About Huzzle Labs
Huzzle Labs partners with frontier AI labs to evaluate and improve frontier models through deep human expertise. Contributors directly assess advanced AI systems in their specialist fields, receive competitive compensation, and help define the standards used to measure model performance.
About the Role
Huzzle Labs is seeking experienced accountants to write realistic accounting tasks that test how well frontier AI systems handle accounting work. You will create prompts that are difficult enough for a frontier model to fail, then write a scoring rubric for each task so reviewers can assess the output consistently. A rubric is a list of objective, checkable criteria that a reviewer marks pass or fail. Your judgement helps define the standards used to measure model performance.
This is an expert judgement role focused on realistic task design, careful review of model output and precise, consistent documentation. Training is provided. Prior AI training or data-annotation experience is required.
Responsibilities
Write realistic accounting tasks: Create requests of the kind a client, controller or business owner would send, covering month-end close, bank and credit card reconciliations, AR/AP ageing, accruals and adjusting entries, sales tax, job costing and the clean-up of incomplete or inconsistent books.
Build from real material: Review a deal room containing hundreds of files, select the relevant documents and use them to develop prompts and rubrics for tasks a frontier model struggles to complete correctly.
Require usable deliverables: Each request should call for a working output, usually a spreadsheet, a journal entry schedule or a short memo.
Test against a frontier model: Run each request and review the output with the care you would apply when signing off accounting work. Where the model succeeds, increase the difficulty until a genuine gap appears.
Write scoring rubrics: Define objective criteria that another reviewer can apply without repeating your work, for example, “the reconciled ending balance equals $X” and “the $X deposit is recorded as a customer deposit liability, not revenue.”
Apply guidelines consistently: Follow the task and rubric guidelines, flag ambiguous cases and help refine the criteria.
Requirements
At least 5 years in accounting, bookkeeping or finance operations.
Prior AI training or data-annotation experience is required.
Hands-on knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, AR/AP, accruals and adjusting entries, sales tax and job costing.
Excellent written English and precision with numbers.
Careful and detail-oriented: accurate figures and objective, checkable criteria.
Available 20 to 40 hours per week for an initial one-week trial, with potential extension.
Example Assignment
For a client deal room covering a small business with incomplete and inconsistent books, you would:
Review the files and select the relevant documents, such as bank statements, ledgers, invoices and ageing reports.
Write a prompt as the business owner or controller would, asking for a reconciliation and the adjusting entries needed to close the month.
Run the prompt against a frontier AI model and check the spreadsheet or journal entry schedule line by line.
If the model completes the task correctly, increase the difficulty, for example, by adding a customer deposit, a timing difference or a sales tax complication, until it fails.
Write the rubric, such as “the reconciled ending balance equals $X” and “the $X deposit is recorded as a customer deposit liability, not revenue,” so another reviewer can grade any answer without repeating the work.
Confidentiality
An NDA must be signed before the engagement begins.

Build scalable processes, documentation, and metrics (participation, cost per employee, utilization, satisfaction) and report insights to People leadership.
Stay current on regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging benefits solutions, and proactively bring recommendations to the team.
Qualifications:

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of improving cost, service, or employee outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex topics simply to employees and executives alike.
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
High standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment with sensitive employee information.
Comfortable working with a highly distributed team across time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting benefits for a multi-country workforce or through M&A integration.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification such as CEBS, SHRM-CP/SCP, or PHR/SPHR.

🚀 THE ADVENTURE AHEAD
As a founding member of our Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and real-world impact. By translating customer challenges into reusable platform capabilities, you will play a central role in establishing our FDE function from the ground up, defining what success looks like, and shaping the future of AI-first learning.
🛠️ THE DAY-TO-DAY

- Architect Custom AI Agents: Design, build, and deploy bespoke AI agents that integrate seamlessly with customer systems and the Docebo Agent Hub.

- Own the Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership from discovery and system architecture to production deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimization.
- Build the Discipline: Shape the founding FDE team culture, operational rituals, and internal playbooks while defining our technical roadmap and cross-functional org design.
💪 YOUR SUPERPOWERS
- Full-Stack Craftsmanship: 5+ years of hands-on experience building, shipping, and maintaining production-grade full-stack software products.
- Agentic AI Expertise: Prior experience building, fine-tuning, or deploying agentic AI systems and LLM-powered applications in production environments.
- Product-First Mindset: A strong customer-centric focus with the confidence and communication skills to engage directly with enterprise stakeholders.
- Founder Mindset & Ambiguity Tolerance: You don't wait for clear specs or structured hand-offs. You are energized by undefined problems, comfortable making high-stakes decisions with partial information, and obsessed with taking complete ownership from zero to one.
- Rapid Prototyping Agility: Proven ability to quickly build prototypes, experiment boldly, and iterate based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
- Modern Tech Fluency: Proficiency in our core tech stack, including frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend development (Next.js, TypeScript).
- Systems Architecture: Strong architectural background with solid experience navigating distributed systems, AWS, Kubernetes, and LLM providers.
- Ecosystem Familiarity: Experience using modern engineering tooling like GitLab, Datadog, OpenTofu, and multi-LLM orchestration tools.
💬 OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS
- Step 1: We’ll kick things off with a 30-minute video call with a member of our Talent team. We’ll get to know you, share more about the role and team, and make sure we’re aligned.
- Step 2: A 60-minute video call with the hiring manager, where they’ll dig deeper into your experience, approach, and what excites you most about this opportunity.
- Step 3: A hands-on technical deep dive and architecture discussion with key stakeholders.
- Step 4: A final conversation focused on culture fit, team dynamics, and cross-functional alignment.

9-Month Contract Position
About the Job:
We're looking for a Regional Growth Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth through digital campaigns and paid channels, in close collaboration with global marketing and regional Sales. This is a senior, individual-contributor position for someone who knows how great regional digital marketing programs are built in B2B SaaS. The role spans tactics through hands-on execution, shaping and building the growth approach for EMEA and APJ rather than running a standard playbook.
You'll join a growing international marketing team in an essential role, reporting to the Director, International Marketing. You'll take ownership of the regional digital strategy and execution in close collaboration with the global Marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
Drive regional new-logo pipeline growth through digital and paid channels in EMEA and APJ.
Partner with the global team on paid and digital campaign execution (SEM, paid social, and paid ABM), helping set regional strategy from planning through execution, optimisation and reporting.
Drive the digital ABM motion for the region, turning Sales input into actual targeted, paid campaigns.
Adapt global campaigns for regional messaging, rather than deploying generic global assets.
Build and own region-native digital content, platform launches, and offerings, doubling down on successful programmes.
Surface and mitigate region-specific risks, helping ensure efficient media spend.
Own digital pipeline reporting and ROI for the regions, tracking leads, conversion, and spend against campaigns, and reporting results back to leadership.
Partner closely with EMEA and APJ Sales and SDR teams to align digital campaigns with account priorities and pipeline targets.
Operate independently: define approach, channel mix, regional tools or platforms, and budget requests in line with regional Sales needs and the wider marketing strategy.
Qualifications:
8+ years' experience in a digital/growth marketing role with a focus on ABM, paid digital, and demand generation for B2B SaaS in EMEA and APJ.
Track record owning digital pipeline growth end-to-end: strategy, execution, budget, and reporting, with close interaction with Sales.
Direct experience running paid social, SEM, and ABM programmes in regions, with clear attribution back to pipeline and revenue.
Hands-on experience with a CRM (Salesforce or similar), a marketing automation platform (Marketo, HubSpot, or similar), and ABM/paid tools (6sense, Demandbase, or similar).
Experience adapting global campaigns for regional markets: localisation, messaging adaptation, regional content, as well as creating their own regional campaigns.
Experience working across EMEA and APJ; an additional language is a plus.
Cultural awareness and sensitivity operating across international markets.
Confident self-starter and communicator with a positive, hands-on and can-do attitude; comfortable operating independently and driving outcomes autonomously.

WHY SDK ENGINEERING AT LANGFUSE
YOUR WORK WILL HAVE AN OUTSIZED IMPACT.
Our SDKs are downloaded 26M+ times per month. When you ship a new integration or improve SDK performance, thousands of developers benefit the same day — and they'll tell you about it in GitHub issues, on Twitter, and in our community channels. Everything you build is open source (MIT-licensed) and immediately visible.
The SDK is often the very first thing a developer touches when they try Langfuse, so your work directly shapes their first impression.
You will also have direct exposure to how cutting-edge LLM-applications are built. The users you serve are some of the best and most ambitious software engineers in the world and that leverage Langfuse to improve their applications. Deeply understanding the problems they solve will help you design the best possible SDK experience and along the way makes you an expert on LLM engineering yourself.
YOU WILL GROW AT LANGFUSE BY
- Owning our SDKs. We maintain SDKs in Python and TypeScript both built on OpenTelemetry. You'll be responsible for their reliability, performance, and developer experience. These SDKs run inside our users' production systems, which means they must never fail, must have minimal impact on CPU and memory, and must work flawlessly across every environment — from serverless functions to long-running agent loops. You'll think deeply about the exposed interfaces, error handling, batching, async flushing, and graceful degradation.
- Designing APIs that developers love. How are functions named, how are parameters structured, how are breaking changes communicated, how does the documentation read? Developer experience is a core differentiator for Langfuse and you'll own every detail of it. When we shipped the Python SDK v3 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-06-05-python-sdk-v3-generally-available and TypeScript SDK v4 https://langfuse.com/changelog/2025-08-28-typescript-sdk-v4-ga, both were full rewrites on OpenTelemetry — that's the kind of thoughtful, high-impact SDK work you'll lead. Apart from tracing, we also support core workflows of engineers building with LLMs with our SDKs, see our Experiment Runner SDK https://langfuse.com/docs/evaluation/experiments/experiments-via-sdk#experiment-runner-sdk for example.
- Integrating with every major AI framework: Langfuse integrates with 40+ frameworks and model providers: OpenAI SDK, Vercel AI SDK, AI SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pydantic AI, OpenAI Agents, CrewAI, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, LiveKit, and many more. You'll maintain these integrations, ensure new Langfuse features are supported across all of them, and add new integrations as the ecosystem evolves. When a new framework gains traction, you'll be among the first to instrument it.
- Maintaining our OpenTelemetry endpoint: some users send traces directly to our OTLP endpoint https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/otlp/ instead of using our SDKs. You'll ensure this path is robust, well-documented, and supports the full range of Langfuse features. This also extends our language support to Java, Go, and any language with an OpenTelemetry SDK. You can work with the OpenTelemetry community to steer the GenAI conventions.
- Writing public documentation: you'll own the SDK docs, integration guides, and migration paths. At Langfuse, docs are part of our core product. When you ship a new SDK version or integration, the docs ship with it.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong engineer who gets excited about developer experience, API design, and writing code that runs reliably in other people's production systems
- Experience building or maintaining SDKs, client libraries, or developer tools — ideally in Python and/or TypeScript
- Deep understanding of performance: you know how to profile, benchmark, and minimize CPU/memory overhead in hot paths
- Someone who can manage projects themselves — you know how to develop strong conviction about what to build and how to ship it
- Thoughtful about versioning, backwards compatibility, and migration paths
- Interest in open source software and genuine excitement about talking to developers about their integration challenges
- Thrives in a small, accountable team where your output is visible and matters
- CS or quantitative degree preferred
Bonus points:
- Experience with OpenTelemetry internals or observability instrumentation
- Former founder or early startup experience
- Contributions to popular open source SDKs or developer tools
- ML/AI background or familiarity with the LLM framework ecosystem
No candidate checks all boxes. If you feel you are a good fit for this role, please go ahead and apply.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, "They'll be in touch soon." So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Tennr’s Strategy and Operations team is a group of ambitious, high-agency generalists led by our VP of Strategy and Operations and working directly with our founders and executive team. The team owns strategic and operational priorities across Revenue, Product, and Services. Recent projects include rebuilding pricing and packaging, standing up our prior authorization product, and leading revenue and headcount planning.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Product Operations Lead to run the operating system for Tennr’s Product and Engineering team: how we plan and review work, how customer feedback reaches the roadmap, and how new functionality gets into customers’ hands.
You’ll work closely with our P&E leadership and sit between Product, Engineering, and the teams closest to our customers: CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services. You’ll run the planning and review rhythm, turn customer signal into clear roadmap inputs, own product rollouts, and develop the vendor and partner relationships our products depend on. You’ll also build the tools and lightweight processes that make our PMs faster and more effective.
This is an opportunity for an ambitious, analytical, and highly cross-functional person to take direct ownership of how Tennr plans and ships product. We believe candidates with at least 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company, are best suited for this role.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- P&E planning and review rhythm. Run the planning and review cadence with Product and Engineering leadership, from quarterly planning and goal setting to regular business and execution reviews. Bring together priorities, capacity, headcount needs, and dependencies so teams can make decisions and follow through, with reporting built from data that already exists.
- Voice of the customer. Own how customer signal from CX, Deployment, Sales, and Managed Services reaches Product and Engineering. Build the muscle to capture and synthesize feedback into clear, prioritized inputs for the roadmap, and close the loop with the teams that raised it.
- Product rollout. Own the cross-functional work required to enable and roll out new functionality. Coordinate launch readiness, documentation, training, and customer enablement with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Deployment, and Customer Experience. Own the launch calendar, run go/no-go reviews with clear sign-offs, run betas or early access programs with defined exit criteria, and hold retros after each launch.
- Product partnerships. Identify and prioritize vendors and strategic partners required to deliver or improve Tennr’s products. Evaluate opportunities and coordinate the commercial, technical, and operational work to establish those relationships.
- Internal tooling. Build custom tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that make our PMs more efficient and effective, from feedback triage to planning dashboards.
- Stand up and refine process. Build the processes Product and Engineering need, keep them lightweight, and refine them as the team scales. Measure whether people actually use them.
- Performance and follow-through. Use data and feedback to understand whether plans and rollouts are working. Find gaps, make recommendations, and take responsibility for resolving them.
- Additional priorities. Own cross-functional projects as the business evolves, from defining the problem through execution and measurement.
IDEAL CANDIDATE BACKGROUND AND QUALIFICATIONS
- You have 3-5 years of experience, including at least 1-2 in Product Management or Product Operations at a software company.
- You’ve worked directly with Product and Engineering teams on planning, launches, or roadmap tradeoffs.
- You’re ambitious and want substantial ownership of how a product organization plans and ships.
- You learn quickly and can get deep into an unfamiliar product, workflow, or technical system.
- You can use data and customer feedback to understand whether plans and launches are working, then determine what action to take.
- You are collaborative by default and can align Product, Engineering, and go-to-market teams without detailed instructions and keep the work moving.
- You’re a strong writer. You can turn a complex decision into a clear doc, launch pre-read, or update that people actually read.
- You take responsibility for outcomes and stay with problems until they’re resolved.
- You have a strong work ethic and a low ego. You’re willing to do detailed, repetitive, or messy work yourself when it needs doing.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure.
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week.
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options

Our culture https://duckduckgo.com/how-we-work of trust, inclusivity, and empowered project management underpins everything we do, where each team member takes full ownership of their projects, from scoping and execution to postmortem. If you're seeking end-to-end ownership of your work, you've come to the right place!
YOUR TEAM AND ROLE
As a Director, Paid Marketing, working on the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for building and scaling a profitable paid subscriber acquisition program and related projects. Partnering closely with marketing, product, design, user insights, data science and finance teams, you will own KPI development, campaign strategy, budget and resource allocation, and performance measurement.
You'll lead strategic roadmapping, prioritize high-impact projects, resource cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing performance is measured with a high degree of confidence. The right person is excited to prove that paid marketing growth and privacy-respecting advertising practices aren’t at odds — they’re our edge. You know how to use aggregate measurement, experimentation, and strong judgment rather than user-level targeting and tracking.
Example projects include:
- Leading the development of and alignment around a break-even model that defines a profitable CPA
- Planning integrated campaigns and securing buy-in to drive profitable paid subscriber growth
- Designing and executing rapid testing cycles to identify and scale successful tactics
ABOUT YOU
- 10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role driving profitable app subscription growth (ideally 1M+ subscribers).
- Deep strategic expertise with a strong hands-on understanding of marketing channels (e.g., app store ads, paid social, mobile app networks), integrated campaign planning and execution, performance measurement, audience alignment, and creative best practices.
- Proven track record of launching paid app subscription acquisition programs from the ground up, including setting cost-per-subscription targets, developing media plans, establishing measurement frameworks, and shaping creative and messaging.
- Experience working at a consumer-facing tech company with a meaningful US user base (ideally 10M+ MAUs) and multiple products.
- Skill in developing others, not just directing them, with demonstrated improvements in collaboration, expertise, productivity, and business impact.
- Ability to apply first-principles thinking to break down ambiguous growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, identify the key drivers, and turn them into focused, achievable initiatives.
- Comfort working in resource-constrained orgs where opportunity cost and impact are key drivers for prioritization and resource allocation.
- High capability in analytics and measurement, including app economics (payback, LTV), incrementality/lift testing, modeling, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills — you can clearly articulate recommendations and rationale, verbally and in writing, at all organizational levels.
- Willingness to use AI and build effective workflows, accelerating work through AI agents.

Compensation is transparent across the organization, and all team members within the same professional level and global region receive the same compensation, plus stock options:

- United Kingdom: £183,850 GBP

About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
The role
We are looking for a Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager to help run the daily operations that keep money moving safely through Finom Payments. Every payment our customers send or receive must be funded, settled, reconciled and safeguarded across SEPA, instant payments, cards and international transfers.
This is a hands-on senior role at a moment of change. Volumes are growing fast and instant payments run around the clock. We are connecting more directly to payment infrastructure, and new products such as lending and payment acceptance bring new money flows.
The path to a banking license raises the bar on control and reconciliation. You will take a major part in running the operation day to day, alongside a small team, and step in when money doesn't move as it should. You will also play a key role in designing actual money flows for new products, with our product and engineering teams, before they launch.
What you'll do
You perform settlement and reconciliation day to day, making sure every euro is where it should be.
Treasury operations. Daily funding of our payment channels and the buffers behind them, around the clock. Help bring new schemes and settlement models live safely.
Reconciliation across banks, card schemes, payment processors and custodians. Take it from daily balance checks to automated, transaction-level control.
Safeguarding and reporting. Keep client money fully protected every day, and make sure the related regulatory and scheme reporting is accurate and on time.
Funds-flow engineering. Help design how money moves for new products, markets and partners, and get it right before launch. That covers accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment, reconciliation and what happens when something fails.
Escalation. Be the escalation point when money doesn't move as it should. Build the cross-team processes so incidents get resolved fast and don't repeat.
Process and automation. Document how the operation works, remove single points of failure, and automate manual work with our engineering teams.
Capital, policies, models, investment decisions and trade execution sit with the Head of Treasury. You run the operations and say when the numbers stop matching reality. The split keeps policy, execution and reconciliation independent, as a banking licence requires.
Who you are
Three things are essential: you know payment systems in depth, you stay effective in an escalation, and you can engineer funds flows.
Experience in treasury operations, payment operations or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution or bank.
Builder's mindset. You have turned manual, person-dependent work into documented, automated processes, working closely with engineers.
Escalation. You have handled money-impacting payment incidents from first alert to resolution, working with banks, schemes and internal teams.
Payment systems. Hands-on knowledge of rails such as SEPA, SWIFT and card schemes.
Funds-flow engineering. You have taken an active part in designing or rebuilding money flows for new products or payment rails, including the accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment and reconciliation behind them.
Control and clarity. Segregation of duties and audit readiness come naturally to you, and you can explain a complex money flow simply. Fluent English.

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Growth at Kraken is being rebuilt around an AI-native platform. Instead of people manually building audiences, writing copy, adjusting budgets, and scheduling sends, agents find opportunities, make decisions, and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. They learn from every result and keep going.
People still run the system. Operators use a central hub to set the rules the agents follow, review and approve what they produce, and handle exceptions when something doesn’t fit. The platform also has to work across many markets and languages, and it operates in a regulated industry, so there are compliance checks and approval steps built in.
The team is a small, cross-functional group of growth, product, and engineering people who build this platform and run it day to day. We ship often, learn fast, and raise the quality bar with every release. You will work most closely with the engineers building the platform, the product team defining how operators use it, and the operators who rely on it every day. QA and operations is how the whole team knows the platform can be trusted.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will own day-to-day operations and QA for our internal growth platform. You test it, catch problems before our customers do, keep approvals and exception queues moving, and report on how it’s performing. You will work closely with product, engineering and operators to make sure the platform works and keeps working.
- This is a hands-on, detail-focused role. You will spend your days in the product, testing what’s new, checking what should already work, and writing up what you find so it gets fixed.
- Test the platform regularly. Cover new releases, rule changes, and edge cases, and run regression checks to make sure existing features still work.
- Find bugs and document them clearly, with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact. Follow them through until engineering fixes them and you’ve verified the fix.
- Monitor platform performance and agent activity, flag anything that looks wrong, and escalate it to the right person.
- Work the approval queues daily. Keep items moving and make sure nothing is left unreviewed.
- Check agent output against defined checklists and standards, and escalate anything unclear or risky.Note where flows are confusing or inconsistent, and flag them to the team.
- Write and maintain documentation: test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system
- Exceptional attention to detail. You notice what others miss and double-check your work.
- A structured approach to testing. You can create and follow a test plan, and think about what could break.
- Clear written communication. Your bug reports and documentation should be easy for anyone to follow.
- Comfort with data. You can read a dashboard and tell when a number looks off.
- Fast learner. You pick up new tools and systems quickly and ask thoughtful questions.
- AI-native habits. You use AI tools in your own work every day, and you’re curious about where they get things wrong.
- Prompt engineering curiosity, you don't need to be an engineer, but you are willing to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve their outputs
- Reliability. You keep to a routine, keep your queues clear, and tell people early when something is stuck.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience testing software products or AI and LLM-based tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows
- Interest in fintech or crypto
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

WHO WE ARE
Hi, we're DuckDuckGo, the online protection company and remote-first team of 400+ on a mission to raise the standard of trust online. We also offer private, useful, and optional AI, including Duck.ai https://duck.ai/, which lets you chat privately with ChatGPT, Claude, and other AIs, all in one place.
As a Senior Product Partnerships Manager on the Partnerships team, you’ll lead DuckDuckGo’s most complex Product partnerships and drive strategy — sourcing, negotiating, and scaling high-impact deals with partners that can materially enhance our entire portfolio of products (search, Duck.ai, Privacy Pro subscriptions, etc) and work on related projects. Many of these partnerships will be the first-of-their-kind where you will have to create playbooks from 0-to-1 — you'll be structuring deals where the product, economics, and strategic value need to be figured out together, and you’ll be working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Finance to make them real.
You'll manage a portfolio of competing and complementary partner relationships, forging partnerships with leading organizations while, in the case of AI, navigating the strategic tradeoffs of a market where pricing, capabilities, and competitive dynamics shift quarterly. Your work will directly shape how our products evolve, including Duck.ai and Assist, and reach millions of users.
What Projects Might Look Like
1. Figuring out further partnerships that could enhance our Duck.ai and Search Assist offerings
2. Identifying opportunities for Partnerships to drive product enhancement and user engagement/retention.
3. Creating new distribution channels to help grow our AI related services
ABOUT YOU
- 8+ years of Strategic Partnerships experience.
- Significant experience leading complex product partnerships end-to-end — from identifying the opportunity through deal close and beyond. These should be partnerships where you've created something new together and navigated real product and technical complexity, not sales deals or API licensing.
- Self-sufficiency on the commercial details — you don’t wait for someone else to draft terms, build financial models, or pressure-test deal structures — you can handle these details on your own while partnering with Legal and Finance.
- Experience with consumer internet or user-facing software business with an understanding of the AI/LLM ecosystem and how AI capabilities are being integrated into consumer products.
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex strategic partner relationships and an understanding of the tradeoffs that come with balancing competing and complementary providers.
- 2+ years of cross-functional leadership on partnership projects and teams, including legal and engineering.
- You build trust quickly with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders you've never worked with before. You're collaborative by default and decisive when it counts.
- Located in US or Canada.
