About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
At Finom, we're transforming how small and medium businesses across Europe manage their money - and financial crime prevention sits right at the heart of that promise. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll take over DRS: a production ML product that scores our whole client base daily and drives our quarantine, alert suppression, and soon our credit decisions. This is genuine end-to-end ownership on a small team - you'll deploy, serve, monitor, and improve the system rather than inherit a finished one. If you're the kind of engineer who quietly keeps production models honest and wants their decisions to actually reach live traffic, this is your seat.
What You Will Be Doing
Full-stack ML model development (binary classification and regression) for the detection and prevention of financial crime during transaction processing and client onboarding: gathering requirements, prototyping, and deployment in a production environment.
Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score (DRS) across all markets — daily scoring of the full client base that feeds decisioning across the client lifecycle.
Handle a portfolio of transaction rules with ML-driven detection inside, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts.
Set up continuous monitoring of model and rule performance in production, and develop the champion-challenger framework so the best-performing model is always the one live in production.
Participate in infrastructure development for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, so models of varying complexity can be served and inferred.
Who You Are
At least 5 years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, with production deployment experience (incl. API services like FastAPI).
Strong in SQL and Python, and with cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks).
Strong architectural skills — able to design and improve infrastructure that serves models of varying complexity.
Experience with model monitoring and champion-challenger / A-B evaluation in production. Exposure to graph modeling or foundation models/embeddings is a plus.
Critical, analytical thinker — proactive, result-driven, comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting.
A quantitative education (math, engineering, economics, or CS) and full working proficiency in English.

About the Client
Our client is involved in an innovative data-collection project, which focuses on creating video datasets for training AI models. These AI models are designed to learn from first-person (POV) video footage. The captured videos depict real people involved in hands-on tasks with a mounted phone on their head or chest, paired with spoken narration. The purpose is to enable the model to connect visual inputs (objects, hands, actions) with audio descriptions.
About the Role
The Recorder role requires individuals who can master a specific hands-on activity from a selection of verticals. You will need to film yourself performing these tasks from a first-person perspective using your smartphone while ensuring the tasks are clearly visible. If fluent in English, you may narrate live; otherwise, ambient audio will suffice, and a separate narrator will cover the task later.
Tasks & Deliverables
— Select a mastered sub-area activity and record a complete end-to-end process.
— Ensure hands and the procedure are constantly in focus.
— Provide live narration if fluent in English or ambient audio for post-recording narration.
— Deliver videos in MP4 format with accompanying JSON metadata.
— Maintain narration density at 25 words per minute; ensure 90%+ of speech describes the setting or task steps.
Required Skills
— Mastery of at least one specific sub-area activity from the provided list (e.g., cleaning, laundry, organizing, pet care, repairs, gardening, sewing, woodworking, automotive repair, art, technology use, personal care, medical procedures, culinary skills, lab protocols).
— Capability to record stable, clear POV videos with a smartphone.
— Ability to work in a real setting without third parties in frame.
— Competent in following a prepare → execute → finish script for filming tasks.
Nice-to-have Skills
— Experience recording tutorials or classes.
— Access to various settings for diverse video backgrounds.
— Owns equipment like a head/chest mount, image stabilization tools, or a good microphone.
Rules
— No personal data on video — no third-party faces, screens, documents, plates, addresses, mirror reflections.
— 100% human narration — no TTS or synthetic voice.
Engagement Details
— Compensation model: Hourly paid, considering the total number of hours for approved videos.
— Commitment Type: Flexible hours based on video submissions.
— Duration: Ongoing, with earnings based on the number of approved videos.
— Location: Remote, with flexible overlap with client's timezone.
— Start Date: Immediate start upon approval of test video.

At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich.
We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS ABOUT
Adapty powers subscriptions for thousands of mobile apps, and our clients don't come to us for a billing tool, they come to grow subscription revenue. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own a portfolio of 30-40 apps and act as their growth partner: understanding their funnel from ad click to purchase, finding where money leaks out, and bringing them concrete recommendations on paywalls, pricing, and A/B tests. You will be a sparring partner who knows subscription monetization as well as our clients do.
This isn't a ticket-answering job. Proactiveness, retention, adoption, and expansion in your portfolio are yours to drive, which means you'll spend your time in analytics dashboards and in strategic conversations, and you'll be comfortable turning a good insight into a commercial one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Own a portfolio of 30-40 clients. You'll be the main point of contact and the person accountable for their retention, health, and growth.
- Onboard new clients. After handoff from Sales, guide them through integration, help them build their first funnel and paywall, and get their campaigns live.
- Close product adoption gaps. Audit how each client actually uses Adapty, spot underused features, and drive them to full adoption. Identify at-risk accounts early and act before renewal is in question.
- Drive account growth. Run paywall and UA analyses, and come to clients with concrete A/B test recommendations that move their subscription revenue, not generic check-ins.
- Unlock and close cross-sells. Identify expansion potential across the product line and own those deals through to closed-won.
- Be the voice of the customer. Gather and relay feedback, bugs, and feature requests to the product team, and follow up so critical issues actually ship.
- Know the product inside and out. You'll be expected to answer detailed technical questions and support complex use cases without escalating everything.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hands-on experience with in-app subscriptions. You've worked with subscription monetization directly, not just adjacent to it.
- Full-cycle mobile growth background. Ideally you've owned traffic acquisition through to purchase: UA, funnel optimization, monetization, A/B testing.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Comfortable with sales. You're not afraid to open a commercial conversation, ask for the expansion, and close it.
- Sharp mind and strong communication. You can hold a strategic conversation with a founder or a growth lead and be taken seriously.
- Independent and proactive. We don't micromanage — you own your accounts and your numbers.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a SaaS company in the mobile industry
- Working knowledge of Amplitude, Meta Ads, and creative testing.
- Track record of measurable account expansion or upsell in a previous CS role.
- Familiarity with support/CRM tools.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- Strong product with industry-best metrics. Adapty is among the top 5% fastest-growing SaaS companies.
- Exceptional compensation directly tied to your results.
- Direct communication and ownership. No bureaucracy, no politics, just impact.
- Flexible remote work. Join us from anywhere or work onsite in our Belgrade or London offices.
- Professional support. Language learning, sports, health insurance, laptop coverage, and more.

We are looking for a Compliance Operations Manager to take end-to-end ownership of traffic and content compliance across one of our digital platforms.
You will develop and operate a scalable compliance framework for monitoring affiliate partners and digital traffic sources, identifying prohibited or risk activity, investigating incidents, and continuously improving preventive and detective controls.
This is a hands-on ownership role for someone who can independently assess risks, establish effective processes, and turn compliance requirements into practical operational and technical solutions. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Legal, Risk, and commercial teams.
Job Responsibilities
Own, develop, and update the traffic and content compliance framework, policies, SOPs, and risk-scoring mechanisms.
Audit digital traffic channels, landing pages, and promotional materials to detect prohibited content, cloaking, redirect manipulation, and suspicious attribution patterns.
Lead root-cause investigations into compliance violations, coordinate corrective actions, enforce partner restrictions, and track remediation.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define requirements for automated risk-scoring, internal compliance tools, and external monitoring solutions.
Track compliance metrics, analyse recurring risk trends, and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting to management.
Ensure documentation remains audit-ready for payment partners and regulators; stay updated on payment-network and industry regulatory shifts.
Provide functional direction and quality standards for compliance analysts, and deliver internal training on monitoring and enforcement processes.
You’ll thrive here if you have
5+ years in Compliance Operations, Risk, Fraud Prevention, or Traffic Quality (hands-on experience in traffic compliance, affiliate marketing, and ad networks required).
Solid understanding of tracking signals (URLs, redirects, referrers, cookies, device fingerprints) and ability to assess risk using incomplete attribution data.
Proven background conducting operational audits, implementing SOPs/compliance policies, and managing root-cause incident investigations.
Experienced in team leadership, managing cross-functional initiatives, and translating compliance needs into Product, Engineering, and Data requirements.
Ability to define compliance KPIs, build clear executive reports, and make sound, analytical decisions under pressure.
Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of payment provider, acquiring bank, or card network compliance standards.
Experience detecting cloaking, brand misuse, redirect manipulation, and prohibited content.
Familiarity with OSINT, web scraping, SQL/Python, BI tools, or LLM-based automation.
Relevant professional certifications (compliance, auditing, risk, or fraud prevention).
What Success Looks Like
A risk-based traffic and content compliance framework is actively implemented and enforced.
High-risk traffic sources and compliance incidents are quickly identified, audited, and resolved.
Automated and manual monitoring controls effectively reduce repeat violations.
Management receives clear, data-driven visibility into traffic compliance risks.
All processes, evidence, and records remain continuously audit-ready for external partners.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter in Tokyo to partner closely with our Japan leadership team to attract, engage, and close top talent from an array of backgrounds. In this role, you’ll help build our Japan organization in a high-ownership, high-growth environment. We will look to you to advise and consult with hiring managers and interviewers, proactively source and engage future Notinos, and design a rigorous hiring processes while ensuring a delightful candidate experience.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the Japan recruiting process for GTM roles, primarily for Solutions Consultants (direct sales) and other GTM roles.
- Operate autonomously across the end-to-end cycle, from direct sourcing and screening through close, while ensuring a thoughtful candidate experience at every step.
- Run role kick-off meetings, define profiles, and align interview plans and scorecards to drive consistent, high-quality decisions.
- Utilize internal hiring metrics and external market data to proactively propose recommendations and solutions to leaders.
- Drive our diversity and inclusion strategy forward, with a heavy emphasis on sourcing and maintaining a well-balanced and diverse top-of-funnel candidate slate.
- Build and nurture future talent pipelines for priority Japan GTM roles.
- Establish trusted partnerships with the Japan leadership team to ensure Notion hires the right talent at the right time to achieve the company’s ambitious goals.
- Ensure scalable, structured hiring plans for all roles with a strong sense of urgency and agency, while building repeatable processes and creative solutions that help the recruiting team scale for years to come.
- Inspire candidates throughout all stages of the interview process, and build a customized close for each candidate.
- Collaborate closely with peers and cross-functional partners, including Recruiting Coordinators, HRBPs/People Partners, Compensation Partners, Recruiting Operations, Executive Operations Partners, and Revenue Operations.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- You have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth, in-house environment. Agency background is also welcome if you have full-cycle IT/SaaS sales hiring experience.
- You have a track record of directly sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional GTM talent (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, Professional Services) based in Tokyo.
- You can partner with, manage, and influence leadership stakeholders effectively. You have coached and guided hiring managers and interviewers through the full recruiting process.
- You have built diverse candidate pipelines and helped hiring managers build inclusive teams.

- You have a relentless focus on delivering a high-touch, high-quality recruiting experience, while respecting candidates’ and hiring managers’ time.
- You can multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- You’re a team player with an optimistic attitude, and you’re comfortable wearing many hats in a smaller organization.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You have owned the end-to-end hiring process at global SaaS companies.
- You have managed roles and candidates across regions outside of Japan.
- You’re a Notion power user!
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring a Detection & Response Engineer to own how we find and stop attacks against our infrastructure, our research environment and our products.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what you need to see to catch it.
You'll join the Security team and build our detection and response program the way an engineer would: detections as code, response as automation, evidence as something you can query. This is a role with real ownership: you'll own the detection program end to end, from what we log to how quickly we close an incident. You'll report to the head of security, partner with engineers across platform and research, and shape how this function grows from here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own detection and response end to end: what we log, what we alert on, how we triage and how we recover
- Write and tune detections as code across multiple cloud environments, Kubernetes, identity systems, endpoints and SaaS, and measure them on coverage and precision rather than alert volume
- Lead incident response from the first alert through containment and forensics, then write the post-incident review people actually read
- Build automation that takes toil out of triage, including enrichment, correlation, containment actions and evidence collection, and use LLM-based tooling where it holds up under audit
- Monitor AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our environment, and turn that into concrete telemetry and controls
- Partner with platform and research engineers so new systems ship with logging and response playbooks in place on day one
- Run threat hunts and tabletop exercises against the parts of the environment that worry you most, and fix what you find
- Turn incident and detection metrics into evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 and enterprise customer security reviews, working with our GRC team
- Participate in an on-call rotation for security incidents
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on incident response experience: you've triaged live alerts, led investigations and written up what happened afterward
- Experience building and tuning detections in a modern SIEM, ideally managed as code
- Working knowledge of how attackers move through cloud and Kubernetes environments (IAM abuse, container escape, credential theft, supply chain compromise) and what that leaves behind in logs
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to automate response work and connect security tools
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform and with Kubernetes at the level of audit logs, RBAC and workload identity
- Clear writing. Incident timelines, detection documentation and updates to leadership are all part of the job
- Judgment about what to alert on, what to automate and when to wake someone up
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience monitoring GPU or HPC-style infrastructure, or research environments with large datasets
- Experience building detections or guardrails for AI agents, LLM tooling or MCP servers
- Cloud forensics experience: disk and memory acquisition, cloud audit trail reconstruction, chain of custody
- Published open source detection content
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, London, Paris, and Tel Aviv.
Runway is hiring an Infrastructure Security Engineer to secure the platform our models are trained and served on. The role covers Kubernetes platform security, cloud identity and access, software supply chain, tenant isolation in the serving layer and the research infrastructure behind our models.
Securing a company that trains and serves frontier video models is a different problem from securing a typical SaaS product. The environment includes research compute, large training datasets, a fast-moving build pipeline, and engineers who work inside AI-assisted tooling every day. Each of those changes what an attack looks like and what the platform has to enforce to stop it.
This is a hands-on engineering role on the Security team. You'll write policy, tooling and infrastructure code, work in the platform team's repositories, and ship controls that hold up in production.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and ship security controls in our Kubernetes ecosystem: admission policy, RBAC, workload identity, network policy and runtime hardening across every cluster we run
- Harden the software supply chain from dependency intake through build and deploy, including package firewalling, artifact signing and provenance, and admission controls that block what doesn't pass
- Own cloud IAM and identity architecture: least-privilege roles, short-lived credentials and workload federation
- Secure research infrastructure and training pipelines, including access to model weights and datasets, without slowing down the people using them
- Threat model new platform components before they ship and turn the findings into concrete requirements the owning team can act on
- Build guardrails for AI agents and developer tooling operating inside our infrastructure
- Write infrastructure as code and policy as code, and treat security configuration with the same review and rollout discipline as any other change
- Give the incident response team what they need when infrastructure is involved: fast answers about how a system works and what to shut off
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Hands-on experience securing Kubernetes in production: you've written admission policies, debugged RBAC and workload identity problems and understand how a cluster gets compromised
- Working knowledge of cloud IAM and networking on at least one major cloud platform, including how identity federation and short-lived credentials actually work
- Experience with infrastructure as code and GitOps-style deployment, and the habit of shipping security changes through the same pipeline as everything else
- Comfort writing Python, Typescript, Rust or another language to build tooling, not just scripts
- An understanding of software supply chain attacks and the controls that stop them: signing, provenance, SBOMs, admission enforcement
- Clear writing. Design docs, threat models and explanations to engineers who don't work in security are all part of the job
- Judgment about which controls to enforce, which to recommend and how to roll out a breaking change without breaking the company
EVEN BETTER IF YOU HAVE
- Experience securing GPU or HPC-style compute, training pipelines or research environments
- Experience with policy engines and admission controllers (Kyverno, OPA Gatekeeper, Falco or similar)
- Multi-tenant isolation design in a cloud environment: ABAC, scoped credentials, per-tenant boundaries
- Experience producing security architecture evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001 or other audits and customer assessments
- Open source contributions or published work in cloud or Kubernetes security
