We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.

- We are explicitly nonpartisan and committed to empowering public servants to leverage AI to advance their important missions.
- In our journey, we are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and Family. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.

The
Data Center Capacity & Inventory Engineer
owns a single, accurate, and always-current view of the organization's entire data center estate worldwide. The role exists because the biggest infrastructure decisions — where to place workloads, when to expand or consolidate, and how to plan a move — are only as reliable as the underlying data on power, cooling, racks, and space.
That information is typically fragmented across sites, spreadsheets, and providers. This role consolidates it into one authoritative source of truth, keeps it current, and turns it into capacity forecasts, utilization reporting, and move/migration analysis the business depends on. It is accountable for the inventory and operational data of every facility the organization uses — owned, colocation, and edge.
Scope & Context
Global portfolio:
every data center facility across all regions — company-owned and on-premises sites, colocation and wholesale space, and edge or remote equipment rooms.
Physical assets:
racks and cabinets; power (utility feeds, UPS, generators, PDUs, circuits); cooling (CRAC/CRAH, containment, chilled water); floor, cage, and suite space; structured cabling; and environmental monitoring.
Data domains:
inventory, capacity and utilization, contracts and commitments (colo agreements, power and space reservations), and a history of physical changes.
Organizational placement:
reports into infrastructure/IT leadership and partners with networking, cloud, security, procurement, and finance.
Key stakeholders:
site and facilities teams, colocation providers, infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, finance (cost allocation), and the business units requesting space or moves.
Key Responsibilities
Define and enforce how every site records and reports its power, cooling, rack, and space configuration, so data is comparable across the portfolio.
Participate in the the space, power, and cooling analysis behind data center moves, migrations, and consolidations: what fits where, target-site readiness, and the sequencing of each move.
Supply the accurate capacity and utilization data that drives resourcing and planning decisions
Manage capacity risk proactively: identify sites approaching power, cooling, or space limits before they constrain the business.
Uphold resilience, safety, and compliance standards across facilities, including redundancy targets (for example N+1) and disaster-recovery posture.
Inventory, Data & Capacity Management (Core Mandate)
This is the primary purpose of the role: a single, trusted, global source of truth for every data center, kept accurate and current.
Maintain the global inventory and data for all facilities
A complete register of every data center and equipment room, with location, provider, and contracted commitments.
Space:
floor area, cage and suite allocation, rack and cabinet counts, rack-unit (RU) inventory and occupancy, and remaining white space.
Power:
utility feeds and redundancy, UPS and generator capacity, PDU and circuit inventory, provisioned vs. actual draw (kW) per rack, row, and room, and PUE where measured.
Cooling:
cooling capacity and type, containment, redundancy (N, N+1), temperature and humidity envelopes, and thermal headroom.
Racks & assets:
rack elevations, cabinet layouts, and the physical assets each contains, mapped to their power and connectivity.
Turn that data into decisions
Track utilization and remaining headroom for space, power, and cooling at rack, row, room, and site level.
Forecast capacity, flag sites approaching their limits, and recommend expansion, consolidation, or reallocation.
Provide the analysis behind every move and migration — what a target site can support and how a move should be staged.
Produce regular reporting and dashboards for leadership, finance, and planning.
Own the tooling and data quality
Define data standards, naming conventions, and an audit cadence that keep the inventory accurate.
Run periodic physical audits and reconciliations against the recorded data.
Requirements
Proven experience managing data center infrastructure at multi-site or global scale, ideally across a mix of owned and colocation facilities.
Deep, practical understanding of data center power, cooling, and physical space — circuits, PDUs, UPS and generators, redundancy concepts (N, N+1, 2N), cooling systems, and containment.
A demonstrated track record of keeping accurate inventory and capacity data current across many sites.
Experience planning and executing data center moves, migrations, consolidations, or build-outs.
Colocation and vendor management experience — contracts, SLAs, capacity commitments, and cost control.
Strong data and reporting skills: able to turn raw facility data into clear capacity forecasts and dashboards, with advanced spreadsheet skills and comfort using BI or reporting tools.
Experience coordinating work across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
Data center certifications such as Uptime Institute (ATD/ATS), BICSI DCDC, or EPI CDCP/CDCS/CDCE.
Familiarity with specific DCIM platforms (for example Nlyte, Sunbird, Device42, or Hyperview).
Knowledge of relevant standards — Uptime Institute Tier topology, ANSI/TIA-942, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
Exposure to hybrid environments (on-premises, colocation, edge, and public cloud) and how physical capacity relates to workload placement.
Awareness of data center sustainability and energy-efficiency practice, including PUE and power reporting.
Benefits
Full Remote
Comfortable working on EST time zone

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Regional Research Economist at Anthropic, you will collaborate with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region to measure and understand AI’s effects on the economy and explore research-driven policy interventions. You will contribute to the development of the Anthropic Economic Index and its extension to generate regionally relevant insights, establish new methodologies to measure the usage, diffusion, and impact of AI throughout the economy, and work to broaden access to and usage of the insights generated by the Index. You will use frontier methods in econometrics, machine learning, and structural estimation. Such rigor will drive impact, shaping both policy discussions externally and informing Anthropic’s internal business and product decisions.
Our team combines rigorous empirical methods with novel measurement approaches. We’re building first-of-its-kind datasets tracking AI’s impact on labor markets, productivity, and economic transformation. Using our privacy-preserving measurement system (

Make fundamental contributions to the development and expansion of the
Anthropic Economic Index
, including country- and regional-specific analysis
Design and collaborate on empirical research on AI’s economic effects with governments, academia, industry, and civil society in your region
Develop new methodological approaches, in collaboration with partners in your region, for studying AI’s impact on labor markets and the future of work; productivity and task transformation; economic inequality and displacement; industry-specific disruption and adaptation; and aggregate economic trajectories (GDP, productivity, unemployment) under varying AI-adoption scenarios
Work cross-functionally with other technical teams to improve our measurement infrastructure and data collection
Amplify external engagement through research publications, policy briefs, and presentations to diverse stakeholders
Minimum qualifications
PhD in Economics
Strong track record of empirical research, particularly studies combining novel data sources and economic theory or implementing frontier methods in causal inference and machine learning

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior CMF Designer to own colour, materials, and finish across our robot programmes.
As the Industrial robot moves from Beta into Gamma production, CMF definition becomes a dedicated, full-time responsibility.
Your primary focus will be the Industrial wheeled robot, covering tooling-ready specification, supplier management, and production sample governance. You will also contribute early CMF thinking to our other robot platforms as they develop at the early stages.
You will be the first dedicated CMF hire at Humanoid, working within a multi-discipline Design Team across multiple robot platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Own CMF direction across all robot programmes, from early concept through to production-ready specification.
- Develop CMF strategy as an integrated part of the team's overall design direction; working with design leads to ensure material and finish decisions reflect and reinforce the product's broader design intent.
- Develop and maintain material libraries, finish standards, and sample archives relevant to robotics manufacturing contexts.
- Define and document CMF specifications with the precision required for engineering handoff, colour, texture, durability, finish codes specifications etc…
- Work closely with Industrial Designers, Fashion Designers and UX Designers to ensure material decisions reinforce, not contradict, the product's form language and functional context.
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners and suppliers to validate material feasibility within programme timelines and cost envelopes.
- Lead CMF reviews, presenting direction clearly to design leads and senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to garment/soft goods material decisions where CMF and wearable design intersect.
- Build the CMF process from the ground up ; standards, workflows, review cadences & governance.
We’re Looking For
- A designer who treats material choice as a communication decision.
- 7+ years of CMF experience, ideally with complex manufactured products: robotics, automotive, consumer electronics, medical devices, or industrial equipment.
- Deep knowledge of materials, surface finishes, coatings, and manufacturing processes relevant to high-spec electromechanical products.
- Experience producing CMF specifications for engineering teams, not just mood boards for stakeholders.
- The confidence to defend a material direction and the rigour to back it up with process, technical trade offs and physical evidence.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity as you'll be defining the function as much as executing within it.
- Familiarity with soft goods or wearable materials is a plus, not a prerequisite.
- Based in London, 5 days a week.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Ecosystem Operations Manager at GitLab, you'll own the technology, processes, and operational infrastructure behind our channel, distribution, original equipment manufacturer (OEM), global systems integrator (GSI), and managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. You'll shape how our partners go to market, serving as the primary process owner for deal registration, partner programs, partner quote-to-cash, and partner attribution. You'll combine operational strategy with hands-on execution, using artificial intelligence (AI) to automate workflows and help ecosystem operations scale.
What you'll do
Design and govern end-to-end partner processes, including deal and referral registration, service attach, two-tier distribution, rules of engagement, and quote-to-cash. Partner with Deal Desk and Billing on resale, distribution, OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction workflows, and resolve complex registration, quoting, and billing escalations.
Own operational execution of partner tiering, onboarding, certification compliance, not-for-resale (NFR) licenses, rebates, and incentives, including eligibility tracking, approval routing, and payments.
Own and administer the partner technology ecosystem, including Impartner partner relationship management (PRM), Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) partner objects, deal registration, and partner portals. Maintain system health and data integrity, and co-manage vendor roadmaps, renewals, and service-level accountability.
Partner with Revenue Technologies and Systems to maintain integrations across partner platforms, Salesforce, enterprise resource planning (ERP), quoting, billing, and financial systems, including partner attribution and compensation data flows. Lead prioritization and user acceptance testing (UAT) for implementations, migrations, and platform enhancements with IT and Enterprise Applications.
Own the ecosystem data model and work toward one standard partner attribution record across the customer lifecycle. Serve as a resource for Ecosystem Sales, partners, and internal teams on attribution, territory, and compensation-impacting data, and maintain reporting and dashboards as a single source of truth for partner pipeline, registration activity, and program performance.
Lead ecosystem month-end close with Deal Desk, Compensation, Accounts Receivable, and Finance, covering opportunity corrections, partner splits, territory review, and reconciliation.
Identify, build, and deploy AI agents to automate workflows such as deal registration routing, NFR provisioning, partner data quality checks, and reporting. Evaluate processes for opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and shorten cycle times.
Maintain the authoritative ecosystem process map, runbooks, and training materials. Support tool configuration, testing, and end-user training. Own channel price files and partner quoting for product launches and stock keeping unit (SKU) changes. Coordinate improvements with operational peers, IT, Finance, Product, and Legal through GitLab Work Items.
What you'll bring
Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service channel or partner operations, with direct ownership of ecosystem workflows and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Hands-on experience with Impartner or an equivalent PRM platform, including deal registration and partner portal administration.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including partner objects, opportunity management, Flow, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Deep familiarity with resale, two-tier distribution, deal registration, rules of engagement, partner discounting, and partner quote-to-cash, plus an understanding of OEM, GSI, and MSP transaction structures and operational requirements.
Direct experience operating partner programs, including tiering, certification compliance, rebates, and incentives, with responsibility for execution and compliance.
Experience designing and documenting complex operational processes for distributed teams, translating business needs into detailed system requirements and configuration, and leading user acceptance testing through release.
Hands-on experience using AI tools and building agents to automate operational workflows, from evaluating opportunities to delivering working solutions.
Experience resolving ambiguous operational escalations across systems, teams, and partner relationships, and aligning Deal Desk, IT, Finance, Compensation, Legal, and Sales around operational changes.
About the team
Our Ecosystem Operations team works closely with Systems, Revenue Technologies, Deal Desk, Ecosystem Programs, Enablement, Finance, Compensation, and Legal. We enable consistent execution across Ecosystem Operations Specialists and cross-functional partners. You'll also partner with the Senior Hyperscaler Operations Manager, who owns Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud operations, on shared systems, the ecosystem data model, and month-end close.

About You
You’re a hands-on performance marketer who knows how to reach the right buyers on LinkedIn and beyond. You’re equally comfortable planning a full-funnel, account-based program and strategizing the creative that brings it to life. You bring rigor to QA, curiosity to testing, and a sharp eye for when creative needs a refresh.
About Us
Constructor is the next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, built to explicitly optimize for metrics like revenue, conversion rate, and profit. Our search engine is entirely invented in-house utilizing transformers and generative LLMs, and we use its core and personalization capabilities to power everything from search itself to recommendations to shopping agents. Engineering is by far our largest department, and we’ve built our proprietary engine to be the best on the market, having never lost an A/B test to a competitive technology. We’re passionate about maintaining this and work on the bleeding edge of AI to do so.
Out of necessity, our engine is built for extreme scale and powers over 1 billion queries every day across 150 languages and roughly 100 countries. It is used by some of the biggest ecommerce companies in the world like Sephora, Under Armour, and Petco.
We’re a passionate team who love solving problems and want to make our customers’ and coworkers’ lives better. We value empathy, openness, curiosity, continuous improvement, and are excited by metrics that matter. We believe that empowering everyone in a company to do what they do best can lead to great things.
Constructor is a U.S. based company that has been in the market since 2019. It was founded by Eli Finkelshteyn and Dan McCormick who still lead the company today.
About the Position
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our LinkedIn programs and run paid media across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
Our buyers are ecommerce and retail leaders, and paid media is how many of them first hear from us. In this role, you’ll turn Sales, Demand Gen, and ABM goals into campaigns that reach the right people at the right stage and build pipeline. You’ll own the channel end-to-end: planning, creative briefing, building, QAing, targeting, pacing, testing, reporting, and optimizing.
This is a hands-on, in-platform role. You’ll work alongside our Paid Search Specialist and partner closely with our Sales, Customer Marketing, Demand Gen, Creative, Product Marketing, and EMEA teams.
What makes this role different:
- You’ll own LinkedIn as a channel, not a slice of it. Planning, building, testing, and reporting all sit with you.
- You’ll plan across the full funnel and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs, covering both broad reach and named accounts.
- You’ll own the creative pipeline for your channels, from requests and approvals through trafficking and rotation.
- You’ll lead weekly cross-channel optimization syncs, which gives you a voice in how the whole paid program performs.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, content syndication, CTV, and podcasts/audio.
- Build tactical strategies across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU, and across 1:many, 1:few, and 1:1 programs.
- Translate Sales and Demand Gen goals into plans by stage, persona, and segment.
- Shape copy and creative strategy with Creative, Customer Marketing, and Product Marketing, so each audience gets the right message.
Execution and Quality Assurance
- Build paid social campaigns end-to-end, including creative strategy, bidding, ad copy, and audiences.
- Run rigorous QA across copy, assets, campaign structure, audiences, and UTMs before anything goes live.
- Partner with our EMEA team to localize global campaigns for their markets.
- Track tasks, requests, and SLAs in Asana so work stays visible and on schedule.
Audience Targeting and Management
- Own audience list hygiene and targeting across platforms.
- Build audiences from first- and third-party data.
- Manage pixels and primary vs. secondary conversion architecture, so campaigns optimize toward the actions that matter most.
Budget Pacing and Management
- Manage budgets against lead volume, lead quality, conversion, pipeline, and ROI.
- Own pacing and anomaly detection, and keep documented budget pacing up to date.
Testing & Optimization
- Run structured tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, copy, and bidding.
- Run ongoing search query analysis and keyword optimization.
- Lead weekly cross‑channel optimization syncs.
Reporting
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting that pairs results with clear recommendations.
- Lead campaign hindsights that capture what drove results, what we learned, and what to do next.
- Stay current on platform changes, privacy, and B2B trends.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of hands-on paid media experience, ideally within a media agency or performance‑focused environment
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing social campaigns within LinkedIn and Meta, ideally with a focus in lead generation
- Working knowledge of conversion tracking, including pixels, UTMs, and primary vs. secondary conversions
- Experience managing budgets and pacing against goals, preferably optimizing towards leads, pipeline, cost efficiency, and ROI
- Experience running structured tests and turning results into clear recommendations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B or B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with ad placements across YouTube, Display, DOOH, or LLMs
- Experience localizing campaigns for EMEA markets
- Experience building and maintaining audiences from first- and third-party data
- Experience with Hubspot, 6sense, Dreamdata, Asana, and/or Salesforce
Skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially in QA
- Outstanding analytical skills and strong experience in performance optimization
