At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Analytics Engineering Lead to set the direction for analytics engineering at Eneba and help the team deliver trusted, business-ready data. You’ll lead a team of around 10 analytics engineers.
You’ll define what analytics engineering owns and where it is going, connect the team’s work to real business needs, and ensure curated data can be used directly by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents without an analyst in between.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and own the analytics engineering strategy, direction, and goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of around 10 analytics engineers through regular feedback, one-to-ones, performance management, review cycles, and hiring, helping them become increasingly autonomous.
- Establish the analytics data-modeling architecture, engineering principles, quality standards, and ways of working that guide how the team builds and maintains models.
- Ensure analytics engineering work begins with a clear understanding of the business problem and delivers data that people can use with confidence.
- Enable reliable self-service analytics by making curated data usable by business teams, BI tools, and AI agents, with appropriate semantic layers, metrics, discoverability, and governance.
- Evaluate the current analytics landscape and make pragmatic, evidence-based decisions about what should be improved, stopped, rebuilt, or delegated.
- Partner directly with stakeholders across the company, including teams such as Accounting, Payments, and Marketing, as well as senior leaders.
- Build a strong understanding of Eneba’s business and translate varied stakeholder needs into a clear direction for the team.
- Identify and empower technical experts within the existing team to help define and implement engineering standards.
- Evaluate analytics tooling and delegate technical discovery where appropriate, while retaining final ownership of analytics engineering architecture and tooling decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience leading and developing data, analytics, or analytics engineering and people-management in product-focused tech companies.
- Experience defining strategy and setting direction for analytics engineering, data modeling, or a closely related function.
- A track record of establishing data-modeling architecture, principles, or standards that guide how other engineers build and maintain models.
- Strong business judgment: you focus on why data is needed and what problem it solves, not only how models are built.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience partnering closely with product leadership and representing data in executive-level and cross-functional discussions.
- Ability to form clear, evidence-based opinions, challenge existing approaches, and lead change under sustained pressure including recommending that work be stopped or rebuilt when needed.
- Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-moving organization with low approval layers, where data supports many business functions. Scale-up experience is helpful.
- Working knowledge of SQL and data modeling, hands-on experience with DBT, and familiarity with at least one BI or dashboarding tool.
- Fluent English (business proficiency required)
What it’s like to work at Eneba
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave, personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, opportunity to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth at an exponential rate supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
- We’re an international team and our business language of choice is English. Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred. Please submit your resume in English
- To find out about how we handle your personal data, make sure to check out our Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.eneba.com/candidate-privacy-notice

Job Responsibilities
Identify technical and on-page SEO issues (crawling, indexing, site structure, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, templates, structured data) and initiate product-related tasks when they block organic performance;
Prepare implementation-ready tasks and recommendations: problem, solution, affected templates or URLs, risks, and acceptance criteria;
Validate proposed work with the Team Lead and SEO team before it reaches product or engineering;
Consult product and development on SEO implications of planned features, template changes, and site architecture;
Participate in estimations and groomings so work is sized, sequenced, and specified well enough to build;
Analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor behavior when it affects product or template decisions;
Optimize existing page types and templates for rankings, traffic, engagement, and conversions, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Support content planning with SEO briefs, keyword maps, and optimization guidelines when work touches product surfaces;
Plan information architecture and landing-page structure for new product or content surfaces;
Specify and, where appropriate, implement structured data;
Test implementations after release against agreed acceptance criteria;
Monitor performance in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and in-house reporting tools. Track rankings, traffic, indexing, and trends tied to shipped work, not only site-wide averages;
Prepare concise updates: what moved, what did not, and recommended next product or content steps;
Stay current with SEO practices and search-engine updates that affect product implementation.
You’ll thrive here if you have
4+ years of hands-on SEO across on-page, content, and technical work;
Experience working with high-traffic international and multilingual websites;
Proven experience turning SEO findings into tickets or requirements that engineering or product teams can implement;
Comfort participating in agile delivery: grooming, estimation, clarification, and post-release checks;
Strong understanding of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, internal linking, site architecture, and template-level changes;
Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, crawlers, and other SEO tools;
Ability to analyze SEO data and turn it into a clear recommendation, with an expected effect and a way to verify the release;
Clear written communication: tickets, briefs, and short performance notes that non-SEO teams can act on;
Ability to work independently, manage several workstreams, and raise issues early rather than waiting for a fully specified brief.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale template optimization;
Familiarity with Looker Studio, BigQuery, SQL, or another reporting stack;
Basic scripting (Python or similar) for crawls, log samples, or bulk URL analysis;
Familiarity with common CMS or front-end delivery setups;
Awareness of generative search / AI results as a measurement context;
Experience in SaaS, marketplace, media, or other product-led digital businesses.

We are looking for a
Senior Content Manager
to own and grow GoMining's social media presence across
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Telegram
.
This is a hands-on role combining content strategy, production, distribution, community management, and growth. You will be responsible not only for reach and engagement, but also for turning social audiences into registered and paying users.
We are looking for someone who understands both crypto culture and mainstream digital audiences, can translate complex products into compelling stories, and knows how to build content that performs.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Production
Develop content strategies for different audiences, platforms, and markets.
Adapt content to platform-specific formats, algorithms, and user behavior.
Translate complex crypto, financial, and technical products into clear and engaging stories.
Create and develop original content across short-form video, graphics, photos, threads, and other formats.
Work closely with designers and video editors to produce high-quality content.
Repurpose product updates, PR materials, and long-form content into platform-native social content.
Own the content calendar and publishing workflow.
React quickly to trends, news, and market events while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Growth & Performance
Develop social media as a measurable acquisition and conversion channel.
Own social KPIs across reach, engagement, traffic, registrations, and paying users.
Set up and maintain tracking through UTMs, attribution, and analytics tools.
Analyze performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously test new formats and growth hypotheses.
Build and scale KOL and influencer collaborations — from sourcing and briefing to negotiation and ROI measurement.
Experiment with unconventional organic growth mechanics where relevant.
Align social activity with CRM, Retention, SEO, Performance Marketing, and PR.
Community & Brand
Monitor community sentiment and manage moderation across social channels.
Support crisis communication and respond to scams, impersonation, negative feedback, and reputational risks.
Work with Product, Design, Legal, and Leadership on large-scale multi-channel campaigns.
Ensure content complies with regulatory requirements for financial and crypto products, including geo-restrictions and communication limitations.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on social media and content management experience.
Proven experience growing
YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and/or Telegram
channels.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable growth in reach, engagement, acquisition, or revenue.
Experience working with large-scale B2C digital products.
Proven ability to turn social media audiences into registered or paying users.
Experience with crypto products and communication for both mainstream and crypto-native audiences.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, attribution, UTMs, and funnel tracking.
Experience working with KOLs and influencers.
Ability to independently develop strategy, generate ideas, and manage content production.
Strong understanding of platform trends, algorithms, and content formats.
Near-native or native-level English (C1/C2), with excellent writing and editing skills.
Would be a plus
Experience growing and managing communities on Reddit.
Experience with CoinMarketCap Community, CoinGecko, Binance Square, or similar crypto platforms.
Experience with financial, fintech, investment, or other regulated products.
Experience working with global B2C brands.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, research, and workflow automation.
Benefits
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote or hybrid format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year
Recognition programs: structured performance reviews and team awards.

GoMining runs a portfolio, not a single product: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Simple Earn, Wallet, Miner Wars, Academy, Travel, Launchpad and the VIP programme. Each of them ships, launches and promotes on its own rhythm — and today those messages reach the same user through the same channels without a single owner making sure they add up to one coherent story.
That owner is this role.
You'll sit at the centre of marketing as the connective layer between product go-to-market, brand, performance, content, CRM, community, design and PR. Half the job is orchestration: owning the communications calendar and running launches end to end, on time, across every channel. The other half is the message: making sure what we say about any product is clear, consistent, on-brand and worth a user's attention.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with company-wide visibility. You will not manage a team — you will manage the flow of work between several of them.
What you’ll do
Orchestration: own how communication gets made and shipped
Own a single, company-wide marketing communications calendar: every product launch, feature release, campaign, promo and announcement in one place, with owners and dates.
Build and fix the communications planning process so marketing can absorb a dense flow of product launches without things getting lost between teams.
Run launches end to end, covering both product and brand comms. Take the go-to-market input from product marketing leads and turn it into a channel plan: CRM (email, push, in-app inbox), in-product surfaces, community, social, website and blog, app stores, paid support assets, PR, out-of-home. Then drive it to delivery.
Write the briefs. Translate business goals into creative and content briefs that designers, motion designers and copywriters can actually execute against, with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Be the single window into the design and production team. Prioritise, sequence and unblock requests instead of letting every stakeholder queue separately.
Hold the timeline. Chase dependencies across product, legal, compliance and finance so assets are approved and live on the date we committed to.
Close the loop: pull post-campaign results with the analytics and CRM teams, run the retro, and turn what you learn into the next brief.
Campaigns and partnerships: take the brand beyond its usual channels
Plan and run integrated 360 campaigns: one message, the right channels, launched together, on time and to a high standard.
Drive special projects and integrations, from concept and partner selection through to production and results.
Coordinate ambassador, celebrity, influencer and KOL partnerships, including long-term ambassador programmes with a series of activations, not just one-off placements.
Manage the production side: external agencies, creative studios and production houses, timelines, budgets, contracts and usage rights.
Coordinate joint communications with partners, collaborations and sponsorships.
Support the Brand Director in rolling out the brand refresh across every touchpoint.
Message: own what we say and how it sounds
Build and maintain the messaging architecture across the portfolio: what each product promises, to whom, in what words, and how the products connect into one proposition.
Turn technical and financial mechanics such as mining rewards, tokenomics, cashback, yields and VIP tiers into copy a first-time user understands without a glossary.
Own tone of voice and message consistency in practice, not just in a deck: review outgoing communications against brand and messaging guidelines before they ship.
Maintain the shared toolkit (messaging docs, key-message one-pagers, FAQ and objection handling, launch templates) so other teams stop reinventing product copy.
Write and edit the high-stakes pieces yourself: launch announcements, product pages, campaign concepts, executive and partner-facing materials.
Work closely with legal and compliance within the advertising and financial-promotion constraints of each channel and jurisdiction, so approved copy is also compliant copy.
Track how competitors and the wider crypto and fintech market communicate, and bring back what’s worth noting.
What success looks like
First month:
the calendar exists and is trusted; every product’s messaging is documented in one place; the brief-to-delivery process is running without you being chased.
First 3 months:
launches ship on schedule with a full channel set as the default, not the exception; message consistency across channels is visibly better; each launch produces a documented result and a next-step recommendation; the first integrated campaign or partnership project beyond our core channels is live or in production.
Requirements
4+ years in marketing communications, integrated campaigns, brand communications or product marketing, either in-house at a tech, fintech, marketplace, consumer app or scale-up, or agency-side with comparable clients.
Hands-on experience running integrated 360 campaigns at national or regional scale.
Proven end-to-end ownership of multi-channel launches: you can walk us through campaigns you ran from brief to results, and say honestly what worked and what didn’t.
Solid understanding of how production works: timelines, external contractors, budgets, approvals and rights clearance.
Experience coordinating external agencies, creative studios or production houses.
Genuine project management ability: prioritisation, dependency tracking, and working to deadlines and budget across teams you don’t manage.
The ability to hold a high creative bar while saying no, moving a date, or telling a senior stakeholder their request is out of scope.
Comfort with complex products: you enjoy the work of understanding a mechanic properly before writing about it.
Data literacy: you read campaign performance and use it to change the next brief.
Strong writing and editing in English (C1+). You’ll be assessed on real copy, not on adjectives in a CV.
Fluent Russian.
A portfolio or case studies of campaigns and projects you’ve led.
Would be a plus
Both agency and in-house tech experience.
Experience with ambassador, celebrity or influencer partnerships, especially long-term contracts with a series of activations.
Special projects, brand integrations, sponsorships or out-of-home campaigns.
Experience with a rebrand, or building brand or messaging systems from scratch rather than inheriting a finished one.
Experience in crypto, Web3, mining, trading, neobanking, payments or investment products.
Familiarity with advertising restrictions on financial and crypto products across ad platforms and jurisdictions.
Additional languages.
