MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
The federal government generates more data every day than most organizations manage in a decade, streaming continuously from satellites, unmanned systems, sensors, and warfighters across every domain and classification level. At the same time, AI is transforming how that data gets used, from massive training data lakes to real-time decision-making at the tactical edge. MinIO sits at the center of both problems. We are the data foundation that lets federal and defense customers store, move, and act on their data at any scale, in any environment, including the most austere and disconnected ones on the planet. This isn't incremental infrastructure work; it's the layer that decides whether the right data reaches the right decision-maker at the right moment.
The Federal Senior Account Executive at MinIO will lead new business development for our Federal practice in an individual contributor capacity. MinIO Federal is a channel-first organization. The right candidate has a working network of FSI, ecosystem, and channel partner relationships to activate on day one.
What You Will Do:
Drive Pipeline Through Partners:
Actively develop and close new business across DoW, IC, and civilian agencies by activating and expanding relationships with existing and new federal channel partners and systems integrators.
Leverage Existing Relationships:
Bring and activate your own network of federal customer, partner, and FSI contacts to accelerate pipeline from day one. Established relationships with agencies, primes, or federal resellers are a core requirement of this role.
Own the Sales Cycle:
Manage the full sales cycle through close, maintaining a healthy, accurately forecasted pipeline.
Articulate MinIO's Value in a Federal Context:
Tailor MinIO's value proposition to federal buyers and their unique constraints, budget cycles, compliance requirements, and procurement vehicles, spanning both traditional data infrastructure and emerging AI/ML, inference, and agentic AI use cases, and equip partners to do the same.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with our Federal field architect, channel, and marketing resources to align technical, partner, and go-to-market strategy, and ensure a seamless customer and partner experience.
Accurate Forecasting:
Maintain transparent, accurate forecasts of pipeline and sales activity to support planning and the broader Federal growth model.
Your Skills and Experience:
Established Federal Relationships: Existing, active relationships with federal systems integrators, resellers, and agency contacts that can be brought to bear immediately.
Federal Sales Experience: 7+ years of experience in federal or public sector sales, with a demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing new business through partners and channel relationships.
Channel-Led Sales Motion: Deep familiarity with partner-led federal sales models, deal registration, teaming agreements, and working alongside resellers and SIs rather than solely direct-to-agency.
Domain Knowledge: Background in technology sales, ideally cloud-native infrastructure, storage, and/or AI/data platforms; understanding of federal buyer constraints (procurement vehicles, budget cycles, compliance).
Startup/Growth-Stage Experience: Comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment without the infrastructure of a large, established sales org.
Challenger Approach: Skilled at identifying and challenging the status quo, demonstrating clear business value, and closing competitive deals.
Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to represent MinIO credibly to agency stakeholders, partner executives, and internal leadership alike.
Clearance: Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
Educational Background: BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.
Задачи:
- Выявлять, анализировать и структурировать бизнес-потребности через интервью со стейкхолдерами;
- Самостоятельно собирать требования и уметь задавать правильные вопросы, чтобы выявлять неявные ожидания и реальные бизнес-проблемы;
- Документировать требования с помощью User Stories, Use Cases, BPMN/UML-диаграмм;
- Трансформировать бизнес-требования в функциональные и нефункциональные требования для команды разработки (проходит валидацию РП);
- Проводить приёмочное тестирование (UAT) и валидировать, что реализация соответствует требованиям.
Требования:
- Опыт работы бизнес-аналитиком с навыками системного анализа от 1,5 лет;
- Навыки эффективной коммуникации как и с бизнес-заказчиками (стейкхолдерами), так и с ИТ командой;
- Опыт написания ТЗ, пользовательских историй, use-case;
- Понимание процессов UAT-тестирования;
- Скрупулезность и внимательность к деталям;
- Проактивность и умение отстаивать свою позицию;
- Сильное аналитическое мышление.
Условия:
- Белая ЗП, оформление по ТК РФ с 1 дня работы;
- Комфортный офис в шаговой доступности от станции метро "Спортивная", гибридный формат работы;
- Возможность влиять на процессы и карьерный рост в быстро развивающейся компании;
- Отсутствие бюрократии.

The Position
CallRail is a lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. Home services is one of our largest and fastest-moving markets, and we're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own it. Think of the role as general manager for home services: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on this market.
You'll build the home services personas, positioning, and messaging, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for this audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.
Home services is not one market, though. A roofer, an HVAC contractor, a remodeler, and a landscaper run different businesses with different seasons, job values, and buying triggers. Building a real strategy for each priority subvertical, rather than one generic story, is where this role makes its biggest impact.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
Home services is your line of business. You know its performance, its risks, and its opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You bring an informed point of view.
You represent home services in cross-functional and leadership conversations, and your perspective carries weight because it's grounded in real expertise — what customers are telling you, what the data shows, what competitors are doing.
You advocate for what your market needs.
You don't wait for a door to open; you open it. When you see something we need in order to win in home services, you build the case for it, bring the rationale and the numbers, and champion it until it gets a real decision.
You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Home services strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy for CallRail's home services business, including which subverticals we prioritize, how we position and message to them, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.
Report on performance to leadership with the insight and executive presence to explain what's changing, what it means, and what you're doing about it
Market and competitive expertise
Be CallRail's subject matter expert on the home services market: the buyers, the workflows, the seasonal and operational realities, the vendor landscape, and the economics of how these businesses grow
Own the home services buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the vertical and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the home services market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Subvertical strategy and expansion
Decide which subverticals we invest in and in what order, with a clear view of market size, our current traction, and where we're positioned to win
Build distinct strategies, positioning, and messaging for each priority subvertical.
Know the operational differences that shape how each subvertical buys
Build the subvertical-specific proof that makes the case credible — customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing that speak to that trade rather than to "home services" in general
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for home services: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development
Pressure-test the work happening across teams against a simple bar: does it solve a real home services customer pain point, strengthen our competitive position, resonate with the segment we're targeting, and drive measurable results?
Partner with product development teams as the voice of the home services customer, bringing market insight that shapes the roadmap
Enable sales and support: train them on the problems we solve for home services buyers, and work with sales enablement to build the internal tools and external collateral they need
What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role, with direct experience in home services tech, the trades, field service software
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Strong analytical instincts and genuine comfort with data — you can get to the story behind the metric and build a case around it
Excellent written and verbal communication, and the confidence and presence to represent your point of view to senior leaders and to external audiences
Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional partners without formal authority
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where you'll prioritize, make tradeoffs, and shift between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in the same day
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

The Position
CallRail is looking for a
lead engagement platform: we show businesses which marketing drives their calls, forms, and chats, and we help them answer, qualify, and route those leads around the clock. We're looking for a Vertical Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of our emerging markets, with automotive at the center. Think of the role as general manager for that portfolio: you set the strategy, you own the number, and you're the company's go-to on these markets.
You'll build the personas, positioning, and messaging for these verticals, verticalizing our go-to-market narrative for each audience. From there you'll partner with demand generation, customer marketing, and content on how it comes to life, and work closely with sales, product, and leadership on what we build and say. Expect roughly equal parts strategy and execution.
Automotive is the priority. It's one of our fastest-growing segments, and the aftermarket — repair and service businesses, tire and quick-service shops, collision centers, and the parts suppliers and retailers who serve them — is where you'll go deepest. Alongside it, you'll own a portfolio of our emerging small business verticals. They sit at different stages and require different levels of investment, and determining where to focus is a core part of the role. What connects them is the customer: small businesses that win or lose on the leads they capture.
What You'll Do
You act like an owner.
These markets are your line of business. You know their performance, their risks, and their opportunities inside and out, and you carry the accountability that comes with it.
You bring an informed point of view.

You go deep.
You're genuinely curious about this industry, its buyers, and the forces shaping it. You want to keep learning, testing, and refining what works.
What You'll Own
Portfolio strategy and business performance
Own the go-to-market strategy across your automotive & other SMB verticals: how we position and message to each audience, and the plan to hit our acquisition and revenue goals
Decide where your time and our investment go. These markets won't all need the same thing, and setting that balance — then making the case for it — is yours to own
Live in the numbers that define the health of the business: customers, new MRR, churn, ARPU, conversion rate, and product adoption. You'll spot emerging trends and issues early, work cross-functionally to understand what's driving them, and bring a plan when one is needed.

Own the automotive buyer personas and the value propositions, positioning, and messaging built on them — the work that differentiates CallRail in an increasingly crowded lead engagement and AI voice market
Build the proof that makes our case credible: customer stories, benchmarks, and ROI framing grounded in how these businesses actually operate
Track the competitive set continuously: who's winning, who's new, where they beat us, where we beat them, and what we should do about it. Feed that intelligence to product, sales, and leadership
Regularly surface the headwinds and tailwinds shaping the market and translate them into implications for our strategy
Validate market requirements through customer interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis, sales insight, and usage data
Be the face of CallRail in the automotive market: trade shows, industry speaking engagements, webinars, panels, podcasts, etc.
Your broader vertical portfolio
Own the positioning and messaging for the other emerging small business verticals, scaling the depth to the opportunity.
Keep a live read on each: where we're winning, where we're losing, and which ones are showing early signs of becoming a bigger bet
Size and pressure-test opportunities, in these markets and in ones we haven't entered: how big, how winnable, what it would take, and what we would have to be right about
Bring recommendations with a clear case for investing or passing. Knowing which markets to walk away from matters as much as knowing which to chase
Run early, lightweight tests where the signal looks promising — positioning, messaging, and proof — and build a repeatable approach the team can use the next time we look at a new vertical
Cross-functional leadership
Serve as the hub between sales, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and product development, feeding market insight into each function and making sure everyone is marching in the same direction
Serve as the messaging authority for your verticals: consulting across marketing for campaign and content development

What You'll Need
BS/BA and 4–6 years of experience in a strategic marketing role focused on small business buyers, including direct experience marketing to automotive businesses
A track record of owning a strategy end to end and being accountable for the results, not just executing someone else's plan
Experience entering or evaluating a new market: sizing the opportunity, building the case, and standing up positioning where none existed

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Customer Success Manager on Anthropic's Public Sector team, you will be the post-sales trusted advisor helping national security customers realize the value of Claude and turn their investment into mission impact. You'll combine your customer success expertise with technical fluency to drive adoption of Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government (C4G) on classified infrastructure delivered through a cleared cloud provider, while maintaining our high standards for safety, security, and discretion.
Working closely with our Sales, Applied AI, Product, Engineering, and Policy teams, you'll guide customers from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers' AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, and mission operators—and with the cleared cloud providers and system integrators that deliver alongside us. Your understanding of their mission, how they accredit and govern capabilities on classified fabrics, and how they evidence value to oversight will help them deliver decision advantage.
Drawing on both your national security expertise and technical knowledge, you'll serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us—helping them navigate constraints that don't exist in commercial or federal civilian deployments: classified-fabric accreditation, fixed compute capacity, compartmentation, limited telemetry, and need-to-know discipline. Much of this work happens onsite, in the customer's spaces, on their systems.
Your role focuses on driving consumption and adoption of Claude across mission workloads, standing up enablement and change management suited to a cleared, mission-driven workforce, identifying and hardening the workloads that matter most to the mission, and demonstrating value in unclassified terms that can leave the building and support renewal and expansion.
The insights you gather will directly inform our research priorities, product roadmap, and national security strategy—making you a key voice in shaping how Anthropic builds and delivers AI systems for the most demanding missions.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the account executive and Applied AI architect to deeply understand the customer's mission requirements and translate them into an account and success plan, ensuring alignment between mission objectives, the customer's investment, and technical implementation
Serve as the primary post-sales advisor to the customer throughout their Claude adoption journey, from deployment through enablement, model migration, renewal, and expansion. You will need to build trusted relationships across the customer's senior stakeholders—AI leadership, platform and compute teams, security and accreditation officials, contracting, and mission operators—and coordinate internally across multiple teams and with cleared cloud providers to drive customer success
Support customers building with Claude Code, the Claude API, and Claude for Government on classified infrastructure—managed configuration, capacity and throughput planning, and workload onboarding—with a working understanding of accreditation requirements (FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, classified-fabric accreditation)
Create and deliver compelling enablement and executive content tailored to different audiences. You will need to spread the gamut from hands-on Claude Code enablement for engineering teams (Train the Trainer, managed configuration as the "paved road," Center of Excellence development) up to mission-value conversations with senior agency leadership, in unclassified language that can leave the building
Help the customer develop evaluation frameworks and measure adoption and value without direct telemetry—provider capacity reports, customer-run dashboards, workload registries, and agreed leading indicators—and guide model migration and release readiness: eval gates built from their workloads, staged cutovers off end-of-support models, and realistic expectations about what lands on their fabric and when
Drive consumption and adoption: separate under-pacing from burst saturation of a fixed compute pool, smooth and onboard workloads before asking for capacity, discover new mission workloads across compartmented organizations, and document value realized in mission-outcome terms (decisions accelerated, coverage, timeliness, findings produced)
Own Executive Business Reviews that function as discovery and alignment—leaving executives with sponsor commitments, mutual next steps, and a mission-outcome narrative that supports the renewal decision—and serve as the primary conduit between the customer, cleared cloud providers, and Anthropic
Identify common adoption and integration patterns and hero workflows that demonstrate mission transformation, and contribute insights back to our Product, Engineering, Research, and Policy teams—while maintaining strict separation of classified and unclassified channels and escalating correctly (e.g., 'Claude cut a high-volume analytic triage queue from days to hours')
Work onsite frequently at customer facilities for enablement, workshops, and relationship building, on the customer’s systems and within their security and need-to-know rules
Maintain strong knowledge of the latest developments in LLM capabilities, agentic and Claude Code implementation patterns, and national security AI policy
You may be a good fit if you have:
Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, this position requires U.S. citizenship and an
active TS/SCI security clearance with a current full-scope polygraph
(a TS/SCI with CI polygraph may be considered where crossover is supportable)
Must have prior experience working with US national security
(defense and/or intelligence)
agencies
—ideally at the level of AI leadership, platform, and compute teams rather than a single program office—and a working knowledge of how national security agencies accredit, budget, govern compute, and measure mission (including the difference between FedRAMP High, IL5/IL6, and classified-fabric accreditation, and the role of cleared cloud providers and system integrators)
5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Consultant, with experience navigating complex stakeholder environments; able to work onsite at customer facilities in the National Capital Region 3-4 days per week
Experience driving success with consumption-based products (tokens, throughput, capacity) as well as seat-based products, including measuring adoption and value when you cannot see usage directly
Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integration patterns, and agentic tooling such as Claude Code; familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, and evaluation approaches, and hands-on experience building something with an LLM API or coding agent, is a strong plus
Exceptional ability to build relationships with and communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, from engineering and platform teams to security and accreditation officials to senior national security leadership
Judgment and discretion: never over-promises on dates, capabilities, or documentation; practices need-to-know as a reflex; keeps composure under political and competitive pressure; strategic mindset to identify mission transformation opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Excitement for engaging in cross-organizational collaboration, working through trade-offs, and balancing competing priorities—advocating for customer needs across internal (Applied AI, Policy, Research, Security) and external (cleared cloud provider, system integrator, program office) stakeholders
Passion for thinking creatively about how to use AI in a way that is safe and beneficial for the national security mission, and ultimately furthers the goal of advancing safe AI systems
A knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic 'roll up your sleeves' mentality—you're a true team player

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

As Claude reaches more people, including individuals, businesses, developers building on our APIs, and the platforms and resellers building on top of those, knowing who is on the other side of a request and what they are allowed to do becomes foundational to running our products responsibly. Creating a centralized identity, verification, and access system that every Claude surface draws on is important to accomplishing our mission.
We are hiring a Product Manager to own the safe access. The primitives are the building blocks the rest of Anthropic uses to manage access to models and capabilities: access programs, accounts, organization linking, verifications, user APIs for platforms, and the internal tooling teams use. You will own the end-to-end product experience and strategy for internal and external access,, across every surface.
This is a role for a strong executor with the ability to be agile in shipping in a 0-1 product space. Safe access is a new product that sits on the critical path of every model launch and every access program. Requirements arrive from many organizations at once, and most weeks you will be the person defining the problem rather than receiving it.
Key responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for the account and access primitives, with the goal that any team at Anthropic can provision access or run an access program with minimal support. This is highly ambiguous and requires a lot of cross team coordination and deep understanding of the systems of today.
Own the end-to-end experience of getting and managing access for internal stakeholders (research, model launches, safeguards, go-to-market) and for external customers and partners, and keep it consistent across every surface. This requires thinking through many user types, with vastly different experiences.
Support the API designs and the UX of the access APIs that platforms, resellers, and internal services integrate with. Work through the designs with engineering and make calls on the primitives yourself.
Partner with the trusted access and verification product managers so that new programs compose from shared primitives rather than one-off builds.
Coordinate across the product, safeguards, legal, and go-to-market teams, and drive alignment when their requirements conflict.
Minimum qualifications
Are a strong executor with a track record of shipping through ambiguity and cross-organization dependencies.
Write clearly enough that an engineer, an executive, and an external partner can each see the tradeoff you are making.
Have owned a developer platform, identity, authorization, or access-management product end to end, and were the person accountable for its outcomes (for most people this means five or more years as a PM, but we care about the ownership, not the years).
Care about Anthropic's mission, and specifically about scaling access to Claude safely.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of product management experience
Experience with multi-tenant platforms consumed by first-party apps, direct API customers, and third parties building on top
Built account, identity, or subscription systems that span more than one product
Taken a product from zero to one, where the users, the product, and the requirements all had to be worked out at once
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$305,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai on a Flagship Deployment, you’ll lead the end-to-end deployment for one of Sierra’s largest and most strategic customers. You own how Sierra's AI agents come to life, often managing scaled deployments as well as new proofs of concept within the same account. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer's thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it's the best version of itself in the real world. You'll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers' executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer's working teams and executives day to day. Oversee overall program management while ensuring ongoing executive alignment on the long term roadmap.
- Navigate enterprise complexity with cross-functional teams (engineering and product). At this scale, every big technical discussion is also a negotiation — you'll need to read the implications in real time, hold your ground, and steer toward the right outcome. Expect to work across business units, procurement, compliance, and senior execs.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
- Manage internal resourcing requirements. Ensure that your deployment is appropriately resourced today and into the future
- Drive financial success for both the customer and Sierra. Ensure value exchange is optimized, drive revenue upside for Sierra, and work internally to manage down cost to serve over time, improving margins.
- Partner with Sales on commercial strategy. You are a key player in closing new business within the deployment by identifying opportunities, aligning resources, and
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Plan, organize, and execute on-site business reviews onsite at a Fortune 100 company with Sierra cofounders in attendance
- Manage a portfolio of agents across a customer deployment as they scale nationally, to new use cases, and grow in technical complexity
- Build relationships throughout the customer’s organization, unlocking high trust, social capital, and ultimately new ARR
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Proven track record: 10+ years of relevant experience driving results in high stakes situations in an enterprise customer facing role, ideally in a dedicated, embedded model with a named enterprise account — you know what it means to be accountable for a relationship at that depth.
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
EVEN BETTER...
- You've run a company, business unit, forward deployed team, or have comparable experience in general management of business initiatives that require technical aptitude, strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial outcome accountability.
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT LANGFUSE
Langfuse is the open-source LLM engineering platform that helps teams build useful AI applications through tracing, evaluation, prompt management, datasets, and metrics. We are now part of ClickHouse. Like ClickHouse, Langfuse is open source, and we work in public: our product, docs, changelog, roadmap, and community discussions are visible to the developers and teams who use us. Langfuse is already one of the most widely adopted platforms in the category: trusted by 19 of the Fortune 50 and 63 of the Fortune 500, with 50M+ SDK installs per month, 6M+ Docker pulls, and 30k+ GitHub stars.
We are hiring a Head of Marketing for Langfuse.
This is a hands-on marketing leadership role for someone with deep experience in product marketing, developer marketing, and technical content. You will own how Langfuse shows up in the market, manage the Langfuse marketing team, and turn our current founder-led, product-led motion into a holistic marketing ecosystem.
The core of the role is still product marketing and developer trust: positioning, launches, category narrative, developer content, website, customer proof, lifecycle, funnel, sales enablement, and the way we explain Langfuse to technical users and technical buyers. At the same time, Langfuse now has access to ClickHouse's global go-to-market engine. You will be the person who makes those resources work for Langfuse without diluting the Langfuse voice.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own Langfuse marketing strategy and execution globally, with product marketing and developer content as the center of gravity.
- Manage and develop the Langfuse marketing team, including Product Marketing Engineering, Developer Advocacy, and Product Marketing content and resources.
- Define the operating model for Langfuse marketing: what sits in the Langfuse pod, what runs through ClickHouse shared teams, who owns what, and how we measure whether it is working.
- Build the marketing plan across positioning, launches, website narrative including product pages and conversion paths, customer proof, onboarding, lifecycle, funnel, sales collateral, campaigns, and events.
- Own the Langfuse category narrative: LLM observability, evals, prompt management, datasets, agent observability, self-hosting, and the broader LLM engineering workflow.
- Keep the developer motion strong: useful technical content, examples, cookbooks, docs-adjacent education, changelog, town halls, open-source communication, and high-trust product launches.
- Partner with ClickHouse demand generation and field marketing to make enterprise marketing systematic rather than ad hoc: webinars, workshops, regional events, conferences, paid campaigns, retargeting, and follow-up motions.
- Create the canonical Langfuse sales narrative and enablement system so ClickHouse AEs, SAs, field teams, and leadership can confidently explain Langfuse.
- Lead customer marketing and proof: case studies, technical stories, customer references, logo strategy, community stories, enterprise migration stories, and reusable sales narratives.
- Use data to run the function: unique visitors, signups, activation, revenue, product usage signals, campaign performance, attribution, event ROI, pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and qualitative user feedback.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- You have led product marketing, developer marketing, DevRel, growth, or demand gen marketing for a technical SaaS product.
- You have marketed to developers, infrastructure teams, AI teams, data teams, security teams, observability teams, or another highly technical audience.
- You are a strong product marketer at the core: positioning, narrative, launch strategy, competitive thinking, customer proof, sales enablement, and technical buyer messaging are natural territory for you.
- You write exceptionally well. You can make complex technical ideas clear without making them shallow.
- You are technical enough to use the product, understand the market, earn credibility with engineers, and spot vague or misleading marketing.
- You understand product-led growth and open-source funnels: activation, onboarding, conversion, lifecycle, self-serve adoption, usage signals, and sales-assisted expansion.
- You understand enterprise marketing enough to work with demand gen, field marketing, sales, solutions, and regional teams. You do not need to personally run every event or paid campaign, but you need to know what good looks like and how to make the system work.
- You can manage a small, high-talent team while remaining hands-on where the work needs senior judgment.
- You are comfortable building the function while the company is changing around you. Some work will be cleanly owned. Some work will require influence, coordination, and judgment across a larger organization.
- You already create content: blog posts, talks, product explainers, social posts, newsletters, videos, docs, demos, or open-source examples.

RevenueCat gives app businesses the infrastructure and tools to build, run, and improve their monetization. Since graduating from YC's S18 batch, we've grown into the default monetization platform for mobile.
We're in 50%+ of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $16B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo developer to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We're a remote-first team of 150+ people across 25+ countries, guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance.
This isn't the right fit for everyone. The systems you’ll build here manage billions of dollars and touch hundreds of millions of end users, and we don’t take that lightly. You'll be expected to work hard and hold a high bar for what you ship, alongside some of the sharpest, most driven people you've worked with. If that sounds energizing rather than exhausting, keep reading.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team working on analytics features in RevenueCat.
RevenueCat is the monetization engine for 40% of new subscription apps shipped — and the number of apps shipped is growing exponentially. We are uniquely positioned not only to give individual developer impactful information into the performance of their own apps, but also deliver truly unique data and insight given our position in the market; we know what good looks like, and we can not only put numbers in context, but give specific recommendations on metrics to target, experiments to run and anomalies to investigate.
Our analytics features help app developers make better decisions that improve the monetization of their apps. As product manager on this team, you are responsible for working with your team to set the vision and roadmap, delivering on it, launching new functionality, and increasing the impact of the team.
This role requires:
- being technical to understand how our analytics system works and its constraint
- being analytical to be able to define how to show data as well as debugging issues and edge cases
- being customer obsessed to understand what information app developers need for their decisions and how we can provide this information to them
- having an understanding of the app ecosystem, how the economics of app businesses work, and what success means for app developers
You will oversee all of the Analytics features at RevenueCat — our charts, benchmarking, dashboard, and predictive LTV. You'll partner directly with leadership, collaborate across engineering and data teams, and act as the primary driver for how our customers understand and grow their revenue.
ABOUT YOU
Skills & Experience
- You have 5+ years of product management or adjacent experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products.
- You’re analytical. You can’t do your job without data platform access. You are proficient in SQL (or similar tools) — whatever tool you need to know, you’ll learn. You love diving deep into data yourself. You’re experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
- You are technical. Coding is not a core requirement for this role, being able to prototype with code is (using your preferred AI stack). You can deeply understand how RevenueCat works — what is simple and what is complex within our domain. Maybe you haven’t built and shipped a mobile app yourself (yet) but you have enough knowledge to work closely and independently with highly technical folks. You can discuss APIs, data models, and risk logic with engineering partners and enjoy diving into system details
- You’re an excellent communicator. You can express complex ideas clearly and succinctly — written and verbal, synchronous and asynchronous, across timezones and mediums. You can get your point across.
Values and Abilities
- You act like an owner. You roll up your sleeves, dive into the logs, and get something done yourself.
- You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable making low-information, high-stakes decisions. You can quickly get to confidence, move on, and iterate.
- You're a systems thinker. You can step back from a specific customer request and see the broader system. You build things that scale.
- You're deep on the details. You care about what users experience, not just what the data says.
- You know when it's good enough. You are obsessed with getting things right, but you know when you're at diminishing returns. You have a bias toward shipping. You love building — and are energized by discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration.
- You’re passionate about great data visualization. Chart sins grind your gears. Your visualizations deliver meaningful insights. You care what is says — and what it looks like — and you know those things are dependent on each other.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for RevenueCat's Analytics products.
- Be obsessed with your customers. You will triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems deeply, instead of fully delegating to engineering. Dig deep to understand what developers really want — distill signal from noise and good ideas from bad ones.
- Recommend, develop and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to our developers, and help them make more money. Be the go-to person when a number looks off.
- Set the vision. Create a plan that is cohesive, intentional, and impactful. Break that down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
- Get it done. Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market. This job can not be done alone, and will require deep understanding of the individual products and the infrastructure that hooks them together.
The salary for this role is $230,000 USD. You can view our full Compensation Philosophy here https://www.notion.so/revenuecat/RevenueCat-Compensation-Philosophy-82b57cae23ab4c9bb62dfe4e933d32d0 for additional details.

Within the first 3 months, you'll:
- Have formed a strong working relationship with your engineering manager and design counterpart

- Have shipped the first bigger feature end to end
- Work with your team to discover opportunities and solutions to deliver value to our customers
- Play an integral role in your team’s discovery and delivery processes
- Understand the fundamentals of our tech stack and its complexities, and drive the evaluation feasibility/value tradeoffs in collaboration with your teams
Within the first 6 months, you'll:
- Have helped your team grow and become a high-performing, engaged team in line with our company values
- Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders of all levels
- Be an expert of your areas of the product and the related customer needs, and instill customer empathy in your teams
- Independently drive all product-related decisions in your area
- Have contributed meaningfully to our knowledge of our customers and their needs, our industry, and important trends
- Develop a longer term vision for your area of the product in line with the product strategy
- Work with your teams to improve processes and interfaces with other teams
Within the first 12 months, you'll:
- Be ready to kill something you have shipped if we learned it didn't deliver the value we hoped
- Explore completely new opportunities for how RevenueCat may provide greater value to our customers
- Make meaningful contributions to our overall product strategy
- Have delivered a material, business-impacting new benefit to our customers in your product area
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive equity in a fast-growing, Series C startup backed by top-tier investors, including Y Combinator

WHO WE ARE
Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond.
Now we’re in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it.
We’ve been a fully remote team https://articles.helpscout.com/blog/remote-culture/ since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It’s a culture where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career.
If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we’d love to meet you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Today, our SMB sales motion is dialed in. The majority of new customers find us; they visit our website, start a trial, or request a walkthrough of the platform. We’ve built a process that converts these visitors into customers at an impressive rate.
Over the past year, our product has become increasingly competitive for support teams at larger companies (100-1,000 employees), but those prospects don’t always arrive on our site ready to engage. That’s where you come in.
This is a true outbound sales role, designed for a rep with world-class prospecting skills. You’ll have the opportunity to not only craft our outbound sales motion, but lead the charge competing (and winning) new upmarket customers at a higher ACV.
Please note: For this role, we are only able to hire in the United States.
In this role, you will
- Build and own your pipeline. We expect more than 75% of your opportunities to be self-sourced through target account campaigns, account-based targeting, referrals, events. Inbound will support you; it won't fill your calendar.
- Run full-cycle deals. You'll land the first meeting, run tailored product demos, build compelling business cases, manage commercial negotiations and seal the deal. You own the sales motion (with support from our amazing team).
- Build a playbook. What works for you becomes the baseline of our upmarket sales motion. You're the first person running it, and will work with GTM leadership to set our strategy for the future.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. You'll give Product direct feedback on requirements on what mid-market support teams need from us, partner with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns & and work in lockstep with RevOps to ensure our operational process is dialed in.
- Own numbers. You'll own and report on pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and progress to target with enough rigor that leadership can plan around it.
ABOUT YOU:
- You've sourced the majority of your own pipeline — 75% or more — and you can be specific about your strategy and results
- You have 8+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, working mid-market accounts at companies of roughly 250–1,000 employees.
- You're at home in a 3-6 month cycle, closing deals with with an average size of $25-$75K
- You have a real point of view on account selection and engagement strategy
- You are comfortable managing a modern GTM tech stack and AI solutions for prospect selection, automation, enrichment — you can build a system that works for you
- You use AI daily to improve your output, and you can point to specific examples where AI changed the speed, quality, and scale of what you delivered.
- You’re a problem solver, and possess a strong ability to identify customer business needs, multi-thread with key stakeholders and position relevant solutions effectively
- You are comfortable being the first of something. There's no mid-market playbook here yet, and you'd rather write one than inherit one.
Compensation for this role is $100K base salary. OTE is $200K.

If you “own the outcome,” you don’t just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along.

A NOTE ON THE USE OF AI IN OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

On our end, we utilize a platform called Brighthire as a notetaker and review tool to ensure a fair and transparent hiring process.
Beware of scammers! All legitimate communication from Help Scout regarding your application will come directly from an @helpscout.com http://helpscout.com email address and through our applicant tracking system, Ashby. We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer to own quality for our AI voice virtual agent. This role is for someone who is equally comfortable reasoning about a large language model's behavior and reading a SIP trace.
You should be interested in testing non-deterministic systems. A voice agent takes a live phone call, transcribes speech that may be accented or noisy, interprets intent, reasons over an LLM, generates a spoken reply, and decides whether to resolve the request or hand it to a human—all within a latency budget callers will notice. Nothing in that chain can be validated with a simple assertion of equality, so you will design the evaluation approach that makes it testable anyway.
You should also be interested in the underlying telephony. Testing this agent means placing real calls: provisioning SIP endpoints and softphones, driving calls programmatically, controlling media conditions, and distinguishing a model failure from a codec, jitter, or call-routing issue.
PLEASE SUBMIT CV IN ENGLISH.
ONLY ACCEPTING CANDIDATES FROM LATAM.
ADVANCED SPOKEN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
Embed fully within a Scrum team
, participating in all ceremonies and maintaining associated artifacts.
Own the end-to-end test strategy
for the AI voice virtual agent across the LLM, speech, and telephony layers.
Design test scenarios for complex conversational behavior
, including multi-turn dialogues, interruptions and barge-in, ambiguous or incomplete input, out-of-scope requests, human escalation/transfer, and failure recovery.
Build and maintain an evaluation framework for non-deterministic output
, leveraging golden datasets, semantic/rubric-based assertions, and automated regression detection for prompt, model, or retrieval changes.
Adversarially test the agent
against hallucinations, incorrect grounding, guardrail bypasses, prompt injections, and unauthorized disclosure of customer data.
Prepare and provision SIP devices
, endpoints, and call scenarios to automate call origination end-to-end.
Diagnose failures across the entire stack
, isolating issues down to the LLM, ASR (speech recognition), TTS (text-to-speech), media path, or call routing layer.
Extend automated coverage
and integrate test suites into the CI/CD pipeline to serve as release gates.
Define and track core quality metrics
, including task completion, containment, intent accuracy, transcription accuracy, response latency, and escalation correctness.
Maintain documented test coverage in the TMS
with full traceability to business requirements.
Communicate and escalate quality risks
to stakeholders backed by data and evidence.
Requirements:
5+ years in QA
, with recent hands-on ownership of a complex, integrated product.
Practical experience testing SIP/VoIP systems
, including call flows, SIP signaling, media handling, softphones, or SIP trunking, with the ability to troubleshoot using SIP traces or packet captures.
Demonstrated creativity in test design
(live scenario design will be a core part of the interview process and heavily weighted).
Proficiency in Python
, sufficient to independently build and maintain automation frameworks.
Experience testing non-deterministic or probabilistic systems
, with a clear approach to designing assertions for variable outputs.
Strong analytical skills
, including the ability to define quality metrics, justify their calculation, and use data to back release decisions.
Hands-on experience with formal TMS tools and Jira
.
Professional fluency in English
(spoken and written), with reliable overlap with US Eastern business hours.
We use the following technologies:
Python with pytest
for test automation.
Playwright
for browser and WebRTC-based call driving.
JsSIP / WebRTC
for programmatic call origination and media control.
SIP softphones and devices
for manual and exploratory testing.
Allure TestOps
as our TMS, linking automated runs to documented test cases.
Jira
for project management and issue tracking.
Jenkins & GitHub Actions
for CI/CD pipelines.
Grafana
for quality and delivery metrics.
LLM APIs and evaluation tooling
— currently in active development, and we are open to any effective approach.
Pluses:
Direct experience testing LLM-based or conversational AI products
, including evaluation frameworks and LLM-as-a-judge approaches.
Familiarity with speech technologies
, including ASR/transcription accuracy measurement (WER), TTS quality assessment, endpointing, and silence detection.
Experience with RAG or retrieval-grounded systems
, specifically in evaluating grounding correctness and context retrieval.
WebRTC and media-layer testing experience
, including codec behavior and performance degradation under jitter or packet loss.
Background in testing IVR, contact center, or conversational IVR platforms.
Multilingual testing capabilities
, with emphasis on Spanish/English code-switching.
Literacy in prompt engineering
, sufficient to analyze system prompts and identify potential failure modes
We are pleased to offer:
Remote work opportunity!
B2B Employment ($, gross).
Stable job with long-term growth perspective.
Competitive salary with annual performance review.
Really good hardware.
An exciting and challenging job with talented people around.
Continuous learning and career growth opportunities.
Compensation for professional training, seminars, and conferences.
Referral program: get rewarded for helping us grow the team with talented people.
Company-supported English classes to enhance your professional growth.
Creativity is a core requirement for this role, not a nice-to-have. The defects that matter here are found by someone who imagines the caller who interrupts mid-sentence, switches languages halfway through, gives a partial account number, answers a different question, or deliberately tries to jailbreak the agent. Scenario design is the primary skill we are hiring for.
Current State: We have automated call testing built on JsSIP/WebRTC with Python and Playwright, alongside a growing body of test scenarios. The evaluation layer—how we score responses consistently, catch regressions when a prompt or model changes, and report quality metrics leadership can act on—is where this role will have the most impact.

our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
Join Honeycomb as a Senior Financial Analyst and be a key player in our growing FP&A team! Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you'll partner primarily with our R&D organization — product and engineering — as the finance lead for how we understand and manage the cost of running Honeycomb. You'll take ownership of our BI and planning tool (Pigment), continue and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis, and support R&D capitalization, forecasting, and planning. This role suits someone who takes initiative, solves problems analytically, and actively drives process improvements in a fast-paced environment, and who's comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT. If you're ready to make an impact and grow with us, we'd love to hear from you!
What you’ll do in the role:
Own and improve our cloud-hosting-cost (COGS) analysis — breaking hosting spend (e.g., compute, storage, and AI/LLM usage) down by area and by customer to understand customer-level usage and margin
Take ownership of Pigment, our BI and planning tool — building and maintaining reports and supporting forecasting and monthly and quarterly close
Partner with engineering on R&D capitalization, capitalizing engineering time for the products they help build
Run forecasting and planning for the R&D organization, including headcount and software planning
Track and help manage our AI/LLM tooling costs, monitoring usage against budget
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, data, and IT to improve our financial processes and reporting
Support the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc analysis, with a focus on improving processes and scalability as we grow
What you’ll bring to the role:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience
5+ years of FP&A, strategic planning, or P&L management experience at a SaaS company
A technical orientation, with the ability to partner directly with engineering and product teams
Expert in Excel and Google Sheets, comfortable with a range of modeling techniques, and able to build analysis and models that influence decisions
Experience with ERP and financial planning/BI tools — Pigment (or a comparable tool such as Mosaic) a strong plus
Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment: driving results, solving complex problems, and exercising judgment across multiple sources of information
Strong quantitative skills and the ability to connect the dots across data sources to inform decisions
Familiarity with cloud/hosting cost structures, R&D capitalization, or SQL a plus
Base Salary based on level of experience
$125,000
—
$170,000 USD
What you'll get when you join the Hive:
A stake in our success - generous equity with employee-friendly stock program
It’s not about how strong of a negotiator you are - our pay is based on transparent levels relative to experience
Time to recharge with unlimited PTO
A distributed-first mindset and culture (really!)
Home office, co-working, and internet stipend
Full benefits coverage for employees, with additional coverage available for dependents
Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave, regardless of path to parenthood
Annual development allowance
And much more...

At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).
Location: Romania
OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
