We are looking for a Director of Americas Field Operations to own regional strategy and execution for the Americas. You will lead regional planning for the Americas, run the operating cadence with sales and marketing leadership, deploy territory and quota in-region, and own the analysis that tells the region where it stands and what to do about it. When the field hits friction in how we plan, sell, or get paid, you are the person who owns fixing it.
Scope covers the full Americas: North America and Latin America, across our strategic, enterprise, commercial, and public sector businesses. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, you will partner daily with the Americas sales leaders, and closely with the central planning, commercial, systems, data, and enablement teams.
This is a hands-on role. You will inherit a small team and do a great deal of the work yourself, adding capacity selectively as the region grows.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Lead annual and last-mile planning for the Americas end-to-end: define geo structure, headcount, territory design and quota allocation, while driving in-region deployment including account assignment, coverage checks, ramp tracking, and mid-year adjustments to ensure the plan lands effectively on the ground.
- Own the Americas operating cadence: forecast roll-ups and calls, pipeline and deal reviews, MBRs and QBRs. Set the standard for what a defensible commit looks like and hold the region to it.
- Partner with Americas sales and marketing leadership on execution to the number across the full funnel: demand and pipeline generation, progression and conversion, close, and expansion. Know where the region stands at every stage, where it is short, and what has to change to land the quarter.
- Own regional performance management and analytics: attainment by team and rep, productivity and pipeline generation, conversion and slippage, and the diagnosis of what is actually driving each. Work with the data and analytics team on the reporting and signal behind it.
- Be the operational owner for the Americas business. When something is broken, stuck, or unclear, whether it is a deal, a comp question, a systems gap, or a number nobody can explain, you own getting it resolved and you stay on it until it is. You pull in the central teams as needed, and the outcome stays yours.
- Carry field signal back to the center. Translate what reps and managers experience into structured input the central teams can build against, and advocate for the region when the case is sound.
- Drive adoption of the GTM system in-region: CRM hygiene, methodology and stage discipline, and the tooling the field is expected to run on. Partner with Enablement so process change actually sticks..
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG
- 10+ years in sales operations, field operations, revenue operations, sales strategy, or GTM finance, including time supporting a multi-segment field organization at scale. Team leadership experience is preferred, and a genuine willingness to be hands-on is required.
- Deep pipeline and forecast discipline. You have stood alongside sales leadership on delivering a regional number, you know the difference between a forecast process and a forecast meeting, and you can point to what you changed to close a gap.
- Fluency with the deployment toolkit: territory design, quota allocation, coverage and capacity modeling, and ramp assumptions. Ability to pressure-test it and defend planning assumptions and how it lands on a specific team.
- Owner-operator mindset. You treat regional operations as a system you own end-to-end: you build it, you run it, you fix it when it breaks, and you measure it by what it produces, not by activity.
- Credible partner and challenger to field leadership. You bring data, a point of view, and the willingness to disagree well. You earn trust by being right, not by being agreeable.
- Comfortable operating in a federated model. You are accountable to the company and embedded with the region, and you hold both well: close enough to the field to have the real picture, and independent enough to say what it shows.
- Strong analytical skills. SQL fluency required. Hands-on familiarity with ClickHouse, Hex, or a comparable modern analytics stack expected, along with comfort building your own analysis rather than filing a request for it.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, and enough systems depth to design a process change and specify what needs to be built, not just describe the problem.
- Exposure to consumption-based or usage-based business models is strongly preferred. You understand that in a consumption business the sale is the beginning of the revenue, not the end of it.
- Experience across more than one Americas motion: strategic, enterprise and commercial, Latin America, or public sector. Familiarity with public sector procurement and partner-led transaction paths is valuable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Comfortable presenting to executives and running a room full of sales leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for our first FP&A Manager in NYC to join as the analytical backbone of our Finance team. This is a strategic finance role: you'll own the financial model, run forecasting cycles, define the KPI framework, and produce the dashboards and finance packs that leadership and the board use to steer the business. Working alongside the Head of Finance, you'll partner with commercial leads on budget ownership and spend decisions, support investor reporting and fundraising, and collaborate with our Business Systems Lead to shape the data infrastructure. You'll have a seat in strategy discussions and real influence over how we think about growth, so if you've spent a few years in FP&A at a B2B SaaS company and want more ownership and impact, this is it.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
MODELING & FORECASTING
- Maintain and evolve the company’s financial model end to end: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and headcount plan
- Run monthly and quarterly forecasting cycles, including reforecast vs. budget variance analysis
- Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions - revenue segmentation, cohort analysis, pricing, hiring, opex, international expansion
REPORTING & KPIS
- Own the KPI framework: define, track, and report on the metrics that matter across the business
- Tie the financial model directly into business rhythm, monthly and quarterly goal steering with commercial leads
- Build and maintain management dashboards in collaboration with the Business Systems team
BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Partner with department heads on budget ownership, headcount tracking, and spend variance
- Translate financial data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-finance stakeholders
- Steer the month-end close process across the business and coordinate with our external accounting firm
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years in FP&A or strategic finance at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or scale-up: you’ve worked closely with commercial teams and understand how software businesses operate
- Strong financial modeling skills: you build models from scratch, not just maintain templates. Excel is your home turf!
- Experience with investor reporting, board materials, and fundraising support
- Comfortable as a power user of BI tools and dashboards (Chartmogul, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
- An exceptional communicator who can present numbers to non-finance stakeholders and turn data into decisions
BONUS POINTS
- Previous IB or VC analyst experience
- Experience with multi-entity setups or US business context (we’re expanding internationally)
- Python or SQL skills for querying data from other systems
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- A strategic seat at the table, you’ll be in the room where decisions are made
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Daily paid dinners & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in NYC + Berlin

Champion a culture of evidence-based decision-making by educating stakeholders, sharing best practices, and communicating advances in experimentation, causal inference and applied data science.
Stay current with emerging developments in statistics, machine learning and AI, identifying opportunities to improve measurement capabilities and analytical workflows.
Represent the team across PlayStation, building strong partnerships, engaging senior stakeholders, and promoting technical excellence in data science and experimentation.
What We're Looking For:
Required:
Master's degree (or equivalent industry experience) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or another quantitative discipline. PhD preferred.
Strong industry experience (5+ years) applying experimentation, causal inference, statistical modelling and measurement science to solve complex business problems.

Experience developing reusable analytical methodologies, frameworks or libraries that improve measurement quality and consistency across teams.
Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, promote best practices and drive adoption through collaboration, technical leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Strong stakeholder management, executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Curiosity, creativity and a pragmatic approach to solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems.

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT US
We’re building the best platform for authoring, publishing, and maintaining world-class docs. Close to 40,000 sign-ups per month, over 100k Monthly Active Users, used by 2M+ people and thousands of teams like Zoom, FedEx, Nvidia, Snyk, and Google. We’re profitable, backed by P9 Capital, Notion Capital, and Fly VC, and our amazing team is spread across 15 countries in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Our enterprise motion is growing, and the way we reach those buyers is changing. Docs are bought by engineering leaders, platform teams, and developer experience owners, people who don't answer cold emails but do show up at conferences, dinners, hackathons, and community meetups. Field marketing is how we get in front of them.
Today our event activity is opportunistic: a booth here, a sponsored dinner there, a webinar when someone has time. There's no tiering model, no consistent follow-up motion, and no reliable way to say which events created the (right) pipeline. This role owns all of it.
This is a new function at GitBook. You'd be the first person to own it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the global event calendar: Decide which industry tradeshows and conferences we show up at, at what level, and why and then run them end to end: sponsorship negotiation, booth, staffing, messaging, budget, and on-site execution.
- Build activation around the big moments: The booth is rarely where the deals happen. You'll design the side-events that surround a conference such as curated dinners, executive roundtables, breakfast briefings, happy hours, and build the guest lists around accounts we actually want in the room.
- Create GitBook's own events: Design and run owned formats that people want to attend because of what they are, not because we sponsored them. Roadshows, customer summits, docs-focused meetups, launch moments. You'll define the format, the content arc, and the experience.
- Experiment with community activation: Work with our DevRel colleagues on hackathons, docs sprints, and community events. Some will work and some won't; you'll run them as experiments with a clear read on what happened.
- Own online events: Webinars, virtual roundtables, and livestreams, you’ll be either running them yourself or coordinating the team members who do.
- Build the tiering model: Define what a Tier 1, 2, and 3 event looks like at GitBook: spend bands, staffing, pre- and post-event motion, and the bar an event has to clear to earn each tier.
- Report on pipeline, not attendance: Build the measurement model for events: cost per opportunity, event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, target-account attendance, and conversion through to closed won.
- Make the sales follow-up motion work: Build a lightweight SLA for pre-event target lists with AEs, brief the team on what to do at the event, and build the follow-up structure that turns a badge scan into a conversation.
- Act as ABM sparring partner: Our enterprise motion runs on account-based plays. You'll be the person Sales and Marketing think out loud with on account selection, buying-committee mapping, and how field programs plug into 1:1 and 1:few plays
HOW WE'LL MEASURE SUCCESS
In your first 90 days: a tiered event calendar for the next four quarters, a working measurement model in our CRM, and a follow-up motion Sales has actually agreed to.
After that: event-sourced and event-influenced pipeline, cost per opportunity by tier, target-account penetration at Tier 1 events, and speed of follow-up.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 7–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing: you need to have a meaningful stretch of that in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated demand generation. You've run international programs, including and especially in the USA.
- A ROI mindset: You talk in opportunities and cost per opportunity, not impressions and badge scans. You've defended an event budget with numbers and you've killed events that didn't earn their place.
- Real operational range: You can negotiate a sponsorship contract, argue about booth carpet, write a good invite email, and build a Hubspot dashboard or report (or know who to ask to build it for you).
- Sales credibility: AEs will trust you or route around you. You can walk into a pipeline review, take a hard question about last quarter's spend, and answer it without getting defensive.
- Taste: Most B2B events are forgettable. We'd rather run fewer things that people remember. You should have opinions about what makes an event worth attending.
- Comfort with a technical audience: Our buyers are engineers and the people who lead them. You don't need to write code, but you need to know why developer-audience marketing fails when it's too polished.
- Ownership mindset: There's no playbook here. You'll write it: defining process, flagging problems early, and not waiting to be told what to build next.
Also, you might be coming from a field marketing role at a SaaS company that got heavier on events, an event marketing role where you started owning the pipeline number, a demand gen role with a large in-person component, or a community or DevRel role that grew a commercial edge. We care less about the label than about what you can actually do. Some travel is expected, roughly a week or two a quarter, with a potential for a week a month in the conference season peak.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This isn't a role where you'll manage a team from day one, and it isn't purely strategic. You'll be on the floor at the show and in the spreadsheet the week after.
It's also not brand marketing or product marketing. You'll draw on both, and you'll partner closely with them, but you're accountable for the pipeline.
If you do this well, the function grows in scope, budget, and eventually headcount. But we're hiring for someone who wants to build it from scratch, not for the version of this role that exists in two years.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and licensed Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Broker to join our team as part of a critical pilot to launch a P&C broker model at Gusto. You will be essential in evolving Gusto's business insurance channel by acting as a licensed agent to quote and issue business insurance policies with our NEXT Insurance carrier partner. You will use your expertise to provide direct support and an improved experience for small business customers with complex insurance needs, helping to capture meaningfully higher revenue and accelerating the development of our AI Insurance Advisor.
About the Team:
This team is crucial to solving customer experience gaps and optimizing our offline insurance channels. You will be a SME who is part of the "human-in-the-loop" workflows required to train and optimize Gus as an AI insurance advisor. Our collective vision is to be an expert advisor that supports small businesses through every stage of growth, with this pilot being key to establishing our digital insurance agency and licensed agent integration.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
— Make outbound dials to prospective and existing small business clients to assess their complex P&C insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
— Quote and issue Property & Casualty policies, primarily with the NEXT Insurance carrier, in our offline sales channel.
— Achieve required daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity expectations.
— Provide human-in-the-loop support to optimize the AI Insurance Advisor, Gus, and assist customers with more complex needs.
— Maintain client relationships, manage policy renewals, and facilitate changes or endorsements to existing policies.
— Act as a trusted liaison between clients and carriers, including assisting clients with reports of losses and claims settlement when necessary.
— Actively work to cross-sell and up-sell additional P&C lines of coverage and strive to achieve monthly production goals for units and/or revenue.
— Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documentation within CRM systems (SFDC workflow).
— Use AI-powered workflows as a core part of how you sell: running assigned tools daily, surfacing friction and inefficiencies as you find them, and collaborating with your team to influence what gets built or improved next.
— Stay current on industry trends, products, regulations, and underwriting guidelines to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
Here’s what we're looking for:
Experience in the field:
— Proven experience in insurance sales or brokerage, with coverage level knowledge of commercial P&C products (e.g., Workers' Compensation, BOP, Commercial Auto, E&O).
— 4+ years
Licensing:
— An active Property & Casualty insurance producer’s license
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
— Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and explain complex concepts clearly.
Sales & Negotiation:
— Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Technical Proficiency:
— Working knowledge of carrier quoting systems, proficiency in insurance software, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce (SFDC).
— Comfortable using AI tools and automation to enhance productivity, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Mindset:
— A demonstrated passion for delivering an incredible customer experience and genuine empathy for small business owners.
Attributes:
— Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and an entrepreneurial ownership mentality to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
AI Fluency:
— Proven, day-to-day experience integrating AI into how you work - across writing, research, prep, and summarization as a core part of your workflow, with a track record of giving clear, useful feedback that helps improve your tools and processes.
Compensation:
— Cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas.
— $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix.
— Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Work Format:
— Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.
— Employees based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
— The same office expectations apply to all Symmetry roles, Gusto's subsidiary, whose physical office is in Scottsdale.
— When approved to work from a location other than a Gusto office, a secure, reliable, and consistent internet connection is required.
Equal Opportunity:
— Gusto is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate based on legally protected characteristics.
— Committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in the job application process.
Security & Privacy:
— Gusto takes security and protection of personal information seriously.

What You’ll Do:
Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Magic’s portfolio of new-player and acquisition-focused products.
Create a connected journey from initial awareness through learning, first purchase, repeat play, community participation, and long-term engagement.
Develop product concepts that expand Magic’s appeal, including among audiences historically underrepresented in tabletop gaming.
Explore new play patterns, product forms, price points, partnerships, and channels. Lead introductory products, custom acquisition offerings, solo experiences, and other innovations.
Define product requirements, key selling points, learning goals, and measures of success. Communicate the vision clearly to teams and partners.
Lead collaboration across Product Strategy, Game Design, Creative, Digital, Play, Commercial, Retail, Marketing, and Consumer Insights.
Use playtests, player research, market trends, gameplay data, and product performance to guide decisions. Develop, test, and scale promising ideas.
Connect physical products with digital learning, Magic: The Gathering Arena, organized play, retail, and community experiences.
Balance accessibility and excitement with authentic Magic gameplay, customer value, profitability, licensing needs, and operational requirements.
What You’ll Bring:
5 or more years of experience in product design, game design, consumer product innovation, or retail within hobby gaming or a related field.
Experience developing products or experiences focused on customer acquisition, onboarding, learning, or audience growth.
Knowledge of Magic: The Gathering and the trading card game category, including tabletop and digital play.
Understanding of how players discover, learn, purchase, and build communities around games.
Experience leading cross-functional work and gaining support from partners across different disciplines.
Ability to turn player research, market information, and product data into clear decisions and product recommendations.
Clear communication and presentation skills, including experience aligning teams around a shared vision.
Experience with intellectual property, licensing, or external partnerships.
Comfort working through ambiguity, testing new ideas, and changing direction when evidence supports a better approach.
Empathy for new players and an understanding of the barriers that can affect learning, participation, and belonging.
You will have opportunities to grow your product leadership skills while shaping how new audiences experience Magic. If your background does not align with every qualification listed, we still encourage you to apply.
