WHO WE ARE
GreenLight.ai http://GreenLight.ai provides global, enterprise-grade workforce infrastructure for enterprise contingent workforce programs and talent platforms. We combine Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), freelancer management (FMS), and intelligent worker classification with technology that connects directly to our clients’ workforce systems.
Trusted by some of the world’s most highly recognized and innovative companies, we help clients engage and manage their extended workforce across the US and internationally. Compliance is central to our service, our technology, and the trust our clients place in us.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will lead GreenLight’s legal and compliance function and serve as a hands-on member of our leadership team. Your mandate is to protect the business, support growth, and turn complex workforce regulations into practical decisions, scalable processes, and product capabilities.
You will work directly with the CEO and partner with product, engineering, HR, payroll, operations, and commercial teams. You will own legal standards and compliance oversight, support functional leaders in implementing them, and manage our US and international outside counsel. This role combines deep workforce expertise with commercial judgment and the ability to build systems that scale.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead workforce compliance. Own our compliance framework for EOR, AOR, and independent contractor engagements, including worker classification, wage and hour, exempt status, and co-employment risk. Establish clear policies, controls, escalation routes, and audit processes.
- Strengthen classification. Oversee classification assessments, quality review, reassessment triggers, and decision records. Train relevant teams and develop practical guidance for clients and workers.
- Shape the product. Translate regulatory requirements into classification rules, onboarding controls, workflows, and audit trails. Partner with product and engineering on AI-enabled compliance features, including validation, explainability, and human review.
- Manage commercial legal work. Draft and negotiate client, vendor, worker, and international partner agreements. Develop templates and negotiation guidance that support efficient contracting and appropriate allocation of risk, liability, and indemnities.
- Coordinate global compliance. Work with local counsel and partners to assess country requirements, licensing, and engagement restrictions. Strengthen partner diligence and oversight as our international business grows.
- Manage outside counsel. Select and coordinate US and international specialists, set priorities and service expectations, manage legal spend, and turn their advice into clear business decisions and operational actions.
- Handle material legal escalations. Advise HR and delivery teams on significant employee relations matters, disputes, claims, and investigations. Coordinate responses with outside counsel and relevant insurers.
- Build broader compliance controls. Partner with operations and technology on worker identity, fraud prevention, workforce data privacy, and responsible AI use, drawing on specialist advice where needed.
- Make legal knowledge actionable. Monitor regulatory developments and ensure relevant changes reach our policies, platform, and operating processes. Use AI and legal technology to improve research, contracting, and knowledge management, with verification and confidentiality controls.
- Represent GreenLight credibly. Support enterprise diligence, client presentations, and selected webinars and industry events. Review external claims and help develop useful, accurate compliance content.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Relevant legal experience. Typically 8 or more years in employment law, workforce compliance, and related commercial matters, with substantial responsibility for practical business advice. We will consider exceptional candidates with less experience.
- Legal qualifications. A JD or equivalent law degree and active membership in good standing with a US state bar.
- Workforce expertise. Deep knowledge of US employment law and worker classification, including complex multi-state workforces, and experience coordinating international legal advice.
- Commercial and operational judgment. Evidence of negotiating business agreements, implementing compliance processes, and making clear, proportionate recommendations under time pressure.
- Technology fluency. Ability to translate legal requirements into product and workflow changes, plus practical experience using AI or legal technology and evaluating its outputs.
- Leadership and communication. Ability to manage outside counsel, influence colleagues, and explain complex issues clearly to enterprise clients and hiring managers. Willingness to develop a credible public voice in workforce compliance.
- Builder mentality. Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and play an active part in implementing improvements.
Experience in staffing, EOR/AOR services, contingent workforce programs, talent marketplaces, or workforce technology is particularly valuable. In-house experience and experience building a legal or compliance function are strong advantages.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In your first year, you will establish a prioritized compliance roadmap, strengthen classification and international partner controls, improve enterprise contracting, and make regulatory updates actionable across our platform and operations. Teams will understand their responsibilities and know when and how to escalate material risks.
WHY JOIN GREENLIGHT
You will have direct access to the CEO, a meaningful voice in product and business decisions, and the opportunity to shape how leading organizations manage their extended workforce. We offer flexible working arrangements, benefits, and a home office stipend.
HOW WE WILL ASSESS CANDIDATES
We will focus on demonstrated judgment and results: how you have resolved difficult workforce issues, improved processes, managed counsel, and helped a business move forward responsibly. Our process will include discussion of your experience and a short practical case exercise.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own how Tennr gets found, across paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and The Trade Desk), traditional search, and the AI assistants our buyers increasingly ask first. Our buyers run DME suppliers, infusion centers, specialty pharmacies, and other provider organizations. They're operators, not software buyers. They search for specific problems, not product categories, and more of them now ask ChatGPT or Claude which vendors to consider. Learning how they search and what they respond to is the core of the job.
You'll know you're right for this if you've built a growth channel from scratch, think in pipeline rather than impressions, and want to own a number.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Search & Social: Run campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), including keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and landing page alignment.
- Programmatic: Own The Trade Desk, including audience selection, account-based targeting, and connected TV.
- SEO: Own keyword strategy, on-page and technical SEO, and organic growth. Focus on the low-volume, high-intent searches provider operators actually make, and build pages by specialty, workflow, and comparison intent.
- AEO: Make Tennr the answer when buyers ask AI assistants about referral intake, prior auth, and patient onboarding, by structuring owned content for LLMs and earning mentions on the third-party sources they cite.
- Measurement: Build the framework for CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, and keep conversion signal clean so platforms optimize toward qualified pipeline.
- Pipeline Ownership: Carry a pipeline goal shared with Growth and Sales.
- Experimentation: Test new channels and new ways of working, including AI tools and Clay workflows, and decide what to scale.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Work with Sales on target segments, Content Marketing on paid offers, and Brand and Design on creative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4 years owning paid programs end-to-end, ideally at a B2B SaaS company. A management consulting background (MBB or similar) before that is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience building enrichment and audience workflows in Clay.
- Quantitative fluency. You think in CPL, CPQL, and pipeline contribution, not clicks.
- Builder DNA. You've taken a channel from 0 to 1 and scaled what worked.
- Comfort with AI and a habit of experimenting with it, plus a clear sense of where it helps and where it doesn't.
- Creative judgment that sets you apart from a flood of AI slop. You can show campaigns you've run and explain the thinking behind them.
A PLUS IF YOU...
- Have run campaigns in The Trade Desk or another DSP.
- Have healthcare or healthtech experience.
- Have run Reddit, X, or trade media campaigns.
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street
- Unlimited PTO
- 100% paid employee health benefit options
- Employer funded 401(k) match
- Competitive parental leave

At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
At Wizards of the Coast, we connect people around the world through play and imagination. From our genre-defining games like Magic: The Gathering® and Dungeons & Dragons® to our growing multiverse, we continue to innovate and build new ways to foster friendship and connection. That’s where you come in!
We seek a Principal Network Engineer to serve as the technical lead for our enterprise network transformation. This is the highest-level individual contributor role on the Network Engineering team. You will design the Zero Trust Network Access framework, manage our Palo Alto Panorama environment, and make key decisions where complexity and security meet. You will work closely with the Senior Manager of Network & Cloud Infrastructure and partner with IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, and Security teams. Together, you will build a network that verifies identity, checks device posture, and enforces least privilege from edge to cloud! You will bring this project to a definitive close.
What You'll Do:
Act as the technical expert for the Network 2.0 ZTNA program — own the architecture, lead build reviews, establish engineering standards, and address any critical issues during implementation.
Build and validate the full ZTNA architecture across all primary and international sites — defining network zones, segmentation policy, and device posture requirements that eliminate lateral movement risk.
Manage Palo Alto Panorama at the platform level — template hierarchy, device group creation, policy distribution oversight, and configuration drift prevention across all on-premises and cloud-connected NGFWs.
Develop the AWS and Palo Alto Panorama cloud integration — detailing how cloud-native firewall policy, VPC topology, and on-premises ZTNA fabric combine within a unified enforcement plane.
Lead the Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) architecture (Year 2, joint with IAM): construct the identity-to-network enforcement model, compose the network zone taxonomy, and direct the IP-to-identity rule migration that phases out all IP-based user firewall rules.
Direct GlobalProtect architecture decisions — agent configuration, split tunneling policy, certificate trust chain, and version compliance standards upheld through Intune.
Develop and keep current the network architecture documents, decision records, and runbook library that the broader team relies on to carry out tasks. You establish the standard; the team adheres to it.
Lead the global site topology mapping effort by detailing all international sites. Define the tiered support model and produce the hardware refresh sequencing plan linked to the ZTNA rollout waves.
Partner with the Automation / Network Reliability Engineer to build self-healing policy frameworks, Panorama API automation patterns, and CI/CD pipeline standards for network configuration changes.
Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional architecture reviews alongside IAM, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, and Central Technology — you bring the network angle in conversations where enterprise architecture is decided.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years of enterprise network engineering with demonstrated depth in large-scale architecture building — not just operations.
Advanced knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW and Panorama — template hierarchy, device groups, security policy development, NAT, decryption policy, and multi-vsys environments.
Proven ZTNA architecture experience — you have built a ZTNA deployment, not just configured one; you understand the segmentation model, the policy logic, and the failure modes.
Comprehensive knowledge of GlobalProtect — covering agent architecture, gateway configuration, certificate trust, split tunneling policy, and troubleshooting issues across diverse endpoint types on a large scale.
AWS network architecture hands-on — VPC build, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Network Firewall, and cloud-native connectivity patterns that integrate with on-premises enforcement.
Understanding of identity-to-network enforcement patterns — how identity signals (Okta groups, Entra device compliance, CIE) translate into firewall policy and how that architecture scales.
Grasp of SD-WAN concepts and Prisma SD-WAN or equivalent — intelligent path selection, application-aware routing, and WAN optimization in a multi-site enterprise.
Experience authoring network architecture documentation, design decision records, and engineering standards that other engineers can build against with confidence.
Ability to work independently as a reliable contributor with a senior manager. You build technical expertise so the manager can focus on the program. You operate without needing close supervision and do not cause it.
Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences. You can explain a zone segmentation model to a CISO and a Panorama template hierarchy to a junior engineer in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) — integrating Okta or Entra group membership into NGFW policy enforcement.
Network automation depth — Python, Ansible, or Panorama API scripting for policy automation, compliance checking, or self-healing configurations.
Experience in GCP network configuration — VPC Service Controls, Cloud Armor, or hybrid connectivity models connecting GCP and on-premises ZTNA fabric.
Experience working in a multi-studio, multi-site entertainment or gaming enterprise with geographically distributed international infrastructure.
Active certifications: PCNSE (Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer), ZTNA specialist, or AWS Advanced Networking Specialty.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Corporate Systems team runs the core collaboration platforms everyone here works in and builds the tooling and automation behind IT. That responsibility extends to the companies we acquire. Their people, devices, and systems have to come into Anthropic securely.
You'll own the IT side of Anthropic's acquisitions: due diligence, integration planning, and integration. Before close, you'll assess a company's IT environment and give the deal team a clear read on risk and effort. You'll define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, what has to be ready on day one, and how each security gap gets closed. After close, you'll carry out that plan and bring the company's people, devices, and systems onto our stack. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll hold admin, write code, build automation, run the cutovers yourself and bring in other teams when the work calls for their expertise or support. You'll lead this work for IT Engineering and partner with Security, Corporate Development, Legal, People, and Finance at every stage.
M&A will be your primary focus and responsibility, but you'll be a full member of the Corporate Systems team; taking part in planning and reviews, using and contributing to the team’s tooling, and contributing to the roadmap. Early on, M&A will be most of your work, including using Claude to automate the repeatable parts of diligence and integration. As that automation matures, and when M&A load is light, you'll contribute to other parts of the team’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
Lead technical IT due diligence: assess a company's identity, applications, endpoints, and infrastructure, and brief the deal team on risk and effort before close
Find the gaps between an acquired environment and Anthropic's security model, rate them, and build the mitigations into the integration plan
Define the technical integration plan and its requirements: what moves, where it lands, in what order, and what has to be ready on day one
Run the integration: take over administration, migrate people, devices, and data, and retire what's no longer needed, with support from other IT Engineering teams as required.
Work with Business Technology, Client Platform, Corporate Network, IT Operations, and Security on their parts of each integration
Keep Corporate Development, Legal, People, Finance, and the acquired company's team clear on where IT stands
Build a repeatable IT M&A playbook and automate as much of it as possible with Claude
When M&A work is light, contribute to core Corporate Systems projects
You may be a good fit if you have
8+ years as a hands-on engineer in corporate IT. You have designed and shipped systems, carried out migrations or integrations yourself, and owned at least one area end-to-end, with experience supporting other areas: identity, applications, endpoints, or corporate infrastructure
Experience administering enterprise identity and collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, and an SSO provider, and working code in Python or similar against their SaaS APIs
Working knowledge of endpoint management and security concepts, enough to lead diligence on an unfamiliar fleet
A proven ability to understand an unfamiliar IT environment quickly and deliver a prioritized view of risk to non-specialists
A record of leading technical projects that span several teams and run to a fixed date, while doing much of the engineering yourself
Comfort working autonomously, with ambiguity and confidential information
Clear communication with executives, legal and corporate development teams, and engineers at acquired companies
Strong candidates may also have
Prior M&A, carve-out, or company-to-company migration experience
Experience across the full stack: endpoints, systems, applications, and infrastructure
Hands-on experience managing a device fleet or running an MDM
Experience working in or alongside a security team
A record of building tooling that replaces manual IT work
Using Claude or similar tools as a core part of how you work
Representative projects
Assess an acquired company's IT environment that nobody here has seen and produce a prioritized integration plan within days
Design a way to size integration effort and risk for a company of any shape or size
Automate bringing acquired people and devices onto Anthropic's identity and device management
Write the IT risk memo for a live deal and present it to Corporate Development and Security leadership
Deadline to apply: None. Applications will be received on a rolling basis.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:

Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.

Workplace: hybrid
This role leads IT third-party management and procurement at Capital.com, delivering it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations. You own the full third-party lifecycle (search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding) and the procurement of hardware, software and IT services, and you make the function the single, front-loaded entry point for buying: fast for the business, controlled for the company. You turn ad hoc, reactive vendor work into defined, repeatable processes that partner teams can rely on, with controls scoped to each vendor's risk. Working in a regulated group (FCA, CySEC and others), you keep third-party risk and spend under control while the business moves at speed, and you lead the IT Procurement team.
What You Will Do:
Lead IT third-party management and procurement and deliver it against the strategy and priorities set by the VP of IT Operations.
Own and run the third-party lifecycle end to end: search, onboarding, relationship management and offboarding, as defined, repeatable processes.
Own procurement of hardware, software and IT services, from sourcing and negotiation through purchase and renewal, as a single front-loaded entry point.
Scope controls to vendor risk through triage and tiering: first-pass assessment runs in the team, with Legal, Security, Compliance and IT Compliance confirming under agreed SLAs.
Design processes from scratch: document procedures, visualise workflows, then roll them out with training, feedback and iteration until they actually work.
Use process automation and AI to front-load checks and cut manual effort across the lifecycle.
Partner with Asset Management and FinOps so vendor, contract, spend and asset data stay one non-duplicated source of truth.
Give Finance and Treasury forward visibility of spend and payments: what, when, how much, which entity, which method.
Meet third-party regulatory and audit obligations by design (DORA register of information and similar), so reports are extracted, not assembled by hand.
Line-manage and develop the IT Procurement team; set direction, priorities and quality bars.
Who You Will Work With:
Asset Management and FinOps specialists: vendor, contract, spend and asset data as one shared source.
IT Infrastructure and IT Service Desk: requirements, deployment and support of purchased solutions.
Legal and Finance (budgeting and accounting): contracts, budget gates, payments and cost.
Compliance and IT Compliance: third-party risk framework, second-line confirmation and regulatory obligations.
What You Bring:
Experience leading vendor or third-party management and procurement in a regulated organisation (FCA, CySEC or similar); regulated experience is essential.
A track record of delivering against an agreed strategy and roadmap while bringing your own judgment to reach the outcome.
Proven ability to build processes from scratch: documenting procedures and visualising workflows.
Strong process rollout skills: you train people, gather feedback and iterate until the process works in practice, not just on paper.
Experience running the full vendor lifecycle and IT procurement (sourcing, negotiation, contracts, renewals, offboarding).
Comfort scoping controls to risk and working with Legal, Security and Compliance as defined interfaces.
People leadership: you lead a procurement team, set standards and develop people.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills across business, engineering and control functions.
Nice to Have:
DORA knowledge and experience with a register of information.
Process automation, and active use of AI to speed assessment and administration.
Jira workflow at user level (no admin required).
Familiarity with third-party risk frameworks, outsourcing requirements, ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Fintech, brokerage or banking experience.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Taxfix recently launched its first products and services for self-employed people and
small and medium businesses in Germany. The B2B motions these products
need to scale have to be built from the ground up, with support from central
growth and channel experts: acquisition and onboarding, lead generation and
nurturing, sales, retention and expansion. In this role, your mandate is to
find, test and scale what works.
You own SE and SMB growth marketing end to end for Germany. You start from an
insight you found yourself and pick the few opportunities worth the time and
money. Before launch you set the success, kill and scale criteria and what done
means. Then you run the work yourself, or hand it to the expert best placed to
run it, read the result and decide whether to scale, iterate or kill.
Central specialist teams carry the established work, and you collaborate with
them: paid acquisition, CRM, marketing data and MarTech. You decide which
channels, segments and messages to test, and you build the growth loops nobody
at Taxfix has run yet. You work with the B2B product team, the B2B commercial
lead, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Find the opportunities worth running. Turn customer conversations, sales
calls, funnel data and what you observe in the market into hypotheses and
experiments for SE and SMB growth. Rank them and run them. Pivot when an
experiment fails, and scale quickly when it works.
- Build multi-channel strategies. Build an experimentation engine, and use
its results to shape the multi-channel strategy for awareness and demand
capture across Taxfix's new B2B products. Central growth teams and channel
experts carry parts of the mix.
- Design how each product reaches its customers. For each growth loop,
decide the ICP segment to focus on, the channel and the message to test, how
the user flow and experience fit the loop, and the plan for scaling after the
first positive signals.
- Plan it, then run it yourself. Set success, kill and scale criteria before
launch. Build the prototype, landing page, content, onboarding flow or nurture
sequence with your own hands where that is fastest, and bring in central
experts where they do it better.
- Build B2B motions from zero to one. Acquisition and onboarding flows, lead
generation and nurturing, the handover to inbound sales, retention and
expansion loops. Several of these exist nowhere at Taxfix today.
- Read the results and make the call. Separate signal from noise at B2B
volumes, where samples start small. Decide to scale, iterate or kill, and turn
the read into recommendations for Product and commercial leadership.
- Use AI as an operating and growth advantage. Use AI to 10x your
effectiveness and your outcomes. Build your own prototypes, applets and tools
for the opportunities you run, and apply AI to discovery, analysis, content,
experimentation and repeating workflows.
- Steer budget where the evidence is thin. You hold the mandate to plan and
allocate budget for new B2B motions and growth loops.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Strategist and operator in one person. You pick the opportunities and you
run them, to the standard you planned them to. Given the choice, you ship a
first version this week over polishing a plan for a month.
- 5+ years in B2B go-to-market. 5+ years of experience in B2B
go-to-market, growth, strategy or another go-to-market function, including
ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Zero-to-one experience. You took a new product, category, platform or
business line from the first growth-loop tests, through scaling, to a
multi-channel playbook.
- Close to the customer. You naturally stay close to our customers, talk to them, listen to sales calls and use customer insights to inform your decisions.
- Data literacy. You can define and interpret acquisition, activation, adoption,
retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue and product-usage metrics, and you
turn what you find into a decision.
- Agility and speed. You try new ideas all the time. When one fails, you
pivot. When one works, you move to scale it. Shifting priorities and tight
deadlines don't throw you off.
- Curious about B2B growth and AI. You follow the people and sources moving
both fields, and you can name what you took from them into your own work.
- Knowledge of the German market, ideally of how self-employed people and
small businesses buy. Fluent German is a big plus, not a must.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.
- Holistic well-being with free mental health coaching sessions.
- A monthly allowance to spend on an extensive range of services that you can use and roll over as flexibly as you like.
- Employee stock options for all employees—because everyone deserves to benefit from the success they help to create.
- 30 annual vacation days and flexible working hours.
- A generous learning budget to support your personal and professional development and guidance from our internal L&D experts.
- Work from abroad for up to six weeks every year. Just align with your team, and then enjoy your trip.
- Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible.
- Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions.
- Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office.
Excited? So are we. Check out our Life at Taxfix https://www.linkedin.com/company/taxfix/life/8684512c-424f-44de-8d07-6e6b516e3319/?viewAsMember=true page on LinkedIn to get a glimpse of our culture.
At Taxfix, we believe that incredible things happen when you have a wealth of perspectives and experiences. We're proudly committed to equal employment and development opportunities no matter your gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, colour, disability, or place of origin. To help mitigate any potential unconscious biases, we ask that you refrain from including your picture, age, or marital status on your CV. Let your experiences speak for themselves.
Not sure if you meet all the requirements for this role? Please apply anyway. You might bring something special to the team that we hadn't considered previously.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Humanoid is seeking a Head of Solutions Engineering to turn customer operational needs into feasible, commercially compelling robotics solutions. Based in Boston, you will partner with the Commercial, Product, Engineering and Deployment teams to lead technical discovery, define customer requirements and build a clear path from initial evaluation to scaled deployment.
Initially, you will be the core individual contributor: personally visiting customer sites, designing solutions, developing technical proposals and creating the pre-sales material the Commercial team needs. As demand grows, you will establish and lead the Solutions Engineering function across the UK/EU, US and MENA, hiring and developing regional engineers while retaining direct involvement in strategic opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Customer discovery and requirements:
- Lead customer site visits and operational assessments to understand workflows, volumes, layouts, materials, shift patterns and constraints; identify repeatable, high-value use cases for humanoid robotics.
- Align customer Operations, Engineering, IT, Safety, Procurement and executive stakeholders on the problem to solve and measurable success criteria, including throughput, availability, accuracy and human intervention.
- Build credible business cases and fleet-sizing models covering utilisation, labour assumptions, total cost of ownership, payback and sensitivity to performance and deployment ramp-up.
- Solution design and Product partnership:
- Define solution concepts, workflows, layouts, robot configurations, infrastructure and interfaces with customer systems such as WMS, MES, ERP and existing automation.
- Work with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility, distinguish demonstrated capabilities from development requirements, and agree capability gaps, owners, validation plans and realistic timelines.
- Translate customer demand into prioritised Product requirements, balancing commercial value, engineering effort and the potential to reuse capabilities across customers.
- Identify safety, cybersecurity and deployment compliance requirements, coordinating with the relevant specialists and documenting the actions needed for customer approval.
- Technical pre-sales and commercial enablement:
- Own the technical content of proposals, solution specifications, statements of work, RFI/RFP responses and customer technical due diligence, working with Commercial and Legal on commitments.
- Provide technical cost and resource estimates to support pricing, deployment planning and commercial risk assessment.
- Create and maintain the full pre-sales technical library: capability and performance evidence, use-case descriptions, technical presentations, reference architectures, layouts, integration guides, FAQs, demonstration assets, business-case models and requirements/SOW templates.
- Train Commercial colleagues and relevant partners to qualify use cases, gather the right site data and communicate approved technical capabilities consistently.
- Use operational modelling and simulation to assess suitability and deployment economics, including Humanoid AnalitIQ where appropriate.
- Validation, acceptance and deployment handover:
- Define the technical scope of demonstrations, proofs of concept and pilots, including baseline measurements, test conditions, resources, milestones, pass/fail criteria and the evidence required for acceptance.
- Work with Commercial to connect each evaluation to a measurable long-term business case and a credible path to larger fleet or multi-site deployment.
- Coordinate technical input to trials with Product, Engineering and Deployment; evaluate results, resolve gaps and translate learning into revised requirements and reusable material.
- Build and lead the global function:
- Define the Solutions Engineering operating model, ownership, technical review process and engagement with regional sales teams, Product, Engineering and Deployment.
- Develop a phased hiring and coverage plan across the UK/EU, US and MENA, aligned to pipeline value, opportunity complexity, travel demand and delivery capacity.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and lead regional Solutions Engineers, establishing consistent standards for discovery, solution design, technical documentation and commercial judgement.
- Establish the tools, CRM discipline, knowledge base and reporting needed to track requirements, feasibility decisions, proposal progress, technical risks and team performance.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8+ years of proven experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally within robotics, industrial automation or complex hardware solutions.
- Solid understanding of industrial workflows, automation systems and integrations with platforms such as WMS, MES and ERP.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience building business cases, ROI models, fleet-sizing estimates, TCO assessments and deployment cost models.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Deployment and customer stakeholders to validate feasibility, manage technical risks and align on delivery commitments.
- Direct experience with humanoid robotics, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), industrial robotics or AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with operational modelling, simulation tools and robotics deployment economics.
- Experience scaling a Solutions Engineering or technical pre-sales function in a high-growth technology company.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and work closely with teams and customers across the UK/EU, US and MENA.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
