ClickHouse is looking for Growth Engineers who are obsessed with both craft UI and agentic experiences. You care about the button, the empty state, and the agent that helps someone get unstuck, and you care equally about whether any of it moved the number.
You’ll join our growth pod to build experimentation infrastructure, onboarding flows, and product surfaces across the self-serve funnel: classic human UI and AI-assisted / agent-driven flows. You’ll work side by side with unified console engineers, but your mandate is speed and impact: ship something testable, measure it, and iterate. You’re motivated by moving a number and learning fast, more than by getting every detail right on the first try.
This is a new role at ClickHouse. You’ll help define what growth engineering looks like here: PLG experimentation that spans human and agentic experiences. You’ll work closely with product, design, and data science on one pod, and partner with unified console and app teams on shared product surfaces.
What you will do:
- Build and ship experiments across the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, and monetization flows.
- Design and polish human UI (flows, forms, empty states, navigation, microcopy surfaces) with a high bar for clarity and conversion.
- Design and ship agentic experiences (AI-assisted onboarding, in-product agents, guided workflows) that help users reach value faster.
- Run disciplined experiments on both: hypothesis, instrumentation, ship, learn. Tools like GrowthBook are part of the day-to-day.
- Partner closely with product, design, and data science to go from idea to shipped experiment quickly.
- Work within the Cloud Console codebase alongside unified console engineers, and partner with app teams (including Observability, Agents, and Postgres) on strong end-to-end user flows.
- Obsess over metrics: acquisition, activation, and monetization. You want proof that what you shipped moved the needle.
Requirements:
- Experienced in full-stack product engineering (TypeScript / Node / React), ideally including time on a growth, product, or experimentation-focused team.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React, with real taste for product UI.
- Experience building with LLMs or agent patterns in a product (tool calling, streaming, evals, system/prompt design), or a clear track record of shipping AI features you measured and iterated on.
- Comfortable shipping a smaller, testable version of an idea first, then iterating based on what you learn.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Experience with experimentation or A/B testing tools (e.g. GrowthBook, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly), or strong interest in building that muscle.
- Proficient with Git and collaborative code review.
- Excellent communication skills. You’ll work daily with PM, design, data science, marketing, and other engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- You’ve shipped both polished UI experiments and agentic / AI-assisted product experiences (not just prototypes), with instrumentation and iteration.
- Experience on a growth or product-led-growth team, ideally at a company with a self-serve funnel.
- Experience with ClickHouse or other data-intensive/analytics products.
- Familiarity with Auth0 or similar auth integrations.
- Experience working closely with (but not necessarily reporting into) a separate platform or infrastructure engineering team.
- You have opinions on what makes great human UX and great agent UX, and you use AI heavily in your own workflow.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category

All applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
COMPENSATION
The base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, in accordance with applicable New York law.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Engineer to completely own the UI/UX quality of one of our core D2C subscription products. You are the final person responsible for every UI/UX decision that ships: you self-QA all new UI/UX work against a documented standard before it reaches the Managing Director, and you hold the quality bar for the whole product. Working AI-first, you will also take major features from brief to production: exploring design directions, arguing for the chosen one, building it in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, and shipping polished, mobile-first interfaces.
The work splits into three parts: full responsibility for all UI/UX on the project, hands-on development of design in code, and UI/UX supervision of team members. When another developer does the work, the quality is still yours: you guide them with concrete direction, review the result, and drive the task to the same standard as your own. Seniority here is measured by the quality and depth of your work. The bar is high and so is the upside - performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- UI/UX Quality Ownership: Own the UI/UX quality of the entire product. Every interface decision that ships is your responsibility, and its standard is yours to define and hold.
- UI/UX Supervision: Supervise team members' UI/UX work: set direction, review output, advise on solutions, and drive any task to done at your own quality standard.
- Feature Design & Delivery: Own major visual features end to end: brief, design exploration in multiple directions, written rationale, implementation, and final polish.
- Design System & Consistency: Own the design system and its documentation. Keep the product visually and behaviourally consistent across every screen, device, and locale. Document the reasoning behind key decisions: the user need, the pattern or research behind it, and the alternatives considered.
- AI-Native Design Workflow: Work AI-first: run a disciplined AI workflow from generation to production quality, own the team's shared prompting assets, judge critically when output is ready to ship, and keep the team's tooling ahead of the market.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- Quality Ownership: Experience as the final quality owner for a product's UI/UX, with sign-off responsibility for what ships.
- AI-Native Workflow: Hands-on production experience with AI design and code tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or close equivalents) as the core of your daily workflow, including advanced prompting, and current knowledge of the AI-era UI/UX landscape.
- Portfolio: Shipped, live consumer web products with visible craft in the details. Depth of work matters more to us than years of experience.
- Front-End Fundamentals: React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript - enough to implement and refine your own designs in production code.
- Design Systems: Experience building or maintaining a design system.
- Supervision: Experience guiding other developers' UI/UX work and driving it to shipped quality.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Holds a high bar for visual detail - in their own work and the team's - and catches issues before anyone else does
- Keeps growing - constantly learns and adopts new tools and techniques
- Ambitious - driven to build large-scale products used and seen by millions
- Explains design decisions clearly and in writing, grounded in user needs, patterns, or data
- Communicates clearly and proactively in a fully remote, async environment
Important: This is first and foremost a Product Design / UI/UX role, not a Frontend /Full-stack Engineering role. We are looking for someone with strong product design and UX instincts who can also implement their designs in code. Design thinking, UX quality, and product craft come first; frontend skills are essential for bringing that work to production, but they are not the primary focus of the role.
LIFE AT RUBY LABS
At Ruby Labs, we move fast, aim high, and expect the same from our team. We’re not here to play small—we’re here to build, grow, and win. That means we look for people who are ambitious, driven, and ready to give their best every single day.
This is a place for individuals who thrive under pressure, embrace challenges, and see opportunity in every obstacle. If you’re hungry to achieve, motivated by impact, and want to grow at the speed of your own ambition, Ruby Labs offers the platform to make it happen.
Here, effort is matched with reward. We recognize those who go all in and deliver results, and we create space for people who want more—more responsibility, more growth, and more success.

About airSlate
airSlate is a global SaaS technology company that develops no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. Our award-winning products - SignNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, altaFlow, Instapage, and US Legal Forms - serve over hundreds of millions of users and more than one million customers worldwide, helping organizations of every size digitize processes, improve efficiency, and transform how they work.
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
As our first B2B Demand Generation Leader, you'll build the function from the ground up: define the strategy, choose the tech stack, and create the repeatable pipeline machine that scales signNow and AltaFlow B2B revenue. You'll inherit an existing sales motion, established brands, and a self-service customer base of millions - your job is to accelerate what's already working, not prove a concept.
This is a greenfield mandate with a real commercial foundation beneath it. If you've built before, you'll know how rare that combination is.
Salary range: $180,000/yr — $220,000/yr
What you'll work on:
Build and lead airSlate’s B2B demand-generation function and team across the portfolio, initially prioritizing SignNow and AltaFlow.
Design and execute integrated ABM, lead-generation and nurture programs for SMB, mid-market and selected enterprise buyers.
Jointly set MQL, sourced-pipeline and funnel-conversion targets with Sales, RevOps and each BU, and own delivery against them.
Define and continually improve target-account selection, qualification, lead scoring, routing, handoff and follow-up SLAs with Sales and RevOps.
Partner with GTM Leaders, PMMs and Campaign Strategy to translate ICP, positioning and business priorities into campaigns and sales-ready assets.
Instrument attribution and report conversion from demand source through sales-accepted opportunity; optimize by campaign, source, segment and product.
Assess current people, processes and technology; redeploy and hire talent as appropriate, and build repeatable operating cadences with Marketing Ops, Data and the CIO.
Requirements:
8–12+ years in B2B demand generation, including direct experience building and scaling a function from an early stage; B2B SaaS experience required.
Demonstrated record of producing measurable sourced pipeline for sales-assisted SMB/mid-market motions through ABM, lead generation and nurture.
Proven ability to operate as a peer to Sales and RevOps and to define, defend and improve MQL criteria, scoring, routing, handoffs, SLAs and pipeline commitments.
Hands-on builder and people leader who can personally design and run programs before the team is fully staffed, then recruit, coach and scale the organization.
Strong command of modern MarTech/RevOps systems, attribution and funnel analytics; able to partner on stack and data architecture without depending entirely on others.
Comfortable in a multi-product, multi-BU environment with differing GTM motions; PLG-to-sales-assisted experience strongly preferred.
Strong customer and market orientation, executive communication and fluent English; U.S. location preferred, or Western Europe with meaningful U.S. customer exposure and Eastern Time overlap. Regular travel expected.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. Document/workflow software experience is a plus.

About the product
Total Battle is an MMO 4X strategy game with deep political systems and intense player-to-player interaction. Players build cities, forge alliances, fight monsters, and compete for dominance. The game runs on mobile and web, with millions of active players, which means every technical decision we make is felt at scale.
Why this role exists
Our framework team carries a wide mandate: we own the foundation that every game feature is built on — from the rendering and UI layer to the asset pipeline, build system, debug tooling, and developer documentation. That foundation has real problems today.
🎯Our mission: create a reliable foundation for product development — simple, fast, and high-quality — so that game features can be built without friction.
Right now we have two codebases (C++ mobile, C# Unity), slow developer iteration cycles, UI that only engineers can touch, and technical constraints that limit what we can ship. This hire is part of the team that will fundamentally solve these problems — and make sure they never come back.
What you'll work on
Your area of ownership spans the full client platform stack:
- Framework core and LibRocket integration
- Game engine layer and cross-platform support
- Tooling for artists, animators, and UI/UX specialists
- Build pipeline, CI, and test infrastructure
- App initialization and startup performance
- Debug tooling and observability
- Developer regulations and documentation
Near-term tasks in the backlog include: building an extensible asset loader, reducing nullptr risk, improving code testability, lowering the cost of adding debug functionality, and moving to a unified build pipeline. Alongside this, the team is validating an experiment that may lead to building a new client from scratch — a significant greenfield opportunity.
The north star
We're working toward a single codebase across all platforms, where business logic is engine-agnostic and platform-specific code lives only at the framework level. Features will be isolated modules with explicit interfaces and dependencies. Artists and animators will be able to see their work in the game without a developer in the loop. The game will react to player actions instantly — no spinners, no rollbacks. And no waiting on store review to ship fixes.
That's where we're going. Your job is to help get us there.
Who you are
We're looking for an engineer who goes deeper than the task description. When given a problem, you dig for the root cause before proposing a solution. You think in products: MVP first, iterate, measure against real metrics. You design APIs that don't become roadblocks six months later.
- Self-directed: you work from a problem statement, not a step-by-step spec
- Product-minded: you decompose work into deliverable slices and validate assumptions early
- Strong system designer: your APIs are clean, flexible, and future-proof
- Proactive: you identify problems others have accepted and propose solutions
- Communicates clearly in Russian: your day-to-day communication with your direct team
- Communicates clearly in technical English: written RFCs, code review, cross-team discussion
We're not looking for someone who wants a clearly scoped ticket to execute, or someone whose primary motivation is building gameplay features. This team builds the platform that makes gameplay possible.
Requirements
- 3+ years of C++ (17+) or similar experience in a client application at a product company
- Strong grasp of design principles and patterns (and knowing when not to use them)
- Experience with task decomposition and iterative delivery
- Proficiency in technical English (reading docs, writing RFCs, async collaboration)
Nice to have
- Active use of LLMs in your work to significantly boost your productivity
- Experience with game engines or framework-level development
- Commercial experience with Cocos2d-x
- Experience with Unity (C#)
- Familiarity with cross-platform build systems (CMake, CI pipelines)
How we work
You'll receive a problem, not a ticket. You're expected to explore the context, identify the root cause, propose and align on a solution, ship it, and then verify it worked based on feedback and metrics. Delivery is incremental: proof of concept to validate a hypothesis, then a full solution. Predictability matters as much as output.
After 12 months, a great hire here is fully autonomous — picking up problems that span both technical and product dimensions, delivering in predictable increments, and raising the capability of the people around them.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. Offering spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken Pro is where serious traders live. Millions of them. And right now, our social presence doesn't reflect how good the product actually is.
You're going to fix that.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re seeking a chronically online, Social Media Lead to drive Kraken Pro social channels. At Kraken, understanding our brand ethos, mission, and the communities we serve is essential and social is at the forefront of that.
We’re looking for someone who moves fast but thinks long-term, thrives under pressure, and knows how to launch new products while creating ecosystem content that cuts through the noise. This role demands sharp content creation skills, an analytical mindset, and a self-starter attitude.
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for Kraken Pro.
- Win the moment. Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Be the heartbeat of the community. Actively engage with the Kraken Pro audience. Reply, quote, poll, meme, and foster meaningful conversation.
- Run an always-on calendar. Build and maintain a content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Integrate key updates. Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Measure what matters. Track growth and performance and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Ship responsibly. Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Receipts. Posts you wrote that broke out, on a brand account or your own or that you manage. We care more about what you've made than where you've worked.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios beat exceptional résumés here.
- Speed under pressure. Markets don't wait for approval cycles and neither do you.
- Range as a maker. Copy, memes, short-form video, charts, threads. You don't need a design queue to get a post out.
- Taste. Knowing when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to.
- Comfortable handling high-paced social channels
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to produce visually appealing content - whether it be briefing the design team, using Figma or being scrappy on CapCut
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic’s APAC go-to-market organisation is the fastest-growing part of our international business, spanning markets with distinct languages, cultures and buying styles. Today, enablement for the region is delivered by our global and EMEA teams. As we scale in APAC, we are establishing an initial in-region enablement presence, based in Sydney and supporting the field across the region.
As Enablement Lead, you will be hands-on in getting the APAC field ready: onboarding, ongoing skill development, manager coaching support and launch readiness, across GTM functions, not just sales. You will spend most of your time in the room, running sessions, building programmes and working directly with sellers and managers, in the time zones and languages where customer conversations happen.
This is a build role with a global spine. You inherit a working global and international enablement engine. Your job is to adapt it for APAC, deliver it across the region, and feed what you learn back into the international and global programme.
How we work: adults learn by doing, so we build sessions around live activity: practice, reflection, real customer scenarios. The measure is not what was covered in the room. It is what changes a week later in how people think, decide and sell.
This takes creativity and a solid understanding of how adults learn, applied at speed. The frontier moves quickly and the field is scaling fast. Much of the work is unlearning: helping experienced sellers let go of pre-AI habits, not just teaching new ones. AI is what makes this scalable: endless practice partners, personalised scenarios from real deals, feedback minutes after a call. You will use it that way, not to generate more content.
Key responsibilities
Set up the APAC enablement rhythm: in-region onboarding cohorts, live practice-based sessions in APAC time zones, and a feedback loop into the global programme
Adapt the international portfolio for APAC, where content for several markets needs to be written and translated ahead of delivery
Personally design and facilitate deal walkthroughs, role-plays and customer-conversation rehearsal, favouring practice over presentation
Partner with regional GTM leaders to build a coaching standard that scales as the manager layer grows
Own launch readiness for the region, so that when a new model or product ships, the APAC field is certified and conversation-ready in the same week cycle as everyone else
Build the measurement habit: track what the field does differently afterwards, not content shipped or attendance
Minimum qualifications
8+ years in GTM enablement, sales productivity or similar roles, including experience leading or running enablement programmes
Experience delivering GTM enablement in APAC, ideally across more than one of the region’s markets
Experience influencing beyond your own team or region, such as a programme adopted elsewhere or a senior stakeholder whose decision you changed
Hands-on track record designing and running practice-first enablement, measured by changes in field behaviour
A working understanding of how adults learn, and comfort helping experienced sellers unlearn pre-AI habits
Creativity with AI in your craft: personalised practice, real-deal scenarios and fast feedback rather than more content
Experience owning programmes end to end, from design through delivery and measurement
Experience enabling a field across languages and cultures, and knowing what breaks when English-first content ships as-is
Comfort working with sales leaders as a peer, including pipeline reviews, deal inspection and forecast conversations
Good judgement on when to adapt global programmes and when to adopt them as-is
Strong candidates may also
Have held both a global and an APAC enablement role
Have run enablement delivered across multiple APAC markets
Have helped build or scale an enablement function
Have carried a quota or led sellers earlier in their career
Have enablement experience in AI, developer platforms or technical products sold to both executives and builders
Have built manager or coaching programmes, not just individual-contributor enablement
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience

Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ClickUp is hiring a Strategic Solutions Engineer to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue across the APAC region. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise pre-sales, partner enablement, and solution architecture. You will serve as the technical force multiplier that enables upmarket partners (Solution Partners, GSIs, and enterprise resellers) to independently acquire, implement, and expand ClickUp within their customer base, driving ARR growth and net retention.
Your primary mandate is to increase the volume and quality of revenue that flows through partners, working alongside Partner Managers and Account Executives. You are a builder-scaler: standing up enablement programs from a proven playbook, iterating on them, and scaling them to drive repeatable partner-led revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner Enablement & Technical Development: Design and deliver structured enablement programs (workflow mapping, narrative decks, AI Agents, AI workflows, business process mapping, competitive positioning), coach partners on discovery, demos, solution design, and pricing, and drive partner certification and self-sufficiency across APAC.
- Co-Selling & Revenue: Serve as technical lead on partner-sourced deals from discovery through POC to post-sales handoff, coach partners to run standard deals independently, and tie all activities to measurable revenue outcomes (partner-sourced and partner-influenced iARR, win rate, deal velocity).
- Direct Customer Engagement: Support Account Executives on strategic direct opportunities, leading discovery, solution design, demos, and technical evaluations alongside the partner motion.
- Partner Acquisition & Development: Lead technical demonstrations and deep-dives for prospective partners, support recruitment as the technical closer, and elevate existing partners by showcasing new platform capabilities that expand their practice opportunity.
- AI & Certified Agents: Enable partners to identify, scope, and sell Certified Agent opportunities, deliver AI transformation workshops, and serve as the regional bridge between the internal AI/Agent team and the partner ecosystem.
- Events & Marketing: Lead or support partner-driven events (workshops, in-market tours, executive dinners), develop enablement content, and contribute to partner case studies and proof points.
- Reseller-Model Support: Support partner-owned billing, procurement, and renewal workflows, enable partners on expansion motions, and coordinate with Professional Services on co-delivery oversight and escalation paths.
- Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and global Solutions Engineering teams to resolve technical questions, assist with RFPs, and feed partner insights back into product and process improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years supporting or enabling channel partners, VARs, system integrators, or working in a partner-led go-to-market motion.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch (not just execute existing ones).
- Strong presentation, storytelling, and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to connect product capabilities and technical details to business outcomes for different audiences.
- Experience designing or explaining solutions involving APIs, web services, automation, integrations, workflow configuration, or lightweight technical validation.
- Strong background in business process mapping, including the ability to analyse, document, and improve complex business processes across diverse environments.
- Ability to create credibility with partners, AEs, and customers, handle objections thoughtfully, and act as a trusted advisor.
- Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
- Strong commercial judgment, structured problem-solving, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities with urgency and limited supervision.
- Up to 50% of travel is required for this role.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Engineer

Support & Observability
to join our global engineering support team. This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about solving complex technical problems, improving system reliability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You’ll be part of the
frontline technical team
—working directly with customers, troubleshooting and resolving platform issues, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve our systems, tools, and processes. While this is a support-heavy role,
solid software engineering skills and strong observability knowledge are essential
.
About Support Team
Our Support Team acts as the
first line of technical assistance
for our customers and internal stakeholders. We not only resolve technical issues but also focus on
advocating for customers, enhancing support tools, improving documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering teams
to elevate the overall experience.
The team works closely with
product and project engineering teams
to deliver the
best possible experience to our customers at scale
, ensuring that solutions are not only reactive but also continuously improved for long-term impact.
What You Will Do
Triage and troubleshoot support issues, when required escalate to project or product engineering teams.
Analyze system behavior using observability tools—logs, metrics, tracing—to diagnose root causes of incidents in distributed systems.
Debug application code (primarily in .NET or NodeJS) and, when required, contribute fixes or code-level solutions.
Take ownership of technical issues by directly investigating and resolving problems at the code level, including identifying root causes and implementing fixes when necessary.
Work closely with our technical stack (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Dapr, Terraform, Temporal, Mongo Atlas, PostgreSQL) and our platform languages (.NET, NodeJS, Java).
Configure enterprise monitoring solutions.
Conduct thorough post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Automate support needs, develop runbooks, improve and maintain support tools.
Participate in infrastructure capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis and systems tuning.
Understand our product offerings and continuously look for ways to improve the engineering support experience and platform engineering tooling.
Participate in R&D / explorations / automation with AI.
Help define and drive adoption of KPIs such as CSAT, NPS, resolution time, and first contact resolution.
Participate in strategic discussions around customer lifecycle, retention, and satisfaction.
What We Need
At least 6 years of experience in support or full stack engineering with a strong focus on delivery, observability, and cloud technologies.
Strong hands-on experience in software development with modern technologies such as
.NET,
Node.js
and
React
or
Vue.js.
Proven experience
leading a squad/team
, coordinating team members, driving delivery, and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
Distributed Systems Troubleshooting: Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex issues in distributed systems.
Observability and Monitoring Tools: Experience in utilizing observability platforms for metrics, logs, and tracing to pinpoint root causes in microservice architectures.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of customer issues through to resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Fluent in English.
A customer-first mindset—empathetic, responsive, and solutions-driven.
A humble attitude, an eagerness to help others, and a desire to pick up whatever knowledge you're missing to make both your team and our customers succeed.
Being adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple projects at once with expansive ownership, and ruthlessly prioritize.
You might thrive in this role if
You prefer short projects where you can go deep and chase a problem down vs. building long-term solutions over many months. You enjoy seeing multiple use cases, understanding the broad landscape, all while going deep on specific issues.
You have previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space.
You are proficient with customer support platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk).
You have proven track record of leading and scaling customer service operations in a fast-paced environment.
