The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own and help build a scalable renewal motion for our Scaled Customer Success segment: protecting revenue and ensuring contracts reach a signed outcome ahead of expiry.
As our first dedicated Renewals Specialist, you’ll manage the end-to-end commercial renewal process for a high-volume portfolio of Enterprise customers, typically €20k–50k ARR, with around 60 renewals per quarter. You’ll work closely with our Scaled CSMs while helping us build the processes, operating rhythms, and automation that will allow renewals to scale as n8n grows. You'll usually work with billing/procurement contacts and the n8n champion on the account (often a technical user or engineer).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own renewals end-to-end. Prepare and send renewal quotes, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, manage procurement and contractual back-and-forth, create order forms, coordinate signatures, and ensure completed contracts are accurately processed in our CRM and billing systems.
- Manage a high-volume renewal pipeline. Keep around 60 renewals per quarter progressing with clear next steps, accurate renewal dates, and enough lead time to avoid preventable last-minute slippage.
- Partner with CSMs on renewal risk. Work closely with Scaled CSMs to understand customer health, identify potential churn or commercial risk early, and determine the right path to renewal.
- Keep the forecast accurate. Maintain reliable renewal forecasts, close-plan notes, and CRM hygiene so we have a clear view of upcoming renewals and revenue retention.
- Build a more scalable renewal motion. Identify where processes break down or create unnecessary manual work, and improve the workflows, templates, operating rhythms, and automation behind them.
- Navigate the business independently. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve commercial or contractual blockers and keep renewals moving.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🔄 B2B SaaS renewals experience: You’ve owned commercial renewals, account management, or a commercially focused Customer Success portfolio in B2B SaaS, including negotiating contracts and renewals with business customers.
- 📚 High-volume portfolio management: You’ve managed a sizeable book of customers and are comfortable keeping dozens of commercial conversations moving simultaneously. Experience with smaller Enterprise accounts and roughly €20k–50k ARR contracts is particularly relevant.
- 🤝 Commercial & contractual confidence: You’re comfortable negotiating pricing and terms and navigating the practical mechanics of SaaS renewals — quotes, order forms, procurement, legal review, approvals, and signatures.
- 📈 Operational rigor: You manage your renewal pipeline with discipline. Forecasts, dates, next steps, and CRM data stay accurate, and you take ownership of getting contracts closed on time.
- 🚀 High-growth startup experience: You’ve worked in a fast-growing environment where processes change quickly, ownership is high, and the answer isn't always already documented.
- 🛠️ Builder mindset: You don't just execute a process — you notice where it isn't working and help improve it. You’re comfortable creating structure while doing the work at the same time.
- 🤖 Automation mindset: You’re interested in using automation and AI to eliminate repetitive work and make high-volume processes more scalable.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- ⚡ Scaled Customer Success experience: You’ve worked in a high-volume or scaled CS/renewals model before.
- 🏢 Exposure to a mature renewals function: You’ve seen what strong renewal processes look like at a larger SaaS company and can bring some of those learnings into an earlier-stage environment.
- 🛠️ Relevant tooling: Experience with CRM, CS, or renewals tooling such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar.
- 🤖 n8n experience: You’ve used n8n or another workflow automation platform and are excited about what automation can do.
WHY JOIN US?
At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully established renewal function - you’ll help create it.
Our Scaled Customer Success team is still relatively new, while the number of customers and renewals we manage is growing quickly. As our first dedicated renewals hire for this segment, you’ll have real influence over how we structure the renewal process, what we automate, and how we manage retention efficiently as we scale.
This is an opportunity to combine hands-on commercial ownership with building something from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Legal, and you'll be able to see the direct impact of your work on our customers and revenue.
We’re particularly interested in using AI and automation to scale the function without simply adding more headcount, so if you enjoy finding smarter ways to eliminate repetitive work and improve processes, you’ll have plenty of room to experiment.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on? Apply now and help us build the renewal motion that will support n8n’s next stage of growth.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic, hands-on Lead Creative Producer to own and scale ad creative for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will lead a team of around 10 people (creative producers at junior, mid and senior level, plus a lead designer and motion designers). You will own the creative strategy, the quality of every ad that goes live, and the results those ads deliver. You will also create ad concepts yourself, alongside the team.
This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thinks in systems, not individual ads. You will analyse results in detail, give the team clear direction on what to produce and what not to, and support User Acquisition in growing the brand across every major ad network. You http://network.You will hold every creative to a clear quality standard, keep every ad compliant so our ad accounts stay healthy, and build the systems that keep production fast. You will report directly to the CMO and the User Acquisition Lead. The bar is high and so is the upside. Compensation combines a fixed salary with bonuses when targets are met, performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Hands-On Concepting
- Own the creative strategy: define the angles, hooks, and formats to produce next
- Create ad concepts yourself, setting the standard the team works to.
- Decide weekly what to scale, iterate on, and stop producing, based on the data.
- Maintain a documented library of proven angles and run systematic competitor and market research.
Performance Analysis & UA Partnership
- Own creative-level KPIs: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI.
- Turn performance data into testable hypotheses and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Support User Acquisition with high-performing creatives across Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, and new networks.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews to the CMO and User Acquisition Lead.
Quality Control & Ad Network Compliance
- Own quality control: no ad goes live without meeting a defined quality standard.
- Ensure every creative complies with each network's ad policies, keeping ad accounts healthy with no rejected creatives.
- Track policy changes and keep compliance guidelines and pre-launch checklists current.
Team Leadership & Production Systems
- Lead and develop producers across levels, and direct the design team through its lead designer.
- Implement processes and systems that speed up creative production: briefs, templates, workflows, and automation.
- Set output, quality, and testing-velocity standards, and give specific, reference-backed feedback.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance management for the ad creative unit.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must-Have Experience
- 6+ years in performance marketing, producing ad creative for D2C app or SaaS subscription products.
- Proven track record of high-spend winning ads that held CPA and ROI targets as spend scaled.
- Hands-on experience creating ad concepts and creatives yourself, not only managing others.
- Experience directly leading and developing a cross-functional creative team, including producers and designers.
- Hands-on knowledge of Meta, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok, and Applovin, including ad policy compliance and keeping accounts healthy.
- Ability to read creative-level data independently and build structured testing frameworks.
- Experience implementing processes, systems, and AI-enabled workflows that measurably increased creative production speed.
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator: you build repeatable processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, decisive with data, and comfortable killing concepts, including your own.
- Holds a high-quality bar: you do not let weak or non-compliant work go live.
- Strong management instincts: sets clear direction, develops people, and holds them accountable.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner and communicates clearly and directly in a remote environment.

- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek

- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

Support Hong Kong office moves, expansions, build-outs, and other local technology initiatives, coordinating with global IT teams, Facilities, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing for the Hong Kong office, including readiness for local disruptions such as typhoons, power outages, and ISP or connectivity failures.

Maintain clear local documentation, runbooks, support procedures, and knowledge articles so common issues can be resolved consistently and efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve support workflows and reduce repetitive work through scripting, automation, self-service, or better tooling.
Communicate clearly with local office leadership and key stakeholders during incidents, major changes, office initiatives, and recurring problem areas.
Participate in the global IT Support 24/7 emergency on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays, responding to critical incidents and urgent support needs by phone or remote access as required, as well as planned maintenance or project work.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in technical support, including significant deskside support experience in a professional, financial services, trading, or similarly high-performance environment.
Demonstrated experience acting as a senior escalation point, local IT owner, team lead, or equivalent role with responsibility beyond individual ticket resolution.
Proven ability to deliver white-glove support to executives and responsive support to business-critical users in fast-paced environments.
Strong working knowledge of both macOS and Windows operating systems at an administrative level, with hands-on experience supporting iOS/mobile devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf, including device management, configuration profiles, policy enforcement, compliance, and provisioning.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills, with the judgment and professionalism required to support executives and senior stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and take ownership of local IT operations while remaining closely aligned with global standards and teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are seeking a Director, Technical Accounting – Investments and M&A to join our Finance team at Anthropic. In this role, you will own the company's accounting for strategic investments, partnerships with investment components, and related capital transactions, and support mergers and acquisitions when deal volume requires. You will report to the Senior Director, Technical Accounting – M&A and Investments.
As Anthropic continues to scale rapidly and deploy capital into strategic investments, joint ventures, and novel commercial structures, including compute arrangements that carry warrants and other investment features, you will be a key technical resource on classification, consolidation outcomes, fair value, and financial statement impact across the portfolio. You will partner closely with Corporate Development, Legal, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, and leadership to ensure that investment economics are accurately reflected under US GAAP and that positions are defensible to external auditors, valuation specialists, and future regulators.
This is a builder role: you'll help stand up and continuously sharpen the portfolio accounting process, controls, and valuation governance expected of a world class finance organization, working alongside the Senior Director as the function takes shape. If you want to own a portfolio end to end — and still be in the room when deals are shaped — we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Execute technical accounting for strategic investments, joint ventures, partnership structures, and related financing/equity instruments from entry through exit
Partner with and influence Corporate Development to steer investment structures toward preferred terms and outcomes, reviewing term sheets and deal documents before signing
Own entry accounting for each new investment — classification under ASC 321, 323, or 810, VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the initial measurement memo
Run the quarterly portfolio review — reconsideration events, impairment indicators, observable price changes, and equity method pick-ups — and account for follow-on investments, conversions, down rounds, and exits
Own the investment rollforward, its reconciliation to the general ledger, and the portfolio reporting that supports close, FP&A, and leadership, including review of portfolio company financial statements
Manage third-party valuation specialists; review fair values of investments, warrants, and derivative features, including Level 3 inputs and impairment analyses
Assess warrants, equity rights, and other investment components embedded in partnerships and compute arrangements, partnering with Accounting Policy on how consideration is allocated
Support M&A transactions alongside the M&A lead when deal volume requires — accounting due diligence, purchase accounting (consideration measurement, PPA review, opening balance sheet), and measurement-period adjustments
Author and defend technical accounting policies & memoranda; partner closely with external auditors on investment, consolidation, and M&A matters
Help build the investments operating model — intake form and approval gates, memo templates, quarterly checklists, and SOX-ready controls — designed to scale as the portfolio grows including utilizing Claude, ERP systems and third party applications (as applicable)
Prepare and review investment and transaction disclosures for quarterly and annual filings, including fair value, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Present investment accounting conclusions and financial statement impacts to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in clear, decision-ready terms
Monitor standard-setting and SEC developments affecting investments, consolidation, and business combinations; support adoption and cross-functional education
Minimum qualifications
Bring significant Big 4 experience — ideally in a National Office, Transaction/Deal Advisory, or Capital Markets/Accounting Advisory group — paired with in-house experience at a technology company and public accounting or advisory experience
Proven experience leading complex valuations (e.g., business combinations, equity and debt investments, warrants and other Level 3 instruments), including directing and challenging the work of third-party valuation specialists
Have owned the accounting for a portfolio of minority/strategic investments, including quarterly impairment and fair value monitoring and at least one investment of meaningful scale or complexity
Possess deep command of US GAAP for investments in equity securities, equity method, consolidation and VIEs, fair value measurement, and business combinations, with a track record of positions that withstand auditor and regulator scrutiny
Are fluent in valuation concepts and can direct and challenge third-party specialists on private company fair value, warrant/option pricing, impairment, and PPA models
Have operated within an investments-accounting or deal-accounting function, contributing to playbook and controls design
Communicate effectively with Corporate Development, Legal, and Tax on structuring trade-offs, translating technical conclusions for cross-functional and senior stakeholders
Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication, translating complex investment and deal accounting into clear business implications
Excel at hands-on technical execution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, shifting between portfolio work and live deals as priorities change
Are proficient with accounting systems (Workday preferred), consolidation tools, and advanced Excel/modeling
Curious about and quick to adopt new AI tools, including Claude and Claude for Finance
Preferred qualifications
Have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years owning strategic investment, equity method, or consolidation accounting end-to-end
Have deep, practitioner-level expertise in one or more of the following:
Investments in equity securities, equity method, and consolidation (ASC 321, 323, 810), including VIE/primary-beneficiary analysis, basis differences, and the measurement alternative
Fair value measurement, derivatives, and embedded features (ASC 820, 815, 825), including warrants and Level 3 inputs for private company investments
Business combinations and asset acquisitions (ASC 805), including contingent consideration and step acquisitions
Collaborative arrangements and consideration exchanged in commercial deals (ASC 808, 606)
Hold an active CPA license
Have built an investment accounting process from the ground up, including intake, quarterly monitoring, and SOX-compliant controls over non-routine/complex transactions
Have prepared or reviewed investment disclosures in SEC filings, including fair value hierarchy, equity method, and VIE disclosures
Have experience with novel AI/technology structures — investments bundled with compute or commercial agreements, warrants received from customers or vendors, revenue-share partnerships, and strategic investor rights — and are passionate about leveraging AI to automate portfolio monitoring, memo drafting, and close
Deadline to apply:

Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

The role & impact
As an Engineer on our Search team, you’ll own the infrastructure, CI/CD and data pipelines that keep one of the largest search clusters in the southern hemisphere healthy and growing. You’ll design and run the infrastructure automation and Terraform that underpin the cluster, build pipelines that move and index data at scale, and keep the platform fast, resilient and cost effective as demand grows. You’ll Go Bold by leading design decisions on scaling, reliability and capacity for a system holding hundreds of terabytes.
In your first 90 days, you’ll get up to speed on the cluster, the team and our platform rebuild, then start reviewing pull requests and making your first meaningful changes. Within 12 months, you’ll Go Further by owning a major project, contributing across both search and generalist work, and helping to shape how the team works.
The team & how they connect
Our Search team looks after one of the largest search clusters in the southern hemisphere, indexing more than 50 million documents a day, for around 200,000 daily active users at 99.9% uptime. We’re rebuilding and expanding the platform for Xero’s next stage of growth, working closely with the streaming data team, our product manager and Catalyst to plan and release changes safely. We’re remote-first across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, and we get together in Melbourne roughly every six months.
The team is currently working on
- Tech stack: Github Actions and Terraform for infrastructure as code, with large-scale data pipelines feeding our search indexes.
- Current project: Rebuilding and expanding the search platform, including ingestion for our new platform alongside the streaming data team.
- Current project: Keeping the cluster highly available, owning monitoring, alerting and incident response to protect our 99.9% uptime.
- Future project: Owning and shaping a major platform project within your first year, spanning both search and generalist work.
Where and how you can work
This is a permanent, remote-first role across Melbourne, New South Wales and New Zealand, so you can work from wherever you’re based. We get together in Melbourne roughly every six months, giving you time to connect with the team in person.
Here are some of the things we are looking for
- You bring your experience running production infrastructure in the cloud, with hands-on skills in Github Actions and Terraform.
- You’ve designed and operated infrastructure pipelines that support complex platform scale environments and know how to keep them reliable under heavy demand.
- Solid software engineering skills and a high-quality mindset sit at the heart of how you work.
- Search or information retrieval experience, or a clear path to applying it, will help you hit the ground running.
- You communicate clearly, work well across remote teams and can explain trade-offs to people outside engineering.
Apply even if your experience isn’t a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
