sponsored Neal Shipley while he was still an amateur golfer, and TBPN in the very early days. We like spotting emerging brands and talent before everyone else does.
- Develop bold partnership concepts that tie into Ramp’s brand, product priorities, launches, and broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead deal strategy and negotiation, including pricing, asset packages, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables, timelines, and contract terms.
- Work with teams across Ramp to run and test campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, so every partnership delivers both creative impact and business results.
- Manage active partnerships day to day. Keep deliverables on track, and keep finding new ways to work with existing partners so Ramp gets the most out of every relationship.
- Work closely with Ramp’s sales team to spot deals where a partner could help, and find timely, relevant ways to bring them in.
- Handle reporting for every partnership. Track delivery and performance, share what you’re learning, and recommend when to renew, expand, change, or end a deal.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related role.
- A track record of developing, negotiating, and executing high-profile brand, media, or strategic partnerships, ideally within a fast moving in-house team or at an agency. The ideal candidate has a builder mindset and is willing to challenge conventional approaches and take a first principles approach.
- Strong creative judgment, with the ability to spot culturally relevant ideas and turn them into partnerships and campaigns that earn attention.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and launch new programs quickly from scratch You can move from strategy to execution quickly, manage complexity, and drive work across teams.
- Excel at balancing brand authenticity with performance metrics. Strong business acumen and judgment to balance efficiency with bold bets.
- Ability to switch between strategy and in-the-weeds execution. In one meeting, you’re zooming out to set the vision and framework, the next you’re diving into day-to-day execution and delivery.
- A strong interest in culture, entertainment, and sports.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a recruiter to partner with our revenue org. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across high-visibility roles, working with leaders across the GTM org to hire world-class talent.
This isn’t a conventional recruiting role. You’ll work alongside executives to shape role strategy, design a high-touch candidate experience, leverage AI to improve our recruiting operations, and close exceptional talent for a fast-growing commercial team. You know what great looks like in a candidate, whether from building GTM teams at high-growth companies or from consistently exceeding hiring goals. The role centers on high ownership, data-driven decisions, and building pipelines and processes that scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
- Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify the signals that raise quality of hire
- Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high
- Representing Tennr externally. Every candidate interaction is a chance to show our brand and values.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
- Experience with Ashby preferred
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait.
As Director of Growth, you'll own the plan for how Tennr generates pipeline: where we invest, what we stop doing, and how we know it's working. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask AI assistants which vendors to consider. We sell several products into each of them, including referral intake, prior auth, AI voice, and patient onboarding, and every new vertical, product, and channel multiplies the ways we could spend the next dollar. Your job is to pick the few that matter most and make sure the team executes on them.
You'll lead Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales, Product, and Finance. You'll set the targets, work backwards from them to operating milestones, and run the cadence that keeps the team accountable to the number. This role suits someone who thinks like a general manager: you'll act as strategist, analyst, systems builder, and partner to Sales in the same week. The scope will grow to cover new problems as Tennr grows.
You'll know you're right for this if you've been the person leadership hands its hardest growth problem, you're as comfortable building the model as running the review, and you want to build a team around this work.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Goals & Metrics: Own Tennr's marketing-sourced pipeline target and set the channel goals that roll up into it. Break it into its drivers: CPL, CPQL, conversion to opportunity, and pipeline contribution by segment and channel. Own the model that explains what moves each one, and make sure progress is measured the same way every week.
- Roadmap: Diagnose the biggest opportunities and constraints across verticals, products, and channels. Form a clear point of view on where Growth should invest and what it should deprioritize, and defend that call with data.
- Planning: Turn the roadmap into a short list of initiatives with owners, success metrics, budget, and headcount. Run annual and quarterly planning for Growth, allocate budget across channels, including direct programs, and partner with Finance on spend and payback.
- Operating System: Design the cadences, dashboards, and decision forums that surface performance gaps early and turn them into action. Partner with Sales on pipeline reviews, keep conversion signal clean from first touch to closed deal, and make changes in our systems of record yourself rather than filing a ticket.
- Strategic Projects: Lead the high-stakes growth questions as they come up, such as how to enter a new vertical, how to take a new product to market, or how to position against a competitor, and bring the analysis that settles them.
- Direct Programs: Own the programs that put Tennr in front of buyers and customers directly. Decide which ones earn investment, run them against a fixed budget and date, and hold them to the same pipeline standard as every other channel.
- Experimentation: Set the bar for which experiments get run, funded, and scaled across new channels, AI tools, and Clay workflows, and cut the ones that don't earn their spend.
- Team: Lead Growth Marketing across paid, search, AEO, and direct programs. Hire and develop the team as it scales, while staying hands-on in the work yourself.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with Sales on target segments and pipeline, Content Marketing on offers, Brand and Design on creative, Product on launches, and Finance on budget. Create clarity and drive decisions across teams you don't manage directly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience, mixing strategy work (management consulting at MBB or similar, investment banking, or private equity) with at least 3 years at a high-growth startup in strategy, business operations, growth, or revenue operations. At least 1 year personally owning a business outcome, such as a P&L, quota, pipeline, or retention number.
- First-principles thinking. You can take an ambiguous problem, identify the outcome that matters, break it into its drivers, and design a practical path forward.
- Quantitative fluency. You build your own models, write your own SQL. and can use imperfect data to find performance gaps, make tradeoffs, and tell whether a strategy is working.
- Operator instincts. You move between setting direction and getting into the details required to make something work, and you keep multiple workstreams moving without losing the important details.
- Program execution. You've delivered high-stakes programs with hard dates, outside partners, and fixed budgets, and you know what has to be true weeks before the day.
- Presence. You can represent Tennr with senior operators and customers, and earn their trust quickly.
- Cross-functional leadership. You create clarity, establish accountability, and drive decisions across teams you don't manage.
- Ownership. You own the outcome, not just the inputs, and you follow up until the work is done. You've rebuilt a playbook from first principles before and want to do it again.
- Clear writing. You can put a recommendation, the reasoning, and the tradeoffs on one page and get a room to a decision.
- Judgment you can show. You can walk us through growth plans you've built, the bets you made, and what happened to pipeline.
- An informed view on AI, backed by real examples of how you've applied it to your own workflows or a team's, and a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Experience managing people, or a track record that shows you're ready to build and lead a team.
A PLUS IF YOU…
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience, especially selling to provider organizations.
- Have worked at a vertical SaaS company that sells to operators rather than software buyers.
- Have built a customer community or advisory board.
- Have taken a new product or a new vertical to market.
- Have built go-to-market workflows in Clay, Salesforce, or similar tools yourself.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.

We are looking for an Analyst, Deal Operations to help drive Ramp’s next phase of growth! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Deal Desk, you’ll be a key partner in taking our Sales organization to the next level, responsible for quoting, pricing structure, and contracting for our Sales team. You'll be an integral part of the Deal Operations team with a focus on offering guidance to drive deal execution while complying with company policies and procedures and ensuring consistency to manage risk. You’ll work directly with our Sales, Legal, Accounting, and cross-functional leadership to better streamline efficient workflows and enhance sales productivity.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Quote & contract approvals — review and approve quotes and contract workflows within policy; escalate exceptions with clear context
- Feature & subscription activation — enable product tiers, configure accounts, and manage trial extensions, and coordinate billing
- Policy & process guidance — be the first line of support for AEs with questions about deal structure, approval requirements, and process
- Playbook development — document what you learn; help build the SOPs and escalation guides that make this function scalable
- Drive consistency across deal processes by helping to optimize, streamline, and automate quote-to-cash processes
- Serves as a subject matter expert on deal constructs, operational procedures, approval policies, and controls
WHAT YOU NEED
- 1+ years in a Deal Desk environment, preferably in a high growth SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and other sales-related systems, including pricing and data enrichment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent project management instincts, with an ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- You have a “get things done” mentality; you can dissect problems, identify solutions, and drive these solutions to completion with a high degree of autonomy.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world’s longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. But a great product only wins if the right traders find it, trust it, and actually fund an account. Right now, our organic engine isn’t pulling its weight.
You’re going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a hands-on Head of Organic Growth to own how Kraken Pro gets discovered and how curious traders become active ones. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the traders we serve is essential. Organic is where brand and acquisition meet.
We’re looking for a player-coach who moves fast but thinks long-term, gets in the weeds while leading from the front, and knows that traffic means nothing if it doesn’t convert. This role demands sharp B2C acquisition instincts, a product-first mindset, an obsession with UX, and a self-starter attitude.
- Own organic acquisition. Build and run the strategy across SEO, content, social, community, referrals, and partnerships to bring high-intent traders to Kraken Pro.
- Find out if people convert. Map the funnel from first touch to first trade, report on it clearly, and figure out where traders drop off and how to win them back.
- Make UX your edge. Work with Product and Design to audit and improve landing pages, sign-up flows, onboarding, and in-product moments. Great acquisition dies in bad UX, and you know it.
- Acquire through brand. Make every growth channel a brand-building one. Reach is easy to buy; trust is what makes traders stay.
- Know the product cold. Use Kraken Pro like a trader would, understand what makes it better, and turn those strengths into growth levers.
- Lead a lean, scrappy team. Set direction, coach, and unblock a small team, while staying hands-on enough to ship, test, and fix things yourself.
- Test and learn. Run experiments across channels and funnel steps, double down on what works, and kill what doesn’t.
- Report what matters. Build clear dashboards and insights that show leadership what’s driving growth, what isn’t, and what to do next.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in B2C acquisition or growth marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, trading or gaming with experience in a player-coach role leading a small team.
- Product savvy. You understand how products work, why people use them, and how to turn features into growth.
- UX instinct. You can spot friction in a flow from a mile away and brief Product and Design on how to fix it.
- High AI competency. Enabling you to multiply your impact and keep up with demand.
- Analytical rigor. Comfortable with funnels, cohorts, attribution, and experimentation, and able to turn data into decisions and clear stories.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don’t wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a marketer. SEO, content, social, lifecycle, partnerships. You know enough about each to direct the work, and you can roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Taste. Knowing which channels and tactics not to pursue is as valuable as knowing which to scale.
- Familiarity trading culture, and the language traders use.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams around a shared growth goal.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. At WHOOP, we're on a mission to unlock and inspire performance for life. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives.
WHOOP is a data company, and data is our most valuable asset. The Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) organization turns WHOOP data into trusted intelligence that sharpens every team's decisions. As the data and AI ecosystem grows, making that data trustworthy and safe by default has become a strategic capability, so every product built on it can be relied on.
We are seeking a Director, Data Governance to lead the function as a new pillar within the DAA organization. You will report to our VP of Data, Analytics and AI Acceleration. As the first dedicated leader of this function, you will define the strategy, operating model, and roadmap for data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance. Governance sets the policy and standards; the Data Platform & Engineering pillar engineers and implements them, so this role leads through influence, clear standards, and strong cross-functional partnership.
WHOOP operates a mature data platform. This role builds the governance layer on top of it: formal ownership models, data contracts, an event taxonomy, cataloging and discovery, classification frameworks, and the policies that let the company scale into regulated environments without slowing down. You will build and lead a team and champion intelligent, AI powered approaches to continuously monitor the health and trust of our data.
You should be equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves, and as effective presenting a data classification framework to senior leadership as you are working through a data quality standard with an engineer. Working across Data Platform & Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Product, GRC, Legal, InfoSec, and RAD, you will earn trust across technical and business teams, drive adoption, and ship enforceable governance outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and lead the data governance strategy, operating model, and roadmap spanning data ownership, contracts, event taxonomy, cataloging, access policy, data quality standards, and privacy and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA), aligned with the DAA strategy.
- Build, lead, and coach a small, senior team, developing your people while partnering closely with Staff level technical leaders across the org.
- Establish a formal data ownership model, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders to assign stewardship and accountability for critical datasets.
- Define the standards for data contracts between producing and consuming teams, covering schema stability, SLA adherence, and breaking-change management, with implementation owned by Data Platform & Engineering.
- Own the event taxonomy governance framework, bringing structure to event tracking and standardizing how product and engineering teams define, name, and instrument events across platforms.
- Set data quality standards (freshness, validation, monitoring) and the incident response expectations, partnering with Platform to operationalize automated testing and anomaly detection.
- Champion AI powered governance approaches that proactively surface quality issues, ownership gaps, policy violations, and compliance risks.
- Partner with GRC, Legal, and InfoSec to define the privacy, HIPAA, and compliance standards for how sensitive data is handled, which the platform then implements.
- Define role-based access policy across the data platform, balancing security with self-service accessibility, with enforcement engineered by Platform.
- Embed governance standards directly into engineering and developer workflows so the right way is the easy way, rather than relying on manual processes.
- Develop governance metrics and reporting to track adoption, compliance, and data health across the organization.
- Build a culture where trusted data is a shared responsibility across technical and business functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in data, engineering, or data governance roles, with a strong background in data governance, data quality, data engineering, or data platform.
- 4+ years of experience leading and building teams.
- Direct experience building data governance programs or frameworks, ideally in a high-growth environment where governance was not yet formalized.
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack tooling: Snowflake, dbt, Airflow/orchestration, and data catalog/lineage tools.
- Working knowledge of healthcare data regulations (HIPAA), or willingness to develop deep expertise quickly given the WHOOP expansion into regulated healthcare products.
- Experience implementing data quality frameworks with automated monitoring and alerting.
- Experience with access control design and administration in cloud data platforms (Snowflake RBAC, row-level security, dynamic data masking).
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment on data standards and policies, and to lead highly cross-functional initiatives. Comfortable influencing engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience operating in regulated environments.
- Proven track record managing data oversight for complex research initiatives, such as IRB-regulated studies or trials or regulatory filings for the FDA.
- Excellent executive communication and organizational leadership. Able to translate technical governance concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- A player-coach orientation. Willing to be deeply hands-on while building repeatable processes and growing a team.
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
*This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
WHOOP is an Equal Opportunity Employer and participates in E-verify to determine employment eligibility. It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. An employer who violates this law shall be subject to criminal penalties and civil liability.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000 - $230,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Day-to-day support is only part of the role. — Keep an accurate, automated record of hardware, software, and licenses, from purchase through reassignment, wipe, and retirement.
Meeting rooms and office technology
— Set up and troubleshoot Zoom Rooms, video conferencing, and AV equipment. Support the office network (Meraki access points, switches, and security appliances) and Wi-Fi. Work with Security, Facilities, and outside providers on access control and CCTV.

Documentation and mentoring
— Write procedures, runbooks, and help articles, and set guidelines for user administration and security. Support office events and important business activities, and help train Level 1–2 support staff.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
You follow through
— You stay with an issue until you find the root cause and it's properly fixed.
You look for ways to automate
— If a task keeps coming up, you find a way to stop doing it by hand.
You stay calm under pressure
— Outages, important meetings, or busy office days don't throw you off.
You care about the people you support
— A good experience for employees matters to you as much as the fix itself.
You communicate clearly
— You can explain technical issues in simple terms, in English and Spanish, and you write documentation others can follow.
You improve how the team works
— You leave behind processes, runbooks, and guidelines that make the team better.
