Trading Strategy — designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies. Social & VIP — building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers. Growth — improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey. Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft. Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation. Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions. Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome. Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas. Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization. At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
