About the role
We're a crypto-native group of companies spanning market making, liquidity provision, on-chain trading infrastructure, and software development. We're expanding our accounting and nance team, and this person will work directly with the Head of Finance as a core part of that build out. You'll own the monthly close across multiple entities, keep our crypto subledgers accurate, handle billing and revenue tracking, and support compliance, tax and legal.
What you'll do
• Run the monthly close for several entities in QuickBooks Online, including bank and exchange reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany due to/due from tie-outs, and eliminations for the consolidated package.
• Maintain our crypto subledgers, including importing and validating exchange and on-chain transaction data and reconciling balances back to source.
• Reconcile trading and liquidity activity across CEX accounts, perp venues like Hyperliquid, and DeFi LP positions on Solana and EVM chains, and produce P&L and rollforward schedules.
• Set up and maintain charts of accounts for new entities and business lines as they launch.
• Prepare monthly retainer and revenue share invoices, and maintain the Excel trackers behind them (tiered fee logic, per-client billing bases).
• Support entity structuring work across the group, including intercompany loans, capital contributions and distributions, and the accounting for related party transactions.
• Help prepare annual filings and tax workpapers (BVI financial returns, federal tax memos, and supporting schedules for our outside CPA firm).
• Assemble KYB packages, member and manager registers, and other documentation for banks, brokers and institutional partners.
• Help maintain AML/OFAC program documentation and coordinate responses to regulatory and law enforcement records requests.
• Support HR and payroll ops in Rippling, including deduction setups, payroll corrections and contractor tracking.
• Build and maintain Excel and Google Sheets models: amortization schedules, loan workbooks, portfolio trackers and deal models.
What we're looking for
• Ideally 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in crypto or digital assets.
• CPA, or actively working toward it.
• Real familiarity with digital asset accounting. You understand wallets, token transfers, swaps and perps, and you know how they should be accounted for.
• A working understanding of DeFi, including liquidity pools, AMMs, lending protocols and staking, and how to account for each of them. • Hands-on experience with QBO and at least one crypto subledger.
• Strong Excel skills. INDEX/MATCH, dropdown-driven models and clean reconciliation skills.
• Comfort with multi-entity and intercompany accounting, including related party considerations under GAAP.
• Good judgment on when an issue needs to be escalated and the ability to communicate it clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
Nice to have
• Experience with crypto subledger platforms (TRES, Koinly and Breezing).
• Experience with entity structuring, including multi-entity setups, intercompany arrangements and offshore entities.
• Exposure to BVI or other offshore entity reporting.
• Some scripting ability (Python, Apps Script) for cleaning and transforming transaction exports.
• Experience with Rippling or another EOR/payroll platform.
Why join
You'll work directly with leadership and the Head of Finance, with real ownership over the processes you run. Our processes are established, and you'll be trusted to own them, improve them where it makes sense, and take on challenging problems across a fast-moving group of companies.
Location: EMEA; Toronto; Ireland; Portugal; United Kingdom; Spain

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
THE ROLE
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster's positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within -5 / +3 UTC.
As Senior Director of Product for our Employer of Record offering, you will own the product vision, strategy and execution across the full EOR employment lifecycle, from onboarding and documentation through time off, benefits, pay and offboarding. That spans the workflows our customers use, the internal tooling our operations teams rely on, and the experience of the employees we employ on our customers' behalf.
This is the core of Oyster's business and it is operationally and legally complex. A payroll delay, a contract issue or a compliance gap becomes a customer escalation, a legal question and an operations fire on the same day. We want someone who treats the whole journey as one experience, for our customers and for the people who have to run it.
As a part of the senior leadership team at Oyster, you will be shaping strategy well beyond your own teams, setting direction across multiple product development teams and trusted to make the calls that define where this part of the business goes. You will be leading through real change: we are raising the bar on performance, moving toward direct feedback and radical candour, and reshaping how we build with AI.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for EOR, and connect team-level work to company outcomes.
- Be accountable for the end-to-end performance of the platform, including the downstream operational reality, not only what ships.
- Turn highly localised, complex regulation into scalable, automated workflows rather than manual workarounds held together by our operations teams.
- Prioritise across new capability, regulatory requirements, technical debt and operational improvement, across several teams at once.
- Coach and grow a team of product managers and group product managers, moving them from delivering features to owning problems and outcomes.
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership as a real counterpart, holding proper tension on trade-offs without dominating or giving in too easily.
- Partner with Operations, Legal and Finance to shape where this business goes, including the margin and risk picture.
- Build an AI-first way of working in the product organisation: how we discover, prototype and learn, not just what we ship.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years in product management, including 5 to 7 years leading other product managers, with measurable business and customer outcomes behind you.
- Experience in operationally or legally complex B2B or Fintech. HR tech, EOR, payroll or compliance is ideal, though the complexity matters more to us than the sector.
- A systems thinker who starts from first principles and diagnoses before proposing.
- Hands-on experience using AI to change how your team works, not only what it ships. We will ask what decision changed because of something you learned.
- Able to set product vision at business-unit level and generate real buy-in when priorities shift.
- Proven people leadership: coaching product managers into leaders, holding a clear bar, having the difficult conversation early.
- Experience leading through structural change, and comfort with ambiguity as an opportunity rather than a risk.
- Communication strong enough to influence senior stakeholders, backed by a mechanism that turns agreement into delivery.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection, or be able to get one.
- Fluent English language skills.

About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Wolt is a Helsinki-born technology company founded in 2014, with a mission to make cities better by empowering and growing local communities. We do this by making the daily lives of our customers easier, giving local restaurants and stores new ways to reach customers and grow their business, and offering flexible earning opportunities to courier partners.
Wolt joined forces with DoorDash in 2022. Together, the two companies now operate a local commerce platform across more than 40 countries, combining DoorDash's technology and scale with Wolt's operational excellence across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
Israel is one of Wolt's most established and strategically important markets. As the business has grown — expanding beyond food delivery into retail, new categories such as pharmacy, and emerging mobility technologies — so has the complexity of the regulatory, legislative, and public affairs environment Wolt operates in locally. The platform economy in Israel is still relatively new and evolving quickly, which makes an active, senior public policy presence essential to the business's continued growth.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Head of Public Policy, Israel, based in our Tel Aviv office, to take full ownership of Wolt's public policy function in Israel.
You’ll be joining the DoorDash International Public Policy team, working closely with global centres of excellence, cross-functional partners, and local business leadership. This role reports to the VP, International Public Policy at DoorDash / Wolt / Deliveroo, based in Helsinki.
What You'll Be Doing
Own Wolt Israel's public policy strategy: identify, map, and prioritize the regulatory risks, legislative threats, and business opportunities that matter most, and build a plan to act on them.
Build and maintain senior relationships across government — relevant ministries, regulators, and the Knesset — to advance legislation that supports responsible growth of the platform economy and to counter legislation that would harm it, with particular focus on the future of platform work.
Engage constructively with the key regulatory authorities as Wolt continues to scale in a large, fast-growing, and still-maturing platform economy market.
Build and maintain relationships with mayors and municipal leadership to protect and strengthen Wolt's operating environment at the local level.
Identify and help unlock new business opportunities that require public policy engagement, such as expansion into regulated product categories.
Support the responsible introduction of new technologies relevant to Wolt's business as they become regulatory topics in Israel, including in the space of autonomy.
Partner closely with the Communications team so that public policy positioning and public perception are aligned.
Manage Wolt's external public policy / government relations agency and other third-party advisors.
Maintain relationships with other key stakeholders relevant to the business, including the U.S. Embassy.
Our Expectations
12+ years of public policy experience, in the public sector, private sector, or (ideally) both.
A degree in law, public policy, political science, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred but not required.
A demonstrated network and credibility with senior Israeli government officials, regulators, and Knesset members.
Direct experience with, or strong understanding of, labor and platform-economy policy issues.
Experience navigating regulatory authorities.
Comfortable operating independently at a senior level — able to set strategy and represent the company externally, but equally willing to do the hands-on work of research and writing.
Experience managing external agencies or consultants.
A legal background or degree is an advantage, though not required.
Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English, with the ability to translate Israel-specific context for a global audience.
Prior experience working within a global or matrixed corporate structure is an advantage.
Comfortable working closely with Legal, Communications, and other cross-functional teams.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at

We are hiring a
General Counsel
, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This role leads Canonical’s global Legal and Compliance function.
This is a unique opportunity for an
exceptional and commercially-minded senior lawyer
to lead the legal and compliance function of a profitable, fast-growing technology company that is privately held with the intention to list on a public exchange. We’re looking for someone with genuine fluency in the software industry and in open source dynamics, who can translate that insight into clear positions on licensing, commercial contracts and risk, and hands-on execution.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will
own Canonical's legal, regulatory and governance posture
and lead a distributed team across EMEA and the Americas. Your primary challenge will be to continue building both the team and the architecture: a management layer across two regions, and the governance, contracting and controls a public company needs, in an environment that regularly does things the industry has not done before. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams on licensing and IP questions, with the security function on customer assurance, and you will advise the Board and its committees directly.
In our selection process, we
prioritize intellect and judgement
alongside depth of practice. We are looking for someone with a strong academic background, an active licence to practice, and demonstrable exposure to a multilayered global operational environment.
Location:
This role will be based remotely in EMEA time zones.
The role entails
Leading the global Legal and Compliance function: setting it's structure, standards and priorities across EMEA and the Americas.
Building and managing a management capability: hire and develop managers, set objectives, review performance against a clear bar, and address under-performance directly.
Setting the operating cadence of the function: intake and prioritization of legal work, service expectations with internal clients, and reporting on workload and risk to the leadership team.
Owning public-market readiness on the legal side: corporate governance, group and entity structure, delegated authority, policies, disclosure controls and records, in partnership with Finance.
Advising the CEO, COO, CFO and the Board, and supporting in Board and committee meetings.
Owning the commercial contracting framework: standard templates, negotiating positions, and a deviation and escalation process that makes commitments visible before they are signed.
Leading intellectual property and open source licensing strategy, including copyleft, trademark and the terms on which Ubuntu and our products are distributed.
Owning the global compliance programme: data protection and privacy, export controls and trade compliance, anti-bribery and corruption, competition and AI regulation.
Managing litigation, disputes and regulatory engagement, together with the external counsel panel, its budget and its quality.
Advising on M&A, partnerships, strategic alliances and financing as the company grows.
What we are looking for in you
An exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.
A degree in law, or equivalent, and an active licence to practice in an EMEA or Americas jurisdiction.
Substantial senior in-house experience in a global technology or software business.
Proven experience leading a distributed legal team, including managing managers across regions and time zones.
A track record of setting and holding a high performance bar: hiring well, developing people, and dealing with under performance directly rather than waiting it out.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function, including deciding what is retained, delegated and sent to external counsel.
Technology related experience of:
negotiating and owning commercial technology contracts, including enterprise software and subscriptions, channel and reseller agreements, hardware manufacturer agreements, cloud and services
advising on open source licensing, including permissive and copyleft licences, and familiarity with how open source communities operate.
Experience of, or demonstrable readiness for, public company governance: listing preparation, board and committee support, disclosure and controls.
Depth in at least two of: data protection and privacy, IP and trademark, export controls and trade, competition, or disputes.
Confidence to respectfully speak up, exchange feedback, hold colleagues accountable, and share ideas without hesitation.
Professional written and spoken English with excellent drafting and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability.
International travel two to four times a year for company events up to two weeks long.
Nice-to-have skills
Experience taking a company through an IPO, or practicing as counsel inside a listed company.
A technical or engineering background, or fluency in how software is built and shipped.
Experience of a subscription or recurring-revenue business model.
Experience building or restructuring an in-house legal function.
A qualification in more than one jurisdiction.
What we offer colleagues
We consider geographical location, experience, and performance in shaping compensation worldwide. We revisit compensation annually (and more often for graduates and associates) to ensure we recognize outstanding performance. In addition to base pay, we offer a performance-driven annual bonus or commission. We provide all team members with additional benefits which reflect our values and ideals. We balance our programs to meet local needs and ensure fairness globally.
Distributed work environment with twice-yearly team sprints in person.
Personal learning and development budget of USD 2,000 per year.
Bi-annual compensation review.
Company recognition rewards.
40 days annual leave per annum, including public holidays and our All Company holiday periods.
Maternity and paternity leave.
Team Member Assistance Program & Wellness Platform.
Opportunity to travel to new locations to meet colleagues, with Priority Pass for lounge access.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to build and run the program operating system for Figma's growing Internal AI Tooling portfolio. Reporting into the CIO PMO and embedded within the team driving this work, you'll partner closely with Product and Engineering leaders to translate an emerging roadmap into coordinated, secure, and scalable capabilities used across Figma — bringing together Engineering, Security, Legal, Procurement, Data Engineering, Business Systems, IT, Enablement, and business teams.
You'll create clarity across this system by establishing lightweight planning and governance, aligning teams around shared milestones and decisions, and ensuring initiatives move from intake through release and operational handoff with clear ownership and measurable outcomes — shaping not only what gets delivered, but also how Figma evaluates, builds, releases, and operates internal AI capabilities as the portfolio grows.
The ideal candidate can bring structure to an ambiguous, fast-moving environment without introducing unnecessary process, and can lead complex work through influence rather than direct authority.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Translate the Product Manager's roadmap and prioritized outcomes into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and clear ownership
Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders
Operationalize a transparent intake and routing process so requests have a defined problem, expected business outcome, delivery path, risk profile, and accountable owner before work begins
Establish and facilitate lightweight planning and execution cadences, including program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates
Maintain an integrated view of dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving timely resolution or escalation when work is blocked
Coordinate security reviews, legal and procurement milestones, data dependencies, vendor commitments, and business-system integrations so these workstreams are engaged at the appropriate stage of delivery
Ensure releases have appropriate acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops before handoff
Partner with Product and stakeholders to define measurable outcomes and provide clear reporting on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and realized impact
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of technical program management, or technical delivery experience in a cloud, SaaS, enterprise-technology, or internal-tools environment
Demonstrated experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders
A track record of translating product roadmaps into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes while maintaining clear ownership boundaries between Product, Program, and Engineering
Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software-delivery lifecycles. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should be able to engage credibly in technical planning and tradeoff conversations
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to establish lightweight governance, present concise decisions and risks, and create accountability without relying on direct authority
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Direct experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment
Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk-management frameworks
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, low-code or no-code automation, identity platforms, data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement processes
Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or establishing a new program-management practice in an emerging organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
You'll own the full sales cycle—prospecting to close—for enterprise and Global 2000 organisations across the UK and Benelux in financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and enterprise software. Sovereignty and control over where data and models reside are growing priorities across these sectors, and Cohere is well positioned to meet that need with private, on-premise and in-country deployment built for enterprise scale.
This is a territory with significant scope to build. You'll shape how we cover Benelux, work closely with our partner ecosystem to extend reach, and take Cohere deeper into UK and Northern European enterprise. Pipeline generation sits with you. This is a hunter role for someone who takes pride in building their own book rather than working leads handed to them.
This is a highly autonomous role demanding ownership of multi-million-dollar territories. You'll navigate intricate decision-making processes, educate C-suite stakeholders, and position Cohere as a strategic AI partner. Your insights will directly shape our product evolution, helping us prioritise features that drive enterprise adoption.
As a Sr. Account Executive, you will:
- Drive net-new customer acquisition across the UK and Benelux via targeted outbound activity, executive introductions, and relationship building with key stakeholders
- Support coverage of adjacent Northern European accounts as territory priorities require
- Generate and own your own pipeline through disciplined outbound, research and executive prospecting
- Be a trusted advisor to customer prospects, deeply understand their challenges & goals, and tailor solutions to drive impact for their businesses
- Position Cohere's private, on-premise and in-country deployment options against the data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements of UK and European enterprise buyers, including the EU AI Act
- Leverage senior-level relationships with executives to drive strategic partnerships and sales opportunities
- Align closely with our partners and systems integrators to drive shared revenue and extend reach into target accounts
- Work cross-functionally across the business, drawing in the right technical and specialist colleagues as each engagement requires
- Collaborate with Cohere's Product and Engineering teams on strategic motions to deliver solutions to large enterprise customers
- Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives and Marketing to supplement your own top of funnel activity
- Own the full sales cycle – from initial outreach, technical and business validation, through deal close
You may be a good fit if you have:
- Fluent English; Dutch is an advantage
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience with Global 2000 and large enterprise customers along with experience negotiating & closing transformational 7-figure deals
- Depth in at least two of our priority sectors: financial services, telecommunications, energy and utilities, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, enterprise software
- A hunter mentality - you take pride in generating your own pipeline and are at your best when building a territory rather than managing an inherited one
- A proven track record of high performance and exceeding quotas
- Fluency with MEDDPICC - you qualify rigorously, can speak to metrics, economic buyer, decision criteria and process, champion and competition on any deal in your book, and keep that detail current in CRM so the forecast holds up to scrutiny
- Experience building and maintaining senior-level relationships with executives
- Experience selling complex enterprise level solutions, technical products, and private or on-premise deployments (AI/NLP solutions preferred)
- Familiarity with UK and European data residency, sovereignty and regulatory requirements as live buying criteria
- Experience working alongside channel partners and systems integrators to drive sales cycles and hit shared revenue goals
- High tolerance for ambiguity - you'll need to be both a doer and a strategist, comfortable building your own approach rather than working to a pre-set one
- Highly organized - this is a high activity role involving multiple team members and you are responsible for keeping everyone on track
- Creativity - deal structures can widely vary, strong technical acumen and the ability to creatively structure mutually beneficial partnerships are necessary
- Excellent communication skills - you are a great listener, have a knack for understanding what matters most to others & building strong relationships, experienced presenting to a C-suite audience, and feel comfortable speaking to both technical and non-technical customer prospects
- Willingness to travel across the UK, Benelux and elsewhere in Northern Europe as required

Collaborate across teams to integrate and validate streaming technologies within PlayStation platform software.
Attend periodic in-person workshops or team events, with travel possible a few times per year.
What We Are Looking For
This is a mid-level opportunity. You should bring some of the following skills and experience:
Strong proficiency in C and C++.
Experience developing native, performance-sensitive software rather than primarily web or managed application stacks.
Experience working with real-time video, media pipelines, codecs or embedded multimedia systems.
Practical understanding of video compression and media formats, including concepts such as chroma subsampling, bit depth and colour representation, with familiarity of codecs such as AVC, HEVC or AV1.
Understanding of concepts relevant to low-latency video encoding, which may include GOP structures, reference frames, rate control, VBV, quantisation parameters, slices, tiles or hardware codec APIs.
Strong debugging, profiling and performance-analysis skills.
An ability to investigate complex technical problems, identify likely causes and use evidence and instrumentation to support conclusions.
Comfortable working in unfamiliar parts of a large system and developing an understanding of how multiple components interact.
An experimental mindset, with an interest in prototyping, measuring and evaluating alternative technical approaches.
Ability to contribute to technical discussions and work with senior engineers when deciding how findings should be taken forward.
Highly Desirable Skills:
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous; we do not expect candidates to have experience across all of them:
Familiarity with techniques for evaluating video codec performance, including bitrate/quality/latency trade-offs and objective or perceptual video quality metrics (such as PSNR and VMAF).
Familiarity with compressed video bitstreams and codec signalling, such as NAL units/OBUs, parameter sets, profiles/levels and supplemental enhancement information.
Experience developing native video players, media frameworks or codec pipelines on TVs, set-top boxes, consoles, mobile devices or other embedded platforms.
Experience configuring or integrating hardware video encoders or decoders.
Deeper knowledge of H.264, HEVC, AV1 or other current and emerging video codecs, beyond high-level API configuration, such as reference structures, rate-control behaviour, bitstream structure or encoder-specific optimisation.
Experience optimising real-time video for low latency, visual quality or bitrate efficiency.
Familiarity with frame capture, graphics presentation pipelines, framebuffers or GPU/CPU synchronisation.
Experience identifying and reducing memory copies, queueing delays, memory-bandwidth limitations or other system-level performance bottlenecks.
Experience working with system services, daemons, firmware interfaces or other low-level platform components.
Familiarity with techniques such as content-aware encoding, region-of-interest encoding, adaptive resolution or frame rate, alternative reference-frame strategies or similar streaming optimisations.
Experience with Forward Error Correction or other techniques for improving the resilience of real-time media.
Experience with SIMD, vectorisation, cache optimisation or multithreaded performance tuning with instrumentation.
Experience with console or embedded systems development environments.
Experience with Git, Jenkins or similar CI/CD workflows.
Why Work in GDFT
Focused on platform-wide technology development
Room to explore and innovate within performance-critical system areas
Work on cross-regional collaborative projects
Flexible and relaxed working environment, with strong support for hybrid work
Opportunities for extensive professional development, technical conference attendance, and participation in internal hackathons

About the Role
We're looking for a Lead AI Engineer to own the backend and Agent systems behind our LLM-powered products. The role is end to end: you'll build the Agent workflows, define how we measure quality, keep them reliable in production, and shape where the product goes next.
This role is for someone who has shipped LLM features to real users, stayed with them after launch, and can prove with data that their changes made things better.
Job Scope:
Build and own AI backend and Agent workflows
- Design, build, and maintain multi-turn conversation systems, including context management, tool calling, knowledge retrieval (RAG), state management, and human handoff.
Drive evaluation and continuous improvement
- Define success criteria with Product, Design, and QA leads.
- Turn production failures into evaluation samples and regression tests.
- Measure the impact and side effects of every change before and after release.
Diagnose problems across the stack
- Isolate the root cause of failures: model judgment, knowledge gaps, abnormal tool responses, backend instability, or conflicting rules.
- Apply the right fix for each cause rather than defaulting to prompt tweaks.
Own production reliability
- Handle timeouts, retries, graceful degradation, async jobs, and third-party dependency failures.
- Make sure every issue is traceable through logs, every change is versioned, and every failure has a recovery path.
Shape product and technical decisions
- Give clear, reasoned positions on requirements, covering feasibility, cost, risk, and alternatives.
- Propose better approaches and break work into phased, shippable deliverables.
Communicate proactively and follow through
- Share progress, blockers, ETAs, and next checkpoints without needing to be chased.
- After launch, track real-world impact and leave clear documentation and handover materials.
Requirements:
- Production LLM/Agent experience at scale. You've built LLM or Agent features used by 10,000+ active users, and you've maintained and improved them after launch.
- Strong backend engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning production code, APIs, data flows, and incident troubleshooting. Experience designing and implement backend services in Golang and integrate with LLMs and AI systems.
- Real evaluation discipline. You've built evaluation sets, regression suites, and production monitoring, and you can explain how you confirmed an improvement was real rather than random fluctuation.
- Ownership mindset. You make decisions, surface risks early, and don't consider a feature done until it's verified in production.
- Web3 experience. Preferably 1 year of experience in a crypto, DeFi, or Web3 company (wallet, exchange, L1/L2 protocol, or DeFi platform strongly preferred)

Location and Working Hours
This role is based in the APJ region and requires substantial daily overlap with APJ business hours. The Territory Operations team works asynchronously across regions, so comfort with written handoffs and documentation is more important than real-time availability outside your local hours.
About the Role
This is an early-career role designed for someone with foundational operations, analytics, or CRM experience who wants to build depth in sales systems and territory management. You will learn our territory carving and account routing processes from the ground up, with structured onboarding, a defined ramp plan, and close support from the broader Territory Operations team. Prior territory operations experience is not required — curiosity, care with data, and clear communication matter more.
Responsibilities
Support cross-functional annual planning activities related to territory carving and deployment in Salesforce for the APJ region, with guidance from senior team members
Help maintain and document territory operations processes, including runbooks and onboarding materials for APJ stakeholders
Respond to account routing questions from the APJ field, escalating complex or ambiguous cases to senior analysts
Support recurring territory reporting and ad hoc analysis requests for APJ sales leadership
Partner with APJ Field Sales, Sales Operations, and Revenue Strategy to understand regional coverage needs and surface opportunities to improve territory processes and tools
Assist the Sales Systems team on automation improvements enabled by territory management (such as automated opportunity assignment)
Support data hygiene and enrichment for APJ accounts using tools such as RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, and Openprise, including validating account data across multiple APJ countries and markets
Document questions, edge cases, and process gaps encountered in day-to-day work so they can be addressed systematically
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in an operations, analytics, business support, or CRM-adjacent role — sales operations experience is welcome but not required
Based in the APJ region, or able to maintain consistent overlap with APJ business hours
Working familiarity with Salesforce (navigating records, reports, and list views); exposure to Salesforce Sales Territories, Salesforce Maps, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable working in spreadsheets — sorting, filtering, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and pivot tables; advanced modeling is not expected
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to working with data
Clear and concise written communication, particularly in asynchronous settings across time zones
Collaborative and comfortable asking questions; you will be supported, not left to figure things out alone
Interest in learning sales operations systems and processes in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple APJ countries or working with multilingual account data
Exposure to data enrichment or data quality tools (RingLead, ZoomInfo, D&B, Openprise, or similar)
Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or other reporting tools
Salesforce Administrator certification or coursework in progress
