BUILD SOMETHING PEOPLE LOVE
Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Our team, Consolidation, owns the first mile of the Wealthsimple relationship: onboarding, the homescreen + first layer of the app, and our Tiers program (Premium and Generation). Our job is to get new clients in the door, funded, and consolidating more of their financial life with Wealthsimple.
Our fastest-growing segment this year were high-net-worth clients. We're seeing real organic pull, and continuing to grow net deposits at the rate we have means winning larger, more complex relationships. Clients who today are typically served by private bankers and expect a level of service, product depth, and recognition that we need to meet and then beat.
That's the mandate for this role: continue to expand Wealthsimple’s growth upmarket. It means evolving our Tiers program into something a high-net-worth client would choose over their bank, and it means using what we know about a client to make a sharper, more personal case for bringing the rest of their financial life here. Convincing millions of Canadians to consolidate their financial lives at Wealthsimple is the mission we've been on for over 10 years, and we're looking for someone who can lead the next phase of this work and own it end to end.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help define the product vision and strategy for how Wealthsimple wins and serves high-net-worth clients, and own the roadmap to bring it to life.
- Lead the planning, development, launch, and iteration of a step change in our Tiers program. The service, product depth, and recognition that makes a client choose us as their primary financial institution.
- Build the personalized experiences that compel clients to consolidate: understanding a client's current financial life and making the case, in-product, for moving it to Wealthsimple.
- Working across the funding and consolidation funnel end to end, from a client's first session through to a fully consolidated relationship. Crafting the right incentives, onboarding journey, and product experiences along the way.
- Support a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and data scientists as we collectively explore new ways of working.
- Partner deeply with other product teams and departments across the company (e.g. Marketing, Operations, Client Experience, Legal and Compliance, and more). You'll own a meaningful piece of this directly and influence a much larger piece through others.
- Help elevate the Product Management practice at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- Years of shipping products people actually love — across both customer-facing and platform work. You've owned a product (or a big chunk of one) and know how to lead complex, cross-functional projects without losing momentum.
- A bias to ship. We don't do endless debate. The fastest way to know if something works is to put it in front of clients — so we ship, learn, and iterate.
- Enough technical fluency to keep up with engineers — you can talk architecture and tradeoffs, and you're hungry to learn what you don't know yet so you can make better calls.
- A real belief in financial inclusion — you want to build things that give more people access to financial freedom, not fewer.
- Bonus: Experience building, shipping, iterating and growing products from 0 to 1 over multiple years. We know building new client experiences that client love will require a sustained multi-year effort.
WHO YOU ARE
- A systems thinker. You can take a messy pile of use cases and distill them into one simple, elegant solution.
- A strong technical partner. You work hand-in-hand with engineering to turn a logical design into a real technical architecture.
- Comfortable in the grey. You can take raw, messy data (qualitative or quantitative) and pull out the actual problem, the real insight, the requirement that matters.
- A rigorous thinker. You don't skip steps. You work through problems systematically, and you know the difference between a good answer and a fast one.
- Scrappy, and happy to wear different hats. Sometimes that means building a business case. Sometimes it's mapping a workflow. Sometimes it's sitting across the table from a vendor or regulator and negotiating the details.
- A clear communicator. You can take something complicated and make it simple, without losing what matters.
- A collaborative, empathetic leader. You know how to work with a wide range of stakeholders and make sure everyone's voice actually gets heard.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Strategic Product Partnerships Lead to develop first-of-a-kind partnerships that inflect the company's growth. Done well, these partnerships open distribution for our products, create new pipeline for our field teams, and/or add new capabilities to our platform. This is a highly cross-functional and technical role: you will spend as much time with product and engineering leaders as with commercial ones, internally and externally.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and own a named set of partners that includes hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, silicon vendors, and commerce and enterprise software platforms. The work takes a different shape with each one, but the common thread is that these partnerships live close to the product: embedding Vercel inside a partner's platform, co-building new products, taking a joint offering to enterprises that neither company could sell alone.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own a named set of strategic partners end to end, from first conversation through signed agreement to launch and growth
Identify and develop new partnerships with the companies that matter most to Vercel's strategy across AI, cloud, commerce, and enterprise software
Build the business case: size the opportunity, scope the product and engineering investment it requires, and give leadership a clear recommendation, including when the recommendation is to pass
Lead negotiations end to end, structuring commercial agreements that are new to Vercel and often new to the partner: revenue share, embedded pricing, co-sell commitments, marketplace terms
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to take a signed agreement to launch
Run deals with structure: clear milestones, agreed measures of success on both sides, and the judgment to stop the ones that are not working
What you need
8+ years developing, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements, ideally at a platform, infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools company
A track record of initiating partnerships that had no precedent, with companies significantly larger than your own. You can walk through the terms you won and the ones you gave up
Experience structuring deals with significant technical surface area: platform integrations, embedded or whitelabeled product, licensing, infrastructure and compute commitments. You can hold a credible conversation with a partner's product and engineering teams about agents, inference, model routing, and cloud infrastructure
Experience creating and driving strategy, and getting an organization to fund it
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams you do not manage, through Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales
Strong agency and comfort with ambiguity. You decide what to work on and can defend the choice
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives on both sides of the table
Bonus if you
Have done partnerships at or with a hyperscaler, a frontier AI lab, or a large commerce or enterprise software platform
Have structured technology licensing, OEM, or embedded distribution agreements
Started in a technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product) before moving into commercial work
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA salary range for this role is $194,000 - $237,000, plus an annual company target bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About the role
Descript's script-based editing features are at the heart of why creators trust us for their highest-stakes content. Product launches. Client interviews. Marketing campaigns. Content that represents them to their audiences.
As Lead Product Manager of the Narrative Editing team, you'll own how users capture, edit, and perfect their stories. You'll shape the script-first editing that makes video as simple as a document, the recording and writing tools that let users create without leaving Descript, and the AI regeneration features that make edits feel seamless and natural.
This is an opportunity to shape features that professional creators depend on while working with cutting-edge AI, a product users love, and a small, collaborative team where your impact is immediate and visible.
What you’ll do
Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their creative goals, and the evolving AI video landscape — and use those insights to guide the editor roadmap
Bring Descript's taste for great video into interactions and defaults, so creators naturally produce polished, professional work
Continuously expand our editing capabilities with frontier AI technology by partnering with our AI Research team, launching features like video regeneration and automatic speaker identification
Own the recording, script generation, and translation flows that help users achieve their end-to-end video workflows directly in Descript
Ensure Descript scales reliably for larger teams and more complex workflows
Who you are
You’ve built deceptively powerful tools:
You have 5 or more years of product management experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that feel simple enough for everyone, but scale to handle sophisticated use cases. You are a systems-minded product thinker who excels at designing intuitive experiences for complex, end-to-end workflows.
You start with the customer
: Plenty of “AI products” start with the technology and they all suck. You care deeply about understanding customers, and have experience in doing customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
You are a fog sculptor
: There are aspects to our editor and its design that do not have real competitors yet. The product intuition and design conventions have not been decided. You are attracted to ambiguous problems, know how to ask smart questions, and translate ideas into action.
You care about craft:
Our product is not a hype machine that runs on empty promises and vaporware. We think our product will be successful because people love to use it. That means you sweat the details. But without the sweat, because you aren’t stressed out.
You are funny, creative, maybe kind of weird
: Ok, this isn’t a hard requirement but Descript is kind of a quirky place and the people who love it tend to
like
that about working here. So, just want to drop a hint early on. Also, the sense of humor is important because even though we take our work seriously it’s still just, like, video creation and editing. We aren’t flying rockets into space so let’s all have a good time.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 - $290,000. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, level, and may vary from the amount above.

Descript is the special company that's in possession of both product market fit and the raw materials (passionate user community, great product, large market) for growth, but is still early enough that each new employee has a measurable influence on the direction of the company.

Our headquarters
are located in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. We're hiring for a mix of remote roles and hybrid roles. We do believe there are valuable and serendipitous moments of discovery and collaboration that come from working together in person.
Descript is an equal opportunity workplace—we are dedicated to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, or Veteran status. WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS ROLE
Enterprises hand Cohere their most sensitive data and put our models inside workflows they can't afford to get wrong. Securing that means working on problems the industry hasn't settled yet, what authorization means when an agent acts on a user's behalf, how to contain tools that consume untrusted input, and whether tenant boundaries hold when a model can be steered by the data it reads. The established playbooks only take you so far.
We're hiring a Senior Product Security Engineer to work these problems alongside the engineers building the products, reviewing architecture and code, threat modeling before implementation, testing what ships, and turning what you learn into defaults other teams inherit. This is a hands-on engineering role, not an advisory one.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead security reviews. Review architecture, code, and security-sensitive changes. Identify both individual vulnerabilities and the recurring design patterns behind them.
- Secure AI-powered products. Evaluate risks such as prompt injection, unsafe tool use, identity and delegation failures, excessive agency, data exposure, tenant isolation, and sandbox escapes.
- Threat model new capabilities. Identify trust boundaries, abuse cases, and high-impact failure modes before implementation. Translate findings into practical, prioritized mitigations.
- Perform hands-on testing. Investigate suspected vulnerabilities, develop proofs of concept, assess exploitability and impact, and partner with engineers through remediation.
- Build scalable guardrails. Develop secure defaults, approved patterns, reusable controls, review requirements, and automated checks that reduce recurring risks.
- Strengthen engineering capability. Pair with engineers, document practical guidance, and help product teams develop durable security expertise.
- Influence risk decisions. Explain technical findings, business impact, and remediation options clearly to engineers, product leaders, and executives.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF
- You have strong software engineering fundamentals and can independently understand, test, and contribute fixes to production codebases.
- You are proficient in at least one of Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- You have led security reviews or threat models for complex production systems and can point to meaningful design or risk improvements that resulted.
- You understand common vulnerability classes and their underlying design failures, including injection, authorization flaws, IDOR, SSRF, unsafe deserialization, race conditions, cryptographic misuse, and software supply-chain risks.
- You understand modern application architecture, including web applications, APIs, OAuth/OIDC, cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD systems.
- You can reason rigorously about untrusted input, authorization, isolation, identity, delegation, and data boundaries. Direct experience with agentic AI systems is valuable but not required.
- You have driven security improvements involving multiple engineering teams, including situations where influence mattered more than authority.
- You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or operating security tooling such as SAST, DAST, SCA, custom linters, or policy-as-code.
- Experience securing multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise software, or systems that process sensitive customer data.
- Offensive security experience through penetration testing, red teaming or security research.
- Experience operating or participating in a vulnerability disclosure or bug bounty program.
- Contributions to open-source security projects, published research, conference talks, or credited vulnerability discoveries.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ability to communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
The ability to take ownership, follow through on details, and help teams turn ideas into shipped experiences.
Genuine interest in learning about centralized exchange products and the customers who use them.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Experience designing for customers across multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
Experience contributing to or working with a mature design system across platforms.
At senior or staff level, experience mentoring designers, leading cross-team initiatives, or raising design quality beyond your immediate product area.
