About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic's Safeguards team is responsible for enforcing our policies, protecting users, and ensuring our platform is not misused. A large and growing share of Claude usage reaches customers through our cloud partners: Amazon Bedrock, Google Cloud's Agent Platform, and Microsoft Foundry. As the Enforcement Operations Lead for Multi-Cloud, you'll own how Anthropic detects, reviews, and acts on misuse across those surfaces, where the partner owns the customer relationship and often the data path. You'll build the operating model, partner agreements, and documentation that make enforcement on every cloud consistent, auditable, and fast.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of coordinating across teams and companies to break new ground and drive work to completion. This work is deeply cross-functional. You'll partner closely with our product managers, policy experts, Safeguards engineering, Legal, and the trust & safety and operations teams across our Cloud partners to maintain a consistent and safe enforcement ecosystem.
Important context for this role: In this position you may be exposed to and engage with explicit content spanning a range of topics, including those of a sexual, violent, or psychologically disturbing nature.
Key responsibilities
Own the end to end enforcement lifecycle on partner surfaces, from detection and review through action, customer communication, and appeal
Define enforcement paths for each partner's operating model, including how actions are requested, executed, and confirmed when the partner controls the account
Manage SLAs for review, escalation, and action, and evaluate performance against them on an ongoing basis
Develop and maintain SOPs and escalation guides for all enforcement workflows, ensuring consistency across clouds
Establish red-teaming, Quality processes, and operationalize shared metrics
Stand up paired investigations with partner threat intelligence teams, including case referrals, indicator sharing, and paging for high severity incidents
Own enforcement metrics across partner surfaces and report them to Safeguards leadership, partners, and regulators
Minimum qualifications
Extensive experience in trust and safety operations, enforcement, threat intelligence, or a related field
Have managed external partner or vendor relationships where you did not control the other side's systems or priorities
Comfortable working across policy, legal, engineering, and operations teams to translate requirements into practical workflows
Experience building enforcement programs from the ground up, including SLAs, escalation paths, and quality measurement
Highly organized, with a track record of maintaining rigorous documentation and SOPs in fast-moving environments
Clear and precise communication, both in writing and verbally, across technical and non-technical audiences, including partner executives
Energized by the challenge of building scalable systems in an environment where not everything is already figured out
Care deeply about the responsible deployment of AI and the role enforcement operations plays in that mission
Preferred qualifications
Direct trust & safety, abuse, or security operations experience at AWS, GCP, or Azure, or at a company that ships through their marketplaces
Experience designing incident response or escalation processes that span more than one company
Familiarity with data access controls, audit requirements, or privacy constrained review environments
Experience with law enforcement referrals, regulatory reporting, or compliance programs
Background in AI safety, content moderation, fraud, or abuse detection systems
Comfort working with data and metrics to inform operational decisions and surface trends to leadership

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed four acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic product to select customers.
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
Please note that the position will require you to spend at least 1 day a week in our NYC Office
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
BUILD PIPELINE THROUGH OUTBOUND SOURCING
- Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
- Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
RUN FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING AT PACE
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
- Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
- Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND THE BUSINESS
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
- Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT ACQUISITION AS A TEAM
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
- Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
- Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
- Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
- Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
- Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
- Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.

We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We're hiring a Frontend Developer to join our Developer and AI user interface team, where you'll build the controls and workflows that give developers and security teams visibility over how machine workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and AI agents access credentials at runtime.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in frontend software development; strong TypeScript fundamentals and experience with React or a comparable component-based framework
- Experience contributing to features end-to-end, from API contract through component implementation and unit tests
- Experience building complex form flows, including multi-step wizards, validation, error states, and async operations with sequential API calls and robust failure handling
- You care deeply about code quality and visual craft. You sweat the details, review work critically, and hold a high bar for what ships
- Working knowledge of accessibility fundamentals including keyboard navigation, ARIA, and screen reader considerations
- Familiarity with i18n workflows, including static string extraction and integration with a localization system
- Comfortable working iteratively. That means managing ambiguity, communicating progress clearly, and coordinating with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Electron or other desktop-targeted web runtimes
- Working knowledge of GraphQL — writing queries and mutations, managing fetch/refetch behavior with Apollo Client
What you can expect:
- Build UI for a developer-facing secrets management product, including CI/CD integrations, workload identity flows, and environment configuration
- Contribute to the auth prompt and autofill experience that users interact with every day across desktop and web surfaces
- Build new product surfaces including multi-step setup wizards, list/detail pages, and admin policy controls, implementing from Figma designs through to production-ready components
- Ship features incrementally, working collaboratively from scoping through launch, with visibility controls and policy checks shaping what different users see
- Follow established design system guidelines and contribute to component patterns, with component tests required alongside every feature as part of the PR process
- Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure partners throughout the full development lifecycle, from planning and estimation through launch and iteration
- Review code and share knowledge with teammates, contributing to a team culture of high standards and constructive feedback
- Contribute to and maintain documentation on code processes, systems, and decisions to support team knowledge and scalability
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule shared across the team
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.

We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

We're a small, growing marketing team. We’re seeking a systems thinker who can contribute marketing ideas, tasks and projects with a combination of elbow grease, AI skills, creative problem solving and drawing on their lived experience. This person will get pointed at a problem and expected to solve it, sometimes with minimal direction and assistance.
Metabase is used by hundreds of thousands of people to answer questions about their own data, most of whom aren't analysts. We've always believed the best marketing for a tool like ours comes from people who use it. So we're looking for someone who is closer to our user than to a traditional marketing résumé: you've been the person on a team who figured out the data, wired up the integration, built the dashboard nobody asked for, and then explained it to everyone else. You bring that confidence to other tasks, including those you’re trying for the first time.
If you've used Metabase, or you write SQL and have opinions about BI tools, we especially want to hear from you. You'd be marketing to yourself, which is a big advantage. You’ll be working closely with everyone on the marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You'd be joining at a point where the marketing team is small enough that what you build becomes how we do things.
Responsibilities
The specifics will shift dramatically. Over the first year, expect a mix of:
Helping build and refine our marketing stack the way an engineer would: know what's connected to what, what's breaking, and what's quietly costing us money.
Building integrations and automations between our tools using APIs, webhooks, MCPs and whatever glue is appropriate
Publishing and managing webpages via github; optimizing via A/B tests; spinning up landing pages with minimal direction.
Owning smaller channel experiments end to end, from hypothesis to write-up, including (especially) the ones that fail.
Supporting our community events programs, including logistics, speaker wrangling, pre- and post-event comms, the data collection that makes an event worthwhile.
Pressure-testing our messaging against your own experience as a data-curious person who uses tools like ours.
What we're looking for
You don't need a traditional marketing background. You do need to be data-curious, technically fearless and close to our target persona. The core traits we’re looking for are some combination of:
You've used Metabase or are comfortable writing SQL.
You have fluency with AI tools and know when to apply them.
You communicate clearly in writing, which is vital for our remote, async culture.
You have high-agency, are resourceful and are comfortable learning new things.
You have experience in analytics, ops, support, consulting, engineering, product, or marketing.
Working at Metabase
Amazing views from our beautiful
downtown San Francisco office
Zoom channel
Unlimited PTO, and a team that takes it
Substantial equity in a venture-funded company
Remote-first and async by default
Small, engineering-led, and opinionated about building a product people like using
We're bringing data tools with the elegance and simplicity of consumer products to the crufty world of enterprise business intelligence.
Compensation
The US base salary range for this role is
$71.7K–$130K annually
, plus equity and benefits.
Compensation is determined by role, level, location, and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and scope of responsibility. Pay may vary by geographic location and other job-related factors.
US Benefits
Our US benefits package also includes fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance (with 75% coverage for dependents), a 401(k) with employer match available to enroll after the first 30 days.
How to apply
Send us a resume and a short cover note. We read them.
In the note, we'd love to know:
What you've built or figured out that you're proud of, even if it was small and internal
How you've used Metabase, or where you've used SQL
Metabase is an equal opportunity employer. We're building a team of people with different backgrounds, and we mean it.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Render's first Forward Deployed Engineer to work hands-on with our most strategic customers. Our largest contracts and fastest-growing AI startups are scaling on Render, and this role provides them with a dedicated, concierge-level technical partnership. You will balance two motions: white-glove engagement with our top accounts, where you work closely with the customer's engineering team as a trusted technical partner, and scoped onboarding intensives that get high-growth startups confidently building on the platform. As the first FDE in our Field Engineering organization, you will define the playbook for this function, prove the model, and shape how it scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work closely with Render's top accounts as their dedicated technical partner, providing concierge service across architecture reviews, migration planning, and hands-on delivery.
- Run scoped onboarding intensives for high-growth startups, from intake and success criteria through hands-on-keyboard execution.
- Lead the database side of customer engagements, including Postgres architecture, performance tuning, and complex data migrations from Heroku, AWS, and other cloud providers.
- Drive activation and expansion in strategic accounts: turn major credit grants into durable production adoption, surface expansion signals from your technical work, and partner with the account team to convert them into revenue.
- Own the ongoing technical relationship for your accounts: proactive architecture and health reviews, collaborative roadmap sessions, incident follow-up and RCA, and escalation point for hard technical problems, working closely with the account team.
- Build the FDE playbook: qualification criteria, engagement templates, success metrics, and reference architectures that make the program repeatable.
- Act as a high-signal feedback channel to product and engineering, translating customer friction into prioritized product input.
- Partner with Account Managers and Customer Engineers to ensure smooth handoffs after each engagement and durable long-term coverage.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years in a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: forward deployed, solutions, customer, or professional services engineering.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals; you can write production-quality code and work hands-on-keyboard inside a customer's codebase.
- Deep experience with cloud infrastructure: containers, CI/CD, networking, autoscaling, and running real workloads in production.
- Deep Postgres and database expertise: schema design, performance tuning, replication, and production data migrations. Our largest engagements consistently turn on this skill set.
- AI fluency: you work with AI tools daily to accelerate your own delivery, and you understand LLM application architectures well enough to guide the teams building them.
- Excellent communication with everyone from startup founders to enterprise platform teams, including executive-level conversations.
- Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; you can stand up a new function without an existing playbook.
- Commercial instincts: you understand how technical wins connect to expansion, renewal, and revenue.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Migration experience from Heroku, AWS, or other clouds onto modern platforms.
- Hands-on experience shipping AI and LLM applications (RAG pipelines, agent frameworks, inference workloads); many of our fastest-growing accounts are AI-native.
- Prior experience as the first hire in a role or a founding member of a new program.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
BENEFITS
- 4 weeks of paid vacation.
- 14 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all parents to bond with a newly born, adopted, or fostered child. We will also work with you to create a supportive plan of return.
- Long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K plans.
- 100% employer-paid medical coverage and 99% employer-paid dental and vision coverage for you and a dependent. FSAs and HSAs are available as well.
- Monthly lifestyle stipend for wellness, mental health and therapy, hobbies, etc.
- Monthly cell phone and internet subsidy.
- Commuter benefits for Renders in the Bay Area, and home office stipends for remote Renders.
- Continuous learning benefits & related support.
This position is generally not eligible for new visa sponsorship. At Render's discretion, the business may sponsor existing visa transfers. Applicants who require sponsorship must receive business authorization.
Render is an equal-opportunity employer. We know that employing a team rich in diverse thoughts, experiences, and opinions allows our employees, product, and community to flourish. We make all employment decisions including hiring, evaluation, termination, promotional, and training opportunities, without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, physical handicap, mental disability, medical condition, disability, gender or identity or expression, pregnancy or pregnancy-related condition, marital status, height and/or weight.
We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment. Please contact us to request accommodation.
We encourage all who are interested to apply. We can't wait to hear from you!

We are looking for a product-first marketer who understands cycling, knows what makes a great bike compelling beyond a spec sheet, and can turn technical differentiation into clear consumer value. You will help shape X-LAB’s product narrative, manage go-to-market execution across our growing portfolio, and build the systems that ensure every launch is coordinated across our global organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Marketing, and is based onsite in Los Angeles 5 days a week.

- Translate technical specifications, engineering innovations, materials, and manufacturing advantages into compelling rider-facing and dealer-facing product stories.
- Lead cross-functional product launches from initial planning through market introduction, coordinating Product, Marketing, Design, Ecommerce, PR, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service.
- Develop product marketing assets including product briefs, launch materials, sales tools, dealer education, FAQs, comparison guides, catalogs, and website/PDP content.
- Partner closely with the China product and engineering teams to understand the product roadmap, identify key differentiators, and ensure U.S. market needs and feedback inform future development.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, including product specifications, pricing, positioning, technology, and emerging category trends.
- Work directly with dealers, riders, media, athletes, and internal teams to gather market feedback and translate insights into actionable product recommendations.
- Support media launches, product reviews, demo programs, trade shows, dealer events, and other product-focused activations.
- Establish and maintain the product marketing calendar, launch processes, asset requirements, and cross-functional go/no-go milestones.
- Help define how X-LAB’s broader product portfolio fits together, ensuring each model has a clear role, audience, value proposition, and reason to exist.
You’re a Great Fit With:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within cycling, sporting goods, outdoor, mobility, or another product-driven industry with heavy consumer touchpoints (MANDATORY).
- Proven experience bringing physical products to market and coordinating complex cross-functional launches by building and project managing a world-class product launch engine.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical product features into clear, differentiated consumer benefits and compelling storytelling.
- Strong understanding of positioning, pricing, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and go-to-market strategy.
- Experience developing product marketing materials across ecommerce, retail, sales, PR, and dealer channels.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple products, launches, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience working directly with product designers, engineers, sales teams, creative teams, retailers, and senior leadership.
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
- A genuine passion for cycling and the ability to speak credibly with everyone from a first-time rider to a bike shop owner, engineer, journalist, or WorldTour mechanic.
- Experience working with international product development or manufacturing teams, particularly across Asia and North America.
- Fluency in Mandarin or experience collaborating closely with China-based teams.
- An instinct for identifying not only what makes a product better, but why that difference should matter to someone.
Success Metrics
- Establish a repeatable, cross-functional product launch process with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and go/no-go milestones within the first 90 days.
- Ensure every X-LAB product has clearly defined positioning, target rider, competitive set, key differentiators, and consumer-facing value proposition.
- Deliver coordinated, on-time product launches across website, media, dealer, sales, creative, and operational channels.
- Build a comprehensive competitive intelligence system covering key products, pricing, specifications, technologies, and market movements.
- Create an effective feedback loop between U.S. dealers and riders and X-LAB’s global product and engineering teams to influence future product development.

BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Great work happens in spaces designed for it. Wealthsimple's Workplace Operations team is responsible for delivering safe, functional, and welcoming environments for our people. We believe in unreasonable hospitality - going beyond what's expected, in ways big and small, to remove friction and create space for people to focus on what matters. As part of the team, you'll help shape how our office experience scales, creating a best-in-class workplace that enables our employees to do their best work and helps drive the business forward.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Lead, Workplace Operations, you own the experience of the physical workplace itself: the systems, facilities, F&B, and workplace safety that every Wealthsimpler relies on, across every hub in Canada and the US. You set the roadmap and govern the standard for all of it, end to end. This is a hands-on operational role reporting to the Senior Manager, Real Estate Operations within People Operations, so you're the person people escalate to when there’s an operational issue with no playbook, and you’ll be trusted to make the call.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the annual workplace operations roadmap across all hubs, set priorities against department goals, and drive programs from planning through rollout. Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues where there is no established playbook.
- Run day-to-day workplace operations across building systems, facilities, F&B, and physical space, setting the service standard across hubs and ensuring issues are resolved quickly, consistently, and with a hospitality mindset.
- Own the maintenance and physical space lifecycle across all locations, including preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, capital planning, minor works, moves, and refurbishments. Ensure work is planned properly, business continuity is protected, and standards remain consistent regardless of who executes locally.
- Lead workplace vendor and contract management, including sourcing and vetting partners, RFPs, contract standards, SLAs, performance management, and escalation. Hold vendors accountable for cost, quality, and service.
- Own the workplace operating budget across all hubs, set the annual envelope, allocate spend across programs and sites, manage forecasting and approvals, and drive cost optimization while maintaining service standards.
- Own a visible, proactive workplace health and safety framework across all locations, keeping requirements, processes, and practices aligned with local regulations across Ontario, other provinces, and US states.
- Turn ticketing, utilization, occupancy, and service data into decisions that improve workplace operations and inform portfolio planning. Identify recurring bottlenecks, build scalable solutions, and take on team oversight as the function grows.
SKILLS YOU’LL BRING
- 6-8+ years in Workplace Operations, Facility Management, or Property Management, with real ownership of programs, budgets, and vendor relationships rather than just delivery support
- An activated vendor network: contractors, trades, facilities vendors you already know and trust, so you can move on day one - and you can speak to how you vet them and hold them to a high standard.
- Hands-on experience running minor works and moves from scope to completion - budgets, contractors, business continuity, and consistency of standard regardless of who’s executing locally, with real accountability for the result.
- Contract and RFP experience: you can turn a service need into a standard, run the RFP process end to end and negotiate the SLA yourself.
- A data-driven approach: you build the framework and the measurement to inform workplace decisions, and use good judgment to bring AI tools into the mix, speeding up reporting, spotting patterns, and driving faster solutions.
- Strong communicator, built for change. You take a rollout that could land as noise and turn it into a clear plan so people understand what's changing and why, not just that it happened.
- Working knowledge of Ontario's Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), along with building code and fire safety requirements, with the judgement to keep a framework current as local requirements shift.
WHO YOU ARE
- High agency. You see a gap and close it, and you’d rather ask forgiveness than permission
- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities. You make great decisions without a perfect playbook and build the answers as you go.
- An instinct for hospitality. You notice the small things and don’t wait to be asked before fixing them.
- A builder. You’d rather design the scalable solution than patch around the same problem again. You take ownership of the outcome, not just your piece of the process.
- Steady under pressure. You take the hard thing, work through it calmly, and the people around you never feel the panic, just the resolution.
