About the job
We are seeking an Event Design Coordinator to manage the intake, production, and quality assurance of event-related creative requests coming from a wide range of teams across the business. This is a builder-and-gatekeeper role: you'll work hand-in-hand with designers to turn varied, often fast-turnaround requests into flawless deliverables, including booth graphics, signage, decks, digital assets, swag, and invites, while proactively spotting risks (timeline, brand, print spec, or logistical) before they become problems.
We are not looking for someone who simply routes tickets. We're looking for someone who understands both the creative process and the operational realities of live events well enough to catch a misaligned bleed line, a missing dieline, or a vendor deadline that's about to slip, and to fix it before anyone else notices.
Responsibilities
Request Intake & Triage
Serve as the primary point of contact for event-related creative requests coming from varied teams across Tether.
Scope each request clearly: deliverable type, format (print vs. digital), quantity, deadline, dimension, venue/vendor constraints, and brand requirements.
Flag conflicting timelines, unrealistic turnarounds, or missing information immediately, and propose a workable plan rather than waiting to be asked.
Design Collaboration & Project Management
Brief designers with complete, unambiguous specs so work is right the first time.
Manage multiple concurrent event workstreams across different teams and deadlines without dropping details.
Track status across all active requests and proactively surface bottlenecks before they affect the event date.
Quality Assurance (Print & Digital)
Review every designer deliverable before it goes back to the requesting team, checking brand consistency, copy accuracy, resolution, color mode (CMYK vs. RGB), bleed/trim/safe zones, file formats, and platform specs (e.g., booth panel dimensions, social crop ratios, slide aspect ratios).
Catch errors that would be costly or embarrassing to fix on-site or post-launch (typos, wrong sizing, low-res exports, broken links, outdated logos).
Maintain a QA checklist/process that scales across event types and gets sharper over time.
Event Documentation & Knowledge Management
Document and file all assets, briefs, and final deliverables for each event in a shared drive, using a clear, consistent structure.
Organize files so the wider team can easily find past work, reuse assets, and cross-reference specs, timelines, or creative direction from previous events.
Keep a running record of vendor details, production specs, and lessons learned per event to speed up planning for future ones.
Risk & Logistics Ownership
Anticipate what can go wrong, such as vendor lead times, print production windows, last-minute scope changes, and shipping delays, and build buffer and contingency plans into every project timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and print/production partners as needed to confirm specs and delivery windows.
Keep stakeholders across requesting teams and design aligned with clear, proactive status updates rather than reactive fire drills.
Cross-Team Partnership
Act as a trusted liaison between business requesters and the design team, protecting designers' time from ambiguous briefs while protecting requesters from missed deadlines.
Continuously improve the intake and review process based on what goes wrong (or almost goes wrong) on each event.
5+ years of experience in event marketing, event production, creative operations, or project management with a strong events component.
Proven experience managing print and digital production processes; you know what a dieline is, what "safe area" means, and why RGB assets can't go straight to print.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: demonstrated ability to manage several concurrent, cross-functional requests with competing deadlines.
Sharp attention to detail, comfortable being the last line of defense before a deliverable ships.
Experience reviewing and giving actionable feedback on creative work from designers, without needing to be a designer yourself.
A proactive, risk-first mindset: you naturally ask "what could go wrong here?" and build a plan around the answer.
Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable managing stakeholders across different teams with different priorities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Monday, or similar) and design review tools like Figma
Experience setting up shared drive structures or asset libraries for teams.
Fluent in English and Spanish / Italian is a plus.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Most merchants don't find Checkout.com http://Checkout.com through an ad. They find us because someone they already trust told them to look at us, whether that’s their ecommerce agency, their billing platform, their fraud provider, their consultant. We view partnerships as a core growth engine for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, and this role exists to turn that trusted relationship into a repeatable, scalable revenue channel through disciplined execution, strong commercial instinct, and relentless ownership.
We're looking for a high-ownership self-starter who can originate, structure, and close partnerships that drive measurable revenue impact. Our ideal candidate is an operator with strong drive and bias for action — they move fast, take on meaningful challenges, and are recognized for the impact they deliver.
You'll own a portfolio of partners and the merchants they bring us. This is a builder role: you won't inherit a book that carries you to your number — you'll go and find it. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, ambition and quality work get met with opportunity, and growth is in your hands.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Source new partners from a blank list — agencies, systems integrators, ISVs, fintechs and consultancies. Cold outreach, events, referrals, whatever gets you in the room.
- Win the commercial case: get partners to recommend Checkout to their clients ahead of the incumbent, built on the outcomes their clients care about — acceptance rates, market coverage, revenue.
- Win the technical commitment: make the case for a partner investing engineering time in building with Checkout, then coordinate Partner Engineering to deliver it and keep the integration current as our product evolves.
- Activate signed partners into producing partners — map their client base, train the solution architects and account directors who influence recommendations, and keep opportunities registered early.
- Structure and close referral, reseller and embedded models, negotiating across commercial, legal and operational dimensions.
- Own your number: net revenue, total processed volume, product penetration and conversion. You're recognized on partnerships converting into live merchants and revenue — not on signed logos or pipeline.
- Act as the single owner across Sales, Legal, Product, Partner Engineering and Marketing, removing blockers and driving launches to go-live.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales.
- Payments or fintech experience, processor or merchant side — gateway, acquirer, PSP, orchestration, fraud and risk, or a software platform where you sold payments to existing customers.
- Track record of closing Enterprise or complex, multi-stakeholder deals is a plus
- Experience structuring commercial models (rev share, reseller, embedded partnerships)
SKILLSET
- Strong commercial acumen - understands what drives revenue and margin
- Solid negotiation skills - can hold ground while progressing deals
- Ability to operate in cross-functional, high-ambiguity environments
- High attention to detail - no room for approximation
- Resilience for genuine cold outreach. Most of your first six months is finding partners who have never heard from us
MINDSET
- Owner mentality - accountability without excuses
- Performance-driven - focused on outcomes, not activity
- Low ego, high standards - direct, constructive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable being challenged - and challenging back when needed
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience working inside or alongside an agency, systems integrator or ISV — you'll already know how partners decide which vendor to put in front of a client.
- Exposure to embedded payments, payfac or marketplace models.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
THE MISSION
Payments are the infrastructure behind how modern businesses grow. At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, our Account Management team helps established digital merchants turn that infrastructure into an advantage.
Based in Amsterdam, this 12-month fixed-term role will see you manage a focused portfolio of direct merchants across the EEA. You’ll work with online businesses across sectors such as retail, money transfer and fashion, with relationships spanning key markets including Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
You’ll be the trusted advisor and main point of contact for your merchants, helping them navigate product and platform questions, shape stronger payments strategies and unlock new opportunities for growth. This is a post-sales growth role: you’ll protect and deepen existing partnerships while identifying where Checkout.com http://Checkout.com can create more value through product adoption, payment performance, commercial insight and expansion.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to the customer, is comfortable with numbers and commercial conversations, and can build credibility across different markets and cultures.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Own high-touch relationships with a focused portfolio of established merchants mostly across the EEA region, primarily supporting online businesses across markets such as Germany, France, Spain, Portugal and the Netherlands.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant queries across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products and platform, bringing clarity, pace and strong relationship management to day-to-day partnership.
- Understand each merchant’s business model, revenue drivers and priorities, then turn that knowledge into clear account development plans.
- Identify and lead cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com’s products, value-added services and partner network.
- Act as a payments consultant, helping merchants improve performance and shape a comprehensive payments strategy across their markets.
- Use data, forecasting and commercial modelling to diagnose performance, identify risks, uncover growth opportunities and build credible recommendations.
- Lead commercially thoughtful pricing and negotiation conversations that balance merchant value with sustainable outcomes for Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.
- Coordinate merchant projects and internal workstreams, working closely with teams such as Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Integration, Risk, Legal and Support to keep commitments moving.
- Bring the voice of the merchant into internal discussions, build strong rapport across cultures and help improve how we manage, grow and support our merchants.
WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT
- Join a company growing at real scale: Checkout.com http://Checkout.com processed more than 300bn in total payment volume last year, compared with 183bn in 2024.
- Work with established direct merchants and globally recognised digital businesses, helping them solve complex payment challenges across the UK and their wider markets.
- Be rewarded for both account growth and broader business impact through a competitive base salary, a meaningful base-to-variable incentive mix and generous commission upside.
- Make a visible difference in a high-performance, collaborative team where ownership, learning and commercial impact are valued.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B Account Management, Relationship Management or a similar commercial role, ideally within FinTech OR payments.
- Strong written and verbal English is essential. German, Spanish or Italian language skills are a plus.
- A strong commercial mindset, with evidence of identifying growth opportunities, expanding existing relationships and delivering measurable customer or revenue impact.
- Experience managing strategic or complex accounts, building trusted relationships and navigating multiple stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to understand revenue drivers, discuss pricing and identify where value can be created.
- An analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data, forecasting and commercial modelling.
- Payments or FinTech experience is a strong advantage, but not essential; experience in a high-growth start-up or adjacent technology environment is also relevant.
- Clear, adaptable communication, strong collaboration skills and the ability to build rapport across cultures.
- The ability to prioritise across multiple accounts, manage risk and keep important work moving in a fast-paced environment.
HOW WE’LL WORK TOGETHER
You’ll join a team that takes a practical, customer-first approach to account growth. We care about the quality of the relationships we build, the rigour behind our recommendations and our ability to follow through. We challenge assumptions, share knowledge and work across boundaries to solve problems for our merchants.
If you enjoy combining strategic thinking with hands on execution and want to help digital businesses get more from their payments infrastructure this is an opportunity to make a visible difference at Checkout.com http://Checkout.com.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Technical Recruiting
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $130,000 to $150,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You'll Do:
This role belongs to a senior technical recruiting partner who understands that the right hire can change a team's trajectory. Outcome-Obsessed by nature, this partner owns every search from intake through close and measures success by each hire's impact on the Huntress mission while building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers along the way.
Candor defines the work: direct feedback helps teams align and shows candidates exactly where they stand. When searches get difficult or priorities shift, Warrior Spirit keeps things moving, resilient, focused, and resourceful from the first conversation to the signed offer.
Creativity drives how this role finds talent, sourcing strong candidates through inventive, unconventional channels. Persistence drives how it serves hiring managers, keeping their needs and every stage of communication front and center from kickoff to close. Throughout, the bar stays high: Huntress needs exceptional talent to scale and to protect every business that depends on us in the fight against hackers.
Responsibilities:
Own full-lifecycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, IT, security, and leadership roles from intake through close.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build structured interview plans, and keep searches moving.
Source and recruit candidates through industry groups, professional networks, and underrepresented talent communities.
Review resumes and conduct interviews to assess relevant knowledge, experience, aptitude, and alignment on compensation.
Deliver analytical, well-documented recruiting updates and reports that help leaders make better pipeline and hiring decisions.
Build and improve AI-supported workflows for outreach, scheduling, screening, or reporting, using sound judgment and sharing reusable practices with the team.
Manage online job postings and related social media content.
What You Bring to the Team:
Bring 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across software engineering, design, product, IT, security, and leadership roles.
Have experience hiring within growing SaaS companies with a high bar for technical talent, including challenging engineering and product management searches; cybersecurity industry experience is preferred.
Have experience coordinating scheduling and video interviews, as well as screening and evaluating technical candidates.
You are comfortable owning multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a clear, candidate-centric process.
Have experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top engineering talent. Bonus points for having extensive Ruby on Rails recruiting experience.

- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview
