About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
We are looking for a Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our B2B team and help us expand our presence and partner network across Thailand and the wider Asian market.
Your primary focus will be on business development and new partner acquisition — identifying potential clients, building relationships, expanding our local network, and creating new business opportunities for our B2B SaaS solutions for CFD and Binary brokerage operations.
This is a highly relationship-driven role. You will actively represent our company in the market, attend relevant industry events and conferences, meet potential partners face-to-face, organize business meetings, and develop relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, industry professionals, and other potential strategic partners.
You will work closely with our international Business Development team to identify promising opportunities, introduce potential partners to our solutions, understand their business needs, and support them throughout the commercial process from the first introduction through negotiation and onboarding.
We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and commercially minded person who is comfortable networking, meeting new people, and actively creating business opportunities rather than waiting for leads to come in.
Tasks
Identify and approach new potential B2B partners across Thailand and Asia
Build and continuously expand a strong local and regional business network
Attend conferences, expos, networking events, and private industry events
Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings with potential partners
Generate new business opportunities and develop them into commercial partnerships
Build relationships with brokers, affiliates, entrepreneurs, and other relevant industry players
Represent the company and our B2B solutions professionally in the local market
Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospects throughout the sales process
Work closely with the international Business Development team on negotiations, presentations, and partner onboarding
Share local market insights, competitor intelligence, and emerging business opportunities with the team
Requirements
3+ year experience in a Business Development role or similar in the B2B sphere
Strong communication and networking skills
Knowledge of the Thai business environment and the ability to communicate confidently in Thai and English are mandatory
Strong network within the brokerage, fintech, affiliate, trading, iGaming, payments, or related industries
An existing network of potential partners, brokers, affiliates, industry contacts, or relevant businesses in Thailand or across Asia will be a major advantage
We offer
Full-time remote role with long-term collaboration (service provider contract)
Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses (paid in EUR or USD directly to your bank account)
Flexible working hours
High autonomy in launching marketing campaigns and technical setups
All necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work
Corporate training
A friendly, supportive, and positive working environment where your data-driven decisions directly impact the product
With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
Note: All applications will be treated with strict confidence. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

team — what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.
About the Team
The Core BI team builds and operates the services, integrations and automation that power business intelligence across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt. Our platforms help analysts, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers and business teams discover trusted data and make informed decisions at scale.
We combine software engineering, platform ownership, and a strong user focus to make BI tooling reliable, secure, scalable and self-service. The team supports the current BI ecosystem while helping shape a more integrated experience across the DoorDash group.
About the Role
As a Software Engineer on the Core BI team, you will build and operate the backend services, APIs and infrastructure our BI platforms run on. This is a hands-on software and platform engineering role: services and integrations, identity and access automation, observability, reliability and developer experience. BI is the domain you serve (primarily Looker and Sigma, and the systems around them), but the problems are backend and platform problems.
You will own problems from discovery through design, implementation, deployment, and operational support. You will work closely with Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Managers and business teams to turn recurring user needs into durable, self-service capabilities. If you're energized by solving technical problems with data and comfortable being deeply embedded across several domains, this role is for you!
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Design, build, test, deploy and operate the backend services, APIs and automation that the BI platforms across DoorDash, Deliveroo and Wolt depend on
Automate the platform lifecycle end to end (provisioning, metadata, permissions, migrations, archival and validation) so administration stops being manual work
Build the integrations between BI platforms and the wider ecosystem: warehouses, identity providers, orchestration, CI/CD and internal developer tooling
Improve the availability, observability, performance, scalability and security of the systems you own, and carry them in production
Use AI tooling as part of how you engineer, and where it fits, build LLM-backed capabilities held to the same reliability and governance bar as anything else we ship
Raise the engineering bar on the team, from service design and code review to testing, CI/CD and documentation, and improve the developer experience for everyone building on the platform
We’re excited about you because…
3+ years of professional software engineering experience building and operating production backend, platform or infrastructure systems
Readable, maintainable, well-tested code in Python, plus comfort with SQL and a working understanding of data modelling and warehousing concepts
Experience building and owning APIs, integrations or automation in production, with sound judgement on service boundaries, authentication, data contracts and failure modes
Hands-on with CI/CD, containers and Kubernetes, observability, debugging and incident response, and you expect to operate what you build
Hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, agentic workflows, AI-assisted development) as part of how you engineer, and judgement about where they help and where they do not
End-to-end ownership of ambiguous problems, clear communication with technical and non-technical teams, and comfort self-organising in a fast-paced, distributed environment
Nice to Have
Experience owning or integrating with BI platforms such as Looker, Sigma or comparable tools, and familiarity with semantic layers such as LookML or dbt
Experience automating identity and access through Okta, SCIM or role-based access controls, or building multi-tenant platforms across brands and regions
Experience shipping LLM-backed features to real users (retrieval, grounding and evaluation), or with MCP, agent frameworks or tool-calling in production
Why Join Us?

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
The Role
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food delivery, and B2B marketing is central to how we grow our merchant business. We're looking for a B2B Demand Generation Manager to own paid demand generation across our operating markets and help us win in one of the most competitive categories in tech. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for a seasoned performance marketer who can own demand gen end-to-end — from strategy and channel mix through to creative, execution, and the leads that actually convert into live, revenue-generating merchants.
Deliveroo operates in a focused set of markets, which means local relevance is everything. You'll work hand-in-hand with country Sales and commercial teams to understand each market's strategy, adapt the demand gen playbook to local realities, and choose the channels and tactics that will move the needle in each one. Rather than running a single global template, you'll tailor your approach country by country while building the repeatable systems that let us scale what works.
You'll manage significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond) and you'll be equally comfortable crafting a sharp lead-gen campaign and a brand awareness push to win back share against multiple well-funded competitors. You'll partner with creatives to shape intelligent, well-positioned campaigns and testing winners, learning with data what works and can be scaled.
What you'll be responsible for
Owning end-to-end paid demand generation across our markets and B2B products, managing significant budgets across a broad channel mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, programmatic and beyond), experimenting with locally relevant tactics and turning what works into scalable playbooks;
Partnering closely with country Sales and commercial stakeholders to understand local strategy and market dynamics, and adapting the demand gen playbook to each market;
Building a lead generation engine that converts, looking beyond raw lead volume to lead quality, merchants that go live, and the GOV (Gross Order Value) they generate
Partnering with creative on full-funnel campaigns and sharp positioning, from lead generation through to brand awareness that defends and grows share in a highly competitive category, working independently with country teams;
Driving automation and AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort;
Supporting new product and feature launches with go-to-market demand generation campaigns;
Owning reporting and measurement, defining success from spend through to live merchants and GOV, and building strong relationships with Sales, Product and commercial teams to drive real business impact.
What you'll be able to demonstrate
Essential
A seasoned performance marketer with 5–8 years running high-budget B2B paid campaigns across multiple channels with real strength in Meta, TikTok and Google Search and across multiple countries, products or clients;
SMB B2B experience: you build lead generation pipelines that convert, thinking beyond the lead to good leads, merchants that go live, and the GOV they generate;
Strong local and commercial instinct: you work naturally with Sales, adapt to each country's strategy, and communicate clearly in English (other languages a plus);
Ability to plan and optimise media investment against business and campaign-level KPIs, and to do in-house media buying;
A spark of creativity and a sharp eye for positioning, you partner with creatives to craft intelligent campaigns and operate independently with country teams;
Analytical and data-driven: you define KPIs, form hypotheses, design tests for statistically significant results, and scale up what works;
Genuine interest in using AI and automation to improve how you work, with concrete examples to back it up.
Nice to have
Familiarity with the Food or Retail industries;
Experience aligning inbound and outbound motions, and knowledge of data enrichment and attribution (e.g. Clay, Cognism, ZoomInfo), ABM or intent-based tools;
Experience with content syndication, paid PR or retail media.

About the Role
Hybrid (3 days per week in the London office required)
Individual contributor role
Fraud is constantly evolving. As our business grows, so do the ways bad actors seek to exploit our products, promotions, and operations.
As the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager for Emerging Fraud & Abuse, you'll lead the discovery, investigation, and mitigation of new and evolving abuse vectors across our platform. Your mission is to identify risks before they become systemic, working across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Legal, and Policy to design scalable solutions that protect our customers, partners, and business.
This isn't a role focused on running existing fraud programmes. It's about identifying what's next.
You'll combine deep analytical thinking with strategic problem solving to uncover emerging threats, quantify business impact, influence product strategy, and build new controls that keep us ahead of increasingly sophisticated fraudsters.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, following the data, and building solutions where no playbook exists, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Identify Emerging Abuse
Proactively identify new fraud patterns, abuse trends, and vulnerabilities across our products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
Investigate anomalies, understand attacker behaviours, and translate observations into actionable mitigation strategies.
Continuously scan for evolving risks, whether driven by organised fraud, policy loopholes, technological change, or new product launches.
Build the Strategy
Define the roadmap for emerging fraud prevention across the business.
Prioritise risks based on customer impact, financial exposure, operational complexity, and strategic importance.
Develop business cases that influence investment in tooling, automation, machine learning, and product improvements.
Turn Insights into Action
Lead complex investigations to understand how abuse occurs and where existing controls can be strengthened.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to design scalable prevention mechanisms rather than tactical fixes.
Establish metrics that measure both emerging risk and the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
Drive Cross-Functional Execution
Act as the central point of coordination between Fraud, Product, Engineering, Trust & Safety, Customer Operations, Legal, Finance, and Data Science.
Influence roadmaps to ensure fraud prevention is embedded into product development from the earliest stages.
Support major product launches by identifying potential abuse scenarios and recommending preventative controls.
Build Organisational Capability
Develop frameworks for identifying, prioritising, and responding to emerging threats.
Improve how intelligence is shared across teams to ensure new attack patterns are detected and mitigated quickly.
Help foster a culture of proactive fraud prevention across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys solving complex, high-impact business problems.
You'll likely come from fraud, trust & safety, cybersecurity, payments, marketplaces, fintech, consulting, or another analytical environment where you've been responsible for identifying and solving new risks.
You'll bring:
Experience investigating complex fraud, abuse, or operational risk problems
Strong analytical skills with SQL and the ability to work comfortably with large datasets
A structured approach to solving ambiguous problems with limited information
Experience influencing Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams without direct authority
The ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
Strong commercial judgement and an understanding of balancing customer experience with risk mitigation
Experience in experimentation, machine learning, fraud detection, marketplace integrity, or trust and safety is advantageous but not essential
You'll thrive here if you...
Love solving problems that don't have an obvious answer
Are naturally curious and enjoy uncovering hidden patterns in data
Think like both an investigator and a strategist
Can connect technical detail with commercial impact
Influence through evidence rather than hierarchy
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and evolving fraud techniques

Location: London, United Kingdom - Deliveroo
Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the team
The People Technology Product team builds the internal tools and frameworks that power every employee’s journey across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. We combine a hybrid “build + buy” approach to deliver intelligent, scalable and people-centric experiences across hiring, pre-boarding, onboarding, learning, performance and more — connecting our mission to transform the way the world eats and shops with the experience of the people who make it happen. We partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, People/HR and IT to build products that elevate the entire People Tech stack across all three brands.
About the role
We’re hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the product experience for pre-boarding and onboarding — one of the highest-leverage moments in the employee lifecycle — across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on the cross-functional experience that begins the moment a candidate signs and continues until a new hire is fully ramped, spanning both the People and IT functions. You’ll be the end-to-end product owner for the systems, workflows and experiences that get equipment, access, accounts, paperwork and early enablement right from day one. Based in London and working with global teams, you’ll drive measurable improvements to the new-hire experience and help our new hires ramp up faster, at scale across regions, legal contexts, and brands.
What you'll be doing
Own the end-to-end product roadmap and execution for pre-boarding and onboarding across Deliveroo, DoorDash and Wolt, from offer acceptance through to a fully ramped new hire.
Design and evolve cross-functional experiences that connect People and IT workflows — provisioning, access and account setup, equipment, documentation and early enablement — into a single, coherent journey for new joiners and their managers.
Define and track the metrics that matter — time-to-productivity, new-hire satisfaction, day-one readiness and operational efficiency — and use them to prioritise work and demonstrate impact.
Build durable, modular product capabilities — task orchestration, status visibility, and manager and new-hire dashboards — that scale across geographies, orgs and brands and reduce reliance on manual, one-off processes.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, People/HR and IT to translate complex, cross-functional process needs into intuitive product capabilities.
Navigate the realities of a multi-brand, multi-region environment — varied legal and compliance requirements, regional differences and change management — without disrupting critical hiring moments.
Set the product vision and influence senior stakeholders across the People and IT functions, building alignment on a shared onboarding strategy across all three brands.
Model strong product judgement: define clear problem statements, scope MVPs intentionally and invest in foundations that compound over time.
Requirements
A track record of building and shipping products end-to-end — from problem definition and strategy through delivery and iteration — ideally in People/HR, IT or other complex, cross-functional environments.
Experience designing products and workflows that span multiple functions, systems and stakeholders, turning complexity into simple, usable experiences.
Comfort working with both custom-built tools and third-party SaaS platforms, including integrating data across systems.
Strong analytical skills and the habit of using data and metrics to define success, prioritise and measure impact.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain product decisions clearly and influence senior leaders across functions and brands.
Experience operating across regions, legal contexts or multiple brands, building products that work in a global environment.
A bias for delivering high-quality products in a fast-moving organisation, balancing speed, risk and technical constraints.
Why Deliveroo
Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat, bringing the neighbourhood to your door by connecting consumers, restaurants, shops and riders. We are transforming the way the world eats and shops by making access to food and products more convenient and enjoyable. We give people the opportunity to buy what they want, as they want it, when and where they want it.
We are a technology-driven company at the forefront of the most rapidly expanding industry in the world. We are still a small team, making a very large impact, looking to answer some of the most interesting questions out there. We move fast, value autonomy and ownership, and we are always looking for new ideas.
Workplace & Benefits
At Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare. Benefits differ by country, but we offer many benefits in areas including healthcare, well-being, parental leave, pensions, and generous annual leave allowances, including time off to support a charitable cause of your choice. Benefits are country-specific, please ask your recruiter for more information.
Diversity
At Deliveroo, we believe a great workplace is one that represents the world we live in and how beautifully diverse it can be. That means we have no judgement when it comes to any one of the things that make you who you are - your gender, race, sexuality, religion or a secret aversion to coriander. All you need is a passion for (most) food and a desire to be part of one of the fastest-growing businesses in a rapidly growing industry.
We are committed to diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of our hiring process. We recognise that some candidates may require adjustments to apply for a position or fairly participate in the interview process. If you require any adjustments, please don't hesitate to let us know. We will make every effort to provide the necessary adjustments to ensure you have an equitable opportunity to succeed.

Drive modular backend, service, data, and platform architecture, including modernization of the monolith and legacy backends while preventing fragmentation and service sprawl.
Define and improve standards for application programming interfaces, contracts, compatibility, schema evolution, testing, security, performance, observability, operability, and maintainability.
Establish patterns for dependency management, data ownership, eventing, failure isolation, service maturity, and operational documentation.
Establish Go service patterns and Kubernetes operating practices where they matter to the production estate, and guide Rust adoption where it addresses systems, security, performance, or supply-chain needs.
Take part in on-call and incident response for systems your teams own, serve as a technical escalation point during complex incidents, and turn lessons from incidents into lasting improvements.
Partner with Product and Engineering leadership on platform roadmap decisions and investment trade-offs.
Mentor Senior and Intermediate engineers, reduce technical debt, build reusable patterns that improve team throughput, and lead adoption of artificial intelligence-assisted and agentic workflows with quality, security, privacy, and operational guardrails.
What you’ll bring
A record of leading technical work across more than one team or a broad product area.
Deep backend architecture and production experience with complex applications, services, or platforms, including application programming interfaces, service platforms, data systems, modular monoliths, or shared backend components.
Experience modernizing a monolith or legacy backend architecture in production and using modular approaches such as bounded contexts, package encapsulation, ports and adapters, service extraction, or event-driven boundaries.
Experience building alignment through clear written proposals and decision records so teams document, understand, and adopt technical decisions.
Experience making trade-offs among customer outcomes, delivery speed, technical health, reliability, and long-term platform investment.
Experience mentoring engineers and shaping standards through code review, documentation, and practice.
Production experience with artificial intelligence-assisted or agentic engineering workflows, including improving how a team adopts them.

About the Role
Our Business Intelligence department owns financial data and analytics at the most granular level—from individual transactions and counterparties to products, clients, and business segments. We collect cost and revenue data from external counterparties, transform it into appropriate booking logic, and ensure it is correctly reflected in the General Ledger and analytical systems. We are looking for a Cost & Revenue Controller to take hands-on ownership of this process—ensuring data is collected completely, booked correctly, reconciled, and any discrepancies are identified and resolved. The role sits between Finance, BI, and Technology, bridging financial requirements with technical implementation.
Reporting Line
— Head of Business Intelligence

What You Will Do
Cost & Revenue Collection
Own the process from raw counterparty statements through to final booking.
Understand individual cost and revenue items and define appropriate collection and booking logic.
Support onboarding of new products and counterparties.
Ensure costs and revenues are correctly mapped to General Ledger accounts, products, and business categories.
Reconciliation & Data Quality
Reconcile counterparty statements against internal data and the General Ledger.
Identify missing, duplicated, incorrectly classified, or incorrectly booked items.
Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate their resolution.
Develop automated reconciliation and validation controls.
Define and monitor data-quality and error KPIs.
Business & Technology Integration
Translate financial and business requirements into clear requirements for technical teams.
Follow implementations through development, testing, deployment, and production monitoring.
Validate that implemented solutions reflect the intended financial and accounting logic.
Act as a bridge between Finance, BI, Operations, and Technology.
Incident & Process Management
Own financial data-quality incidents and ensure they are resolved within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis and drive permanent solutions for recurring issues.
Continuously improve and automate reconciliation and control processes.
Use SQL, Claude Code, and other analytical tools to investigate data and build reconciliation and control solutions.

Must Have:
Strong understanding of reconciliation principles, financial controls, and accounting.
Experience working with General Ledger and detailed financial data.
Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to investigate complex discrepancies.
Ability to translate financial requirements into requirements for technical teams.
Strong attention to detail and focus on data quality.

We Offer
Competitive salary that reflects your experience and the value you bring.
Flexibility that fits your life — work from home, from our office, or a mix of both. You decide what works best.
Flexible benefits package — choose the options that suit your life, not a one-size-fits-all bundle.
A genuinely good place to work — an informal, collaborative culture where ideas are heard and bureaucracy stays out of your way.
Continuous learning — ongoing training, education programs, and the support to deepen your expertise in a fast-moving industry.
Connection beyond your desk — events that bring our teams together to network and celebrate.
Global exposure — work side by side with talented colleagues from all over the world, across a business serving clients in 100+ countries.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee experience & local HR operations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local employees on benefits, policies and employee lifecycle events, providing timely and accurate responses in line with global standards.
- Handle individual cases for relocation and onboarding, including preparation of local employment contracts and country-specific documentation.
- Manage local third-party HR providers (payroll vendor, benefit brokers) and the local practicalities of off-boarding, meeting all legal requirements and exit procedures.

- Assist managers and leads as the organisation adds its first layers of management.

- Support local employer brand building and the channels that feed it, including university partnerships and the local tech and industrial talent networks.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience covering both talent acquisition and HR generalist/business partner work.
- Strong working knowledge of Portuguese labour law, local benefits and market HR practice, with a track record of creating compliant HR policy documentation.
- A hands-on approach with high attention to detail in contract management, local onboarding and the management of local third-party providers.
- Track record hiring technical/engineering profiles and industrial or manufacturing profiles; you personally source and close candidates.
- Strong analytical skills and high emotional intelligence to handle sensitive individual employee relations cases, with the wisdom to escalate complex issues.
- Comfort with HRIS (e.g., HiBob) and ticketing systems, using data to audit payroll and maintain source-of-truth records.
- Exceptional communication in Portuguese and English, able to bridge global ICEYE standards with local needs and influence both local leadership and the global team.

At Render, we’re building the modern cloud platform for developers creating AI-native, full-stack, multi-service applications. Our mission is to eliminate the tradeoff between the power of hyperscalers and the simplicity of developer-friendly platforms—so teams can ship fast, scale reliably, and focus on their product, not infrastructure.
Unlike complex hyperscalers or ephemeral edge/serverless solutions, Render offers a developer-first experience with persistent compute, dynamic autoscaling, built-in orchestration, and observability, allowing teams to launch, scale, and manage real-world applications without writing infrastructure code or managing servers. Whether you're building LLM-powered applications, scalable SaaS products, or async processing pipelines, Render empowers teams to move fast and scale confidently from MVP to millions of users.
Our platform is trusted by over 7 million developers worldwide and continues to grow rapidly. In February 2026, we raised an additional $100M in Series C financing, bringing our total funding to $260M, to accelerate our vision of making cloud infrastructure both powerful and intuitive—designed for the speed of modern AI development.
We’re a diverse and talented team that values craft, velocity, and user experience. If you’re excited to help shape the future of the intelligent cloud and empower developers everywhere, we’d love to hear from you.
APPLYING TO RENDER
We're seeking candidates who possess high integrity, humility, and an insatiable drive to learn. Through reasoned discussions and continuous feedback, we strive to improve both individually and collectively. We foster an environment of mutual trust and respect, empowering effective debate to achieve the best outcomes for our customers and team.
We especially encourage members of underrepresented groups in the tech community to apply and understand that not all successful candidates will meet each requirement listed.
Our interview process is unique to each role, and we value the candidate experience just as much as our customer experience. We hope your conversations with us reflect a thoughtful process that is illuminative, enjoyable, and respectful of your time.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior/Staff Data Scientist to join our growing Data team and serve as a strategic analytics partner across Render. As we scale, we're tackling increasingly complex questions across our product, customers, and business, from how developers discover and adopt Render, to what drives engagement and retention, to how we prioritize investments and identify new opportunities for growth.
You'll partner with leaders and teams across Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other functions, focusing on some combination of data analytics, analytics engineering, machine learning, and experimentation based on your strengths, interests, and Render's highest-priority needs. You'll turn ambiguous questions into rigorous analysis, define how we measure success, and translate complex data into decisions and action.
As a Senior/Staff-level individual contributor, you'll also help set the standard for analytics at Render, shaping our measurement frameworks, analytical practices, and how teams across the company use data to make better decisions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Serve as a strategic analytics partner. Work closely with leaders and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, and other teams to identify high-impact questions, frame decisions, and determine how success should be measured.
- Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks. Develop the KPIs and frameworks teams use to understand performance across areas such as acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, and customer outcomes.
- Turn data into strategy. Surface patterns across our users, customers, products, and business. Identify opportunities, diagnose friction, and help teams determine where to invest and what to prioritize.
- Shape our approach to experimentation and evaluation. Design and analyze experiments where appropriate, develop guardrail metrics and other methods for evaluating initiatives, and help teams choose the right analytical approach for the decision at hand.
- Build measurement into how we work. Partner with teams to define instrumentation and measurement plans early, ensuring new products, programs, and initiatives can be evaluated reliably after launch.
- Build trusted analytical foundations. Build and maintain dbt models, semantic and context layers in partnership with Analytics Engineering, transforming behavioral and business data into reliable datasets that support decision-making across Render.
- Raise the bar for analytics. Establish analytical best practices, improve how teams use data in decision-making, and mentor scientists and cross-functional partners on measurement, experimentation, and data literacy.
- Help shape the future of analytics at Render. Explore how AI-assisted tools can make analytics faster and more accessible while maintaining a high bar for accuracy, context, and analytical judgment.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of analytics experience, with a track record of shaping strategy and influencing decisions across complex or ambiguous problem spaces.
- Strong business and product judgment. You can take an ambiguous question, identify what really needs to be understood, and determine the right analytical approach to inform a decision.
- Experience defining and using metrics across some combination of Product, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance, or other business domains, for example acquisition, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, expansion, or revenue.
- Strong SQL skills. Writing complex, efficient SQL and independently exploring large datasets is a core part of how you work.
- Experience using experimentation, statistical analysis, or other rigorous evaluation methods to understand impact, along with judgment about when each approach is appropriate.
- Experience with modern analytics tooling such as Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, and Git.
- A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and senior leaders without direct authority. You're comfortable challenging assumptions, creating clarity from ambiguity, and driving alignment around what the data says.
- Excellent communication skills. You can turn complex analysis into a clear narrative, explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and build the relationships necessary to drive action.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding or analytics tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate analysis, data modeling, instrumentation, or visualization.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Expertise in statistical methods beyond traditional A/B testing, such as causal inference, cohort and survival analysis, or time-series analysis.
- Experience with developer-focused, product-led, sales-led, or usage-based businesses.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, PaaS, developer tooling, or other technically complex products.
- Experience analyzing multi-product or multi-segment businesses and understanding behavior across interconnected customer journeys.
If this role excites you but you don’t meet every single requirement, we’d still love to hear from you—your unique experience might be just what we need.
