OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As our People Intelligence/Apps Technical Product Manager within the People Strategy & Insights team, you'll be a critical part of developing our agentic enablement platform and responsible for building and shipping the People applications that power how we hire, develop, and grow our team — from workforce planning tools to AI-augmented performance and org design solutions.
Reporting to our Director of People Strategy & Insights and collaborating closely with People Partners, Leaders, FP&A, IT, and AI and Platform Engineering, you'll translate complex People domain challenges into elegant, scalable products that make a real difference in how we operate. At Taxfix, we're building an AI-native company — and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a deep understanding of the employee as “Builder” concept, and map the requirements different parts of the organisation have to unlock the capability of Engineers and non-Engineers to ship agentic workflows.
- Design and implement AI-augmented tools and human-AI collaboration patterns, experimenting with emerging techniques to push the boundaries of what's possible in People operations.
- Build, iterate, and continuously improve People applications using no-code and low-code platforms such as Claude Code, Notion, n8n, Google Cloud Apps, and other AI tools — owning the full product lifecycle from concept through delivery and optimisation.
- Lead the continued adaption of Product mindset and ways of working across the People function, including the development and on going refinement of the People Products Roadmap.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a prioritised People applications roadmap, balancing day-to-day operational demands with longer-term strategic initiatives and a clear build-vs-buy framework.
- Build and maintain integrations across the People tech stack — including HiBob, Ashby, Peakon, and Postgres — ensuring seamless data flows, strong data integrity, and reliable automation via n8n.
- Lead change management for new applications and features, creating documentation, training materials, and enablement sessions, then gathering feedback to iterate rapidly.
- Partner with PSI leadership, People Partners, Workforce Planners, and FP&A, while collaborating with IT and Engineering to ensure all solutions meet IT security and privacy standards.
YOUR PROFILE
- You bring 5+ years of experience in technical product management or a closely related role, with a proven track record of building and shipping internal tools end-to-end.
- You have hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, GPT, or Google AI Studio, and you think naturally about how to design effective human-AI collaboration patterns.
- You are a curious PM that is not afraid to challenge the status quo in a pragmatic and constructive way.
- You are thinking in systems, understanding the economical aspect of internal processes and products and how those can create value.
- You are technically fluent, comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, SQL, and cross-system data flows, and you know when to bring in Engineering versus when to build it yourself.
- You have a product mindset: you manage roadmaps, prioritise ruthlessly, and deliver incremental value in fast-paced environments, all while keeping the end user's experience front and centre.
- You are highly proficient with no-code and low-code platforms, Notion, n8n, AppSheet, Google Cloud Apps, or similar, and you're comfortable designing data models that support complex business logic and reporting.
- Experience in People or HR tech, workforce planning, or org design is a strong plus, as is a background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments where ambiguity is the norm, not the exception.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix https://medium.com/taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for observability at Render. The role spans both the systems layer and the fast-emerging world of agent observability. This is a role for someone who wants to define what it means to understand your software in an era where AI is fundamentally changing how it gets built and run: where a production incident might trace through services, queues, model calls, and autonomous agent decisions, and where cost is measured in tokens as much as CPU-hours.
This is a new specialization at Render, and you will own the visibility layer for AI workloads and drive the technical and strategic direction for Render's observability surface, including logs, metrics, traces, and the OpenTelemetry ecosystem. You'll engage with Render's customers and our product development teams to develop a deep understanding of how they debug, monitor, and manage spend, and build conviction about where observability needs to go next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for observability at Render. Your scope spans systems telemetry (logs, metrics, distributed tracing), OpenTelemetry-native instrumentation and export, agent and LLM observability (traces of model calls, tool use, and multi-step agent runs), and the cost and usage layer that makes token economics legible.
- Drive prioritization across observability investments, balancing foundational telemetry infrastructure against near-term product needs.
- Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of Render's telemetry pipeline, ensuring architectural decisions optimize for signal fidelity, query performance, and cost at scale. Observability touches every product surface at Render, so the dexterity to understand the shape of our other investment areas is essential.
- Develop a strong, opinionated point of view on what observability means for AI-native builders. How will OTel conventions extend to agent workloads, what a trace of an agent run could look like inside Render, and how teams should reason about token spend, model routing, and cost attribution.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in Product Management, with substantive experience in observability, monitoring, developer tools, or infrastructure products.
- Working fluency with the OpenTelemetry ecosystem — signals, semantic conventions, collectors, and the tradeoffs of instrumenting real production systems. Bonus if you've tracked the emerging conventions for GenAI and agent observability.
- Familiarity with the economics of AI workloads: token pricing, model selection tradeoffs, and how teams budget for and attribute LLM spend. Major bonus if you've worked on an LLM gateway, proxy, or metering product.
- Deep developer empathy, for both internal engineering teams and our customers, and the technical depth to make sound architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, cross-cutting problems and turning them into clear strategy and shipped outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience as an SRE, observability engineer, or infrastructure engineer.
- Hands-on experience building AI agents, or instrumenting and evaluating them in production.
- Contributions to OpenTelemetry or adjacent open-source telemetry projects.
If this role excites you but you don't meet every single requirement or your experience is in an adjacent role such as engineering management, we'd still love to hear from you. Your unique experience might be just what we need.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for Render's datastores portfolio, with our Postgres offering at the center. You will define what a modern managed database experience looks like, including how database products will adapt to new state patterns from agents and how agents as users of state-keeping products should be accommodated.
You'll drive the technical and strategic direction for Render Postgres and our broader data layer, working directly with your team and infrastructure engineering to shape architectural decisions. You'll engage with Render's customers and our product development teams to develop a deep understanding of their data needs and build conviction about where the datastores portfolio needs to go next.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Render's datastores, anchored on Postgres. Your scope spans provisioning and lifecycle management, high availability and disaster recovery, backups and point-in-time recovery, scaling and performance, connection management, and the extension ecosystem.
- Drive prioritization across Render's data investments, balancing the leverage of foundational reliability work — replication, failover, storage performance — against near-term product and business needs, and being able to negotiate those tradeoffs.
- Partner deeply with Engineering & other Product teams to shape the technical direction of Render's data layer, ensuring architectural decisions optimize for durability, performance, and operational simplicity. Databases are where customer trust is won or lost, so an instinct for reliability and data safety is essential.
- Develop a strong, opinionated point of view on how managed Postgres needs to evolve to serve AI-native builders — from vector workloads and retrieval pipelines to databases that are spun up, branched, and torn down programmatically by agents at scale.
- Set the standard for how developers experience data on Render, providing clear guidance, sensible defaults, and abstractions that make it easy for teams to run production databases with confidence — without needing a DBA on staff.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years in Product Management, with the majority spent on databases, data infrastructure, developer tools, or platform products.
- Familiarity with Postgres — its architecture, operational model, ecosystem, and the tradeoffs teams face running it in production. Bonus if you have strong perspective on how agentic workloads and AI-native applications are reshaping database usage patterns.
- Deep developer empathy, for both internal engineering teams and our customers, and the technical depth to make sound architectural tradeoffs in collaboration with engineering.
- A track record of taking ambiguous, high-stakes reliability and infrastructure problems and turning them into clear strategy and shipped outcomes.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience as a database engineer, DBA, or infrastructure engineer.
- Hands-on experience with Postgres internals, replication tooling, or the extension ecosystem (e.g., pgvector, PostGIS).
- Experience building AI agents or the data infrastructure that powers them.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.

* La possibilité de rejoindre une communauté soudée de thérapeutes, où grandir, échanger et apprendre ensemble.
* L'accès à une patientèle en croissance.
* La chance de contribuer à déstigmatiser la santé mentale et à y ancrer une approche préventive.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt are building the open data infrastructure that powers AI agents you can trust.
Fivetran is looking for a Staff R&D Software Engineer to join our fast-growing Fivetran AI team. Your data stack was built for humans — but agents are the new primary data consumers, and they have fundamentally different requirements. Agents can’t intuit context; it must be explicitly codified, governed, and traceable. We’re building the governed context layer that solves this problem: Agents Schema, an open standard for storing agent-ready context directly in the customer’s own data warehouse, and Context Builder, the managed service that keeps it filled and fresh.
This role goes well beyond standard engineering. You’ll research emerging techniques in the fast-moving AI landscape and bring real product and market understanding to decide which ideas are worth pursuing — and then you’ll take what you’ve learned and ship it as production software. We’re looking for a true generalist who is willing and able to wear whatever hat the moment calls for: prototyping a new retrieval technique one week, hardening a backend service the next, then doing SRE or QA work when the team needs it. At this level, you’re expected to be a trusted expert beyond your own team — defining technical direction that other teams build on, taking high-level direction and turning it into concrete plans with a high degree of independence, and using sound judgment to decide what deserves your attention. Fivetran AI operates like a startup within Fivetran, and we need engineers who thrive on that range and ambiguity rather than staying in one lane.
Fivetran is the epitome of data-driven development — our engineering team is focused on building a world class product that:
Builds Infrastructure Agents Can Trust

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The European cloud landscape is undergoing a massive structural shift. Specialized GPU cloud providers, alternative infrastructure platforms, and sovereign cloud consortiums—collectively known as
NeoClouds
—are scaling exponentially to fuel the generational demand for enterprise AI/ML training and inference.
As an Account Executive for the NeoCloud market in Europe, you will own MinIO’s commercial footprint across this hyper-growth sector.
This role is open as a remote role in any Major European AI Hub for a qualified candidate.
You will be selling a revolutionary AI data infrastructure portfolio, headlined by:
MinIO AIStor:
Our exascale AI data store purpose-built for massive concurrency, sub-10ms latency, and high-throughput training pipelines.
MinIO MemKV:
Our purpose-built context memory store that eliminates the inference "recompute tax" by turning NVMe flash into a shared memory tier that GPU pods access at microsecond speeds over RDMA.
Why this role matters:
AI infrastructure cannot achieve true efficiency using legacy storage frameworks. By positioning MinIO at the foundation of European NeoClouds, you will directly enable cloud providers to maximize GPU utilization (95%+), collapse time-to-first-token latencies from seconds to milliseconds, and drastically lower operational costs for their enterprise tenants.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue & Market Share:
Execute a strategic enterprise sales motion to identify, sign, and expand high-value commercial partnerships with European NeoClouds, specialized AI hosters, and sovereign cloud providers.
Value-Based Portfolio Positioning:
Lead complex technical and business conversations illustrating how MinIO products meet current and future requirements.
Full Sales Lifecycle Management:
Actively manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from prospecting and initial technical qualification to executive alignment, pilot orchestration, pricing architecture, and contract closure.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with MinIO Solution Architects, Product Engineering, and corporate leadership to handle demanding infrastructure environments involving S3 over RDMA, PCIe Gen6, and NVIDIA reference architectures (e.g., Spectrum-X Ethernet, BlueField-4 STX).
Ecosystem Amplification:
Leverage alliances with key physical hardware and networking providers (e.g., NVIDIA, regional data center developers) to position MinIO as the foundational storage choice for modern AI deployment blueprints.
Your Skills and Experience
Proven Infrastructure Sales Record:
10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, with a documented history of successfully selling to cloud service providers (CSPs), telcos, managed services providers (MSPs), or high-performance computing (HPC) hubs.
Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem: AI Factory architecture and experience selling with NVIDIA field teams is a huge plus.
Deep AI/ML Infrastructure Literacy:
Fluency in the mechanics of modern AI infrastructure stacks. You can confidently discuss GPUs, Kubernetes operators, high-speed networking fabrics (RDMA/InfiniBand), KV Cache eviction challenges in LLMs, and modern data platforms like Apache Iceberg.
Strategic Deal Architect:
Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-layered corporate accounts, building deep trust with everyone from infrastructure engineers to executive decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, Heads of AI Infrastructure).
European Landscape Expertise:
Strong understanding of regional dynamics within European tech markets (UK, DACH, France, Benelux, Nordics) and the data sovereignty requirements reshaping the continent's infrastructure policies.
Entrepreneurial Engine:
A proactive, self-motivated operator who thrives in high-velocity, high-innovation spaces and enjoys building a market segment from the ground up.
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE TEAM
You’ll join a cross‑functional group of app monetization subject matter experts who partner directly with RevenueCat customers and prospects. As part of the broader Customer Growth org, this team designs and implements high‑impact paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat’s no‑code builders and experimentation tools, then feeds learnings back into our product, templates, and educational content
You’ll also collaborate closely with our content, marketing, and advocacy teams to turn real‑world project outcomes into templates, case studies, webinars, and best‑practice guides for the broader app community
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior CRO Designer, Paywalls & Funnels, you’ll be the person RevenueCat customers trust when the question is: “How do we get more users to convert and stay subscribed?”
You will:
- Design & build high‑converting paywalls and funnels
- Use RevenueCat’s paywall and experiment builders to design, configure, and ship paywalls, onboarding flows, upgrade paths, and win‑back experiences for mobile apps across categories
- Translate brands and product value props into clear, compelling paywall layouts, messaging, and pricing presentations

- Partner with apps to launch multivariate tests and interpret results, using RevenueCat’s analytics and experimentation tooling
- Codify patterns into reusable assets
- Distill what’s working across projects into reusable templates, checklists, and patterns that can be implemented directly in RevenueCat’s builders
- Work with Product to inform our paywall components, presets, and default templates
- Create educational content with Advocacy & Marketing
- Collaborate with Growth Advocacy and Content teams to turn your project learnings into:
- Example paywalls and funnel templates

- Champion monetization UX best practices
- Advise Sales, Customer Success, and Support on paywall and funnel best practices they can bring into customer conversations
- Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on how practitioners use our builders in the wild, highlighting opportunities for new features, components, and workflows
ABOUT YOU
You’re a conversion‑focused designer who lives at the intersection of mobile product design, growth, and experimentation. You have a track record of shipping real paywalls and funnels that move business metrics, not just portfolios
You have:
- Deep hands‑on experience with paywalls & funnels
- 5–8+ years designing consumer mobile experiences, with a substantial portion spent on subscription or purchase flows (e.g., paywalls, onboarding, upgrade/upsell, win‑back, account limits)
- Experience either:
- At a mobile app studio / product team owning monetization UX, or
- At an agency/consultancy repeatedly designing and optimizing paywalls and funnels for multiple apps
- Strong conversion & experimentation mindset
- Comfort defining hypotheses, success metrics, and test plans (e.g., CVR, trial start rate, activation, LTV)
- Experience using analytics and experimentation tools to interpret results and iterate quickly
- Ability to balance conversion gains with long‑term user trust and platform guidelines
- Mobile‑first product design skills
- Excellent interaction and visual design chops for small screens and high‑stakes surfaces (like paywalls and purchase flows)
- Strong UX writing instincts for concise, value‑focused copy and pricing messaging
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and comfort translating designs into no‑code builder configurations
- Customer‑facing communication skills
- Confidence leading workshops, design reviews, and strategy sessions with customers and prospects
- Ability to present options, pros/cons, and trade‑offs to both designers and non‑design stakeholders (founders, PMs, marketers)
- Great written communication for async collaboration in a remote team
- Values & ways of working
- You’re energized by our mission to help developers make more money
- You work iteratively and ship value quickly rather than waiting for perfection
- You have an ownership mentality: You see broken or unclear experiences and feel compelled to improve them
- You’re comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team and collaborating across time zones
In your first month, you’ll:
- Learn RevenueCat’s products, especially paywalls, experiments, and analytics
- Join customer calls to understand our process and common challenges
- Audit a handful of existing customer paywalls and funnels and build your first recommendations
Within 3 months, you’ll:
- Own several customer projects end‑to‑end, from discovery through experiment analysis
- Ship multiple paywall and funnel variations using RevenueCat’s builders
- Partner with Advocacy/Content on at least one public asset (template, blog post, teardown, or webinar segment)
Within 6 months, you’ll:
- Be the go‑to expert internally for monetization UX, paywall patterns, and funnel optimization
- Maintain and evolve an internal “playbook” of best practices and tested patterns
- Influence the roadmap for our paywall and experiment tooling based on patterns you see across customers
Within 12 months, you’ll:
- Have materially improved conversion for a portfolio of customer apps, with clear before/after stories
- Help define our strategy for paywall templates and monetization UX guidance at scale
- Represent RevenueCat in public‑facing educational content (webinars, AMAs, workshops, or conference talks) as a leading voice on mobile monetization UX
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator
- 10-year window to exercise vested equity options
- A fully remote environment designed around autonomy and flexibility
- 4-5 weeks of flexible time off annually
- Paid desk at a co-working space
- Workspace budget and continuous learning stipend
