CloudLinux is transforming the Linux infrastructure market by ensuring security and stability for over 500,000 servers worldwide. Our products - CloudLinux OS and Imunify360 - are the de facto standard in the hosting industry and Enterprise segment.
We are seeking a visionary engineer to lead the evolution of our data platform. In 2025, we are shifting from classic database administration to an Internal Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) model. We need a specialist who doesn’t just "configure backups," but designs resilient distributed systems, writes code to automate infrastructure, and transforms databases into a reliable service for product teams.
If you are tired of endless tickets and want to build platforms capable of processing petabytes of data, this role is for you.
Your Challenges & Responsibilities:
DBaaS Architecture:
Design and implement a self-service platform based on
Terraform
and
Ansible
, enabling the deployment of HA clusters (PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, MongoDB, Redis) in a heterogeneous environment (Bare Metal + OpenNebula + Kubernetes + Public Clouds). You will turn infrastructure into a product.
Scaling ClickHouse:
Manage exponentially growing analytics clusters (12+ clusters, tens of terabytes of data). You will tackle sharding, table engine optimization (ReplicatedMergeTree), and building reliable S3 backup pipelines under high load.
Data Platform & Analytics Support:
Maintain and scale the infrastructure for Apache Airflow and Redash. You will ensure the reliability of ETL pipelines and visualization tools, bridging the gap between raw infrastructure and the data analytics team.
Reliability as Code:
Implement SRE practices in data management. Replace manual incident response with automated self-healing mechanisms. Define and implement SLO/SLI for all databases.
Stack Modernization:
Lead the migration process from legacy solutions to modern cloud patterns. Participate in decision-making regarding the implementation of Kubernetes operators for stateful workloads.
Expertise & Mentorship:
Serve as the technical authority for product teams, helping them optimize data schemas and SQL queries for high-load systems.

A Remote-first company with an "Employees First" principle. We value results, not hours in the office.
Impact:
Your architectural decisions will determine the stability of services used by thousands of companies around the world.
Growth:
We support professional development and pay for training and conferences.
Requirements
What We Expect From You:
AI-Augmented Engineering:
You don't view AI as a replacement for deep technical fundamentals, but as a high-leverage tool. We actively use AI agents (Claude, Codex, Gemini, etc.) to automate boilerplate, analyze complex logs, and speed up research. We expect you to be open to modern workflows and integrate AI into your day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus your brainpower on the true architectural challenges.
Deep PostgreSQL Expertise (5+ years):
You know MVCC internals, understand locking mechanics, can configure Patroni and PgBouncer "with your eyes closed," and have experience with seamless major version upgrades under load.
ClickHouse Mastery:
Experience operating large clusters, understanding ZooKeeper/ClickHouse Keeper, sharding, replication internals, and the ability to diagnose performance issues at the data-part level.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a strong Robotics Learning Engineer to join our Manipulation team based in London.
In this role, you will work on teaching our robots to manipulate the world around them.
This is a role at the intersection of applied deep learning and robotics, and to be set up for success you need both experience of working with real robot hardware (e.g. identifying issues in control or teleop), and applied deep learning (you don’t have to be an expert on cutting edge neural network techniques, but you should be perfectly capable of curating data, fine-tuning a policy on that data and hypothesising potential mitigations when something doesn’t work).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Post-train manipulation policies via behaviour cloning and RL; own the full loop from data to deployment.
- Come up with data preprocessing strategies to improve the quality of collected data.
- Work with the simulation team to set up RL training using digital twin, and then iterate on reward and simulation quality to ensure successful transfer to the real world.
- Partner with the data collection organization to drive data collection activities for a specific capability: specify what good data looks like, ensure diversity and coverage, and iterate on instructions.
- Expand observation and action spaces with new components required to support novel capabilities, and work with the Teleoperations team to expose these components to robot operators.
- Partner with Teleoperations and Controls teams to improve motion smoothness and teleoperation experience.
- Interface with hardware design team to ensure that manipulation team findings regarding the current generation of hardware are reflected in future designs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years working on robots (industry or research) with shipped artifacts to show for it. A good understanding of modern teleoperation and low-level control stack.
- Experience with neural network post-training.
- Familiarity with deep learning infrastructure: streaming datasets, checkpointing & state management, distributed training, PyTorch or JAX. Ability to profile & debug numerics and write maintainable research code.
- Good familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
- Ability to document experiments clearly and communicate trade‑offs crisply.
Nice to have:
- Experience training VLA models for manipulation (autoregressive, diffusion or flow-matching based). Familiarity with OpenVLA, Physical Intelligence (π) models, or similar open VLA frameworks.
- Experience applying RL to robotics problems.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or deep learning conferences or equivalent open‑source contributions.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Senior Simulation Engineer to join our VLA team based in London.
In this role, you will build and maintain simulation environments for dexterous manipulation tasks across industrial, service, and home domains. This is primarily a simulation and reinforcement learning-focused role, so we are looking for experience creating realistic physics-based environments and training RL policies, while experience in robotics isn't strictly required. However, if you don't have such experience, be prepared that you'd need to familiarize yourself with a new domain quickly.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and implement gym environments for manipulation tasks spanning industrial, service, and home settings, defining appropriate observation spaces, action spaces, and reward functions.
- Analyze and address reward hacking - identify cases where learned policies exploit reward misspecification and iterate on reward design to produce robust behaviors.
- Analyze and reduce the sim-to-real gap by tuning physics parameters, improving asset fidelity, and validating simulation behavior against real-world data.
- Work with third-party vendors to procure, validate, and integrate high-quality 3D assets (objects, fixtures, environments) suitable for physics-based simulation.
- Ensure correct physics setup - contact dynamics, friction, mass properties, joint limits - so that trained policies transfer reliably to hardware.
- Identify and reduce simulation bottlenecks to maximize training throughput and environment step rates.
- Improve our simulation-based evaluation and reinforcement learning infrastructure to support rapid iteration and scaling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years building simulation environments or game-engine-based interactive systems (industry or research) with shipped products, published results, or equivalent artifacts to show for it.
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one physics simulator (Isaac Sim/IsaacLab, MuJoCo, PyBullet, Drake) or equivalent game engine experience (Unreal, Unity) with a focus on physically accurate interactions.
- Strong practical experience running large-scale parallel simulation on GPU clusters and good familiarity with modern GPU-accelerated simulation infrastructure.
- Strong Python; you can profile bottlenecks, debug physics issues, and write maintainable research code.
- Familiarity with modern software engineering practices.
- You document experiments clearly and communicate trade-offs crisply.
Nice to have:
- Robotics or manipulation-specific experience (grasping, contact-rich tasks, deformable objects).
- Experience designing reward functions and training RL policies in simulated environments; solid understanding of common failure modes (reward hacking, distribution shift, sim-to-real gap).
- Experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim & IsaacLab specifically.
- Experience with domain randomization, system identification, or other sim-to-real transfer techniques.
- Publications at top-tier robotics or RL conferences or equivalent open-source contributions.
- Familiarity with robocasa, robosuite or similar open-source manipulation simulation frameworks.

We are seeking a Teleoperation Control Engineer to help build the systems that let human operators safely, confidently, and precisely control advanced robots. This role sits at the intersection of robot control, real-time software, operator UX, hardware integration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
You will develop the core teleoperation capability that enables operators to guide, recover, teach, and improve robot behavior in real time. That includes intuitive control mappings, reliable command pipelines, clear operator feedback, high-quality data capture, and safeguards for safe use around real hardware.
We are open to strong candidates from junior through staff level. The key traits are hands-on robotics ability, strong engineering judgment, care for software quality, and a product-minded instinct for making complex robot systems intuitive for operators.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop teleoperation capabilities for controlling robots across manipulation, mobility, and loco-manipulation tasks.
- Design intuitive operator experiences, including input mappings, visualizations, feedback loops, recovery flows, and workflows that reduce cognitive load and improve operator confidence.
- Integrate input devices such as VR controllers, gloves, haptic devices, motion capture systems, and custom operator stations into the robot software stack.
- Translate noisy, high-frequency human input into smooth, stable, physically feasible robot commands with predictable behavior.
- Build robust teleoperation infrastructure for real-time data streaming, calibration, replay, debugging, logging, operator training, and high-quality demonstration capture.
- Develop shared-autonomy and assistive-control features that blend human intent with robot capability to improve precision, safety, and ease of use.
- Create safe operating boundaries, limiters, alerts, emergency/recovery flows, and clear state feedback so robot operators can use teleoperation safely.
- Define and improve quality metrics for teleoperation systems, including latency, reliability, observability, operator success rate, demonstration quality, and failure modes.
- Stress-test teleoperation systems on real hardware and in simulation, then drive reliability improvements based on operator feedback and observed failures.
- Work closely with controls, manipulation, hardware, and operations teams to ensure teleoperation requirements shape robot design and field workflows.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong robotics fundamentals, including kinematics, coordinate frames, control interfaces, state estimation basics, and real-time system behavior.
- Experience building a subset of the following: teleoperation systems, operator UIs, shared-autonomy tools, human-robot interfaces, or robot learning data-collection pipelines.
- Ability to write reliable software in C++ and/or Python, with experience in ROS/ROS2, real-time data streaming, or robotic middleware.
- Good intuition for human-in-the-loop systems: how operators perceive robot state, issue commands, recover from errors, and build trust.
- A quality mindset: clean abstractions, testing, logging, observability, performance tuning, and tools that remain usable under pressure.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack, from operator input devices to robot motion, sensors, networking, and hardware behavior.
- Comfort iterating quickly on real robots, learning from operator feedback, and turning prototypes into robust capabilities.
- Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building or debugging software for real robotic hardware, ideally in manipulation, mobile manipulation, humanoids, or dexterous systems.
- Experience designing safe workflows for hardware-facing systems where latency, instability, poor feedback, or misuse can create operational risk.
- Experience collecting high-quality demonstrations for imitation learning, behavior cloning, or other robot learning workflows.
- Exposure to intent inference, haptics, force feedback, motion capture, VR/AR interfaces, or custom control devices.
- A product-minded approach to robotics: caring not only that the robot moves, but that control is intuitive, safe, reliable, and pleasant for operators to use.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ days time off, including 23 days annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).

About Provectus
Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a small, senior pod alongside an FDX; our delivery arc is Sprint → Enable → Realize:
Forward Deployed Executive (FDX)
owns the commercial relationship and the business outcome. Works alongside the client's leadership or C-suite level to move the client's KPIs — revenue growth, cost reduction, risk reduction.
Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)
embeds with a client to change how that client operates. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket. You map the client workflow as it actually happens, identify the business problem underneath it, build a working AI solution, present to the client in the language of outcomes, and transfer it. Provectus maintains industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a client in the same industry — so you begin from running code and tuning it to this client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture. You will be measured on whether the Business Unit's number moved, not on hours or scope delivered.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; identify problems before they're handed to you
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams
Client Engagement
You are willing to spend time understanding and doing someone else’s job on the client's side before you write a line of code
Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO, presenting outcomes to them
You can produce a scoped, phased delivery plan with clear deliverables, dependencies, and risks — and estimate what it will cost to build and to run
Technical depth
7+ years building and running production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations. You understand what the models do well enough to reason about failure modes
Designed and shipped to production LLM applications and agentic workflows — not demos, not POCs, not notebooks
Agentic orchestration: multi-step workflows, graph-based orchestration, tool use, state management, and recovery from partial failure
Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) and agent frameworks.
Experience building and optimizing RAG systems in production
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Experience in making and defending architectural trade-off decisions
Hands-on AWS production depth: Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR, or similar. GCP or Azure is a plus
Cloud-native delivery: containers, ECS or Kubernetes, IaC, and CI/CD applied to AI pipelines
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured, how you produced ground truth, and what gated a release
Model and agent monitoring, drift detection
Cost and latency discipline: model tiering, caching, and the ability to say what a workload costs to run before it runs
Hands-on production experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build — is a strong plus
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration. Having authored a server is a plus
What you’ll do:
Take the seat
Sit with the client and the Forward Deployed Executive at the start of an engagement. Learn the function from inside, not from a requirements doc, and redesign the function from first principles.
Reach working fluency in a new domain — insurance underwriting, healthcare revenue cycle, asset flow.
Build
Design and ship production GenAI systems into the customer’s environment (cloud-native data, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions). Implement and optimize RAG systems for production use cases
Build the evaluation harness before you build the feature. Define what working means, instrument it, and let the evals drive the design.
Write production code across the stack — AI, backend services, data pipelines. We choose tools to fit the customer.
Take systems to production on AWS (GCP or Azure where the customer requires it): containerised, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and maintainable after we leave. Hand the system over to the client.
Start from the blueprint, and feed the blueprint. What you learn in the field becomes the baseline the next engagement starts from.
Lead architecture reviews, produce technical design documents, and contribute to standards. Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
Own the outcome.
Work in a pair with a FDX who carries the Business Unit’s KPIs. Your work is measured against the same number.
Own the technical direction of technical proposals and scoping. Drive adoption. Change management is part of the engineering job here.
Be credible with the customer’s engineers and their executives.
Shape what we commit to before we commit to it.
Nice to Have:
Prior experience as a founder, CTO, or engineering leader who has chosen to return to individual contribution
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery
A2A: you can explain agent-to-agent interoperability
AWS and Claude Code Certifications
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust)
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside Principal Architects and Forward Deployed Engineers
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work
How we hire:
Intro conversation. The role, your background and aspirations, tech questions.
Technical interview with live engineering sessions. Real problems, your own editor, you may use an LLM assistant
HR Interview. Soft skills and expectations
HM interview. Tech questions; a live engineering session is also possible

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Role
We're looking for a technical lead who can own the frontend across OKX's core crypto business verticals. You'll be deeply involved in the full frontend delivery lifecycle across Trading, Web3, Payment, and beyond — not just writing code, but helping teams and products find the right direction, make the right calls, and execute with speed and precision.
This role demands the rigor of an engineer, the strategic thinking of a product manager, and the market instincts of a crypto practitioner. You don't need to carry a full-stack title, but you must genuinely understand frontend, have enough backend fluency to hold your own in architecture discussions, and — above all — understand the business.
Core Responsibilities
Business & Team Leadership
Own the overall frontend team across core business verticals including Trading and Payment, covering hiring, development, and pipeline building. Partner effectively with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance — driving cross-functional outcomes through technical judgment, not just execution.
Product Delivery & Technical Execution
Lead technical design and delivery for core business features including trading system frontend experience, wallet and asset management, AI-powered trading products, payment gateway integrations, and KYC/AML frontend implementation. Stay deeply sensitive to business metrics and user experience, making sound trade-offs between speed and quality.
Product & Engineering Thinking in the AI Era
Demonstrate deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product paradigms — changing user expectations, product form factors, and R&D efficiency. Integrate AI into product decisions and design, not merely as a productivity tool.
Technical Judgment & Standard-Setting
Drive tech stack alignment and evolution. Proactively identify and address technical risk. Establish high engineering quality standards in complex crypto security contexts — private key security, frontend attack prevention, compliance auditing, and more.
Cross-Team Influence
Build dual technical and business influence at the company level. Communicate technical value and business judgment clearly to engineers, product managers, and senior leadership alike. Participate in industry engagements to attract high-potential talent who are genuinely passionate about crypto.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in CS or related field; 10+ years of engineering experience including 5+ years managing technical teams; solid full-stack capabilities with frontend depth
Deep command of core frontend technologies (React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, performance optimization, cross-platform solutions), with enough backend and API fluency to drive substantive technical discussions
Proven track record leading frontend for products with DAU 1M+ in high-concurrency, high-availability environments
Demonstrated experience driving cross-team collaboration and standard adoption through technical influence rather than organizational authority
Industry Background (Partial Core)
(Core)
Genuine understanding of and enthusiasm for crypto — familiar with CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallet and signing mechanisms, and mainstream payment gateway ecosystems
Experience owning frontend delivery for trading, fintech, payments, or crypto products; comfortable navigating the tensions between compliance, security, and user experience
Familiarity with the Web3 frontend ecosystem (ethers.js / wagmi / viem, WalletConnect, EVM contract interactions, etc.)
Global product experience — understands the complexity of multi-language, multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
Engineering Competencies for the AI Era (Core)
Deep understanding of how AI is reshaping product design; can integrate AI into product decisions rather than treating it purely as a development accelerator
Strong ability to model and frame complex problems; defines the right problem boundaries and system abstractions before reaching for solutions
Proven ability to constrain, guide, and evaluate AI outputs — decomposing complex engineering requirements into AI-executable task sequences
Experience establishing team-level AI working patterns; familiar with and having practiced AI Spec-Driven Development
Maintains high standards for code quality and system design integrity alongside — not despite — AI-assisted development
Soft Skills (Core)
Strong ownership: treats team goals as personal goals — proactive, accountable, clears obstacles without being asked
Sound judgment: makes high-quality decisions under incomplete information — decisive and accountable
Execution muscle: makes things actually land, not just live in decks and proposals
Fast learner: thrives in a fast-moving industry; rapidly absorbs new technologies, business dynamics, and regulatory shifts and converts them into team action
Bilingual: fluent English for technical discussions, documentation, and international collaboration (written and verbal at working proficiency)

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role:
We're hiring several Product Operations Managers to embed within our core product teams. Each will contribute to a key component of our stack. Whether you are ensuring models work within each of our harnesses, prioritizing a great experience across cloud offerings, or building the application layer that keeps users on the frontier, the Product Operations team is an integral part of delivering great products to the world.
Product Operations is the connective tissue between Research, Product, and the market. We shorten the distance between what our models can do and what people get to use. Each of us sits inside one product team as an extension of its leadership, and together we run one shared operating system for how Anthropic ships and learns.
On a given day you might get a launch through its final review, run an early access window, or triaging customer feedback. The rest of the week you build the systems so the team ships and learns faster next time. Our team is small and gets unusual leverage from Claude enabling us to fill gaps across the company and deliver outsized value.
Responsibilities:
1. Ship with confidence
Own launch readiness for your team. Keep our launch calendar the source of truth for what is shipping and when.
Get every major launch through go/no-go: pre-read written, Security, Safeguards, Legal, and Commercial sign-offs recorded, and any accepted risk written down on purpose.
Run early access and beta programs that return signal Product and Research can act on. Define the question before the window opens, give testers the scaffolding to answer it, and close each one with a retro on whether the feedback landed.
Program manage new model launches on your surface: readiness goals set in advance, testing and eval coverage tracked, issues triaged, prompting changes landed, retro run. You won't write the evals. You run the program around them.
2. Close the loop with users
Turn a lot of noise into two clear signals: what users are asking for, ranked by impact and mapped to the roadmap, and which customers or cohorts are blocked, on what, and why it matters.
Plug your team into Anthropic's shared feedback systems rather than building a private one, and improve the shared systems where they fall short.
Make sure the field, Support, and Research hear back about what happened with what they sent.
3. Run the team's operating system
Set the team's pace: planning, business and execution reviews, goal tracking, offsites.
Own how your team works with Legal, Safeguards, Security, GTM, and other product teams so partnering with your team is predictable.
Push reporting overhead toward zero. Reviews and digests should be generated from data that already exists.
Fill the gaps. Every embedded seat carries one or two projects unique to its team, for example managing Monthly Business Reviews and helping track progress between cycles.
4. Build with Claude
Build the tools you need yourself: Claude-powered triage, dashboards that read and write to our systems of record, skills and agents that take the chasing out of the job.
Contribute what you build back to the ProdOps team as reusable patterns (launch checklists, EAP setup, lookbacks, deprecations) so nobody starts from scratch.
You may be a good fit if you have:
Have owned an operational program end to end (launches, early access, feedback, or planning) that a product team relied on to make decisions. You designed it and ran it, not just executed someone else's plan.
Have built a process from zero to one and then simplified it as it scaled. You treat process as a product: it has users, metrics, and a happy path people want to follow.
Have worked embedded with product leadership and can move a team without formal authority.
Build with AI yourself. You have shipped Claude or other LLM-powered workflows, written the prompts, iterated on the outputs, and can describe model behavior with specifics.
Have direct experience managing evals, refining system prompts, and adapting harnesses to new models.
Have direct experience working with Cloud providers in partnership or GTM capacity
Have commitment to safe deployment of AI. Bonus if experience with AI Safety and Safeguards.
Bonus:
Program managed model launches or model quality at an application-layer AI product.
Run early access, beta, or design partner programs.
Product management, technical program management, chief of staff, or strategy and operations experience at a startup or fast-growing product company.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$260,000
—
$325,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
