From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join Systems Engineering and own the roadmap for the capabilities and technology that power Fivetran’s global Customer Support organization.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Support and Engineering, partnering with Support leaders to understand their biggest challenges, define what we should build, and work with technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. You’ll work across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and automation, with Zendesk at the center of a broader ecosystem of APIs, integrations, and custom services.
You’ll work with a diverse, global group of stakeholders and need to build trust quickly, flex your communication style, and confidently guide teams toward the right solution rather than simply taking requests at face value. This role is ideal for someone who moves quickly, asks great questions, and can bring structure to loosely defined problems. You’ll need strong technical instincts and the confidence to go beyond the initial request, understand the underlying problem, and recommend a simpler or more scalable approach.
Technologies You’ll Use
Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, Slack workflows, APIs and integrations, Lucidchart, SQL, Looker, Google Workspace, AI and automation technologies, and other systems supporting Fivetran’s customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a TPM for our Support systems, you'll be responsible for defining what we build, shaping how we deliver it, and driving alignment across stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Product Management
Partner with Support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build and maintain the Customer Support systems roadmap.
Intake, evaluate, and prioritize requests across case management, customer portals, service delivery, workforce workflows, and support automation.
Own requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution scoping for prioritized initiatives.
Translate ambiguous business needs into clear product, process, and systems requirements, asking the right questions to uncover the broader problem behind the request.
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve agent and customer experiences, and increase Support efficiency through automation and better systems.
Technical Leadership
Partner with Systems Engineering to design scalable solutions across Zendesk and its broader integration ecosystem.
Develop deep expertise in Support processes, Zendesk capabilities, APIs, integrations, automation, and data flows to support solution design, systems analysis, testing, and implementation.
Shape technical tradeoffs that balance business value, customer experience, delivery effort, quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Evaluate opportunities to use AI, automation, and evolving support technologies to improve service delivery while thoughtfully incorporating human oversight where needed.
Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations through active participation in testing and validation.
Stakeholder Management & Delivery
Build trusted partnerships across a diverse, global stakeholder group spanning Support, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Legal, and other teams.
Adapt your communication and working style across stakeholders while confidently providing recommendations and constructively challenging ideas when needed.
Drive alignment on priorities, requirements, tradeoffs, and implementation approaches.
Partner with technical and business teams throughout design, testing, rollout, enablement, and adoption.
Communicate progress, risks, decisions, and business impact clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Skills We’re Looking For
7+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Business Systems, Technical Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Implementation Consulting, or a related technical role.
Experience working with customer support, customer experience, or other complex business workflows in a SaaS or technology environment.
Strong technical foundation with experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, automation, and interconnected business systems.
Demonstrated ability to take loosely defined stakeholder requests, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear problems, requirements, and scalable solutions.
Strong product judgment with the ability to look beyond a requested solution, understand the underlying need, and recommend simpler or more effective approaches.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and adapt your approach across technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
Strong execution skills with experience carrying initiatives through requirements, design, testing, rollout, and adoption.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve customer and employee experiences.
Bonus Skills
Hands-on experience administering Zendesk or building applications and integrations using the Zendesk API.
Experience with AI-enabled customer support, agent-assist, or workflow automation technologies.
Experience with workforce management, premium support, or differentiated service models.
Experience supporting Professional Services or other post-sale customer workflows.
Experience integrating or consolidating customer support platforms, portals, or processes.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Team
The Unified Privacy Platform team’s mission is to earn the trust of every DoorDash user by upholding their right to privacy, consent, and transparency. We are building a common privacy foundation across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo so Consumers, Dashers, and Merchants can understand how their data is used, control their choices, and exercise their privacy rights through simple, consistent experiences.
Our work is organized around three connected pillars: the Privacy Center, a unified user-facing destination for privacy controls and rights; the Unified Privacy Platform, which captures and enforces consent, policy, jurisdictional requirements, and privacy actions; and Privacy Operations and Intelligence, which gives Legal, Support, Privacy, and engineering operators the workflows, diagnostics, audit history, and automation needed to resolve privacy work safely and efficiently.
Together, these capabilities turn fragmented, one-off compliance work into reusable platform primitives that can support new products, brands, and emerging regulations.
About the Role
DoorDash is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Unified Privacy Platform team. You will lead a team of backend and platform engineers responsible for the next generation of privacy and consent infrastructure, including the Privacy Center, the User Consent Platform, privacy-policy decisioning, self-service data-rights experiences, and the operational tooling required to manage privacy cases at global scale.
As the Engineering Manager, you will own and execute a multi-year vision for privacy at DoorDash. You will balance legal and regulatory correctness, user trust, security, reliability, and developer velocity while building systems that work consistently across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. You will be a strategic partner to Product, Legal, Security, Data Governance, Marketing and Communications, and engineering leadership, establishing clear ownership boundaries and turning complex privacy requirements into scalable, self-service capabilities.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of backend and platform engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, privacy by design, operational excellence, and thoughtful cross-functional partnership
Drive the technical strategy across the Privacy Center, the Unified Privacy Platform, and Privacy Operations and Intelligence
Build the cross-brand User Consent Platform, including canonical consent state, policy and configuration management, consent SDKs, audit history, and consistent enforcement across products and jurisdictions
Deliver simple, self-service experiences for consent and communication preferences, Right to be Forgotten (RTF), Right to Information (RTI), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs)
Turn emerging privacy and regulatory requirements into standardized platform capabilities instead of one-off product implementations
Lead the migration from fragmented legacy consent systems to a single source of truth across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo, while managing compatibility and safe deprecation
Define clear contracts with data-governance fulfillment systems and downstream product and storage teams so privacy actions are traceable, retryable, auditable, and correctly reflected back to users and operators
Provide architectural guidance for distributed systems that manage sensitive user choices, policy evaluation, orchestration, secure data delivery, reporting, and immutable audit trails
Partner with recruiting to build a diverse and inclusive team, attracting and retaining exceptional engineering talent
We’re excited about you because you have…
A bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in people management leading backend or platform teams
8+ years of industry experience
Extensive experience as an engineer or engineering leader in a fast-paced, platform-focused development environment
Proven experience designing large-scale distributed systems, service application programming interfaces (APIs), policy or rules engines, workflow orchestration, state machines, data-lifecycle systems, or audit architectures
Preferred experience with privacy, consent, data governance, or regulatory systems, including concepts such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), data-subject rights, retention, deletion, and legal holds
The ability to translate ambiguous legal, policy, and product requirements into clear platform boundaries, reusable abstractions, and executable roadmaps
Strong product sense and the ability to partner effectively with Legal, Product, Design, Security, Data, Marketing, Support, and engineering teams across multiple brands and geographies
A growth mindset—you are eager to expand your skills, raise the quality bar, and build enduring systems in a rapidly changing environment
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.

We Before Me

. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX is building out its equities and tokenized securities business. This is a post-trade and brokerage systems product role — you will own the layer that sits between our users and the securities markets: order management, execution, settlement, asset servicing and reconciliation.
We have strong crypto product and engineering talent. What this role brings is depth in brokerage architecture and securities market structure: how these systems are built, why they are built that way, and what breaks at scale. You will be the internal authority on that, and your judgment will shape decisions that are expensive to reverse.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own the brokerage core
— order management, execution and routing, instrument lifecycle and trading status, settlement and reconciliation.
Shape account, custody and clearing architecture
, along with the operating model required to run it.
Own corporate actions and asset servicing end to end
, in both conventional and on-chain form.
Define how securities risk and margin frameworks coexist
with those of a 24/7 digital asset market.
Bring market structure, execution quality and regulatory requirements into product decisions early
, before they become blockers.
Set the standard for rigour
— write PRDs precise enough to build from, and lead alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury.
What We Look For In You
Domain Depth
5+ years in post-trade or brokerage systems product management.
We strongly prefer candidates from internet and licensed brokerages — Futu, Tiger, Interactive Brokers, Robinhood, Webull, Longbridge — as well as clearing firms and brokerage infrastructure providers.
Architectural perspective.
You have a clear view of where responsibility belongs across the order, execution, clearing, settlement, asset servicing and ledger layers, and of what goes wrong downstream when a boundary is drawn in the wrong place.
Depth across the order and execution path.
Order types and parameters, state machine design, idempotency across an external execution boundary, cancel/replace and partial-fill semantics, timeout and exception recovery. This is the core craft of the role.
End-to-end ownership of at least one area beyond the order path
— clearing and settlement, corporate actions and asset servicing, margin and risk, securities lending, or position and cash reconciliation.
Commercial and historical perspective.
You understand how a brokerage actually earns, how each revenue line constrains the systems beneath it, and why the industry made the structural choices it did.
Ways of Working
Strong technical intuition.
You are comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers. You do not need to be a developer, but you think with the rigour of one.
You design for the exceptions
— the halted symbol, the timed-out counterparty, the partial fill, the corporate action mid-flight — not just the order that goes through.
You run programs, not just write specs.
You produce rigorous PRDs independently, drive alignment across engineering, risk, legal, compliance and treasury, and own the full lifecycle from requirements through post-launch review.
You write precisely
, and can make complex mechanics legible to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
High agency.
You are comfortable taking an open question all the way to a shipped, reconciled system, and making calls with incomplete information.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Product experience with margin financing or securities lending.
Exposure to tokenized securities, digital asset custody, or on-chain settlement.
Experience integrating with broker-dealer or clearing APIs, as either the integrator or the provider.
Hands-on experience with multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks — SEC/FINRA, MiFID II, or equivalent.
A track record of launching a brokerage product in a new market from zero.
Fluency in English to support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Genuine curiosity about what happens when securities markets meet 24/7 markets.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ THE ENGINEERING TEAM ⭐
In our engineering team, we build the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to provide first-class service to our members, health professionals, and even ourselves!
Being an engineer at Alan means joining a team of talented, committed and passionate engineers, with a lot of product interaction.
We move fast, with a lot of ownership, and are proud to tackle big problems!
Our process is very simple: those who make product decisions are the same ones who build them.

🛠️ THE STACK
Python/Flask, React, React Native, PostgreSQL in a monorepo. We deploy daily and believe in distributed ownership - you build it, you own it.
🤖 THE HOPPER CREW
🎯 Mission:
- Hopper is Alan's internal agentic AI platform and every Alaner's AI companion: one unified productivity tool for coding, data, automation, research, and everyday work.
- It is a platform with a product on top. The product is the first and most demanding user of reusable components for agent orchestration, isolated execution, skills, connectors, permissions, audit, and evaluations.
It started as a coding agent. Watch how we built its first version and enabled anyone at Alan to ship code https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hAu7Ngfd0ys. Coding remains its most mature use case and the foundation we are expanding from.
🔭 Scope:
1. Product experience - durable AI sessions available from the web, Slack, Linear, and GitHub for coding, data analysis, automation, and general work
2. Agent runtime and orchestration - control plane, harness, model routing, long-running execution, recovery, and isolated sandboxes
3. Secure connectors - an MCP Gateway that manages identity, credentials, permissions, confirmations, sensitivity, and audit
4. Skills, automations, and artifacts - reusable workflows, scheduled or event-driven work, dashboards, and hosted tools
5. Trust and review - evaluations and product experiences that expose tests, screenshots, previews, queries, sources, and tool actions
👀 Focus for 2026:
Coding proved that Alaners want to delegate meaningful work to agents. Our 2026 focus is to make it the AI companion every Alaner can rely on: faster and more durable sessions, safe access to company tools and data, HDS-compatible infrastructure for sensitive workloads, stronger evaluations, and results people can inspect before acting on them.
👀 Focus for 2026:
In 2026, we're moving from "AI tools you monitor" to "AI agents you trust." That means scaling Hopper — Alan's own background coding agent — alongside the infrastructure that makes it reliable: managed agent pools, sandboxed environments, autonomous testing, and CI auto-fix. Engineers will routinely offload tasks to agents. Non-engineers will open pull requests after having easily tested their changes. Agents will validate their own work before it ships.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
EXPERIENCE WE VALUE
- 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
- Experience building products, internal platforms, frameworks, or infrastructure used by other people
- Depth in at least one relevant area: AI agents and evaluations, developer platforms, high-quality product UX, distributed systems and runtimes or security and authorization
- Ability to own work end to end, from a React interaction or API contract to reliability in production

And beyond.
🤖 OPS AI PLATFORM TEAM 🔀
We're building something that doesn't exist yet.
Imagine a platform where AI agents autonomously handle operational work - connected to every internal and external tool, trained by operators themselves, running safely at scale. No engineers needed. No bottlenecks. Just agents that work.
That's what we're building. The Ops AI Platform will let our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor their own AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. We aim to crack problems no one has solved at this scale.
The project just launched. You'd join at ground zero - shaping the architecture, the product, the entire foundation.
If building the future of work from scratch excites you, this is it.
⭐ OUR NORTH STAR
We’re building ops agents that work reliably and safely, without putting the engineering team on the critical path.
You’ll work at the intersection of product engineering and ML engineering. Our mission is to create the platform that enables building accurate and reliable AI agents, delivering an outstanding experience to our internal Ops team for the creation, iteration and monitoring of their agents, without requiring hard technical skills. Things we’re working on:
- 💬 Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools - UIs where Ops monitor and take action on concrete business situations. We want AI agents to become first-class citizens in this ecosystem, with context-aware chat modals, allowing users to review agents' reasoning, actions, and provide follow-up instructions - with instant impact on business data.
- 👥 Empower non-technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents to automate operational tasks at scale: prompting, tools configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, evaluations
- 🔧 Build a complete set of tools made available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities: internal business data, external servers, external web dashboards without API, etc.
- 💯 Safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human-in-the-loop to validate sensitive actions, fine-grained permissions and limits
In 6 to 12 months, we plan to increase our scope by owning the AI platform that will power all agentic use cases at Alan - creating economies of scale thanks to common infrastructure and tooling.
If you’re excited by the idea of building the future of work, this is the team for you - we're at the start of the journey.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product engineers with 3+ years of experience who get excited about building state-of-the-art AI systems and applying them to real-world, high-stakes problems in operations.
- You’ll work at the frontier of LLMs, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, internal tools UX, multi-agent architectures, and see your work deployed in production, used by our ops team
- You’ll implement new capabilities for AI agents, as well as tooling to make ops autonomous on the creation, evolution, monitoring and evaluation of their agents
- You’ll work on making our system scale, going from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily
- You’ll have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- You’ll mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team (including participating in hiring).
You would be a good fit at Alan if most of this sounds like you:
- Strong background in full-stack software engineering, systems architecture, with a spike in back-end engineering.
- Experience with traditional ML, or LLMs, or ML dev ops is a big plus
- Product-minded: you want your solutions to be used, and impactful
- Self-directed and pragmatic
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French!)
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Forward Deployed Architect on Notion’s Services team, you will help customers turn AI ambition into operational reality and unlock the full potential of our platform. You will partner directly with customers to design, build, and launch AI-native workflows that drive adoption, usage, and measurable business outcomes.
This role sits at the center of Notion’s workflow-led GTM motion. You will partner directly with customers to understand their business goals, operating processes, technical environment, governance needs, and adoption barriers, then translate that context into scalable Notion architectures that drive measurable value.
You will be hands-on across discovery, solution design, workspace architecture, workflow build, AI implementation, launch planning, adoption and handoff. You will work deeply with customers to define what Notion should own, where it should integrate with existing systems, and how Notion can become a durable operating layer for their teams.
The best candidates combine strong consultative discovery, systems thinking, technical fluency, AI-native workflow design, implementation judgment and exceptional customer presence. You should be comfortable reasoning through technical tradeoffs, designing scalable solutions, and partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineering when deeper engineering support is required.
In this role, you own the engagement outcome. You will lead our most complex, multi-workstream engagements in Korea, decide when Forward Deployed Engineers are needed for code-intensive work, and coach others to raise the bar across our Services practice.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead Notion’s most complex, multi-workstream customer engagements in Korea end to end, from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption and handoff, often where the future state and success measures are not yet defined.
- Shape Services scope, effort estimates and implementation strategy with account teams during pre-sales, then deliver against the agreed scope, timeline and outcomes, recovering engagements that go off track.
- Drive executive alignment on ambiguous, high-stakes decisions: facilitate discovery and architecture workshops, frame tradeoffs clearly and deliver hard messages directly.
- Decide where Notion should own, complement or connect to existing systems, and design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows to a production quality bar, including permission design, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls and operational ownership.
- Orchestrate Forward Deployed Engineers, partners and internal teams: define when deeper engineering is required and set clear scope, ownership and handoffs.
- Lead change management and adoption through stakeholder alignment, champion programs, phased rollouts and enablement, so customer teams sustain usage and realize measurable value.
- Coach other architects and partners, and scale the Korea Services practice through reusable reference architectures, packaged solutions and localized enablement.
- Turn field patterns into evidence-backed product signals (customer pain, business impact, expected outcome and frequency) that influence Notion’s roadmap.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 5+ years of experience in tech services/consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to translate ambiguous customer goals into clear workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and measurable success criteria.
- Strong consultative discovery skills, including the ability to map current-state workflows, identify customer pain, understand operating models, surface technical constraints, and define practical future-state solutions.
- Hands-on AI builder mindset, with experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve real business workflows.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows or agents in production for customers.
- Hands-on technical depth in data modeling and permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts. You do not need to write production code.
- Strong experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management and long-term customer value.
- Strong project and engagement management skills, including ownership of scope, timeline, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, risks, decisions, dependencies and launch readiness.
- Experience scoping Services work, estimating effort and delivering within agreed commercial boundaries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Strong executive presence and customer judgment, with the ability to build trust, frame tradeoffs clearly, and move ambiguous decisions forward.
- Experience coaching consultants or architects, and building methods, reference architectures or packaged services that others adopt.
- Bias toward action, high learning velocity, and comfort building in fast-changing AI-native product environments.
- Professional fluency in Korean and English.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Notion, APIs, MCPs, Workers, coding agents or developer platform workflows.
- Experience delivering for large Korean enterprises and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.
- Experience enabling or co-delivering with implementation partners.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Sentry, Support is an engineering discipline. Our customers are the greatest technical minds in the world—developers at elite enterprises building the future of software—and they deserve answers that go deeper than a knowledge base link.
We are architecting the Technical Support engine. We’re looking for a veteran engineer to help us redefine the standard of technical support by combining deep human expertise with autonomous agentic systems. You are a debugger of both code and systems. You will treat support volume as a data signal to build automated resolution paths, ensuring our human engineers only touch the most complex, high-impact architectural puzzles.
Sentry Support Engineers aren't just clearing queues; they are Orchestrators. You will engage with our users across GitHub, Discord, and our internal systems, while acting as the Technical Lead for our Agentic Ops. You ensure that when a developer asks a complex question, our systems have the right context and a seamless "Human-in-the-Loop" path to you when deep, nuanced expertise is required.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
Master the Sentry Ecosystem & Support Elite Developers
- Deep-Dive Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues and distributed tracing gaps across polyglot environments.
- Support the Great Minds: Act as a strategic consultant for senior engineers at our largest enterprise customers, solving high-stakes architectural challenges that push the boundaries of observability.
- Troubleshoot SDK Implementations: Go deep into the source code of Sentry’s SDKs to help developers instrument complex frameworks and custom environments.
- Engineering Feedback Loop: Serve as the bridge between the world's best developers and our product teams, using data from your systems to prioritize high-impact platform fixes.
Engineer Agentic Operations (The Scaling Engine)
- Deterministic Support Paths: Engineer the logic that powers our support agents, moving beyond probabilistic guesses to high-fidelity, autonomous resolutions.
- Knowledge Engineering: Build the right context into our systems so they can resolve issues consistently and indefinitely.
- Agentic Tooling Development: Use MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Sentry’s internal APIs to build "skills" for our agents, allowing them to perform complex lookups or state-checks autonomously.
- The Seer Philosophy: We’ve already proven AI can handle autonomous production fixes with Seer. You will apply that same philosophy to the support lifecycle—moving us from a "Help Desk" to an "Autonomous Resolution Engine."
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF
- You love eliminating Non-scalable effort: you enjoy automating repetitive work and take pride in building systems that save time and effort.
- You’re a Full-Stack Troubleshooter: You enjoy jumping from a React frontend issue to a Python backend trace to a CI/CD pipeline failure in a single afternoon
- You Value Evidence-Based Support: You prefer looking at data trends over anecdotal evidence to decide where to build automation next.
- You’re a Developer Advocate: You want to guide the industry on how elite engineers and AI co-exist in a high-density technical ecosystem.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical support engineering, systems engineering, or software development, with a track record of solving high-complexity SaaS problems.
- Strong Coding Foundations: Mastery of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby. You are comfortable reading SDK source code and identifying bugs in production-level repositories.
- Systems Depth: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, and the "path of a pixel" from frontend to database.
- AI & Automation Literacy: Practical familiarity with LLM orchestration (RAG, context windows, system prompts) and a critical eye for where AI succeeds versus where it requires human intervention.
- Exceptional Communication: The ability to explain complex architectural concepts to a human and write precise "system instructions" for an AI.
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
- Open Source Contributor: An active presence on GitHub or experience maintaining open-source libraries.
- Former Software Developer: You’ve spent time in the trenches as a full-time dev and know exactly what keeps our customers up at night.
The base salary range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $125,000 to $150,000. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
As a Global Security Program Manager on Notion’s Global Safety & Security team, you’ll help protect our people, workplaces, and operations across a distributed global portfolio. This role exists to bring greater consistency to physical security programs as Notion scales—strengthening technology, vendor operations, incident readiness, and local execution without losing the welcoming experience we want employees and guests to feel. You’ll work across Workplace, People, IT, Legal, business leaders, vendors, and building partners, balancing hands-on operations with repeatable program design. This is a remote role based in the United States, with travel to Notion offices, events, and other locations expected—up to 50% based on operational needs.
A GREAT TUESDAY:
- Review regional differences in access control or visitor management and turn them into clear priorities for the global parity project.
- Work with a vendor or building manager to resolve a security gap, balancing local context with global standards.
- Draft an incident update, using AI to improve clarity, then validate the details and judgment behind the message.
- Coordinate international project work while responding thoughtfully to an urgent operational issue.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- By your 90th day, kick off a global physical security parity project that creates shared visibility into regional practices, gaps, and priorities.
- By your 90th day, use AI to accelerate clear, effective communications, reduce busywork, and keep detail-heavy work accurate and reviewable.
- By the end of your first year, take ownership of Notion’s physical security technology program, improving how systems, data, and operating practices support safe and resilient workplaces.
- By the end of your first year, demonstrate program ownership in one major physical security or safety pillar, such as business continuity and disaster recovery, event security, travel risk management, monitoring operations, crisis management, guard force operations, or governance.
- By the end of your first year, deliver multiple international projects with clear plans, sound judgment, and effective coordination across regions, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Demonstrated ability to own physical security or safety programs across multiple sites or regions, including security technology, access control, incident response, or vendor operations.
- Effective project management skills, with the ability to move multiple international projects from ambiguity to clear plans, decisions, and delivery.
- Clear, thoughtful communication with internal partners, vendors, building management, and local stakeholders—especially when translating security requirements into practical action.
- A service-oriented approach and eagerness to help create secure, welcoming workplace experiences; you bring curiosity, ownership, and sound judgment to how you work with others.
- Novice AI proficiency and a willingness to use AI as a practical collaborator for communication, accuracy checks, documentation, and reducing repetitive work.
