Anthropic is an AI safety and research company building reliable, interpretable AI systems like the Claude family of large language models. About the role Prompts specify what Claude does. Evals measure whether it did. The Product Prompt and Eval Design team handles both for product design: the system prompt greeting new users, tool descriptions deciding whether Claude searches, instructions maintaining quality, and evals testing all of it. The role focuses on building evals that check prompts, the harness running them, and tools enabling designers to do this work independently. It involves close collaboration with surface owners, engineers, and prompt engineering teams during model releases. Key responsibilities: — Write and revise prompts behind Claude's tools, features, and behaviors on product surfaces; test, fix, ship, and confirm prompts. — Build graders to validate prompt fixes and rerun on new models; automate evals from designers' rubrics and analyze transcripts. — Develop visual, low-code eval tools for designers without engineering help: assemble comparison sets, convert rubrics into graders, compare prompt variants, and present results. — Observe designers using tools and simplify them. — Support model releases by testing surfaces, writing prompt fixes and migrations, and creating prompts for new features. — Establish and scale the eval harness to test 50-100 tools with reliable settings, maintain eval stability across models, and diagnose regressions. — Package issues unfixable by prompting for training, including graders, human-feedback questions, and good/bad pairs. Minimum qualifications: — Production-quality Python. — Experience building and maintaining evaluation pipelines for LLM products: graders, rubrics, comparison sets, regression suites, and their orchestration. — Experience creating internal tools with user-friendly interfaces for non-coders. — Experience setting up test harnesses, sandboxing tool calls, and stabilizing settings for comparable runs. — Experience shipping prompts or working closely with prompt shippers, understanding prompt failures across models. — Ability to read transcripts beyond scores. Preferred qualifications: — Experience within a model-launch cycle. — A/B testing experience linking offline evals to online outcomes. — Front-end or notebook-to-app experience and insights on eval result legibility. — Experience converting product rubrics into training signals: graders, human-feedback questions, or preference pairs. — Concern for Claude's behavior for users, beyond metric changes. Logistics: — Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. — Location-based hybrid policy: at least 25% office presence expected. — Visa sponsorship available with legal support. Anthropic values diversity and encourages applications from underrepresented groups. The company emphasizes AI safety and ethical implications, fostering a collaborative environment focused on impactful AI research. Compensation: — Annual salary range: $305,000 - $385,000 USD. Work location: — Hybrid in San Francisco or New York offices.

Location: Hamburg adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile apps growth and monetization. adjoe Ads is our programmatic in-app advertising platform that seamlessly connects advertisers and publishers through direct integration of our Android and iOS SDKs. Every ad decision happens in under 200ms across 10 million daily users, powered by real-time bidding algorithms and user quality prediction models that match the right ad to the right user at the right moment. Where 50 Billion Daily Predictions Begin The User Experience team is the origin point of adjoe Ads. Everything the system knows about a user, every prediction the ML models make, every bid placed in an auction. It all starts with code this team ships. The team owns two responsibilities. On the SDK side, a native Kotlin and Swift code runs inside hundreds of publisher apps. It participates in 120 million daily auctions, renders ad creatives across multiple formats, and captures the behavioral signals that power 50 billion predictions per day. The constraint that defines this work: you're executing inside someone else's app, on someone else's device, with zero tolerance for instability. Every ad impression has to feel native and fast to the user. On the analytics side, the dashboards, investigation tools, and data frameworks that turn raw data into decisions: real-time revenue performance across active campaigns, infrastructure cost visibility, and data quality assessments. If a number matters to the business or to engineering, this team makes it accessible. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For: - Auction & Marketplace Analytics: You will monitor core ad exchange KPIs—including bid rates, win rates, timeout rates, eCPM, and render rates—and run deep dives to uncover bidding patterns and supply path optimization (SPO) opportunities. We are looking for someone with 2–3 years of experience as a Data or Product Analyst in AdTech (Programmatic, Ad Exchange, SSP, or DSP) who understands what drives marketplace health and revenue. - A/B Testing & Revenue Strategy: You will design, track, and evaluate A/B tests for product features, floor pricing rules, and traffic shaping algorithms. We are looking for a data-driven thinker who loves solving business puzzles, testing commercial hypotheses, and proving what actually moves the needle on product performance. - Advanced Data Extraction: You will query massive datasets to turn millions of raw ad events into clear business answers. We need advanced SQL skills to effortlessly query billions of rows, spot anomalies, and translate complex metrics into clear, actionable recommendations for our product and demand teams. - Traffic & Cost Efficiency: You will analyze bid request data to identify inefficient traffic and help product managers design smart routing rules. We need an analyst who can balance top-line revenue with operational costs, finding ways to streamline traffic (Queries Per Second) without sacrificing publisher earnings. - Executive Dashboarding & Reporting: You will build automated, easy-to-read dashboards that give Product, Engineering, and Demand Partnerships real-time visibility into campaign performance. We are looking for hands-on experience with BI tools like QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Redash to make key business numbers intuitive and accessible to everyone. - Agile Project Execution: You will balance scheduled analytics projects with quick-turnaround deep dives when marketplace metrics shift unexpectedly. We need a hands-on, proactive analyst who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple analytical priorities. 🌎 WE WELCOME APPLICATIONS FROM TALENT WORLDWIDE AND PROVIDE RELOCATION SUPPORT TO HAMBURG, GERMANY FOR THOSE READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM. What’s in It for You? At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day. - Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries. - Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum. - Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams. - Thrive Together. Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY | Seattle, WA About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role We launch new products, models and pricing often, and each launch has to work in our systems on day one. A seller needs to be able to quote it, Deal Desk needs to be able to approve it, billing needs to charge for it correctly, and Finance needs to report on it. This role owns how a launch gets into our quote-to-cash systems, from the first pricing conversation to the first invoice. We are looking for someone who treats every launch as a change across many systems. You will join launch planning early, work out what has to change across catalog, quoting, contracts, billing, tax and reporting, and get all of it ready before the launch date. You will build a good part of the Salesforce work yourself and partner with our Salesforce developers and Billing Engineering on the rest. You will be the named owner of the NPI process for systems, and the person Product, Pricing and Finance call when they want to know what it takes to launch something. We are an AI-first systems team. You will use Claude as a normal part of how you design, build, test and document, and you will look for ways to make launches faster and more repeatable with AI. Key responsibilities Own the systems side of new product and pricing launches, from the first pricing discussion through launch day and the first billing cycle Turn a pricing and packaging decision into concrete system changes: SKUs, price books, bundles, discount and approval rules, contract terms, billing plans, tax codes and reporting Build and run a repeatable NPI playbook: intake, a readiness checklist, sign-offs, a launch calendar and a post-launch review Join launch planning early with Product and Pricing. Push back on pricing ideas that cannot be quoted, billed or reported cleanly, and offer options that can Design how new pricing models work end to end, including usage-based, seat-based, tiered, committed and multi-year ramp pricing, and which system is the source of truth for each part Plan the impact on existing customers: moving customers to new SKUs, grandfathering, amendments and co-termination, and how renewals will work Own end-of-sale and retirement of products and prices, so old SKUs leave the catalog without breaking renewals, billing or reporting Coordinate the changes across Salesforce, billing and our tax platform, working with the teams who own each system Partner with Deal Desk, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal so each team signs off on what changes for them before launch Make sure sellers and Deal Desk are ready on launch day, including quote templates, approval paths, guidance and enablement Check every launch after it goes live: do quotes, orders, invoices and Finance reports match? Add the control or reconciliation that catches the gaps Build and ship declarative solutions yourself where that is the right call, and write specs clear enough that developers can build the rest without several rounds of questions Use AI to shorten launch cycles, for example generating catalog changes from a pricing spec, checking launch readiness, and testing quote and billing scenarios Minimum qualifications Experience in GTM or revenue systems as a Business Systems Analyst, Q2C Systems Lead or similar role, with hands-on ownership of product and pricing launches Experience launching new products or pricing models at a fast-growing company, owning the change across catalog, quoting, contracts and billing Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud or a similar CPQ tool, especially product and pricing data models, price books, bundles and approval rules Working understanding of how a pricing decision flows into bookings, invoicing, tax and revenue recognition Experience running a cross-functional process with many sign-offs (Product, Finance, Legal, Sales) and getting to launch on a fixed date Hands-on Salesforce admin skills (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, approval processes) and comfort building meaningful parts of your own solution Clear communication across Product, sellers, Deal Desk, Finance, Legal and engineers, adjusting the level of detail for each Preferred qualifications Experience in GTM, revenue or finance systems roles Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing, and with billing platforms such as Stripe, Metronome or Zuora Experience moving existing customers onto new pricing, including migrations, grandfathering and amendments at scale Experience with tax setup for new products (tax codes, tax engines such as Anrok or Avalara) Experience with integrations between Salesforce and billing, ERP or provisioning systems, and comfort reading API payloads and integration logs Basic SQL and comfort using a data warehouse to check launch data Salesforce Administrator certification. CPQ Specialist, Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification is a plus Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude or similar) in how you design, build or document systems, and the ability to explain how you check their output The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $270,000 — $315,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) The Position CallRail is looking for a Product Manager to join our team that supports our core integrations, public API and webhooks products . This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of. The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with Support, Sales, and Marketing — they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when. This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point. What You'll Do Build and deepen integrations Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next. Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good. Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last. Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built. Own the API and webhooks Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them. Drive parity between our API and webhooks so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it. Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access. Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them. Prioritize and triage Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless. Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks. Close the loop with Support — build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime. Keep Sales and Marketing ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote. Cross-functional Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front. Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption. Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives. What You'll Need 3-5 years of product management experience , including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work. Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems. A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on. Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator. Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns. Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work. Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice. Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new. Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives. Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers. Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented. Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma. Nice to Have Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal. Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal. Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption. Working With AI at CallRail AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use Claude across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will: Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could. Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster. Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there. Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps. We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them. If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience. Additional Perks Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage Competitive HSA with company matching Paid parental leave Flexible vacation policy 401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match Employee stock options available from day one $2,000 annual educational allowance Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually Regular company outings and events Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office Designated bike storage Learn more: https://www.callrail.com/about/ You Are Welcome Here CallRail understands that valuing diverse creative practices and forms of knowledge are crucial to and enrich the company's core mission. We encourage applications from everyone, including members of all equity-seeking communities, such as (but certainly not limited to) women, racialized and Indigenous persons, persons with disabilities, and persons of all sexual orientations and gender identities and expressions. In your application, please feel free to note which pronouns you use (For example - she/her/hers, he/him/his, they/them/theirs, etc). Continuous adoption of AI technologies is essential to this role. You will be expected to leverage AI platforms to streamline operations, solve complex problems, and stay ahead of industry benchmarks. *** This position is based out of our Atlanta office. Through December 2026, employees are expected to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Beginning in January 2027, CallRail will transition to a 3 day hybrid work model. Employees will work in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
