About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Manager to build and run Finom's treasury function.
Finom safeguards a significant book of customer funds across its regulated entities. Net interest income on that book is a meaningful revenue line, and it will grow. Today the function is up and running: the money is placed, the investment policy is in place, and a large part of the book sits with an external asset manager. What we are building now is the machinery around it — an evidenced limit framework, look-through into what our managers actually hold, automated investment accounting, and a reconciled NII number we can defend to an auditor and a regulator.
That is the job. You will take part in building it, and you will run it while it is being built.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of regulation, liquidity, and commercial impact — not a back-office position. It suits someone who has done this before in a regulated environment and wants to do it again without four layers of committee above them.
What you'll own
Liquidity and funding
Daily liquidity positioning and float management across entities and accounts
Intraday funding of payment channels; nostro and correspondent account management
Collateral and minimum-balance obligations across card schemes, T2, and credit providers
Contingency funding — the playbook for the day we need €20m by tomorrow morning
A daily treasury balance sheet — net liquidity and net capital available — that reconciles
Safeguarding and portfolio
Portfolio management of safeguarded client funds: term deposits, MMFs, short-dated debt, held directly and via external managers
Safeguarding adequacy: shortfall detection, top-up execution, same-currency discipline
Instrument eligibility screening under CRR risk-weight, maturity and WAL constraints, and UCITS/MMF rules
Independent, evidenced validation that externally managed allocations sit inside mandate — position-level look-through, daily monitoring of concentration, maturity, WAL and credit quality, breach escalation
NII forecasting, attribution, and reconciled performance reporting; treasury inputs into the financial model and company forecast
Governance and controls
Ownership of the investment policy, limit framework, and eligible-instrument register
Treasury governance: decision pack, agenda, decision log, and delegated-authority register
Pre-deal checks and post-trade evidencing, designed so that the first line executes and the second line challenges
Covenant tracking across credit facilities
Regulator, external audit, and second-line engagement on treasury and safeguarding matters
Systems and data
Selection and implementation of investment accounting and treasury tooling — a Clearwater/Advent-class implementation is already in flight and will be yours
Custodian, asset-manager and bank data feeds; API connectivity where it exists and pragmatic alternatives where it doesn't
Replacing manual spreadsheet processes with something that survives your holiday
Commercial
Bank, custodian, broker and asset-manager relationships: onboarding, commercial terms, mandate setting, service review
Challenging our managers on allocation, transparency and fees — and changing them if the answers are weak
What good looks like in the first 12 months
Investment policy and limit framework live, with treasury governance running on a documented decision log
Daily, evidenced mandate compliance across the full book — we can answer "are we inside the boundaries?" in minutes, not weeks
Investment accounting platform implemented; monthly close on the portfolio no longer manual
An NII number that is reconciled, attributed, and forecastable
A contingency liquidity playbook that has been tested rather than written
Who you are
5+ years in treasury, ALM, fixed income, or portfolio management at a regulated financial institution, EMI/PI, or asset manager
Direct experience with client money or safeguarding under PSD2 / EMD — core to this role, not adjacent to it
Experience building or materially rebuilding a treasury function, not only operating inside an established one
Strong command of bond math, yield and duration, MMF mechanics, and credit and concentration risk at instrument level
Track record of automating manual treasury processes and implementing treasury or investment accounting systems
Comfortable working with position-level data directly — you can interrogate a portfolio file rather than wait for a report
Experience with regulators, external audit, and external asset managers (mandate setting, IMA terms, performance challenge)
Sound judgement under time pressure in a lean environment with real accountability and limited cover
Strong Excel skills
Fluent English
Nice to have
Familiarity with IFRS 9 or Dutch GAAP (RJ 290) financial instrument accounting
SQL or Python
Experience in a firm transitioning toward a banking licence
Experience using AI tools (e.g. LLMs, copilots) to accelerate analytical and reporting workflows

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Magic Eden and Dicey
Magic Eden reached unicorn status in just 9 months after launch, one of the fastest in history. They built a category-defining NFT marketplace from scratch and are now developing Dicey, a crypto casino and sportsbook platform targeting the $180B+ iGaming and sports betting markets. The team is small and fully remote, focusing on fast shipping, data-driven decisions, and rebuilding growth operations around AI.
The role
The position focuses on personalized retention in the iGaming industry, owning the full post-signup journey. Responsibilities include expanding the player segmentation framework, designing and running targeted offers and campaigns, and managing the associated P&L lever. The role is explicitly AI-native, involving building workflows, agents, and pipelines to run lifecycle campaigns efficiently. Half the job is problem identification, the other half is running experiments to find solutions.
What you'll do
— Own retention and monetization as a growth loop, setting targets, finding leverage, and driving post-signup metrics
— Own and evolve the player segmentation framework, deciding signals and company usage
— Build the AI-native growth stack including analysis, agents, and automated pipelines for segment surfacing, offer generation, and campaign execution
— Design and ship targeted offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences; size, specify, ship, and measure them
— Analyze data warehouse and on-chain data to find patterns and create campaigns proactively
— Expand player signals including on-chain activity, status-match programs, social account linking, and others
— Run campaigns across channels like email, in-app, Telegram, with AI handling heavy lifting
— Collaborate with engineering and design to create product surfaces that enable repeatable processes
What they're looking for
— Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design; experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is helpful
— Deep analytical skills, able to independently perform cohort analyses without waiting for data scientists
— AI-native mindset, already using AI to write queries, build analyses, and automate work, with desire to advance further
— High output with good judgment, generating many ideas and prioritizing tests effectively
— Bias to do it yourself, comfortable executing emails, queries, and specs personally
— Comfortable with ambiguity and building new playbooks
Backgrounds that tend to fit
— Growth PM at data-heavy consumer companies
— MBB consultants transitioning to product ownership
— Product-minded data scientists or analysts focused on shipping rather than reporting
Why this is interesting
— Competitive, top-of-market compensation
— Defining the role of a growth PM in an AI-native company without existing playbooks
— Early involvement in personalized retention, a key industry trend
— Real ownership of segmentation framework, product surface, and P&L lever with direct access to founders

ABOUT US

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a business value strategist to join our pricing team. You'll also create and scale repeatable, industry-specific business cases and establish Sierra's business value framework from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, develop rigorous analysis, and has strong communciation.
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles by developing ROI models, evaluating tradeoffs, and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Shape commercial strategy by connecting the value Sierra delivers to our outcomes-based pricing model
- Develop industry-specific benchmarks, frameworks, and tools that make Sierra’s business value clear and repeatable
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in value engineering, monetization strategy, consulting, strategic finance, or a similar role focused on quantifying and communicating business impact
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a track record of building rigorous ROI models and investment cases
- Experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging senior decision-makers
- Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and customer stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building and scaling a business value methodology, program, or center of excellence from the ground up
- Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, or customer service operations
- Previous experience in a zero-to-one startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

- Experience maintaining a reusable component library and sweating the design details in code
- Stellar communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
NICE TO HAVE
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices

ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Engineering Manager - Developer Productivity, you will lead a high-impact team focused on improving developer workflows, reducing friction, and enhancing the overall engineering experience. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify bottlenecks, implement scalable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will directly influence the speed, quality, and happiness of our engineering organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Infrastructure & Tooling
- Oversee the development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and internal tools, including AI-powered internal tooling and agents.
- Ensure our developer infrastructure is scalable, reliable, and secure.

- Build, mentor, and lead a team of engineers focused on developer productivity.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Set clear goals and provide regular feedback to drive team performance in partnership with your Director.
- Assess each report's AI fluency level (Assisted, Augmented, Native) and set individual growth targets.
- Include AI fluency as a coaching topic in 1:1s; pair less AI-fluent engineers with AI-native peers for knowledge transfer.
- Create space for AI experimentation: dedicated time, safe-to-fail projects, and learning sprints.
- Recognize and reward AI-driven improvements in performance conversations.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with engineering, product, and design teams to align priorities.
- Advocate for developer needs and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Communicate capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Write specs, rules files, and documentation that make AI more effective for the whole team.
4. Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key metrics to measure developer productivity, satisfaction, and AI-driven productivity gains.
- Use data-driven insights to prioritize initiatives and demonstrate impact.
- Track team-level AI adoption metrics and report on AI-augmented workflow effectiveness.
- Continuously iterate on processes to improve engineering velocity and quality.
5. AI-Native Developer Experience
- Identify and eliminate pain points in the development lifecycle, with a focus on AI-augmented workflows.

- Ensure every team member has access to and is actively using AI tools; track adoption and remove blockers (tooling, access, training).
- Partner with engineering teams to design AI-augmented development workflows that multiply team velocity.
- Coach engineers on the Builder model: planning, delegating to agents, reviewing with judgment, and shipping with velocity.
6. AI Governance & Risk
- Ensure the team follows AI usage guidelines (data handling, code review, IP considerations).
- Flag risks from AI-generated code (security, correctness, licensing) proactively.
- Maintain visibility into what AI tools the team is using and how they're being used.
- Run regular retros and feedback loops on AI-related outcomes.
- Review AI-generated outputs alongside the team to build shared quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience: 7+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of developer tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and an understanding of how to integrate them into engineering workflows.
- AI Fluency: Demonstrated ability to operate at the AI Augmented level or above: you personally use AI tools daily and have coached others on effective AI-assisted development. Familiar with prompt engineering, context engineering, and token economics.
- Builder Mindset: Comfortable with the 80/20 model (planning and review vs. direct execution). Experience orchestrating work across humans and AI agents, with strong judgment on when to delegate to AI vs. when human decision-making is critical.

- Growth Opportunities: Advance your career on a clear AI-native career pathway with structured fluency levels and development support.
