ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten's Compute org is in hyper growth. As it scales, the systems and workflows that keep supply and demand balanced across our GPU fleet need to get more sophisticated, and this role exists to make sure they do.
Compute sits at the center of how Baseten allocates, forecasts, and manages the capacity that powers every customer inference request. The team that supports this work, C3, runs on a mix of internal tooling, manual processes, and systems that haven't fully kept pace with the scale of the problem. This role exists to close that gap.
You'll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that give the Compute and C3 teams real leverage, automating the manual, repetitive, and error-prone parts of the capacity lifecycle so the team can focus on judgment calls that actually need a human. We want someone who can walk in, audit what exists today, identify what's missing or broken, and start shipping fast.
You know when to reach for an existing internal tool and when to build something custom in Claude Code. You think two to three steps ahead about how the thing you build today fits into the broader capacity systems architecture tomorrow. And you bring a point of view on our stack, on what we should be building, and on where AI can do something existing tooling simply can't.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ship AI-powered workflows for Compute and C3: build the agents and automations that give capacity analysts, ops leads, and engineers real leverage, off-loading manual and repetitive work like data pipeline cleanup, migration troubleshooting, and capacity investigation.
- Get insights in front of the team: turn fleet utilization, allocation, and demand-forecasting data into the dashboards, alerts, and recommendations that C3 and Compute leadership actually act on. A build isn't done until the team is using it.
- Audit the stack and generate your own backlog: Compute runs on a mix of tooling with real overlap and real gaps. Walk in with a point of view, identify what's missing or broken, and prioritize without waiting to be handed a roadmap.
- Ship team-productivity workflows fast: triage asks from Supply, Demand, and C3, find the low-hanging fruit, and build it. A good week looks like an ops lead asking for something Monday and having it live by Wednesday.
- Know when to go custom: not everything belongs in a point-and-click tool. Spin up bespoke AI-powered solutions in Claude Code when the problem calls for it, and make that call with judgment, not default.
- Think in systems, not solutions: every workflow you build has upstream and downstream implications across Supply, Demand, and Engineering. Anticipate them, design for them, and don't create technical debt someone else has to unwind six months later.
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal systems to sync events and information across disparate tools: ensuring data flows reliably between C3, the CRM, and the systems Compute depends on every day.
- Document what you build: if people can't find it, understand it, or trust it, it doesn't matter how well it works.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in AI/automation engineering, workflow automation, or a technical operations role, ideally at a high-growth, AI-native infrastructure or B2B company
- You've shipped production agents on Vercel. Build custom internal apps and agents on Vercel, with durable workflows and sandboxed execution, so what you ship runs reliably in production instead of as one-off scripts
- Genuine fluency with AI coding assistants and agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Direct experience with a CRM or system-of-record platform (Salesforce or similar)
- A track record of owning end-to-end AI and automation workflows
- Proficiency with integration and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, or similar) and a fundamental understanding of APIs and webhooks
- Experience in high-growth technology companies, ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or operations-heavy environments
NICE TO HAVE
- Familiarity with GPU infrastructure, capacity planning, or fleet management concepts
- Comfort building reporting and alerting on a data warehouse (BigQuery, Databricks) and BI layer (Sigma, Hex) — not as a data engineer, but as a consumer and builder on top of the data layer
- Experience building with agent platforms (Gumloop, n8n, Notion Agents, etc.) and/or agent frameworks (Vercel AI SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Mastra, etc.)
- Experience with high-stakes, operationally complex environments where mistakes have real business impact
- Challenging work and exposure to the operational core of a fast-scaling AI infrastructure company
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Most money apps talk at you. Cleo talks back ✨
We're not building another finance app. We're building the world's first AI financial assistant, one that actually understands your money and makes you better at it, and we're changing the world's relationship with money in the process 💰 For everyone, whatever their background or balance.
The proof: profitable, fast-growing, a unicorn with over $300M in ARR, and millions of people who now feel differently about their money.
We love original thinkers who challenge the status quo. We move fast, tell the truth, and there's nowhere to hide from good work here. If that excites you more than it scares you, you'll fit right in.
Follow us on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/company/cleo-ai/ for new features and the occasional roast 🔥
MEET THE TEAM
Here at Cleo, we have ~200 Engineers organised into Pillars ✨ Our stack spans a Ruby on Rails monolith, a single React Native (TypeScript) app frontend, Python for machine learning services, and PostgreSQL, all hosted on AWS and shipped through Kubernetes - backend goes out multiple times a week, app releases to Google and Apple at least weekly. To thrive here, our engineers proactively use our Engineering Principles to guide daily decisions, take ownership of problems beyond their own squad to drive broader impact, and actively drive their own learning, development and growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring Senior Backend Engineers to join one of our cross-functional product squads - working closely with other engineers, designers, analysts, and product partners to build features that improve our users' financial health.
We care far more about how you think than which language you've used before. Much of our product runs on Ruby today, but we deliberately hire polyglot engineers: if you've shipped meaningful product work in any modern stack, you'll ramp quickly here.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Shape the direction of upcoming work - break down ambiguous problems with your squad and help drive projects from early discovery through to shipped impact
- Build and evolve the APIs, data models, and business logic behind our product; no Ruby experience required, just strong fundamentals and sound judgement on trade-offs
- Contribute to testing, observability, and experimentation, and help continuously raise the bar on developer experience and product quality
- Drive high-impact initiatives such as our secured credit card, budgeting and financial insight features, and subscription/pricing experiments
- Mentor engineers at your level and beyond, share knowledge generously, and help build a culture where people grow quickly and have real influence
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced engineer with solid fundamentals, having worked across any modern tech stack - the specific language matters less than your ability to reason clearly, learn quickly, and think in trade-offs
- A track record of writing maintainable, thoughtful code and making sound technical decisions with minimal oversight
- Comfortable working with Ruby, or confident you can ramp up quickly in it - deep Ruby experience isn't required
- Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and data partners, with genuine curiosity about users and their problems
- Experience mentoring or raising the bar for engineers around you, and contributing positively to team culture
- Motivated by Cleo's mission - you care about building products that genuinely improve people's financial health
- Alignment with our engineering principles https://web.meetcleo.com/blog/cleo-engineering-principles - autonomy, accountability, pragmatism, and building things that matter
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer benefits package built to support you in and out of work. Benefits vary by country 🌍 and include meaningful equity, comprehensive health insurance, mental health support, a paid one-month sabbatical after four years, a learning & development platform, pension or retirement contributions, and location-specific leave entitlements.

WHAT MATTERS
Cleo's mission is to change the world's relationship with money. We can't do that without building a brilliant, genuinely diverse team - and making sure our hiring process gives everyone a fair shot, running a fair and transparent recruitment process in which every candidate is considered on their merits.
We're glad to make reasonable adjustments at any stage of the process. If there's anything we can do to support you in showing us your best, please let your recruiter or one of the team know.
We may use AI-assisted tools during the recruitment process to take support the team in different ways like taking notes or referring back to conversations. They do not replace the team and all applications are reviewed by a Cleo employee thoroughly!

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
Purpose of Role
As Finance Director – APAC, you will serve as the senior finance leader and strategic co-pilot to Hasbro's APAC Commercial Leadership Team. This is a broad, high-impact role that combines Sales Finance (commercial business partnering, pricing, customer P&Ls, and investment strategy) with Regional Finance (A&P and overhead stewardship, planning and consolidation) across the region.
This is a key leadership role in Hasbro's International Commercial Markets. You will own the full finance agenda for APAC — from commercial deal-making and channel strategy through to regional planning, cost discipline, and consolidated reporting — giving you end-to-end visibility and influence over the region's financial performance.
This role is built for a bold, energetic leader who combines sharp financial acumen with commercial instincts, thrives in ambiguity and change, and is ready to build and lead a high-performing, multi-market team. Driving the region to sustainable profitability is the #1 challenge — and this role is central to achieving that.
What You'll Do:
Commercial Strategy & Decision Support (Sales Finance)
• Partner with the APAC Commercial Leadership Team to drive business performance across key markets, channels, and franchises.
• Lead pricing strategy, channel investment, profitability analysis, and customer P&L decisions.
• Act as a strategic architect — identify revenue growth opportunities and unlock margin through smart trade-offs.
Investment Planning & Regional Finance
• Partner with the Regional Head of Marketing and Head of Customer Marketing to align investment and promotional strategy.
• Lead line plan pricing recommendations across the region, supporting commercial market decision-making.
• Drive disciplined oversight of A&P and overheads across APAC.
• Lead the regional planning rhythm: weekly sales tracking, monthly business reviews, and financial performance reporting.
• Manage in-year performance processes, ensuring accurate, timely visibility of risks, opportunities, and sufficiency.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the region.
• Own regional consolidation, ensuring accurate roll-up of market-level results into the APAC view and clean handoff to Corporate Finance.
Leadership & Team Building
• Lead a combined Sales Finance and Regional Finance organization of 11 across Singapore, Hong Kong, China, India, and Australia, through 4 direct reports: Senior Finance Manager – Regional Finance, Senior Finance Manager – Sales Finance (Asia Markets), Finance Manager – Sales Finance (PAC & GEM), and a Finance Analyst – PAC & GEM who reports directly to the FD rather than through the PAC & GEM Finance Manager, by design.
• Build a culture of accountability, insight, and ownership — finance as co-pilot, not just scorekeeper.
• Actively coach and stretch team members; foster internal mobility and talent succession across a geographically dispersed team.
Strategic Alignment
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Global Franchise Teams, and Supply Chain to ensure strategic alignment.
• Bring best-practice commercial and regional finance discipline into APAC, drawing on global standards.
Reporting & Analytics
• Deliver impactful financial dashboards and management reporting to drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with BI and systems teams to modernize tools and enhance forecast accuracy.
Financial Stewardship
• Drive compliance with financial policies and controls in partnership with Controllership and Corporate Finance.
• Protect the integrity of the financials while accelerating business momentum.
What We Are Looking For:
• 10–12+ years in Finance with a strong track record spanning Commercial Finance, FP&A, and business partnering.
• Experience in CPG, retail, consumer tech, or fast-paced, brand-led industries.
• Clear success leading high-performing, multi-market finance teams.
• Deep knowledge of financial planning, pricing, customer P&Ls, A&P/overhead management, and consolidation.
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out and also dive into the detail.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills at Senior Leadership level.
• Strong Excel and systems skills; experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar tools a plus.
• Energy. Edge. Integrity. A growth mindset.
Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package, depending on role, location, and eligibility. Benefits and programs may include:
Health & Wellness
Time Off to Recharge
Financial Well-being
Life & Family Support
Volunteer and Community Initiatives
Learning & Development
Exclusive Perks

Our mission is to empower people to make smarter financial decisions by offering flexibility, transparency, and the freedom they need to reach their goals.
Simple finances, big goals.
About the Role
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer to own the quality of key user scenarios across the stack. In this role, you will do more than write autotests — you will build a reliable automation system that covers everything from a customer action in the Flutter mobile app to data validation in APIs, message queues, and databases.
You will work closely with developers, analysts, DevOps, and other QA engineers to ensure delivery speed and reliability of financial services. We expect an engineer who sees risks in a microservices architecture and prevents them with well-designed automated coverage. The role is fully remote, with occasional business trips if required.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and evolve UI autotests for the Flutter mobile application (Android/iOS) using Python and Appium.
Design the automation framework architecture: implement and maintain Page Object patterns, business step layers, fixtures, and environment configurations.
Work with Flutter app locators: use Semantics labels and accessibility IDs, and align their implementation with mobile developers to improve test stability.
Ensure autotest suite stability: diagnose and eliminate flaky tests, manage waits, and configure test isolation.
Configure and maintain Allure reporting: steps, attachments such as screenshots, logs, and traffic, run history analysis, and linking autotests to test cases.
Integrate autotests into CI/CD using GitLab CI: run pipelines, set up parallel runs on emulators and real devices, and maintain acceptable execution time.
Analyze new functionality, participate in requirements review, and create test designs.
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Test external and internal integrations, including SOAP/REST APIs, XML/JSON processing, authorization, contracts, and service interaction errors.
Analyze asynchronous processes: message queues and event buses such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, consumers, retries, idempotency, and delayed effects.
Identify cross-team dependencies during task definition and align them with related teams before development and testing begin.
Estimate testing and automation effort, maintain and expand the regression test suite.
Analyze run results, report risks, defects, and blockers in a timely manner, and prepare clear quality reporting.
Automate test data preparation: use SQL scripts, internal service APIs, emulation of external system states, and mocks.
Work confidently with databases: write medium-complexity SQL queries with joins and aggregations, validate data after user operations in MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, and access databases from autotest code.
Investigate logs and metrics in monitoring systems such as Kibana, OpenSearch, and Grafana, and trace requests across services using correlation or trace IDs.
Diagnose autotest failures: identify root causes using device logs, traffic, and service logs, and file defects in the tracking system.
Key Requirements
2+ years of experience in mobile UI test automation.
5+ years of experience testing microservice-based applications.
2+ years of experience testing external integrations.
Strong Python skills: OOP, working with libraries, reading and refactoring code, writing utilities and helpers.
Hands-on experience with pytest: fixtures, parametrization, markers, conftest, and plugins.
Practical experience with Appium.
Experience automating Flutter applications or readiness to quickly learn Flutter-specific automation.
Knowledge of Git and experience integrating autotests into CI/CD.
Experience in functional testing of Android and iOS mobile applications.
Excellent knowledge of testing theory and test-design techniques.
Strong understanding of SOAP/REST API testing, XML/JSON, HTTP response codes, contract schemas, session-based and token-based authentication; experience automating API calls in Python using requests or similar libraries.
Confident SQL skills: ability to independently write medium-complexity queries, read database schemas, and validate data in MS SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
Understanding of asynchronous service communication: Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar brokers, consumers, idempotency, retry mechanisms, and delayed event processing.
Experience with logging and monitoring systems such as Kibana, OpenSearch, Grafana, or similar tools.

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo, we have ~70 Data Scientists (Product Analysts) working embedded into our Pillars ✨ They stay connected and share knowledge consistently through monthly meetings and slack channels to scale approaches and ensure everyone learns in the same way. They thrive through clear communication with their squad and stakeholders to influence product or company decisions, being that bridge between the non-tech and technical sides of the team. We have deeply structured data and a great experimentation culture using StatSig for all analysts to dive into!
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a senior analytics leader to own the analytics strategy and operating model across Cleo's Financial Services Product pillars. You'll lead and develop the analytics leadership layer itself - L4/L5 managers and senior ICs - setting company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting across pillars.
- Own the analytics strategy and operating model across Financial Services Product pillars - coherent measurement, experimentation, and insight cadence mapped to company priorities
- Lead and develop the analytics leadership layer (L4/L5 managers and senior ICs), building a strong bench, growth plans, and succession so the function doesn't rely on any single person
- Drive the experimentation programme as a product - fixing structural issues like single source of truth, standard bucketing, automated conflict detection, sizing and priors - and raise the bar on rigour across squads
- Improve observability of live user flows and metric movements, partnering with Engineering on the event framework and product-health reporting
- Champion responsible use of agentic AI as a force multiplier for analytics, with sensible guardrails
- Partner with Product, Credit, Engineering, Commercial, and ML leadership to shape roadmaps and trade-offs with evidence, giving senior leadership clear visibility on what's driving key metrics
- Set and enforce company-level standards for metrics, experimentation, and reporting, reducing duplicated, siloed work across pillars
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- 8+ years in data analytics, data science, BI engineering, or analytics engineering, ideally in a high-growth, product-led company
- Proven management experience of at least 4+ ICs
- Deep experimentation expertise beyond stat-sig testing - fixing structural problems in a testing programme: bucketing, conflicts/collisions, sizing, priors, governance
- A builder's instinct: bias for automation, ownership, and shipping
- Ability to set standards and an operating model that teams actually adopt, measurably improving delivery beyond a single team
- Commercial sense - can translate product/user metrics into revenue, profitability, and LTV, and hold your own with Product Directors and Commercial stakeholders
- Systems thinker, comfortable in a mature, complex product environment with interacting parts (e.g. payments, credit risk, ML models feeding user experience)
- Exec-ready storytelling - can synthesise across pillars, land insight at the right moment, and set and defend targets with senior stakeholders
- Player-coach instinct - creates leverage through delegation, templates, and self-serve, but goes hands-on on the highest-leverage or most ambiguous problems when needed
- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, Cursor) as leverage, with the judgement to know when to trust output and when to verify
- Interest in fintech and Cleo's mission to make money easier and more human
- Nice to have: causal inference depth (CUPED, Bayesian methods, PSM, uplift modelling) and the judgement to know when it's worth the effort
- Nice to have: genuine enthusiasm for agentic AI as a force multiplier in analytics workflows
- Nice to have: credit-risk analytics exposure - arrears, defaults, how ML risk models interact with product analytics and UX
- Nice to have: fintech, personal finance, lending, or high-growth consumer subscription experience

MEET THE TEAM 👥
Here at Cleo we have team of ~135 member in our Borrow Pillar and ~8 dedicated to Credit Policy and Analytics. This function brings together several specialisms, all working toward managing portfolio performance; designing the systems, models, and controls that make lending sustainable. They drive to build and grow a portfolio of responsible EWA & Pay Later products that can scale across markets while protecting users from high cost debt trap.
ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️
We're hiring a Head of Data Science to lead credit performance measurement and monitoring within our Risk & Payments pillar. This is a player-coach role: you'll manage a team of Credit Data Scientists and Analysts, splitting your time between hands-on analysis and leading the team - setting direction, developing people, and owning the function's output.
You'll own the frameworks and metrics that keep our credit products healthy, and drive the deep-dive analyses that explain performance shifts and turn them into action. Key areas of impact:
- Own credit performance measurement - design and maintain Cleo's risk metric framework (arrears, default, yield, LTV, marginal loss), and the dashboards/alerts that catch arrears spikes, roll-rate shifts, and decisioning anomalies early.
- Bridge model health and business decisions - partner with Risk Modelling to translate model metrics (AUC, PSI, calibration, drift) into policy and product recommendations, and diagnose whether performance moves are model-driven, macro, or operational.
- Lead root-cause analysis - own investigations end-to-end (question → analysis → recommendation) on issues like arrears spikes or yield compression, using driver analysis (SHAP, feature importance, decomposition), and present findings to Risk, Product, and Leadership.
- Support policy and decisioning - work with Credit Policy and Decision Science to build evaluation frameworks for policy changes, quantify their marginal impact, and support elasticity/profitability modelling on pricing and limits.
- Manage and develop a team - directly manage Credit Data Scientists and Analysts: set priorities, manage performance, and grow the team, not just direct project work.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 🕵️
- Strong SQL and Python skills, comfortable working directly from the warehouse
- Track record owning analyses end-to-end - from framing the question to shipping a recommended change
- Hands-on experience with predictive models (credit, fraud, or similar), fluent in AUC/Gini, calibration, PSI/CSI, and drift
- Fluency in credit portfolio metrics (arrears buckets, roll rates, loss rate, yield/marginal loss) and how they tie to unit economics
- Experience directly managing analysts or data scientists - priorities, performance, and people development
- Nice to have: experience with short-term or revolving credit products
- Nice to have: experience with both UK and US regulatory frameworks

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Salesforce Developer at Anthropic, you will design, build, and maintain the Salesforce platform that powers our core customer motions and quote-to-cash business.: This includes automation throughout the Salesforce platform ranging from core sales automation to product catalog and pricing, quoting and approvals, order and contract management, and the handoff to billing and provisioning. You'll work both autonomously and collaboratively across RevOps, Order Management, Legal, Billing Engineering, Deal Desk, Finance and Accounting, and Product to translate pricing and packaging requirements into scalable Apex, Flow, and integration solutions, and to extend our capabilities with custom code where necessary. We are an AI-first systems team, and you'll be expected to use Claude and our in-house AI development tooling as a core part of how you write, review, and ship code, always against our house standards for flexibility, maintainability, and scale.
Where you might sit
We're hiring across more than one team. Placement depends on your background and where you can have the most impact.
GTM Systems:
Builds and runs the Salesforce platform and connected tools that Anthropic's sellers, sales leaders, and revenue operations teams rely on every day. You'd build the automation behind how deals move through the pipeline, how leads and accounts reach the right owner, and how information flows between our sales tools and the rest of the business. You'll work directly with the analysts and operators who define the process, and see the impact on the people who use what you ship.
QTC Experiences:
A vertically integrated team that spans quoting through to provisioning agreements, as well as customer billing experiences over the term of their agreement. You'd build the foundational systems for CPQ, order management, provisioning and billing experiences, envisioning how we make our sellers and ops teams orders of magnitude more efficient with Claude. You'll work cross-functionally with GTM, finance, accounting and other stakeholders. Your work will directly impact seller velocity and our GTM deal making capacity.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain Apex (triggers, services, selectors, batch/queueable), Lightning Web Components, and Flow automation following our house Apex standards and trigger framework
Design and build quote-to-cash infrastructure in Salesforce, including the product catalog and pricing data model, quote and order lifecycle, discount and approval automation, and amendment, renewal, and co-termination flows
Extend CPQ and expand into agentic selling with custom pricing and quote-calculation logic, quote and order user experiences, and code built against the package's APIs and data model
Build and own integrations between Salesforce and our billing, provisioning, and finance systems, such as Stripe, Metronome, and NetSuite, directly or via middleware
Support new product and pricing launches by modeling catalog, SKU, and pricing changes so they can be released quickly and reflected consistently in every downstream system
Use Claude and our internal AI development tooling as a first-class part of your build and code-review workflow
Partner with Business Systems analysts and Finance to ensure data-model decisions support downstream bookings, forecasting, and revenue reporting
Partner with DevOps on release management for your work: sandbox strategy, source control, peer review, and deployment via SFDX/metadata tooling
Ensure appropriate controls, test coverage, and documentation are in place for an effective control environment, particularly around pricing, discounting, and contract changes
Operate with ambiguity in a rapidly changing business, resolve problems independently, and propose solutions that scale
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow) in a production org
Experience building or extending CPQ and quote-to-cash functionality in Salesforce (Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Nue, or similar): product and pricing data models, quote and order lifecycle, approval automation, and amendments and renewals, including custom code written against the CPQ package rather than configuration alone
Experience integrating Salesforce with billing, ERP, or provisioning systems via REST/Bulk APIs, middleware (Workato, Mulesoft, or similar), or direct callouts
Fluency with SFDX, source-controlled metadata, and a sandbox-to-prod release process with peer review
Active use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of how you write and review code, and the ability to speak to how you steer and verify their output
Basic SQL skills and comfort working alongside a data warehouse
Effective communication with sales, deal desk, finance and accounting, product, and engineering stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
Advanced Administrator or Application/System Architect certification
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform constraints: governor limits, bulkification, sharing and visibility, recursion control, and how they surface in CPQ-specific situations such as large quotes, calculation performance, and bulk amendments
Experience implementing a CPQ solution end to end or re-platforming from one CPQ to another, not just maintaining an existing one
Experience with billing and finance platforms such as Stripe, Metronome, or Oracle, and with usage-based or consumption pricing models
Working understanding of how CPQ design decisions flow through to bookings, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Proven experience scaling Salesforce in a high-growth GTM environment

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide to reimagine how they operate and compete.
We're looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow two revenue motions: converting partner-sourced leads from Anthropic and AWS into Provectus clients, and building new pipeline in our target industries. This is a high-growth role for someone with solid BD experience who wants to sell AI services at the center of the industry's most important partnerships. You'll work closely with our BD leadership, take ownership of deals as you grow, and develop into a full-cycle enterprise seller.
What You'll Do
Partner motion: Anthropic and AWS
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for Anthropic's and AWS's partner and field sales teams.
Receive and qualify enterprise leads shared by our partners, run discovery calls, and move qualified opportunities through to proposal and signed SOW, with support from BD leadership on larger deals.
Keep the joint pipeline up to date, and help prepare quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Build relationships with Anthropic and AWS field reps so Provectus is their first call for implementation needs.
Support partner program activities: certifications, co-marketing campaigns, case studies, and partner events.
New business development
Prospect into enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences through outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run discovery, scope opportunities with our architects, and own deals through the sales cycle.
Build a growing network of decision-makers on the East Coast.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with delivery leads and solution architects to scope proposals accurately. You'll be selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Share market insights (buyer objections, competitor moves, industry trends) with leadership and marketing.
What You Bring
3–5 years of experience
in business development, partnerships, or sales, ideally in B2B technology, cloud, or consulting.
Hands-on experience working with a technology partner ecosystem (AWS, Anthropic, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), for example co-selling, joint pipeline, or co-marketing.
A track record of moving deals through the sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to proposal and close.
Strong written and verbal communication, and confidence presenting to VP-level and senior stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI and a genuine interest in how enterprises adopt it.
Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you take ownership without being micromanaged.
Willingness to travel up to 40% for client meetings, workshops, partner events, and conferences.
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience selling services or statement-of-work (SOW) engagements rather than SaaS subscriptions.
Exposure to AI/ML, LLM-based products, or cloud data solutions.
An existing network in New York's financial services or life sciences communities.
Why Join Us
Work at the intersection of two of the most powerful partnerships in AI: Anthropic and AWS.
Sell with confidence, backed by a world-class AI/ML team that delivers what you sell.
Learn directly from experienced BD leadership, with a clear path to a senior partnerships or sales role.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Strong earning potential with performance-based bonuses.
Choice of B2B contract or full-time employment.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
OTE range $120-140k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Right now we treat 25M+ people as one user. The same paywall, the same discount, the same lifecycle email, the same retention effort. And we mostly conclude that a campaign worked by looking at what the people we sent it to did next — which is not the same thing.
This role makes the company act per user, and know what that action was worth.
You own both halves of that: the models that decide who we aim at, and the causal reads that say whether it landed. Who is about to leave. Who will come back on their own without us spending anything. Whose decision a discount actually changes. And what a payer is worth over their life, once the discount, the refunds and the compute they consume are all inside the number.
You make sure:
- Discounts and credit vouchers go to the people whose behaviour they change, and nowhere else
- We know who is about to churn early enough to do something about it — and we know whether the something worked
- Lifetime value is a number we can defend by cohort, by plan and by the discount a cohort was acquired on, not one blended average that hides all three
- Every model and every campaign has a holdout behind it, so we can always state what it is worth in money
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Churn, retention & lifecycle propensity
- Build churn and downgrade prediction for subscribers, and repeat-purchase propensity for one-time credit-pack buyers — two different machines, not one model with a flag on it.
- Know the difference between a model that predicts churn and a model that reduces it. AUC earned by detecting users who already stopped using the product is worth nothing.
- Hunt leakage relentlessly. Cancellation-adjacent features will hand you a beautiful offline number and a useless system.
- Pair every score with an intervention and a holdout. The deliverable is a retained user, not a ranked list.
Uplift modelling & offer targeting
- Own incrementality on everything we aim at a user: discounts, credit vouchers, trials, upgrade prompts, win-back campaigns, retention saves.
- Model uplift, not propensity.Targeting the users most likely to convert spends margin on people who were going to convert anyway; the entire value of this work is finding the users whose decision the offer changes.
- Design the randomized holdouts that make uplift trainable and measurable in the first place, and keep them running permanently — including the ones marketing will ask you to switch off.
- Respect the guardrails. An offer model optimizing conversion alone will happily find the accounts that convert at negative gross margin, and it will find the abuse rings first. Margin and abuse signals are constraints on the objective, not a later cleanup.
- Work with Legal on what may be personalized. Personalized pricing and discounting touches consumer-protection and consent rules in several of our markets — you should want that conversation, not route around it.
Lifetime value & payer economics
- Own LTV: cohort-based, censored honestly, stated on contribution margin rather than gross revenue, and split by plan, segment and acquisition discount.
- Model the parts that actually move it — refunds and chargebacks, credit breakage and expiry, plan migration and downgrades, and the compute an unlimited plan consumes.
- Make it a decision input, not a slide: what we can pay for a user, which discount depth pays back, which plan we should stop selling.
- Keep it current and versioned. A stale LTV curve is worse than no curve, because people act on it.
Experimentation & causal measurement
- Design and read the experiments behind pricing, packaging, offers and lifecycle — with the product analytics team, not in parallel to it.
- Reach for the right tool when a clean experiment is impossible: difference-in-differences, matching, switchback and geo tests, synthetic control — and name the assumption each one is buying.
- Separate "users who do X retain better" from "making users do X improves retention." Every time, out loud.
- Kill your own results. A finding that doesn't survive a second look should die at your hands, not in a board deck.
How we ship
- Own the work end to end: framing the decision, features, training, evaluation, the scored audience landing in the tool that sends the offer, monitoring, retraining.
- Models ship as batch scores and policy rules into lifecycle tooling, the paywall and pricing — plus the readout that says what they earned. There is no real-time serving stack to babysit.
- Monitor for drift. New model launches, price changes, discount campaigns and seasonality all move the ground under a deployed score.
- Write down what each model is worth, in money, and keep that number current.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping models that changed what the business did to real users— a targeted campaign, a pricing rule, a retention programme. Notebooks and offline benchmarks are not this.
- Depth in at least two of: churn and propensity modelling, uplift & causal ML, LTV and subscription economics, experimentation at scale.
- Genuine causal literacy: randomized holdouts, incrementality, Qini and uplift curves, selection effects, and why a lift measured before-and-after is usually not a lift.
- Strong SQL and Python: cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data without help; gradient boosting; and the boring parts — feature pipelines, retraining cadence, a scoring job that runs on a schedule and doesn't rot.
- Understanding of subscription plus one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, the deferred value of unspent credits, and why revenue and margin disagree about the same customer.
- Commercial judgment: you name the decision and the metric before you pick the model, and you know when the answer is a rule rather than a model.
- Pragmatism. A segment rule shipped this month that lifts retention beats a two-quarter uplift platform. Then you replace the rule.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Growth, retention or monetization data scientists from subscription, gaming, fintech or e-commerce — anywhere offers and churn are modelled with real money attached
- CRM and lifecycle data scientists who owned campaign targetingandits incrementality
- Causal inference and uplift specialists who ship policies rather than papers
- Strong product analysts who moved into modelling and kept the decision instinct
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to train or fine-tune generative video models — that's what our R&D ML Engineer roles do, and they're open
- Want to own a recommender or a serving stack — ranking is not in this role's scope today
- Would target an offer at the users most likely to buy and call it personalization
- Report a lift from a before-and-after comparison, or from comparing the users you targeted to everyone you didn't
- Optimize AUC and hand the score to someone else to work out what to do with it
- Need clean labelled data, a feature store and an experimentation platform to exist before you can start
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
We move fast:
- Screening call (30 min)
- Technical interview & case study (1 hour)
- Practical home task (7 days)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
