A QUICK RUN-DOWN OF THE JOB
We’re looking for a Product Manager to join LI.FI and help raise the bar on how our aggregation product performs in the real world. You’ll own two sides of the same mission: driving execution quality so every liquidity source behaves as intended and transaction success rates meet our standards, and leading how we add new liquidity sources and ecosystems to grow the product’s reach.
You’ll work closely with our Expansion team, partnering hand in hand with the tech lead to turn complex technical and business needs into clear, well-scoped work for engineering. You’ll also manage relationships with external partners like decentralised exchanges, and collaborate across BD, QA, and Data to keep the product reliable and improving.
The role reports to our Product Lead and sits within a small, focused product team.
Please note: This role is remote within Europe. Your application will not be considered otherwise.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own execution quality for our aggregation product, defining what good looks like and driving the monitoring, metrics, and features that get us there
- Lead the onboarding of new liquidity sources and ecosystems end to end, from identifying opportunities to driving them to launch
- Work hand in hand with the Expansion tech lead to translate business and technical needs into well-defined tickets and specs for engineering
- Monitor API behaviour and the performance of our tools, catching issues before they reach partners and users
- Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including decentralised exchanges and other liquidity partners
- Collaborate closely with BD, QA, and Data to align on priorities, surface issues, and feed improvements back into the product
WHAT MAKES A GOOD CANDIDATE
- Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record in a technical product environment
- Blockchain experience is a must: ideally coming from a blockchain company so you can hit the ground running on how the ecosystem works
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate findings into product decisions
- Excellent communicator, confident talking to external partners like decentralised exchanges and able to translate technical issues into clear, actionable solutions
- Strong attention to detail: you notice when something is off and dig into it
- AI literate: you actively use AI tools in your workflow and understand how to apply them to product work
- Collaborative mindset, strong organisational skills, and a process-oriented approach to work
NICE TO HAVE
- Track record of working on data products
- Experience monitoring API performance or working on execution quality in a technical product
- Familiarity with aggregation, routing, or liquidity-related products in crypto or fintech
We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

- Act as the single-threaded owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering, and Marketing.

- Ensure internal alignment and readiness for launch (onboarding, integration, enablement, GTM)
4. Partner Performance & Revenue Delivery
- You’ll get recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue, not pipeline logos
- Track and manage performance against targets (Net Revenue, Total Processed Volume, Product Penetration, Conversion Rate, etc.)
- Identify and execute on growth levers, solo or in collaboration with the team (e.g. joint GTM, integration optimisation)
5. Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and reporting
- Contribute to building repeatable frameworks (tiering, integration health, GTM motions)
- Raise the bar on quality of output across the team - every deliverable has meaning.
What “good” looks like in this role
- You own your number - and consistently deliver against it
- You operate with speed and clarity, even in ambiguity
- You don’t wait for direction - you create momentum
- You can go from strategy → execution → revenue, without dropping the thread
- You build credible relationships externally and internally, and know how to leverage both to close deals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in payments / fintech / SaaS / platforms
- Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
