Strong design sensibility and ability to work within an established brand system while advocating for UX improvements
Familiarity with conversational marketing tools and chat playbook logic: routing rules, visitor targeting, qualifying flows
Self-starter mentality with comfort operating with significant autonomy in a lean marketing org

_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker’s Professional Services team partners with customers to turn AI and cloud-native deployments into working production outcomes.
We are looking for a technically fluent Delivery Program Manager to operate delivery engagements. You will be embedded as an overlay alongside technical sales, solution architects, forward deployed engineers, and delivery partners, translating customers’ technical and business requirements into scoped service engagements and managing them through delivery.
You will be both builder and operator: designing repeatable service offerings where none exist today, and equally willing to roll up your sleeves to scope a detailed Statement of Work or unblock a stuck engagement. If you thrive in ambiguity, love building order from chaos, and operate with high autonomy and low ego, this role is for you.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Operationalize the end-to-end engagement lifecycle, from scoping and kickoff through delivery, handoff, and retrospectives.
- Directly manage customer engagements: plan, run governance cadences, track milestones, manage risks and dependencies, and escalations.
- Review technical assumptions in scopes and SOWs with solution architects (environments, integrations, identity, network and security constraints, customer prerequisites) so estimates and timelines hold up in delivery.
- Own customer readiness and handoff: environment prerequisites, acceptance criteria, and clean transition to Support and Technical Account Managers.
OFFERINGS AND REUSABLE ASSETS
- Partner with solution architects to create reusable delivery assets: playbooks, runbooks, statement of work templates, reference architectures, and onboarding workshops/guides.
- Turn repeatable customer patterns into packaged, fixed-scope offerings with defined outcomes, durations and pricing inputs.
- Build and maintain the sales-cycle engagement model and intake process for when and how Services are engaged across sales stages.
GOVERNANCE, TOOLING, AND METRICS
- Build the program management and governance infrastructure: intake frameworks, capacity planning models, risk registers, delivery dashboards, and milestone tracking.
- Define and report delivery KPIs: on-time delivery, utilization, engagement margin, customer satisfaction.
- Own SOW amendment and change-order processes: define when and how scope changes are documented, approved, and reflected in project tracking.
- Partner with Legal on SOW frameworks and language.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management, professional services, forward deployed engineering services or equivalent cross-functional roles.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS, developer tooling, or infrastructure software company delivering implementation, migration, or adoption engagements to enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience building programs, processes, or practices from scratch not just optimizing existing ones.
- Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in systems architecture discussions, understanding system dependencies.
- Strong structured problem solving, facilitation, and systems thinking, including participation in
- Experience with Professional Services tooling and business systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, PSA tools)
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator able to produce executive-grade program readouts and customer-facing documentation alike.
- High degree of personal accountability; comfortable owning ambiguous problems with limited oversight and providing value-added improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional services, consulting, or delivery experience at an infrastructure software vendor or systems integrator.
- Experience self-serving data and analytics (Looker, Tableau, or similar) to build performance reporting.
- Prior experience scaling a Professional Services or delivery organization or a support services operation through a growth or transformation phase.
- Experience building engagements with third-party partners and system integrators within professional services delivery models.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHY THIS ROLE
Building a PS function from the ground up is rare. This is an opportunity to shape how Docker serves its most strategic customers, define what great looks like for technical delivery, and leave a lasting operational footprint on a high-growth organization. You will have broad scope, executive access, and the room to build something that matters.
What to Expect in the First 30 Days
- Shadow: join scoping calls and review active projects.
- Audit the existing SOW process and template library to identify gaps in standardization, approval routing, and tracking.
- Meet your key partners: Sales Engineers, Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Finance and Legal.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Manage first customer engagement directly, with support from the existing team.
- Identify the highest-priority SOW template gaps for standardization.
- Document the current delivery framework as it exists today capturing what's working, and what needs to change.
What to Expect in the First 60 Days
- Autonomously managing customer engagements.
- Support leadership with quarterly review cycles on active engagements and retrospectives.
- Translate process gaps into actionable workstreams with clear owners, timelines, and accountability.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Streaming Platform team at Sentry is building the next generation of infrastructure that powers our ingestion pipelines and real-time data processing systems. Our platform ingests, processes, and distributes hundreds of thousands of events per second with low latency and high reliability. We are creating a system that makes it easy for Sentry engineers to deploy and run Streaming Applications at scale by simplifying the complexity of Kafka, scaling consumers automatically, and managing state so product teams can focus on building great experiences for developers.
As part of this team, you will work on challenges at the intersection of distributed systems, real-time data processing, and developer experience. You will help us create a self-service streaming platform that improves stability, accelerates time to production, and reduces operational overhead.
This role is based in San Francisco, with three days per week in the office to work closely with engineering teams.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Design, build, and operate components of our Streaming Platform, including Kafka, the streaming runtime, high-level APIs, and developer-facing abstractions.
- Implement resilient, high-throughput stream processing systems that handle unbounded datasets with strong correctness guarantees (delivery, checkpointing, watermarking, and more).
- Build scalable automation and control plane for Kafka fleet management and improve efficiency.
- Partner with product engineers to ensure our abstractions enable fast, reliable, and consistent ingestion pipelines.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and failover for mission-critical real-time systems.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You enjoy working on distributed systems at scale and care about reliability and performance.
- You like building abstractions that make complex infrastructure easier for others to use.
- You are motivated by designing systems that balance flexibility for developers with best practices for stability.
- You are excited to shape how Sentry handles near real-time ingestion and analytics at scale.
- You value being part of a collaborative team where your contributions make a broad impact across the company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2-3 years of software engineering experience, with background in distributed systems, data infrastructure, or real-time streaming.
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python, Rust, Go, or Java (we primarily use Python and Rust, but experience in similar languages is valuable).
- Experience building and operating systems in cloud environments such as Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
- Nice to have: experience with streaming technologies such as Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming, or similar tools.
The base salary range that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $155,000 to $190,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. That starts with making our industry accessible.

About Alchemy
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.
Trusted by companies like JPMorgan, Stripe, Visa, Franklin Templeton, Nike, and backed by a16z, Coatue, Silver Lake, Lightspeed, and Stanford University, Alchemy is building the foundational layer for a decentralized and AI-enabled Web3 ecosystem. For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We are hiring a software engineer on the Developer Experience team. You will own projects from the first problem statement through production, and measure whether they worked.
The team owns how developers discover, adopt, and operate Alchemy: the dashboard, APIs, SDKs, CLI, and MCP server that sit between our infrastructure and the people building on it. A growing share of those users are coding agents, so we design for both.
Recent work spans enterprise controls, management APIs, developer observability, onboarding, and self-serve growth. Ahead of us is the shift to agents that discover tools, write code, pay for services with x402, and operate onchain infrastructure on their own.
Our stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Kafka, AWS, and Kubernetes.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Agent-native developer tools: our CLI, SDKs, MCP server, x402 payments, and Agent Wallets.
- Enterprise capabilities for teams running production traffic: organizations, roles, SSO, key management, audit history, and spend controls.
- Public and management APIs for usage, billing, apps, and teams, used by developers, internal tools, and coding agents.
- Developer observability and product quality: usage analytics, request logs, alerts, and the reliability of the surfaces developers use every day.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own projects from problem definition through design, launch, measurement, and on-call.
- Design APIs with clear versioning, error handling, safe defaults, and backwards compatibility.
- Build data models and services that stay correct and reliable as traffic and customer needs grow, with security built in for users, agents, and services.
- Build the user-facing side of your features across our dashboard, CLI, and SDKs, so developers and coding agents can discover and use them safely.
- Instrument what you ship. Use activation, adoption, and conversion data, plus direct developer feedback, to decide what to build next.
- Write design docs, runbooks, and developer-facing documentation. Review code and technical designs to keep quality high.
- Work with Product, Billing, Security, Growth, and other engineering teams.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
At six months, you have:
- Execution: Scoped, designed and shipped a project across our APIs, backend services, and dashboard or CLI, and paying customers use it in production.
- Ownership: Joined on-call and handled incidents in your area without escalating. Your launches ship with alerts, a runbook and a rollback plan.
- Impact: Moved a number you can name, such as feature adoption, free-to-paid upgrades, time to first API call, or support tickets.
- Team: Earned the team’s trust by making sound technical decisions, collaborating across functions, and improving code and design quality.
- Direction: Proposed what the team should build next, backed by usage data and conversations with developers.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Blockchain experience is helpful, not required.
- Developer platforms, API products, cloud consoles, or enterprise developer tools, including SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, agent tools, or machine-readable documentation.
- Billing, metering, or pricing systems.
- Temporal or another workflow orchestration system, plus caching and analytical data systems.
- Observability, incident response, and performance optimization.
- Blockchain products or developer tools, or agent payment and identity standards such as x402.
- Open source contributions, talks, or technical writing.

Partner with engineering teams to understand complex infrastructure and identify the telemetry and instrumentation needed to measure it.
Analyze infrastructure cost, utilization, capacity, and unit economics to help drive key business decisions across all our teams.
Create trusted metrics, datasets, dashboards, and analytical tools used by engineering, product, Finance, and leadership.
Establish strong practices around data quality, testing, observability, documentation, and reproducibility.
Explore new data sources and technologies that improve how we understand and operate our infrastructure.
What
We’re
Looking For
3+ years in a similar role, focused on building production data pipelines, data models, and analytical systems.
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency with Python or similar data-oriented programming languages.
Experience with modern data platforms and tooling such as Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, and automated ETL/ELT pipelines.
Strong analytical skills—you’re comfortable investigating the data yourself, challenging results, and translating findings into clear conclusions.
Experience working with large, complex datasets across multiple systems and levels of granularity.
Ability to translate ambiguous business and technical problems into measurable requirements and scalable data solutions.
Experience and flexibility with current analytics and visualization tools.
Familiarity with teams and engineering systems that utilize both on-prem and cloud infrastructure.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across global engineering, product, Finance, and business teams.
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in computer science
Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure billing and usage data.
Experience with Kubernetes telemetry, networking, or data center operational data.
Familiarity with infrastructure cost allocation, unit economics, capacity planning, forecasting, or FinOps.
Experience connecting technical infrastructure consumption to product or business metrics.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!

An overview of this role
You'll own and improve the operational toolkit that equips GitLab's Solutions Architects (SAs) to drive growth and deliver value for customers. As the SA team's go-to operational business partner, you'll make tools, workflows, reporting, and handoffs more effective and grounded in the SA's role throughout the customer journey.
You'll report to the Director of Customer Experience (CX) Operations. This is a senior individual contributor role with no direct reports.
What you’ll do
Own the SA operational toolkit and business requirements for systems, workflows, processes, reporting, and documentation. Partner with Revenue Technology, Revenue Analytics, and system owners on implementation, validation, data quality, and operational controls.
Manage operational support requests for tooling, access, assignments, and data issues, including triage, routing, resolution visibility, and root-cause improvements.
Improve the processes and system workflows for requesting, assigning, and tracking SA engagements. Implement intake requirements and routing rules agreed with SA leadership, and automate manual steps.
Document and operationalize the SA engagement model and cadences agreed with SA leadership and cross-functional teams, including responsibilities, rules of engagement, handoff criteria, and required customer information at key journey stages.
Own SA reporting requirements and data quality standards. Partner with Revenue Analytics to provide reliable visibility into capacity, engagement, technical evaluation progress, and outcomes so SA leaders can assess effectiveness and prioritize resources.
Support SA leaders with coverage and capacity planning, business reviews, and operating rhythms that help teams prioritize customer needs and resources.
Turn field feedback into operational improvements. Lead testing, rollout, and documentation, partner on enablement, and follow through until changes are adopted and sustained.
What you’ll bring
Relevant experience in Solutions Architect, Sales, Revenue, or Customer Experience Operations.
Understanding of technical sales, pre-sales, and post-sales, SA engagement models, technical evaluations, and how SAs demonstrate customer value, support growth, and coordinate with post-sales teams.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or comparable customer relationship management (CRM) tools, reporting, data quality, and workflow improvement; ability to translate field needs into clear system requirements.
Structured problem-solving skills: turn ambiguous issues into clear workstreams, own delivery, and sustain measurable improvements in efficiency and adoption.
Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for capacity, coverage, productivity, and scenario modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with artificial intelligence (AI)-native tools to support custom reports and data modeling scenarios.
Sound judgment, project management, and communication skills; ability to work independently, build trust, and influence across a global, distributed organization.
Preferred, not required: experience supporting a technical field organization in business-to-business software; Structured Query Language (SQL) or equivalent data-querying experience; and experience with GitLab or development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) and AI-enabled automation.
About the team
Our Solutions Architect team coordinates with post-sales teams throughout the customer journey. We align responsibilities, rules of engagement, and handoff criteria with SA leadership and cross-functional partners.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. With our core product Playtime Arcade, we've become the global leader in rewarded advertising, an ad unit built on a simple premise: users earn real in-app rewards for engaging with new apps. The result is one of the most effective value exchanges in adtech, connecting advertisers and publishers with over 770 million users annually.
Investigating 770 Million User Interactions Across a 100TB Data Lake
When a platform serves 770 million users, every optimization from reward mechanics to SDK integrations needs to be grounded in data. The Rewarded Analytics team builds the internal dashboards, alerting systems, and data pipelines that monitor the user funnel, traffic engagement, and reward consistency.
SQL and Python power deep-dive investigations and automated 100 terabyte-sized data analyses queried through Trino. Using Tableau as the main visualization tool, stakeholders have access to real-time insights on the product performance. Airflow orchestrates the pipelines that keep everything up to date. This team provides the data that turns questions into answers: every A/B experiment the product team runs, every anomaly a publisher flags, and every new SDK integration. These answers guide all the business decisions.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- Data analyst with a strong technical foundation. You have 5+ years as a Data Analyst and work fluently in both SQL and Python, writing complex queries, big data optimizations, and analysis pipelines to support product and growth initiatives.
- Master of experimentation and A/B testing. You have deep experience designing experiments, calculating sample sizes, managing variance reduction techniques, and analyzing A/B/n tests to ensure statistically sound business decisions.
- Statistically grounded. You can reason confidently about core statistical concepts—hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, p-values, power analysis, and Bayesian vs. Frequentist approaches—and apply them to real-world product decisions.
- Not a stranger to anomaly detection. You have experience working with anomaly detection algorithms and approaches like distribution analysis and cross-population comparison to monitor test guardrail metrics and identify unexpected shifts in experiment data.
- You own the systems, not just your slice. You understand the end-to-end telemetry and feature flagging systems that power experimentation. You can speak to data flows, event tracking pipelines, architecture tradeoffs, and why things were built the way they were.
- Automation-minded across the stack. You think beyond one-off test analyses and build automated experiment reporting dashboards, reusable analytical frameworks, and data visibility solutions. Experience with dbt, Airflow, or experiment platforms (e.g., Optimizely, GrowthBook) is a strong plus.
- Collaborative and business-aware. You work closely with product managers, engineers, and growth leads to translate complex statistical results into clear, actionable recommendations that drive executive decision-making.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
