About the Role
We are looking for a smart, technically curious, and customer-focused Smart Office Support Engineer to help maintain and support our modern workplace technologies. This role combines traditional IT support with smart office systems, including access control, video conferencing, and security technologies.
You do not need a long list of certifications or years of experience. We value intelligence, problem-solving ability, willingness to learn, and excellent customer service skills above all else.
Responsibilities:
End-User IT Support
· Provision, configure, and deploy laptops and workstations for employees.
· Support users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
· Install and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
· Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and productivity tools.
· Provide onsite and remote support to employees.
Smart Office Systems
· Support and troubleshoot CCTV, Face Recognition and Access Control systems, Video Conferencing solutions

Experience in the field:

Compensation:
— Cash compensation amount for this role is $109,390 to $134,000 OTE for Denver, Atlanta, Chicago & Las Vegas.
— $102,855 to $126,000 OTE for Phoenix.
— Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
Work Format:
— Gusto has physical office spaces in Denver, San Francisco, and New York City.
— Employees based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).
