About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
1Password is opening a new flagship office in Toronto, and we need a senior technical leader to own the workplace technology that powers it. As a member of the IT team, this role is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously evolving the technology experience across network infrastructure, AV and collaboration systems, physical security technology, and workplace endpoint services.
This is an onsite, senior individual contributor role based in Toronto, reporting to the Manager of IT Support. You will serve as the company's primary subject matter expert for workplace networking and AV technologies, establishing the technical standards that will be replicated across future office locations. Beyond building the Toronto office, you will provide ongoing engineering leadership, drive technology improvements, mentor Workplace Technology Specialists supporting regional offices, and act as the senior escalation point for complex infrastructure and workplace technology issues. If you enjoy owning systems end to end, building scalable solutions, and solving challenging technical problems, we'd love to hear from you.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.
- Build and maintain engineering documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, automation workflows, and operational standards.
- Provide onsite coverage for workplace technology operations during planned absences and support additional office builds and major technology initiatives as needed.
What success looks like:
- The Toronto office launches with resilient, well designed networking, AV, and physical security systems that become the blueprint for future 1Password offices.
- Workplace infrastructure continues to evolve through proactive engineering, monitoring, automation, and lifecycle improvements rather than reactive support.
- Regional Workplace Technology Specialists are enabled through mentorship, documentation, and standardized engineering practices.
- Employees have a seamless workplace technology experience, while complex technical issues are resolved through thoughtful engineering solutions.
- Routine operational work becomes increasingly automated, allowing more time to focus on strategic infrastructure improvements and future office expansion.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $93,000 CAD and $130,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.

We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data Infrastructure to support our mission.
This role is remote, with optional in-person attendance in either the New York or San Francisco office.
About the Team
The Data Foundations team at Patreon builds the pipelines, models, and infrastructure that power both customer-facing and internal data products. The Data Infrastructure function within the team owns the foundational platform — streaming, batch, and data lake infrastructure — that every data pipeline, analytics workload, and ML system at Patreon runs on.
You'll join a small, high-craft team that partners across Product, Data Science, Infrastructure, and the rest of Engineering to make sure the platform underneath all of that work is reliable, scalable, and easy for other engineers to build on.
About the Role
- Architect, build, and operate large scale batch and streaming platforms that directly power Patreon product features, analytics, and experimentation.
- Stand up and scale event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time data ingestion, transformation, aggregation, and delivery to different data storage systems.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate pipelines with minimal friction.
- Partner with the broader Infrastructure, Platform, and product engineering to drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, deployment, and orchestration to align the data ecosystem with Patreon’s roadmap.
- Build the tooling, monitoring, and observability that gives engineers confidence in the data platform's reliability and performance.
- Mentor other engineers on infrastructure and streaming best practices, and help shape the long-term data infrastructure roadmap.
What you'll need:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on data or platform infrastructure.
- Deep, hands-on experience architecting both batch (Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and stream processing systems at scale (Spark, Flink, Kafka Streams, or similar).
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.
- Strong programming skills in Python (Java, Scala, or Go a plus) and SQL.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and broad fluency across data stores: Object storage (S3), RDMS (MySQL, or Postgres, etc.), Key value (DynamoDB), OLAP (Clickhouse, Pinot, or Druid, etc.), search/indexing (Elasticsearch) plus data flow patterns for keeping them in sync with source systems.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable driving cross-functional infrastructure decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with Delta Lake/Iceberg, AWS, or Databricks.
- Contributed to open-source streaming or infrastructure tooling.
- Experience supporting ML/AI workflows, training pipelines, or evaluation systems.
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
About Patreon
Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts:
- Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win.
- Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve.
- Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver.
- Win Together | We grow as individuals. We win as a team.
Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the interview process, please let us know via email at accommodations@patreon.
Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
Patreon reserves the right to modify or update compensation and benefits at any time.

About the company: Plurio builds AI agents for performance marketing, automating analysis and optimization for media buying teams managing $300K–$15M/month on Google, Meta, and TikTok. Their AI agents handle budget allocation, creative management, and automation rules based on historical data and ML models, managing over $500M/year in ad spend.
The Role: The Senior Marketing Analyst owns marketing attribution and measurement, ensuring trustworthy and explainable performance metrics across channels with complex attribution models (first/last/multi-touch, custom windows, LTV-driven funnels). Responsibilities include cross-channel and funnel analysis integrating paid media, on-site behavior, CRM, and backend revenue to diagnose funnel leaks and unit economics issues. The role requires deep understanding of paid-channel analytics on Meta and Google platforms to inform reallocation and optimization decisions. The analyst builds AI-driven analytical workflows using AI agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to automate data preparation and analysis, designs repeatable pipelines, and creates clear dashboards and reports (Power BI, Looker, Tableau) with real-time anomaly detection. The analyst collaborates with product, data, and engineering teams to align analytical models with product development.
Requirements: Excellent SQL skills with ability to write, debug, and optimize complex queries and teach AI agents to do so. Proven experience in marketing analytics and performance marketing, including attribution and management of Meta and Google Ads. Hands-on experience with AI coding agents to build workflows and automations. Systemic thinking focused on repeatable pipelines and automated analysis. Proficiency with Git for version control of queries and workflows. Strong communication skills to translate data into actionable decisions. Professional-level English and reliable overlap with US business hours.
Preferred: Python for analysis beyond SQL, experience with dbt, modern data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake), ETL/pipeline work, web/measurement tools (GA4, GTM, server-side tracking), experience with complex funnels and LTV-driven models in sectors like EdTech, FinTech, Consumer Apps, B2C SaaS, Healthcare, Home Services. Independent project ownership and public samples of work.
Red Flags: Creating dashboards without marketing or attribution understanding, SQL only via drag-and-drop BI tools, using AI agents only as chat without workflow building, theoretical marketing analytics without hands-on Meta/Google Ads experience.
What to Expect: Competitive compensation aligned with senior experience, AI-first culture with advanced tooling, significant impact on client outcomes and AI product, remote work with US-hours overlap.
Hiring Process: Application with CV and short answers, intro call, technical interview on SQL and marketing analytics, final culture fit conversation, paid trial period, then offer.
How to Apply: Fill out the application form at the provided link; no cover letter required.

An overview of this role
As a Staff Engineer, you'll be the technical anchor for GitLab's Nonlinear Productivity team in the US: the person who decides what "proven" means before something ships, and who helps shape what the team builds next, not just how to build it. It's a from-scratch, generalist team with no dedicated product manager — that ownership starts on day one.
Some examples of the problems this team takes on:
Cutting the time it takes to complete a good code review — one that still keeps a human in the loop — by half, using agentic solutions.
Turning a manual, error-prone release step into an agentic workflow that catches its own mistakes before a human ever has to.
What you'll do
Set the technical direction for the team's agentic systems, from how agents are orchestrated to where a step should stay human-owned, and defend those calls once they're tested against real code.
Discover and prioritize sources of friction across GitLab's SDLC, driving the fix — agentic, process-based, or both — from a rough hypothesis through to a shipped, measured result.
Work across any part of GitLab's codebase as the problem requires, since this team operates like a small, generalist group rather than one scoped to a single service.
Apply distributed systems judgment to catch cases where generated code looks correct but breaks under concurrency, at scale, or across deployment topologies (including self-managed, dedicated, and multi-tenant environments), and coach others to do the same.
Mentor senior and mid-level engineers on agent engineering practices and distributed systems judgment, through design reviews and pairing that raise the team's collective bar rather than just your own output.
Collaborate with the India-based group a few times a week to align on the roadmap, and represent the team's technical progress to stakeholders in the Chief Technology Officer's organization.
Serve as a bar raiser for the team's hiring, owning the Technical Leadership round for other Staff-level candidates as the team scales.
Own a greenfield technical foundation from day one, with your scope and impact free to grow as the team scales.
What you'll bring
Experience building reliable agentic or large language model (LLM)-based systems, including multi-step orchestration, tool use, guardrails, and recovery.
Ability to work autonomously in unfamiliar codebases and drive solutions from discovery through completion.
Strong distributed systems and computer science fundamentals, including coordination, consistency, idempotency, rate limiting, failure modes, and degradation under load.
Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, with the ability to read and modify code in the others.
A track record of delivering results from unclear or incomplete requirements — able to take a complex, loosely specified problem and decompose it into a concrete proposal of small, shippable steps.
Experience designing evaluation frameworks for systems where "looks plausible" and "is actually correct" are different questions, and a track record of raising the quality bar for a team's output, not just your own.
A history of unblocking and enabling teammates — through design reviews, technical writing, or mentoring — and of engaging regularly with other teams to find where collaboration actually pays off.
About the team
Nonlinear Productivity — shortened internally to "NLP," with no relation to natural language processing — is one of GitLab's newest teams: a strategic incubation group that reports into AI Platform leadership under the direct sponsorship of the CTO. It's split into a US group (this role) and an India-based group working the same charter; the two sync on roadmap and tooling a few times a week but otherwise run day to day on their own. Solutions that prove out internally are the team's path to a monetized, customer-facing GitLab offering.
It's a good fit for engineers who want technical ownership of something with no existing playbook, and a hand in defining a brand-new part of GitLab from its first commit.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on GitLab's Nonlinear Productivity team, you'll find and remove friction across the software development lifecycle using reliable AI-powered automation — diagnosing problems like long review cycles, manual release steps, and brittle automation, then building the automation and process changes that resolve them for good.
Some examples of the problems this team takes on:
Cutting the time it takes to complete a good code review — one that still keeps a human in the loop — by half, using agentic solutions.
Turning a manual, error-prone release step into an agentic workflow that catches its own mistakes before a human ever has to.
What you'll do
Identify sources of friction across GitLab's software development lifecycle and scope agentic solutions to address them, turning vague pain points into concrete, buildable proposals.
Design and build reliable AI-powered systems that follow step-by-step workflows, use tools and safety checks, and correct errors before taking engineering action — the kind of output you can actually trust with real engineering decisions.
Build and maintain evaluation tools that judge agent output on correctness, constraint compliance, and cost, not on whether it merely "seems to work."
Work across GitLab's codebase as each problem requires, going wherever the friction actually is rather than staying inside one service or product area.
Apply distributed systems judgment to identify generated code that may fail under concurrency, at scale, or across self-managed, dedicated, and multi-tenant deployments, catching failures before they reach customers.
Collaborate with the India-based group, sharing roadmaps, findings, and reusable agent tooling
Take ownership of a greenfield problem space from day one, helping shape a proven internal fix into a capability GitLab could offer customers externally, with your scope and impact free to grow as the team scales.
What you'll bring
Hands-on experience building agentic or large language model-based systems — multi-step orchestration, tool use, guardrails, and recovery patterns — and making them reliable in production, not treated as one-off prompts or demonstrations.
A track record of working autonomously in unfamiliar codebases, getting oriented quickly, and driving solutions through completion.
Strong distributed systems knowledge, including coordination, consistency, idempotency, rate limiting, failure modes, and degradation under load.
Proficiency in Go, Rust, or Python, in that order of team priority, and the ability to read and modify code in the other languages.
Helpful experience includes shipping autonomous agents that complete real tasks from start to finish; improving build systems, release processes, review workflows, or other parts of the software development lifecycle; and working with globally distributed teams, large language model workload costs, or production constraints across on-premises, air-gapped, single-tenant, and software-as-a-service deployments.

It operates like a startup — no dedicated product manager, no pre-set backlog — and solutions that prove out internally are the team's path to a monetized, customer-facing GitLab offering.
It's a good fit for engineers who'd rather go find the next problem than be handed one, and who want a hand in defining a brand-new part of GitLab from its first commit.

Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

An overview of this role
This is a shift role. Working 8-hour shifts with 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day.
Support Engineering at GitLab isn’t just a title - you will be embedded within the Engineering department and will truly operate in an environment where Support and Engineering meet. You’ll interact with customers daily as they encounter the difficult edge cases of running GitLab in complex environments. In the space of a day, you might be doing behind the scenes work of a Linux administrator troubleshooting performance problems by using strace on a particular process, interacting with the Product team to ensure that steps in a bug report are reproducible, or interacting with the Engineering team itself by diving deep into our codebase and putting together a merge request to actually fix a customer issue.
That’s not all though - you’d equally be invited to contribute to the source code, improve our documentation, and help build out more efficient support processes in our issue tracker. We want to live in a world where everyone can contribute, and as a member of the support team, there are no barriers to using your skills to improve the experience of our users and customers.
Some examples of our projects:
A tool to automatically check a GitLab Omnibus install for known issues
A
solution to capture the state of a customer’s server
for easier troubleshooting
A tool which turns log files into interactive tables to easily sort and filter columns
A functionality to
ChatOps
to make it easier to identify user accounts on GitLab.com
What you’ll do
Support a mix of Self-managed and GitLab.com (SaaS) customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing
Collaborate with our
Product
,
Development
,
Infrastructure
,

Create and update documentation based on customer interactions
Collaborate with Support team members (through
Pairing Sessions
) and other GitLab team members (for example: as a
Support Stable Counterpart
)
Participate in regular rotations for weekday and weekend on-call coverage (daytime only), providing emergency support to our Self-managed and SaaS customers, or working with our SaaS Production team to coordinate incident communications
Participate in our hiring processes by reviewing applications and assessments, and by participating in interviews.
What you’ll bring
Experience in, and passion for managing customer facing cases throughout the entire support lifecycle from initial customer inquiry to triage and reproduction, writing bug reports for hand off to the development team, and case resolution
Excellent Linux systems administration knowledge (LFCE or RHCE equivalent knowledge)
Ability to use scripting languages (preferably Ruby or Bash), and MVC frameworks (preferably Ruby on Rails)
Experience with Git and CI/CD
Expertise in writing support content
Ability to communicate complex technical topics to customers and coworkers of varying technical skill level
Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and technologies like Serverless and Kubernetes
Understand a range of different GitLab implementations, and how service interruptions impact the customer.
About the team
The Support team is distributed all over the world across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. Support Engineers work on Support Tickets and helping GitLab’s customers, but they also dig into the code and logs to find out why something is not working as expected. The Collaboration here at GitLab is extraordinary and exciting - Support Engineers
solve complex problems together
and participate in regular pairing sessions and 1:1s, as well as coffee chats and Slack conversations that help them stay connected. Team members are given the ability to structure their shift the way it best suits their private life while maintaining our ability to address customer issues.
