This is first Company's hire outside Israel and the US. You will build the German market from zero. You will own the go-to-market plan for Germany, not just execute a plan handed to you.
SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid, hands-on role spanning sales, customer success, marketing, and procurement strategy. The Company is looking for an entrepreneurial, self-driven builder who will:

land the first customers
lay the foundation for the product's growth in the region
You will bring commercial curiosity, strong execution skills, and practical experience with advanced AI tools, intelligent agents, and AI-assisted development.
What You Will Do:
Shape and execute the go-to-market plan for Germany by identifying priority segments, target accounts, relevant use cases, and effective routes to market.
Build qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and partner introductions.
Engage healthcare executives and operational, clinical, IT, and procurement stakeholders. Lead discovery to understand customer needs, hospital procurement cycles, and buying processes.
Develop a procurement strategy for each opportunity, structuring pilots and deals to move efficiently through hospital purchasing processes.
Build relationships with resellers, partners, and distributors, support their enablement, and turn joint account plans into qualified opportunities.
Develop pitches, demonstrations, and business cases with the Solutions and Product teams. Advance opportunities toward commercial agreements with the Director of Sales EMEA.
Drive local marketing: events, content, LinkedIn presence, and messaging tailored to the German healthcare market.
Support early customer success: make sure pilots are delivered well, turn them into full contracts, and coordinate handoffs with Solutions and Customer Success.
Use AI tools and intelligent agents (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) for market research, account preparation, outreach personalization, and workflow automation.
Use vibe coding tools (e.g. Lovable, Base44) to build simple demo prototypes and internal sales tools.
Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and forecasts, track pipeline and commercial targets, and share market feedback with the team.
Travel regularly, approximately 30–40% (up to 50%+ for candidates based outside Germany), for customer meetings
Requirements:
1–3 years of B2B sales
or business development experience, with evidence of generating qualified opportunities and advancing them toward commercial outcomes.
Experience in healthcare, health-tech, medtech, medical devices, or clinical operations is strongly preferred but not a hard requirement. You should be able to understand operational challenges.
Familiarity with hospital procurement cycles and reseller/distributor networks.
A practical understanding of go-to-market strategy, customer segmentation, positioning, and market entry.
Hands-on proficiency with advanced AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Base44 or similar), including building or configuring intelligent agents and using vibe coding to create prototypes or automate tasks. Be ready to share concrete examples.
Salesforce proficiency (primary CRM). Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales intelligence tools is a plus.
Fluent German and strong business English.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and work independently in a growing startup.
A hungry, creative, initiative-taking startup mindset, comfortable building from scratch with limited structure.
Location: based in Germany is strongly preferred. We will consider candidates in neighboring countries (e.g. France, Switzerland) who bring strong German market connections and are willing to travel 50%+.
Advantages:
Sales or market development experience in Germany/DACH or wider Europe.
Experience working with partners, resellers, or distributors to generate and progress business opportunities.
Familiarity with German healthcare buying processes and tender regulations.
Experience working with Israeli startups or international teams, and an existing network in European healthcare.

About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.

Build a sustainable pipeline of high-value opportunities and take ownership of individual sales targets
Focus on profitable business growth and understand the commercial performance of deals, including Gross Profit (GP)
Develop long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for recurring business and renewals
Maintain ownership of your pipeline and sales activities with a high degree of independence
Collaborate with internal technical and commercial teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements
Requirements
Proven senior-level experience in B2B technology sales and new business development
Strong hunter sales background with demonstrated success proactively generating and closing new business
An active and established client network across European markets - this is a key requirement for the role
Existing relationships with decision-makers within digital-native companies, particularly in gaming, gambling, fintech, IT, or adjacent industries

Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles of 2+ months
Proven ability to independently source opportunities, build a pipeline, negotiate, and close high-value deals
Experience working with large commercial opportunities and senior-level decision-makers
Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of Gross Profit rather than revenue alone
Ability to build long-term client relationships and develop recurring business
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
Fluent English and proven experience working with European clients in English
Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage your own pipeline and priorities without close supervision
Comfortable working independently in a remote international environment
Willingness to work under a B2B contract
Will be an advantage:
Direct sales experience with Google Cloud and/or Cloudflare solutions
Existing client network specifically within the gaming or gambling industry
Experience selling to fintech and other high-growth digital-native companies
Experience with recurring revenue models, subscriptions, managed services, or other long-term technology contracts
