We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.

- 🎓 Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term.
- 🔐 Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture.
- ✍️ Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform.
- 🔌 MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 🏷️ Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO TURN N8N’S INTERNAL AI AND AUTOMATION CAPABILITIES INTO SOMETHING EVERY FUNCTION CAN CONFIDENTLY USE, BUILD WITH, AND LEARN FROM.
To make that happen, you’ll create the programs, experiences, and foundations that help teams across n8n build their AI and automation fluency:
DRIVE HANDS-ON ENABLEMENT
- Run weekly, role-specific workshops, prioritizing less-technical functions such as Legal and Customer Support.
- Lead hands-on sessions where you build live alongside teams, helping them turn real workflows and challenges into working automations.
- Run Build Along Office Hours and Bounty Hunts that give teams regular opportunities to learn, experiment, and solve problems together.
- Help teams identify useful automation opportunities, understand the process they are changing, and decide when to reuse an existing solution, build themselves, or involve the Automation team.
OWN DOGFOODING & EXPERIMENTATION
- Own our monthly Dogfooding Day end-to-end, from planning and coordination through execution and follow-up.
- Design and run hackathons and other experimentation initiatives that encourage teams to explore new ways of working with AI and automation.
- Turn learnings and outputs from these initiatives into reusable assets that help other teams move faster.
SCALE AI FLUENCY & COMMUNITY
- Own periodic AI fluency survey cycles alongside the People team and help calibrate what fluency means across different functions.
- Build visibility around internal wins and reusable solutions so teams can learn from what others have already created.
- Identify and support champions across functions, informally leading the emerging Guild and helping automation knowledge spread across the company.
ENABLE SAFE, REUSABLE AUTOMATION
- Act as product owner for our internal “safe playground,” partnering with IT, Security, Data, and Solutions Engineering on access, credentials, environments, and requirements.
- Turn outputs from workshops and office hours into reusable templates and resources that teams can easily discover and adopt.
- Actively help teams reuse existing solutions rather than reinventing them, making automation more accessible and scalable across n8n.
- Check whether the things built are still in use four weeks later; provide evidence that teams reuse existing assets and can make routine changes without handing everything back to the Automation team.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🛠️ Practitioner-level n8n fluency: You’ve built real, meaningful automations in n8n and are comfortable building live alongside others.
- 🎓 Technical enablement experience: You’ve run structured, recurring enablement programs such as workshops, office hours, or build-alongs.

- 🌍 CET overlap: You’re based in a time zone that gives you strong overlap with Central European working hours, within a couple of hours of Berlin.
- 💬 English fluency: You have fluent or near-native English and can communicate clearly and confidently with audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior stakeholders.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🌱 Champion programs: You’ve helped build or run an internal ambassador, champion, or community program.
- 📊 Fluency measurement: You have experience running capability, fluency, or adoption surveys and turning the results into actionable programs.
- 🔐 Access & governance: You’re familiar with access or governance models and have worked with stakeholders responsible for secure environments and tooling.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to build a brand-new enablement function from the ground up and shape how AI and automation become part of everyday work across the company. You’ll have a direct line to the Head of AI & Automation, high visibility across functions, and genuine autonomy to design an enablement model rather than inherit one.
As n8n scales, you’ll become a key connector between the people building our internal automation capabilities and the teams putting them to work. You’ll help create a culture where teams don’t just learn about automation — they confidently build, experiment, share what works, and help others do the same.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company that values autonomy, experimentation, and builder culture, with the opportunity to influence how we scale AI fluency across the organization.

From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
As Docker continues its rapid growth, we're seeking an inspiring and experienced Director of Partner Solution Engineering to lead a world-class team. Docker helps organizations solve complex challenges in modern software supply chains, security governance, and AI-driven development. This role offers the opportunity to shape how our strategic partners, including ISVs, CSPs, SIs, and VARs, adopt and deliver transformative technologies that make developers more productive and secure.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Director of Partner Solution Engineering, you will lead a high-performing technical organization responsible for driving partner enablement, joint go-to-market initiatives, and technical excellence across Docker's partner ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Product, and Engineering to develop scalable technical partnership strategies that help partners successfully integrate, sell, and deliver Docker's platform. Your focus will be on enabling your team to drive partner technical readiness, co-innovation, and mutual customer success while building repeatable models for partner engagement at scale.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Partner Solution Engineers, ensuring professional growth and high performance across multiple partner segments (ISVs, CSPs, SIs, VARs).
- Build and scale the Partner SE organization to support Docker's expanding partner ecosystem and geographic coverage.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning focused on partner success and technical excellence.
- Coach, mentor, and empower your team to engage effectively with diverse partner organizations and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
PARTNER ENABLEMENT & TECHNICAL STRATEGY
- Establish repeatable processes and programs for partner technical enablement, including scalable learning paths, certifications, technical deep-dives, and integration workshops.
- Design and deliver both 1:1 strategic enablement for key partners and 1-to-many programs that drive adoption across the broader partner ecosystem.
- Create technical content, integration guides, architectural diagrams, reference architectures, and enablement videos tailored for partners.
- Develop partner-specific technical sales plays, solution validation frameworks, and proof-of-value methodologies that highlight Docker's differentiated value.
JOINT GO-TO-MARKET EXECUTION
- Partner with the Partner Sales organization to drive joint account planning, co-selling opportunities, and "sell-with" and "sell-through" motions.
- Guide partners through solution design, technical validation, and evaluation processes to achieve joint customer success and sales goals.
- Support product positioning and technical validation during joint sales engagements, ensuring clarity on what's GA and ready for delivery.
- Define and track metrics for partner technical readiness, engagement quality, and revenue impact.
PRODUCT & ALLIANCE COLLABORATION
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share Voice of the Partner, influencing roadmap priorities and co-building initiatives.
- Guide beta/EAP program participation with strategic partners, gathering feedback on new features and integration requirements.
- Work closely with the Technical Alliances team on roadmap alignment, technical integrations with CSPs and ISVs, and partner-driven feature requests.
- Champion regional partner technical needs and priorities in internal planning discussions (FedGov, EMEA, APAC).
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Collaborate with Field SEs to ensure alignment with market-specific requirements, share learnings, and avoid duplication of effort.
- Partner with Marketing to support partner events, conferences, webinars, and demand generation programs.
- Work with Sales leadership to define partner success metrics, performance standards, and technical excellence measures.
- Represent Docker at partner events and conferences as a technical expert and evangelist.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Create an environment of continuous improvement focused on partner outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable processes.
- Develop internal enablement programs that enhance partner SE capabilities and share best practices across teams.
- Establish tools, systems, and workflows that enable efficient partner engagement and measurement.
- Build strong feedback loops to iterate on enablement strategies based on data-driven insights and partner performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of experience leading technical partner engineering, partner solutions, or pre-sales teams for distributed systems, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure companies.
- Proven success in guiding teams that support channel partnerships, strategic alliances, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years in management, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing partner-facing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of partner ecosystems including ISVs, CSPs (AWS, Azure, GCP), Systems Integrators, and VARs.

- Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive complex initiatives.
PREFERRED

- Experience with application security principles and securing the software supply chain, including SBOMs, image scanning, and secure delivery pipelines.
- Background in software development, scripting, or infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience enabling developer productivity through coding assistants, AI integrations, or AI agent development.
- Familiarity with partner operations tools including Salesforce and enablement platforms like MindTickle.
- Experience working in both direct and channel sales models, understanding the nuances of partner-led vs. partner-assisted sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Willingness to travel (~30% expected) to support key partner engagements and events.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
30 DAYS
- Successfully onboard, gaining familiarity with Docker's platform, partner ecosystem, and partner go-to-market strategy.
- Establish relationships with your team, Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, Field SE leadership, and key cross-functional partners.
- Begin shadowing partner calls, reviewing existing enablement materials, and understanding current partner technical capabilities.
- Learn tooling (Salesforce, Looker, Docker platform, PRM) and connect with internal stakeholders.
90 DAYS
- Develop and align a 12-month strategic plan with Partner Sales, Technical Alliances, and Product leadership.
- Begin executing key initiatives focused on improving partner technical readiness, enablement program quality, and joint sales effectiveness.
- Lead enablement sessions for selected strategic partners and support joint-account planning activities.
- Produce initial partner-facing technical content and establish your voice as a technical leader in the partner ecosystem.
1 YEAR
- Scale and enable a high-impact Partner Solution Engineering organization that drives measurable partner success and revenue growth through the channel.
- Own the technical strategy for one or more partner segments with documented processes, metrics, and success stories.
- Become a trusted advisor across Partner Sales, Product, Engineering, and Technical Alliances by championing partner insights and technical excellence.
- Demonstrate quantifiable improvements in partner technical closure rates, joint sales velocity, and partner satisfaction scores.

- Teamwork: We work together, and succeed as a team!
Bonus points for:
- Intermediate skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Keen interest in technology and software tools.
- A knack for learning things on your own and quickly adapting to new environments.

You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Docker is seeking a Senior Principal Engineer to serve as the technical visionary and architect for how software gets built, verified, and trusted.
Every day, millions of developers pull images, install dependencies, and ship builds to production. Each of those steps is a place where something can go wrong, or be made to go wrong. Compromised base images, malicious packages, tampered build steps, unsigned artifacts moving through pipelines nobody is watching. The industry calls this the software supply chain, and it has become one of the most consequential unsolved problems in software engineering.
This role sits in Docker and Ecosystems, the group that owns Docker’s most well known products and our emerging content and SDLC business. You will own the technical strategy for secure software delivery across all of it, defining what verifiable, tamper-resistant software delivery looks like at Docker's scale, then driving the architecture that makes it real for every developer and every enterprise customer using our products.
You will set multi-year technical direction, make architectural decisions that shape Docker's product portfolio, and work directly with the SVP of Engineering and executive team on strategy. You will not manage people. You will change what the industry considers table stakes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
TECHNICAL VISION AND STRATEGY
- Lead multi-year technical vision for build security and supply chain across Docker Desktop, Hub, Hardened Images, Verified Publishing, and monetization platforms.
- Define and sequence "trusted by default" architecture for 20M developers.
- Partner with the SVP of Engineering to convert commercial strategy into multi-year technical roadmaps.
- Establish company-wide architectural principles and security standards.
- Identify high-leverage platform investments that enhance security across all Docker products.
- Proactively position architecture ahead of evolving supply chain threats and regulatory demands.
BUILD SECURITY ARCHITECTURE
Architect systems to detect and prevent build-process threats like compromised dependencies, malicious steps, tampered artifacts, and untrusted images.
- Design provenance and attestation infrastructure ensuring Docker artifacts carry verifiable build history.
- Define artifact signing, verification, and policy enforcement across local workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
- Architect SBOM generation, dependency analysis, and vulnerability intelligence for complete software visibility.
- Align with and help shape emerging supply chain security standards.
- Ensure security controls remain fast and unobtrusive so developers keep them enabled.
SDLC AND DEVELOPER WORKFLOW INTEGRATION
- Architect how Docker's security capabilities integrate across the full software development lifecycle, from local development through CI/CD to production deployment
- Design the interfaces and contracts that let Docker's tooling embed into the pipelines, registries, and platforms customers already run, rather than asking them to rebuild around us
- Define the developer experience for security tooling, where the secure path is the fast path and the default path
- Architect policy and enforcement models that satisfy enterprise security and compliance requirements without fragmenting the developer workflow
- Drive convergence of security capabilities across Docker products, replacing product-specific implementations with shared platform primitives
TECHNICAL EXCELLENCE AND INFLUENCE
- Work with leaders across engineering to drive strategy and execution
- Mentor and develop Staff and Principal engineers, raising the technical bar across the organization
- Represent Docker's security architecture externally through blog posts, conference talks, standards bodies, and technical community engagement
- Participate in executive-level discussions, providing architectural perspective on business decisions
- Take part in on-call rotation for your team, respond to incidents, debug production issues, and drive continuous improvement of system reliability
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
DOMAIN EXPERTISE
- 12+ years of software engineering experience specializing in build security, software supply chain security, or SDLC tooling
- Deep understanding of build process threat models across dependencies, environments, artifacts, and pipelines, along with effective mitigations
- Architectural experience in artifact signing, attestations, SBOMs, dependency security, CI/CD security, base image trust, or vulnerability intelligence
- Practical knowledge of supply chain security frameworks and standards
- Expertise in API design, service architecture, and scalable system integration
- Proven record delivering large-scale distributed systems for millions of users and enterprise customers
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern infrastructure
- Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
STRATEGIC AND BUSINESS IMPACT
- Proven track record creating strategic technical plans that enable revenue, expansion, or enterprise deals
- Experience converting business strategy into technical architectures and roadmaps
- Understanding of SaaS business models, enterprise sales, and how security impacts commercial outcomes
- Experience leading build-vs-buy decisions for core platform components
LEADERSHIP AND INFLUENCE
- Ability to lead large, cross-company technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams
- Experience partnering with VPs and executives to define and execute technical strategy
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and build consensus without direct authority
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and driving organization-wide alignment
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and developing technical leaders
ENTERPRISE CONTEXT
- Experience building products that serve enterprise customers with complex security and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of enterprise security requirements and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, and their architectural implications
- Understanding of how enterprise security teams evaluate, procure, and operate tooling
PREFERRED
- Scale experience at a security, developer tools, or infrastructure software company
- Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) or developer platforms
- Experience with complex enterprise billing, contracts, usage pricing, and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to migrate legacy systems without disrupting business operations
- Contributions to open-source security tools or supply chain security standards
- Recognized technical leader via speaking, publishing, or open-source work
- Advanced degree in CS, Engineering, or a related field
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Security Posture
- Artifacts produced through Docker carry verifiable provenance by default, not by opt-in configuration
- Build-time threat classes are addressed architecturally rather than through detection after the fact
- Developers keep security controls enabled because the controls are fast and unobtrusive
Business Enablement
- Security and governance capabilities directly unblock enterprise revenue
- New product SKUs launch in weeks instead of months through the billing platform
- Usage-based billing supports monetization of new security and AI product lines
Platform Leverage
- Product teams ship enterprise-ready, secure-by-default features in under two weeks rather than months
- Shared security primitives replace fragmented per-product implementations
- Platform systems achieve 99.9%+ uptime for business-critical workflows
Organizational Impact
- Recognized across Docker as the definitive technical authority on build and supply chain security
- Multiple Staff and Principal engineers developed who can own major domains
- Docker's voice carries weight in the external supply chain security conversation
Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time

- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.
We are looking for a Prototype Researcher to join Runway Labs — our research and exploration team pushing the frontier of AI video and General World Models. You’ll imagine, design, and build experimental experiences that make emerging AI capabilities tangible and communicate a compelling vision for where the technology is heading.
This role combines creative thinking, hands-on prototyping, and storytelling. You should be able to develop an original idea, build a working prototype, and shape it into a clear, memorable demonstration. Your work will help people understand new AI systems through experiences they can see, use, and engage with.
Working closely with researchers, engineers, and designers, you’ll explore new interfaces and interaction paradigms for AI-generated video, world models, and agentic systems. The focus is on research explorations that express our vision, reveal new possibilities, and strengthen Runway’s position as a full-stack research organization.
We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with strong creative judgment, technical fluency, and a portfolio that shows both what you can build and how well you can communicate an idea.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop original concepts that explore the possibilities of emerging AI systems, from interactive video and world models to agentic experiences.
- Design and build working prototypes that turn research capabilities into engaging, understandable experiences.
- Shape each project’s story: what it explores, why it matters, and what it suggests about the future.
- Package explorations into polished demos, films, and interactive experiences that communicate our research and vision.
- Collaborate with researchers and engineers to understand new capabilities and identify compelling ways to demonstrate them.
- Move quickly through experimentation, using prototypes to test ideas and refine both the experience and its narrative.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- A portfolio of original projects that demonstrates creative thinking, design craft, technical execution, and strong storytelling.
- The ability to take an idea from an early concept to a working prototype and a compelling presentation.
- Hands-on experience building interactive experiences with code, with the judgment to choose the right tools for each experiment.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, with an eye for detail and an instinct for making complex ideas accessible.
- Genuine curiosity about AI video, world models, agentic systems, and emerging generative media.
- Comfort working in ambiguous research environments, defining your own direction, and learning new tools as the work evolves.
- The ability to explain the purpose and potential of your work clearly, through writing, visuals, demos, or film.
Runway strives to recruit and retain exceptional talent from diverse backgrounds while ensuring pay equity for our team. Our salary ranges are based on competitive market rates for our size, stage and industry, and salary is just one part of the overall compensation package we provide.
There are many factors that go into salary determinations, including relevant experience, skill level and qualifications assessed during the interview process, and maintaining internal equity with peers on the team. The range shared below is a general expectation for the function as posted, but we are also open to considering candidates who may be more or less experienced than outlined in the job description. In this case, we will communicate any updates in the expected salary range.
Lastly, the provided range is the expected salary for candidates in the U.S. Outside of those regions, there may be a change in the range, which again, will be communicated to candidates.
