We are looking for a
Senior UI / 2D Artist
with exceptional visual craft and a strong understanding of UX to create premium, highly polished interfaces for a

Explore visual solutions quickly and turn concepts into
high-quality, production-ready assets
within project timelines.
Collaborate closely with the
Art Director, Game Designers, Product, and Development teams

composition, color, lighting, contrast, materials, depth, and visual hierarchy
.
Strong ability to create
realistic and semi-realistic rendered UI
rather than relying primarily on flat or vector-based design.
Ability to work
quickly, independently, and consistently at a high quality bar
, including under changing production requirements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to push artwork from a good first pass to a truly polished, premium final result.
Advantage:
3D knowledge or experience
with tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or similar.
Ability to use 3D as part of the UI art workflow for
icons, objects, materials, lighting, perspective, or base renders
, followed by high-quality 2D paint-over and polish.
Experience creating assets and visual systems specifically for
slot or social casino games
.
Understanding of animation/VFX principles for UI, including glows, light sweeps, particles, reward reveals, and win celebrations.
Visual Quality & Style
The UI should feel
rich, dimensional, glossy, illuminated, tactile, and highly polished
. Reflective gold, luminous gems, dramatic lighting, premium materials, bold typography, strong contrast, and theatrical effects are key parts of the visual language.
Special attention is given to
pop-ups, win screens, rewards, promotional features, and major player moments
— these should feel like visually impactful events rather than standard interface screens.
The goal is to create UI that is not only beautiful, but also
immediately readable and intuitive
: the player should quickly understand what happened, what is valuable, and what action to take next.

Location: Based in Singapore, with travel to ASEAN and APAC countries.
What success looks like
First 12 months
- Executive relationships built across EY Consulting at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level, including EY’s Singapore hub and its practices across ASEAN and APAC countries.

- Two to three multi-year GTM agreements or MOUs signed, covering revenue targets, co-sell motions, enablement and commercial frameworks.
Key outcomes
- Partner-influenced revenue from EY contributes a fifth or more of APAC annual bookings.
- Mistral embedded in partner platforms, marketplaces, sovereign-cloud offerings and regional AI Lab programmes.
- Certified EY delivery pods operational, with a stable base of partners delivering repeatable demand.
Key responsibilities
- Own the EY relationship and joint GTM across APAC: executive sponsorship, joint account planning, pursuit support and governance.
- Own APAC GSI partner strategy, with EY as the anchor integrator.
- Drive EY engagement across ASEAN and APAC countries from Singapore.
- Convert or create global agreements and MPAs into named APAC deals; orchestrate multi-country pursuits across ASEAN and APAC countries.

- Own partner scorecards, QBRs, pipeline reviews and performance analytics; ensure MPA, reseller/OEM and AI Lab frameworks are fit for multi-country use.
Must have
- 8–12+ years driving partner-led revenue with GSIs, hyperscalers, telcos or OEMs across APAC.
- Has worked at EY, or has directly managed the EY relationship (alliance, partnership or account leadership), with first-hand knowledge of how EY Consulting operates, including its service lines, practice and industry structure, alliance model, decision-making, and how deals are sold, staffed and governed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a strategic GSI relationship and its joint GTM, operating at AI practice lead, industry MD and CTO level and converting or creating global agreements into named APAC deals.
- Track record engaging C-suite and securing multi-year commercial frameworks.
- Experience structuring multi-country pursuits, seating models and partner governance requiring MD-level sign-off, including across ASEAN and APAC countries.
- Commercial acumen in AI/cloud: able to translate AI Studio, sovereign AI and GPUaaS into clear revenue models.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with model deployment, GPU infrastructure or AI Lab concepts.
- Existing relationships within EY AI/Cloud practices.
- Prior use of hyperscaler funding (ECIF, MACC, OCP), MDF or co-sell pipelines.
- Exposure to sovereign AI or public-sector transformation in regulated APAC markets, including ASEAN.
Ideal backgrounds
Current or former EY Consulting leaders (alliance directors, AI/data practice leads, industry or sector leads), and leaders who have directly managed the EY relationship from a vendor, hyperscaler or technology partner side (e.g. senior partner sales managers at AWS, Microsoft or Google Cloud; partner account managers at Nvidia, Dell or HPE); regional or global alliance directors at Deloitte; GTM and strategic partnership leads at fast-growing AI, data or infrastructure vendors.

About the role:
You'll turn a growing stream of key partners requests for marketing campaigns into a clear, managed process — from brief to launch — as the team builds a more structured and manageable calendar of partners marketing activities. You'll also lead end-to-end promotional campaigns, from planning and cross-functional coordination through execution and launch.
What you'll do:
- Own promo and communication requests end-to-end, from brief to launch and result confirmation.
- Own the marketing workflow itself — the Jira board, task breakdown, statuses, deadlines, SLAs, templates, automation, and documentation — not just individual projects.
- Work at the intersection of marketing and project/operations management: brief creative functions directly while structuring a complex process with many stakeholders.
What you'll own:
- Run the Jira board as the single entry point for promo and communication requests, checking brief completeness, timeline realism, and task accuracy.
- Break requests into subtasks for design, copywriting, CRM, SMM, website, procurement, legal/permits, and other functions, assign owners, and track dependencies.
- Manage each request end-to-end from brief to delivery/publication and closure, including verifying the actual outcome.
- Track deadlines and real task status, flag risks early, and escalate stalled tasks.
- Maintain a single marketing calendar and keep it in sync with Jira to avoid conflicts across timelines, resources, and overlapping campaigns.
- Develop and improve cross-functional processes: SLAs, request templates, checklists, workflows, escalation procedures, documentation, and Jira automation.
What makes you a strong fit:
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or marketing project management, with a working understanding of how marketing campaigns and communications get launched.
- End-to-end experience managing projects or marketing requests with many parallel tasks and stakeholders.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — experience working with creative, business, legal, procurement, CRM/SMM, or similar functions.
- Strong structural and process mindset: able to turn a chaotic stream of requests into a clear workflow with defined ownership, timelines, and rules of engagement.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar task/project management systems, including boards, statuses, workflows, and task breakdown.
- Strong stakeholder management: able to gather missing information, manage expectations, hold deadlines, and escalate or redirect requests with clear reasoning.
What we offer:
Ownership and flexibility
- Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year
- Hybrid-first work environment
- Company-provided tools and equipment
- Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila — a modern, walkable district at the centre of the Philippines' growing tech scene
Health and time off
- Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits
- Access to an internal mental health support specialist
- 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days
- 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila
Relocation and family support
- Relocation support for you and your family — including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics
- Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses
- USD 2,500 per year for flights home
- Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: USD 1,000 per month for each child under two and USD 500 per month for each child aged two to 18
Growth and team experience
- Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications
- Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person
- Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events

About the Role
You'll be the second pair of hands on IT support at Tebi, joining our team to keep a fast-growing, hybrid team equipped, unblocked, and moving. From the moment someone joins, the tools they use every day, you'll shape how it feels to work here. What You'll Do
- Manage the IT onboarding seamlessly, hardware ready and configured before day one, for office and remote hires alike.
- Own IT off-boarding and recover hardware when someone leaves.
- Manage the devices, procurement, shipping, inventory, and repairs.
- Administer MDM, Jamf Pro enrolment and profile management for Mac and iPad.
- Handle systems,Google Workspace, provisioning, and access management.
- Be a first line of support, troubleshoot daily issues and escalate real security concerns.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
- Comfort owning a broad scope autonomously, without close supervision.
- Clear communication, equally at ease with a non-technical colleague or a vendor.
- Hands-on MDM experience, ideally with Jamf Pro.
- A solid grasp of identity and systems administration, including Google Workspace.
- Security awareness, you can spot phishing or access risks and know when to flag them.
Benefits
- Start-up Equity
- Competitive Salary
- Lunch Provided in Office
- Team building events
- Unlimited time off
What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don't. It's a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it's a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How We Use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn't make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

Understanding of subscription billing, entitlements and payment providers such as Stripe.
EdTech or family products experience, where parent and child are different users, is a strong plus.
You thrive in a 100% remote, distributed team environment (core hours GMT+3) and are a master of tools like JIRA and Slack.
Excellent spoken and written English.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Sweden.
