ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Deployment Strategist, you'll work as part of a driven and creative team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go to Market professionals, Product Engineers and other Strategists to deploy ElevenAgents, our enterprise AI platform, against the challenging problems our customers face. Your mission is to synthesize disconnected streams of thought into a cohesive understanding of what the most important problem is, what the existing workflows are, what the product needs, what users are motivated by, and where the impact could be.
No two days are the same, but as a Deployment Strategist you can expect to:
- Meet with strategic customers to deeply understand their AI transformation goals and locate their biggest pain points, particularly around customer-facing and operational workflows powered by AI agents.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end — from identifying the right use case to structuring commercial terms (including outcome-based pricing, license fees, and implementation arrangements) and driving them to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers: act as a trusted partner with a provisioned account, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes as if you were part of their team.
- Identify high-impact use cases through close engagement with customer problems and workflows, and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring them to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying our products (e.g. ElevenAgents); including agent design, agent orchestration, production readiness to maximize adoption and impact.
- Scope out potential applications in new industries and expand our AI solutions across different sectors globally.
- Present the results of our work and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with our Research teams to feed field insights back into ElevenLabs' platform and models, helping shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents and our broader AI technology to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to ensure agents reach production and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity. Direct enterprise customer experience is preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct: comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles alongside GTM partners.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration, sufficient to prototype, demo, and communicate credibly with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; particularly the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and structure clear logic in pursuit of optimal solutions.
- A proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Adaptability to work across different customer environments, industries, and technical use cases.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
- Ability to creatively map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems

Recraft is a graphic design research lab building state-of-the-art image generation models and tools for designers, illustrators, marketers, and developers.
Founded in 2022 and based in London, we build for commercial design standards: full creative control, style consistency, and native vector outputs, an API for teams who want to integrate that capability directly into their workflows, plus mobile app for those who prefer not to be distracted from the process without a computer.
Over 3 million creators across 190+ countries use Recraft. Our mission is to help everyone who works with visuals get the job done, without lowering the bar on design.
If you want to help set that standard, we'd like to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Most AI companies sound the same. We'd rather not.
We're looking for a copywriter who understands design from the inside: someone who has designed, or still does, and writes like a person with opinions, not a model with a prompt. You'll own how Recraft sounds, from the tone of voice guidelines down to the label on a button.
This role is for someone who uses the product every day, knows what designers actually need, and can turn a model release into a story worth reading. It isn't a content calendar to fill.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape our tone of voice. Develop and evolve Recraft's voice guidelines, and make sure the brand sounds like itself in every channel.
- Write the launches. Write social posts, release announcements, and launch copy for new models and features across X, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Discord.
- Write for the camera. Write scripts and copy for motion videos, tutorials, interviews, and other storytelling formats.
- Join creative launches. Contribute to special projects and campaigns, with your focus on the words.
- Run the blog with search in mind. Write and edit SEO articles that rank and are still worth reading.
- Write inside the product. Work with product and design on UX copy in Recraft Studio: onboarding, empty states, tooltips, and feature descriptions.
- Name things. Help name new models, features, and products, and write the copy that introduces them.
- Use Recraft Studio. A lot. Test new models before they ship, find what's interesting, and write from first-hand experience.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You'll report to Head of Content and work as part of Creative Team. Day to day, you'll work closely with design, product, and the researchers who build our models, so you'll hear about releases early and in detail.
REQUIREMENTS
- A design background (graphic, brand, type, UI, or editorial) with writing as your main craft. Or you're a writer who has spent years working closely with designers and speaks fluent design. Content creators, social media writers, and brand or blog writers who've built a recognizable voice for a brand or for themselves are equally welcome.
- Excellent written English (C2 or equivalent): writing that's natural, idiomatic, and ready to publish. Plus a voice of your own.
- Work you can show: published articles, a blog or newsletter, social accounts you've run, or product copy you've shipped.
- Range. You can go from a launch post to a 2,000-word article to a button label without losing the voice.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools. You use them regularly, and your writing still doesn't sound like them.
- Curiosity about the design world: what designers are making, arguing about, and struggling with.
NICE TO HAVE
- A personal blog, newsletter, or Substack about design, type, visual culture, or AI
- SEO writing experience
- UX writing or content design experience
- Naming experience
- Scriptwriting for video or motion
- Experience at a design tool, creative tech company, or design studio
WHAT WE OFFER
- Ownership of the voice of a product that designers use every day
- Close work with design, product, and the people who build our models
- Room to experiment with formats, channels, and ideas
- A competitive salary, with bonus potential tied to your performance review.
- A team that means it when it says it wants to build the best product in the category: people who give each other direct, useful feedback, share context openly, and step in to help without being asked.

You should be comfortable operating independently and using AI, automation, and modern marketing tools to achieve the output normally expected from a broader marketing team.

- Maintain a consistently high quality bar for messaging and content.

- Help build the public presence of company leadership and subject-matter experts.
- Create thought-leadership content for executives.
- Identify relevant industry conversations, trends, and opportunities for participation.
- Grow a relevant audience of payments, fintech, product, and technology decision-makers.
PR & INDUSTRY PRESENCE
- Build the product’s visibility within the global payments and FinTech ecosystem.
- Identify opportunities for media coverage, expert commentary, interviews, podcasts, newsletters, and industry publications.
- Build relationships with relevant journalists, creators, communities, and industry platforms.
- Identify conferences, panels, webinars, awards, rankings, and partnership opportunities.
- Position the company and its leadership as credible voices in payment orchestration and payment infrastructure.
- Track competitor narratives and proactively identify opportunities to enter relevant industry conversations.
SEO & AI DISCOVERY
- Own the organic acquisition strategy.
- Perform keyword, competitor, and search-intent research.
- Build content clusters around high-value payment topics.

- Maintain a structured growth experimentation process:

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll own AI-assisted coding within Sentry’s Platform Engineering organization, building the systems and workflows AI coding agents need to contribute reliably to our codebase. Your work will span engineering teams, with Developer Infrastructure as your home base.
Your first focus will be making internal developer systems accessible to agents. Many workflows currently depend on human interaction through a UI. You’ll identify the most valuable gaps, expose those capabilities through APIs, and connect tools such as Claude Code to complete development workflows.
From there, you’ll improve the quality of AI-generated pull requests and automate recurring engineering work, including dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and maintenance. You’ll build the context and execution environment agents need: relevant repository information, tools and permissions, state management, tests, logs, recovery mechanisms, and evaluations.
You’ll partner with engineers across Sentry to understand where agents succeed, where they fail, and which changes improve the development process. This role combines technical direction with hands-on implementation, from choosing the problems to solve through building, measuring, and improving the solutions.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with Platform teams and engineering leadership.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Set priorities for AI-assisted development at Sentry, using engineer feedback and workflow data to identify where agents would provide the most value.
- Make internal developer systems accessible through APIs and build integrations enabling agents to complete workflows across those systems.
- Build context systems and agent execution tooling, including tool access, permissions, checkpoints, retries, and logging.
- Develop automated checks, evaluations, and feedback loops to improve the correctness, maintainability, and review readiness of AI-generated pull requests.
- Automate recurring work such as security dependency upgrades, minor bug fixes, and routine maintenance.
- Improve supporting developer workflows, including issue triage and CI/CD, where they limit agent effectiveness or create repetitive work for engineers.
- Lead changes across engineering teams, build agreement on priorities, and measure whether the tools reduce manual work and improve delivery.
HOW YOU WORK
- You’ve used AI coding agents on real development work and have informed views on their strengths, limitations, and failure modes.
- You bring structure to ambiguous problems, choose a practical starting point, and follow through on delivery.
- You move comfortably between infrastructure, backend systems, and developer tooling.
- You know when to build, integrate an existing tool, involve another team, or stop work with limited value.
- You combine data with direct feedback from engineers to assess whether a solution improves their work.
- You explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build alignment across teams and senior leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of production systems.
- Experience building developer tools, infrastructure, or automation used by engineering teams, such as CI/CD systems, internal APIs, code review tooling, or agent workflows.
- Hands-on experience using AI coding tools and agents, with an understanding of how context, tool access, and validation affect their output. Prior machine learning experience is not required.
- Strong software engineering and system design fundamentals, including experience building reliable integrations across systems.
- A track record of leading cross-team technical initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical decisions and recommendations to senior engineering leaders.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building agent harnesses, context systems, evaluations, or automated pull request workflows.
- Experience with code review tooling, static analysis, or automated testing.
- Experience measuring and improving developer experience or engineering productivity.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems or monolith decomposition.
- Public contributions to developer tooling or AI-assisted development projects.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $220,000 to $400,000 USD, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 15% of base salary. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We write a lot, and it's read by millions of people around the world. Our content team is already strong, and now we want to make it stronger. You'll be the native voice of the brand: everything our users read will go through you.
What you will work on
- Reviewing and editing the team's copy across the blog, Help Center, changelog, Creator Hub, case studies, PR and news, newsletters, product updates, and UI text;
- Fact-checking every piece before it ships: checking model and feature names against the product;
- Keeping facts consistent across every surface, so the same number reads the same in the blog, Help Center, landing pages, and press releases;
- Shaping content for AI answers: a direct answer up front, question-based headings, useful FAQs, and internal links;
- Keeping the writing alive and human, with no traces of AI or template-speak;
- Working on tone, rhythm and clarity, not just fixing grammar;
- Writing your own pieces too, including editorial work like our Inside Higgsfield series;
- Holding one consistent brand voice across everything we publish.
Your must haves
- English as your native language;
- A strong background in editing and writing, with a portfolio to show for it;
- An instinct for style, tone and rhythm. You feel when a sentence works and when it doesn't;
- The ability to explain your edits and how they make the text stronger. "It sounds better" is a start, not an answer;
- An owner mindset: you see what could be better, and you make it happen;
- Comfort with startup pace. We move fast, ship weekly, and the writing has to keep up.
Nice to have
- Experience editing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Experience building or maintaining a style guide or brand voice;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
The deal
- Competitive salary in USD;
- Fully remote position;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design banners and visual assets for blog articles, landing pages and social posts
- Generate character sets in Soul ID, cinematic stills in Soul Cinema, and short video examples in Cinema Studio — keeping one character consistent across an entire article
- Write and refine your own prompts, and document them so readers can reproduce the result
- Work with the content team on what a piece needs visually before it's written, not after
- Keep the visual language of the blog coherent as it scales past a few hundred articles
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A portfolio with real AI-generated work: promos, ad spots, reels, short videos or campaigns made with generative tools. Show us the result and walk us through how you got there
- Hands-on experience producing promo videos with AI end to end: concept, storyboard, generation, editing, sound and final cut
- Deep fluency with AI image and video models. You know the strengths and limits of each one and pick the right tool for the shot instead of forcing one model to do everything
- Strong prompting skills. You write, iterate and debug prompts, understand why a generation failed, and know when to stop retrying and change the approach
- You can keep a character, style and lighting consistent across a full series of images and video clips
- Editing skills: you can cut a 15–30 second promo with pacing, titles, grading and sound that holds attention
- A solid design foundation: composition and typography strong enough to build a banner where the headline still reads at 400×225
- Comfort working fast and at volume without the quality collapsing. AI is how you move faster, not how you cut corners
- English at a level where you can set type in it and catch a broken headline
- You can explain your decisions. We'll ask why, and "it looked better" isn't an answer
Nice to have
- Experience making performance creatives or ads for social: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Motion design skills (After Effects or similar) for combining AI footage with graphics
- Advanced workflows: ComfyUI, LoRA training, upscaling, inpainting, lip-sync
- You follow new model releases closely and test them the week they come out
- Your own social account or channel with AI-made content
- You already use Higgsfield on your own projects
The deal
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THE COHERE TPM ROLE?
As our Generative Machine Learning organization has continued growing, we are looking for more Technical Program Managers to join the team!
At Cohere, TPMs are pivotal to our success, being seen as operational experts specializing in cross-functional efforts. Great TPMs at Cohere are well-rounded, executing with precision at the tactical level, while partnering with senior leaders and shaping the big picture at a strategic level, and the opportunities are endless in growing the scale and impact of their work. Cohere’s TPMs would often be described as organized, execution-oriented, pragmatic leaders who are adaptable to the needs of the company and the programs they lead.
As a reward for the depth and breadth of expertize that you bring to the table, you will get to work alongside some of the most talented AI researchers and industry experts in the world on building cutting edge AI technology. No day will be the same as the one before, and the dynamic high growth environment will be absolutely perfect for anyone excited about solving novel problems, bringing structure to oftentimes chaotic and fast-paced environments, and ambitious about scaling their own impact and growth alongside the company!
Please note: While we are remote-first and accept candidates from all over the world, we are highly prioritizing hiring for people who are within 1-2 hours of British Standard Time (BST).
AS A MACHINE LEARNING TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER, YOU WILL:
- Establish, improve, and scale foundational processes that allow the Generative Modeling teams to execute better, faster, and more predictably
- Scale the operational capacity and effectiveness of the Modeling TPM team in collaboration with the Modeling TPM lead to ensure the function can remain lean and effective during a period of the program portfolio complexity and size continuing to rapidly increase
- Flexibly adapt to the needs of the company, programs, and the team from tackling long-horizon programs that can span quarters or even years to jumping onto often highly ambiguous short-term challenges that can have company-wide impact
- Partner directly with leaders within and outside of the Modeling organization on efforts to design, train and improve our core generative models
- Lead cross-functional, oftentimes company-wide programs and strategic initiatives, collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Platform, Infra, Policy, and Finance
- Operate as an organizational expert in improving engineering execution rigor and operations on the ground, while contributing to the strategic layer in areas such as long-term strategic planning with senior modeling leadership
- Map out dependencies and risks, and ensure that cross-functional execution across the program runs smoothly, communicating status with non-technical and technical stakeholders and senior management
- Both own and enable a useful communication flow of priorities, ideas, and knowledge throughout and beyond the Modeling organization in line with your programs
- Respond quickly to program-level changes, clarifying new scope, and managing resource needs in response to evolving priorities
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years as a Technical Program Manager AND 5+ years of experience working directly on AI/ML. Strong preference for candidates that have worked directly in building foundation models.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning, particularly when it comes to Natural Language Processing & Large Language Models (LLMs). Bonus points for experience with Multimodal AI.
- Experience with working in a chaotic, fast paced, low structure environment. We need someone who is pragmatic, can roll up their sleeves when needed, and can function at the tactical and strategic level to do whatever it takes to make Cohere’s models succeed
- Personal hands-on understanding of the unique challenges of managing projects and programs in the AI/ML development space as opposed to traditional software program management
- Managed projects & programs requiring a strong general business acumen, such as coordinating with Finance on reporting needs or Policy on regulatory compliance matters — the broader your experience beyond ML technical program management, the better!
- (optional, but preferred) Have technical experience in a hands-on capacity. We don’t necessarily need someone with hands on experience training models, but you need to feel comfortable sitting in the same rooms with some of the best researchers in the world, working on highly complex, cutting edge ML problems
If some of the above - other than the ML TPM experience - doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply! If you consider yourself a thoughtful worker, a lifelong learner, and a kind and playful team member, Cohere is the place for you.
We welcome applicants of all kinds and are committed to providing both an equal opportunity process and work environment. We value and celebrate diversity and strive to create an inclusive work environment for all.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. You'll coach and grow the team, spend time with key accounts, and lead large-deal strategy and executive negotiations. Lead new business and expansion strategy, generating and progressing pipeline across priority accounts to meet or exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Own regional forecasting, opportunity data quality, and deal reviews. Use MEDDPICC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Paper Process, Identify Pain, Champion, and Competition) to qualify opportunities and give senior leadership clear visibility into pipeline health, commitments, and risks.
Guide complex federal procurement processes with distributors and partners, including Carahsoft and systems integrators. Navigate contracting vehicles, funding cycles, and agency-specific buying processes to secure multi-year contracts and expansions.
Shape the sales approach for regulated environments, connecting FedRAMP-authorized offerings and mission-critical DevSecOps use cases to agency needs and increasing platform adoption.
Work with Renewals, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and federal partners on account plans, product roadmap feedback, and campaigns that support retention and expansion.
Expand within large agencies through new workloads, cross-sells, and upsells, balancing near-term revenue with long-term platform adoption.
Meet customers in the field and travel as needed for key account meetings, large-deal reviews, and team engagements. Build senior executive relationships and lead negotiations while working effectively in GitLab's asynchronous environment.
What you'll bring
Experience in open source software, DevOps, or related enterprise technology sales.
A process- and data-driven approach to sales operations, including advanced use of Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
Experience selling or leading teams in regulated or compliance-driven environments, such as FedRAMP or similar government software-as-a-service frameworks, or the ability to learn quickly in highly regulated markets.
Success selling and coaching teams through complex enterprise deals with large public sector accounts, including long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with MEDDPICC or a similar sales methodology, including pipeline generation, qualification, forecasting, and deal reviews.
Experience hiring, coaching, developing, and leading regional, field-based sales teams while building an accountable, collaborative, and inclusive team.
Skill in managing senior executive relationships and leading executive meetings and negotiations within large organizations with multiple departments and decision-makers.
Alignment with GitLab's values and leadership expectations. We welcome transferable skills in enterprise technology sales and team leadership from a range of backgrounds.
About the team
The NSG sales team is an all-remote organization. We collaborate asynchronously across regions and work with federal distributors and systems integrators, including Carahsoft, to support government customers.
Our work supports GitLab's mission to enable everyone to contribute to and co-create the software that powers our world. We value transparency and collaboration, and you'll have the autonomy and accountability to own your results.

Why Sony Interactive Entertainment?
Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Senior Software Engineer - AI & Agentic Architecture
This is a senior individual-contributor role combining deep hands-on engineering with multiple agentic frameworks & SDKs, harnesses, MCP, and APIs, technical leadership, and close collaboration with engineering, security, and product teams. You'll design and ship agentic systems, developer tooling, and reusable platform capabilities that improve productivity across SIE.
What you'll do:
Agentic & AI Engineering
Design, build, and operate production-quality agentic applications using agentic SDKs/harnesses — including multi-agent orchestration, subagent delegation, tool integration, and lifecycle hooks.
Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool and resource interfaces that give coding agents/harnesses safe, reliable access to backend systems and enterprise data.
Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, few-shot examples, validation/retry loops) and build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve output quality.
Manage context effectively across long documents, multi-turn conversations, and multi-agent handoffs; design escalation and human-in-the-loop patterns for production reliability.
Developer Productivity
Configure and extend Codex/Claude Code for team-wide use:
AGENTS.md/CLAUDE.md
hierarchies, custom slash commands, Agent Skills, path-specific rules, and plan mode.
Integrate agentic development into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and PR feedback, tuned to minimize false positives and duplicate findings.
Build and maintain MCP server integrations (project- and user-scoped) that extend agent-native development capabilities across engineering workflows.
Identify high-value opportunities for AI-assisted development and design reusable capabilities that multiple teams can adopt, not just one-off solutions.
Discovery, Prototyping & Production Delivery
Partner directly with engineering teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities through hands-on discovery.
Rapidly prototype and validate new AI capabilities with real users, then take successful prototypes into secure, observable, maintainable production systems.
Own the full lifecycle: implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
Technical Leadership
Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture discussions, code reviews, and troubleshooting of agentic systems.
Mentor engineers on agentic design patterns, prompt engineering, and agent-native development practices.
Communicate tradeoffs, risks, and results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Contribute to engineering standards, reusable patterns, and documentation that help other teams build effectively with agentic development tools.
Requirements
6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on work building and operating AI/LLM-powered or agentic applications.
Strong programming skills (Java, Python, Go, Rust, or C++) and solid engineering fundamentals — API design, testing, debugging, code review, maintainable code.
Practical, production-grade experience with agentic SDKs/harnesses, MCP, and LLMs — tool use, orchestration, RAG, context management, structured output, and evaluation.
Experience designing MCP tool/resource interfaces and reasoning about tool selection, error handling, and reliability in multi-agent systems.
Demonstrated experience integrating AI into CI/CD and developer workflows.
Ability to work in ambiguous problem spaces, evaluate tradeoffs, and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience mentoring and leading through influence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise across agentic architecture, MCP integration, Codex/Claude Code configuration, prompt engineering, and context management.
Experience building multi-agent research or customer support systems, or structured data extraction pipelines.
Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and GitOps in support of AI/agentic infrastructure.
Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and AI evaluation frameworks.
Contributions to open-source projects involving AI, agentic systems, or developer tooling.
Strong systems thinking — understands how models, agents, tools, context, APIs, data, and infrastructure fit together as production systems, and can reason about dependencies and tradeoffs across the stack.
A track record of adapting quickly to new AI tools, models, and frameworks as the space evolves.
