You will lead a team of Product Owners and work closely with Operations, Compliance and Engineering to decide what gets built, why, and how well it performs once live.
This is a new position based in Dubai or London, reporting directly to the VP, Financial Crime.
Responsabilities
Strategy and roadmap.
Set the financial crime product strategy. Build financial crime controls, own the product roadmap, agree delivery priorities and capacity with Engineering, and be responsible for the outcomes.
Leadership.
Lead and develop Financial Crime Product Owners. Establish clear ownership of product areas and help the team make sound decisions through research, data analysis and a close understanding of operational work.
Prioritisation.
Prioritise improvements with Operations, Compliance and Engineering. Examine the underlying problem, assess alternative solutions and make trade-offs explicit when risk, customer impact and delivery effort point to different choices.
Control design.
Translate control requirements into product designs and acceptance criteria with the relevant control owners. Work with Engineering on feasibility and delivery, maintaining a clear distinction between product decisions and technical implementation.
Customer journey.
Improve how financial crime capabilities connect across the customer journey. Address gaps in data quality, case information and handovers so customers avoid unnecessary repetition and operational teams can make well-informed decisions.
Build or buy.
Assess opportunities to build or buy capabilities with Engineering and relevant partner teams. Evaluate functionality, integration needs and ongoing costs, and set clear expectations for the performance of external products.
Automation and AI.
Lead product discovery and delivery for automation and AI applications. Agree evaluation methods, acceptance criteria and human oversight with the appropriate owners, and assess performance after deployment.
New products and markets.
Prepare capabilities for new products and markets with Operations, Compliance and local leaders. Make dependencies and readiness gaps visible, and coordinate releases, training and adoption with the teams who will use them.
Performance after launch.
Measure product performance after launch using control results, operational evidence and customer experience. Use findings to improve the roadmap and address features that create additional effort or fail to deliver their intended benefit.
Requirements
Significant product management experience in financial crime, regtech or compliance technology, including leading other product managers or product owners.
Strong working knowledge of financial crime controls: customer due diligence and KYC, sanctions and PEP screening, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention and case management.
Understanding of AML and counter-terrorist financing requirements across several jurisdictions, such as the UK Money Laundering Regulations, the EU AML Directives and their equivalents in Australia, the UAE and the Bahamas, and how they translate into product requirements.
A track record of owning a roadmap and delivering with Engineering, writing clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and keeping product decisions separate from technical design.
Experience making build-or-buy decisions and managing third-party vendors, including integration, cost and performance expectations.
Hands-on experience delivering automation or machine learning in a regulated setting, with defined evaluation methods, human oversight and post-deployment monitoring.
Comfort using data to find problems and measure results, for example alert volumes, false positive rates, case handling times and customer drop-off.
Clear communication with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Operations and Engineering, and the judgement to make trade-offs between risk, customer impact and delivery effort visible.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms, payments or digital banking.
Familiarity with financial crime vendors and tools for screening, identity verification, transaction monitoring or case management.
Experience launching products or entering new markets under different regulators.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
Title: Supply Chain Intern
Department: Global Supply Chain - Valencia Office
Location: Valencia, Spain
Type of Contract: Internship, with opportunity to transition to a permanent position
Working model: On-site
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters
As an R&D Supply Chain Intern, you help keep an aerospace R&D project in Valencia supplied with the parts, materials and services it needs to move forward. In a supply chain built around specialised components, long lead times and a limited supplier base, every RFQ sent on time and every delay caught early protects the project schedule. This is a real seat on a real programme, not a shadowing exercise. You will learn how flight-grade hardware actually gets sourced, from engineering requirement to delivered part, with experienced colleagues alongside you.
Who We Are
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Support the sourcing of components, parts and services across our supplier base, working alongside engineering, production and procurement
- Help translate engineering requirements into RFQs and supplier evaluations, learning how technical specifications become commercial decisions
- Monitor deliveries, follow up with suppliers on delays, and keep the team updated on order status
- Help spot supply risks early, including long lead times, single sources and obsolescence, and support the search for alternatives
- Support the R&D project in Valencia as needs and requirements change, adapting quickly alongside the team
What we’re looking for
Must haves:
- Currently studying, or recently graduated in, engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical or similar), supply chain, or business with a genuine technical interest
- Basic familiarity with engineering and manufacturing processes, ideally in aerospace (coursework, projects or student teams count)
- Comfortable reading technical documents such as drawings, specifications and datasheets
- More drawn to coordination and management (planning, follow-up, working with suppliers and teams) than to hands-on technical design
- Able to work under pressure and adapt when priorities and requirements shift
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Eligible for an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) with a university or training institution
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with local suppliers in Valencia
- Some exposure to RFQs, supplier selection, ERP tools or Excel-based tracking
- Comfortable in a production plant environment and keen to work hand in hand with production and engineering teams
- Curiosity about how complex hardware gets built and bought, and the appetite to ask why

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As Manager of the EMEA Digital Natives Applied AI Architecture team, you'll drive adoption of frontier AI across Europe's fastest-growing technology companies: SaaS scale-ups, fintechs, marketplaces, consumer platforms, and developer-tooling businesses. Your team makes Anthropic's products (Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the Claude API) successful in production. They address each customer's business needs and technical requirements, and they meet the high bar for reliability and safety that these companies' own users expect.
You'll lead and grow a team of Applied AI Architects across EMEA. You'll set the pre-sales standards for the segment, develop each person on the team, and act as a technical lead on some of Anthropic's most strategic European accounts. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help digital-native companies build Claude into their core products and platforms. You'll also explain complex solutions clearly to both engineers and executives.
Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a distributed team of Applied AI Architects, providing technical guidance and career development
Set goals and run performance reviews that drive growth and output
Work directly with a small number of the highest-value EMEA digital-native customers on their AI adoption strategy, including:
use case scoping
building technical champions
running POCs
Partner with EMEA GTM leadership to understand customer requirements and co-build segment strategy
Own the technical side of pre-sales, making sure your team delivers compelling demos and validates customer ROI
Guide customers through EMEA-specific technical and procurement requirements, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and data residency
Align cross-functional stakeholders across time zones and regions to drive business outcomes
Travel regularly across EMEA for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship building
Lead the vision and execution of solutions that use our latest models for tech-forward use cases
Represent Anthropic in the European tech community through conferences, meetups, webinars, and technical content
Stay current on AI/ML developments and the competitive landscape in the European tech sector
You may be a good fit if you have
7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or in a similar pre-sales technical role
3+ years of experience managing pre-sales or technical GTM teams, ideally across multiple EMEA markets
Experience selling to and working with digital-native companies, such as vertical or horizontal SaaS, consumer tech, fintech, PaaS, or developer platforms
Familiarity with how European tech companies evaluate and procure technology, including security reviews, DPAs, and regulatory scrutiny
Deep technical proficiency with API integrations, production LLM use cases, and AI-powered system architecture
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation, plus working knowledge of how large language models are built and operate
A strong grasp of developer tooling, SDKs, and the integration patterns common in modern software companies
Enjoyment of building foundational teams in unstructured, fast-moving environments
Strong executive presence and the ability to build deep trust with CTOs, engineering leaders, and technical founders
Excellent communication, collaboration, and coaching skills
The ability to make ambiguous problems clear and find principles that carry across scenarios
A passion for making powerful technology safe and beneficial, with a habit of thinking beyond past checklists and playbooks
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
£190,000

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
As a Research Engineer on the Orchestral team, you will help build the agentic platform we use to train and evaluate our models. Orchestral is the system our researchers rely on to run training and evaluation at scale — from the rollout engine that powers agentic workflows to the infrastructure that keeps their workloads running reliably. What you build becomes the foundation the whole science team works on.
Your work will span the platform's core: the library, tooling, abstractions and rollout engine — including new capabilities like long-running tasks, subagents and RL features — and the machinery that runs data and jobs at scale, with a focus on resiliency, routing and request handling. You will own significant pieces end to end, from design to production.
This is a software engineering role rather than an ML or infrastructure-operations one: RL or PyTorch experience is not required, and you will spend your time building the platform, not operating it. You will be building a distributed RL system, with the scientists as your users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Design and build the core of the Orchestral platform: the library, abstractions and tooling researchers use to train and evaluate models.
- Build and evolve the rollout engine, shipping new capabilities such as long-running tasks and subagents.
- Run Orchestral as a production system: keep training and evaluation workloads reliable at scale.
- Improve how data and jobs flow through the platform as usage grows — scheduling, routing and request handling.
- Treat researchers as your users: understand their workflows and turn recurring needs into robust, shared tooling.
- Raise the bar on engineering quality across the platform: testing, code review, CI/CD, observability and documentation.
- Contribute to open-source rollout-engine and agent-infrastructure projects where it benefits the platform.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience directly building and debugging complex distributed systems at scale, with an emphasis on reliability and scalability.
- Strong Python skills and solid software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- A builder mindset: you have constructed systems from the ground up, not just operated polished ones.
- A track record in small teams running complex systems at scale — for example in finance, crypto or ad tech.
- Self-starter, low-ego and collaborative, with a product mindset toward your users.
- Curiosity about ML and RL — this experience is not required, but a desire to learn is.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Hands-on experience with Ray or similar distributed-computing frameworks.
- Open-source contributions, especially to rollout-engine or agent-infrastructure projects such as SLIME, verl or PrimeRL.
- Experience building or working with agentic workflows and environments.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

You'll also mentor and coach fellow team members, sharing knowledge and learnings to elevate team performance. In your first year at this level, you'll deepen executive-level customer relationships, continue building a healthy book of business, and demonstrate consistent top-tier performance while supporting the growth of your peers.
What you'll do
Own and grow a book of commercial accounts in your primary territory across South Korea, focusing on organizations that can benefit from GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.
Drive the full sales cycle with commercial customers by generating and qualifying pipeline through outbound prospecting, then leading discovery, negotiation, and close to create new ARR.
Work with your key customers to drive adoption and consumption in new products.
Meet or exceed quota by building strong, long-term customer relationships and acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial opportunities in your territory.
Articulate the value of GitLab to Commercial prospects and customers, clearly connecting our platform to their business outcomes, productivity goals, and security needs.
Manage your territory by documenting buying criteria and processes, defining next steps and owners, and keeping opportunity information accurate and up to date. Create clear quarterly forecasts against your plan through regular pipeline and deal reviews.
Collaborate closely with partners, Sales Development, Customer Success, Renewals, and Solutions Architects to drive new business, ensure adoption, and support expansion while minimizing churn and contraction.
Represent GitLab in customer meetings and events by driving attendance and delivering compelling presentations, proposals, and reports that communicate value and outcomes. Contribute customer ideas to our public issue tracker and apply MEDPICC and Command of the Message on all opportunities.
Mentor and coach fellow Commercial Account Executives, sharing sales strategies, customer insights, and lessons learned to help elevate team performance and contribute to team goal achievement.
Regularly meet on-site with key customers to develop and strengthen executive-level relationships, ensuring GitLab is viewed as a strategic, long-term partner at the highest levels of the organization.
What you'll bring
Ability to drive complex B2B software sales cycles and build trusted relationships with commercial and Commercial customers, ideally in a Commercial Account Executive or similar role serving Commercial customers.
Ability to quickly learn and sell a complex SaaS or DevSecOps platform to commercial and Commercial accounts, including identifying and breaking into new customers.
Excellence in operational rigor for deal management in Salesforce and Clari (or similar CRM and forecasting tools), with the ability to create reliable forecasts and manage your territory using both insight and data.
Skill in managing and closing larger, more complex deals in the Commercial segment using proven multi-threading, negotiation, and executive coverage strategies.
Self-starter who is a manager of one when it comes to territory account planning, quarterly and annual KPI execution, and driving new business acquisition and expansion through consultative, multi-stakeholder sales motions.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach peers, share knowledge and learnings across the team, and take on additional team-level responsibilities that elevate team performance and collective goal achievement.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value at all levels of the customer organization, lead clear and compelling customer conversations, and remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
Experience driving adoption and consumption with customers whilst leading your account team.
Outbounding: Not afraid to email, call, prospect into prospective accounts whilst building value narratives that land.
Adaptability, flexibility, creativity and a desire to build something new!
