You will own technical accounting positions on complex, non-routine transactions and help build our SEC-style external reporting, working closely with teams across our global operations. If you love getting technical, take ownership of problems end to end and want to shape reporting at a fast-growing global company, we look forward to your application!
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert on complex transactions, including M&A and business combinations (ASC 805), financing transactions, revenue recognition (ASC 606), impairment, financial instruments and foreign currency matters.

Partner with global accounting teams, FP&A, Legal and HR to evaluate the accounting impact of deals, financings, commercial arrangements and new initiatives.
Work closely with external auditors to align on accounting conclusions, support audit reviews and resolve technical issues.

The role is based in Panama City or Guatemala City. You will represent and advance inDrive's interests with national and local authorities, shape the regulatory environment for technology platforms in the region, and work closely with our regional leadership and external public affairs partners.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strategic relationships with government officials, policymakers, regulators and industry leaders across the 8 markets, with a strong focus on Panama.
Design and lead the regional government relations and public affairs strategy, including objectives, OKRs, roadmaps and action plans for each market.
Proactively shape regulation for ride-hailing and other tech platforms, anticipating regulatory changes and positioning inDrive early rather than only reacting to authorities.
Oversee platform licensing and regulatory compliance across Ride-hailing, Couriers, Intercity, Cargo and other inDrive verticals.
Identify and assess regulatory and political risks and opportunities, and build strategies to address them.
Manage regulatory and political crises with clear action plans to limit business impact.
Build coalitions with businesses, trade associations, NGOs and civil society organizations.
Coordinate and manage external public affairs consultants and agencies in the region.

8+ years of experience in government relations, public affairs or public policy, ideally with regional (multi-country) scope in Central America and/or the Caribbean.
Strong, active network with government and regulatory stakeholders in Panama, plus a solid understanding of how policy and regulation work in the other markets of the region.
Private-sector public affairs experience: a proven track record designing and executing public affairs and advocacy strategies, not only ensuring compliance with authorities.
Experience in technology, digital platforms or consumer industries (e.g. FMCG) is highly desirable.
Experience in a tier-one multinational, in-house or as a consultant.
Excellent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
Degree in Law, Economics, Political Science, International Affairs or a related field.

Autonomous vehicles are coming to the markets in which inDrive serves, but the AV industry has a blind spot: it has almost no data from the cities where we operate. inDrive runs one of the world's largest ride-hailing fleets, concentrated in exactly the emerging markets global AV players have yet to reach. We are building the team that turns that fleet into an AV grade data platform: large scale multi sensor collection from real vehicles on real trips, evaluation of driving models against human drivers, automated and human in the loop causal annotation, and camera first 3D scene reconstruction for simulation.
We are hiring the founding leader of this workstream. This is a rare true zero to one: you will hire the team, stand up the vehicles and the data platform, set the technical bar, and own delivery end to end.
Key Responsibilities
Own the AV data workstream end to end.
Roadmap, execution, quality, and outcomes, from vehicle data capture through processing, annotation, and delivery of AV-grade datasets
Build the team from zero.
Hire and lead a multi disciplinary team covering large scale data engineering, search and serving, ML engineering across divergence detection, edge inference, and VLM based auto labeling, 3D reconstruction research, and data annotation operations. Own the hiring bar and the team's growth
Management
: Manage ML engineers' charter across the cluster
Set technical direction across disciplines.
Provide design authority for the full pipeline, including onboard capture, cloud ingestion and processing at fleet scale, semantic and causal labeling, and neural scene reconstruction, and make the key technical decisions on evidence
Partner with leaders across the organization.
Work closely with the leaders of data platform, ML ops, geo and mapping, and inDrive's wider autonomous vehicle initiatives to align roadmaps, share infrastructure, and unblock delivery
Own external partnerships.
Drive the technical relationships this work depends on, including the NVIDIA AV ecosystem and prospective AV partners consuming our data
Balance research and delivery.
Several of the core questions here are open research. You frame milestones as decision gates, redirect work based on evidence, and keep the team shipping measurable results on a schedule
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of engineering experience in applied ML, autonomous systems, or large-scale data and ML platforms, including 3+ years in the autonomous vehicle industry or closely adjacent autonomy domains (AV data, simulation, or evaluation platforms, ADAS, robotics perception, HD mapping), and 4+ years managing engineering teams, with a track record of building teams from scratch and delivering from zero to one
Strong command of the modern AV and foundation model landscape: vision-language models, multi-modal perception, 3D reconstruction and neural rendering, and the NVIDIA AV ecosystem. Deep enough to set direction, review designs, and make evidence-based technical calls
Genuine engineering leadership range: you have successfully led data engineering, platform, or infrastructure delivery, not only ML research, and can evaluate and unblock work across those disciplines
Proven ability to take large-scale ML systems from conception to production: data pipelines, training and evaluation infrastructure, and models running under real-world constraints
Strong external presence: experience owning technical partnerships, vendor and licensing relationships, or customer-facing technical engagements at a senior level
Deep fluency in the modern ML stack (PyTorch or equivalent, large-scale training and inference, Python and Linux) and in cloud data platforms at multi-terabyte scale
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Nice to have:
AV industry experience specifically in offline evaluation, data mining, annotation platforms, or simulation, as distinct from on-vehicle stack development
Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in ML, robotics, or computer vision
Experience operating in emerging markets, and comfort building where the playbook does not exist yet
Why join us
Help us challenge injustice by creating fair choices for millions of people across 47 countries
Develop your professional skills with access to mentoring, career consulting, and learning programs.
Collaborate with teams around the world and gain international experience through our Global Talent Exchange Program
Engage in company-wide challenges, awards, sports activities, employee-led social impact and volunteering projects

The role also includes developing strategic partnerships and channels, shaping pricing and commercial terms, and bringing customer demand and market insights back to product and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Own the pipeline and the number
Build and run outbound to AI labs, applied AI companies, and data vendors who need collection capacity they don't have in-house.
Qualify hard and early: match buyer requirements against what our network can realistically deliver, and walk away from deals that don't fit.
Run complex, technical deals
Sell to technical buyers - data leads, research managers, ML and data ops teams - in long, spec-heavy, consultative cycles.
Collect buyer requirements (languages, demographics, modality, annotation depth, licensing scope), push back when a spec isn't deliverable.
Manage pilots and convert them into recurring volume.
Shape pricing and commercial framework
Own our price book across modalities (per audio hour, per image, per video hour, per annotated unit) and defend margin against buyer pressure and vendor benchmarks.
Alongside with the business unit leader work with legal, privacy and tax on DPAs, consent frameworks, contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
Build the channel
Develop partnerships with data vendors and platforms who can route demand to us where we have coverage they lack.
Represent DataTasks at the venues where this market actually buys - research conferences, data and AI events, and buyer-side procurement teams.
Feed the roadmap
Bring structured demand signal back into product and operations
Qualifications
Must have
Experience in B2B sales, business or commercial roles, with a track record of closing complex deals you personally sourced and ran.
Direct experience in AI/ML data, data annotation and labelling services, data licensing, or a closely adjacent technical services market.
Comfort selling to technical and research buyers.
Genuine zero-to-one appetite. There is no inbound, no established brand in this market, and no playbook to inherit.
Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level suitable for negotiating with US and EU counterparties.
Nice to have
An existing network among AI labs, data vendors, or enterprise AI teams.
Experience operating in or selling data from emerging markets.
Working knowledge of data protection regimes (GDPR, LGPD, and equivalents in our operating markets).
Additional languages, particularly Spanish, Portuguese or Russian.
