ABOUT THE ROLE
This role owns the partnerships that bring new clients to Wealthsimple. Every motion you own ladders up to one goal, customer acquisition, across both digital and real-world channels: partner-driven acquisition campaigns, referral partnerships that feed our business banking line, and brand and experiential sponsorships that let us acquire customers in person. The job is to turn partners and campaigns into net-new clients and deposits, and to convert our brand presence into people walking in the door, wherever they already are. You'll source, negotiate, and activate these partnerships end to end, and you'll build a lot of it from scratch. This is a builder's seat for a growth-minded commercial operator who thinks about acquisition wherever it happens, online or IRL.
IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Drive acquisition campaigns with partners, including monthly millionaire: secure partner funding and co-marketing, and source smaller campaign partners to power specific moments.
- Own referral partnerships for the business banking line end to end: source, sign, and drive the channel partners that send us new business clients and deposits.
- Lead commercial negotiations from first outreach to signed terms, landing terms that work for both our clients and the business.
- Own the acquisition targets: net-new funded clients and deposits from referral partners, campaign performance, and sponsorship reach and ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Brand, PMM, and Business Banking Product to activate every partnership well and measure its impact.
SKILLS YOU'LL BRING:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in partnerships, business development, or growth roles in banking or customer-focused industries.
- Negotiation and commercial ownership. A master negotiator with a track record of driving commercial and acquisition outcomes and turning partnerships into measurable growth.
- A growth and acquisition orientation. You've turned partnerships or campaigns into measurable client acquisition, online and in person, and you think in funnels, not just relationships.
- Channel or referral partnership experience. You've built or run a referral or channel pipeline that produced real, attributable results.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with real comfort in CAC, LTV, and attribution.
- A strong network in Canada (and ideally the US) across relevant commercial, tech, and community ecosystems.
- A 0-to-1 operator with high urgency, strong ownership, and a bias for action.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Brand experiential marketing experience, especially activations built to drive real-world customer acquisition, including agency and rights-holder relationships.
- Business banking or SMB acquisition experience.
- Product partnerships experience as it pertains to integrated referrals.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on impact and outcomes.

About the Role
We are building a brand-new team within our Existing Business function, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to take full ownership and lead it.
In this role, you will lead a team of Junior Account Managers who each oversee a portfolio of up to 1,000 mid-tier clients. We operate a high-volume, reactive model with a proactive mindset: our smart tools and data triggers surface key insights to prioritize who to contact and why. Your team’s focus is to execute daily outreach, dig out revenue gaps, and proactively drive account expansion and upsells.
Your team will be made up of Junior Account Managers with around 2 years of experience (often coming from fast-paced SDR/BDR or outbound roles where they learned to chase volume and hunt revenue). You are not teaching them from zero, but you will be sharpening people who already know how to work a phone and a pipeline, helping them mature into high-performing account managers.
This is an end-to-end leadership position with complete ownership over outcomes, hiring, tools, and processes. While you own your team's results, you will never be left to figure things out alone: leadership here is hands-on, supportive, and grounded in trust.
What you will be doing
Driving Revenue & Performance Outcomes
Take full accountability for quarterly team KPIs centered on net revenue retention, expansion upsells, and churn reduction.
Establish a high-output rhythm across high-call-volume workflows, ensuring the team effectively leverages data-driven triggers to capture account expansion opportunities.
People Leadership & Team Building
Lead future hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of Junior Account Managers.
Foster a people-first culture by providing tailored coaching, call reviews, dynamic mentoring, and ongoing skill development to elevate early-career reps.
Set transparent performance standards and inspire a growth-oriented, revenue-hunting mindset across the team.
Process, Tools & Continuous Innovation
Own and continuously optimize your team's operational flows, Salesforce execution, and CRM hygiene.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge AI tools and conversation intelligence to elevate rep efficiency and performance.
Identify operational bottlenecks and trial fresh, creative angles or playbooks to elevate how the team engages clients and fixes inefficiencies.
What you bring
Proven Leadership Track Record: At least 2+ years of experience as the sole direct manager of a team of 6+ direct reports (not co-managing or acting as an intermediate step).
High-Volume & Rhythm Expertise: Background managing AMs or SDRs/BDRs operating at a high call volume across large customer portfolios or lead lists.
People-First Mindset: A strong commitment to investing in your team through active coaching, direct feedback, and structured career development.
Relentless Diligence & Accountability: A proactive problem-solver who follows through, iterates through trial and error, and takes true pride in team outcomes.
Commercial Rigor & Creativity: A strategic thinker who looks beyond standard playbooks to find innovative sales hooks while maintaining a sharp focus on bottom-line revenue impact.
Language Skills: Native level German or Italian, along with professional fluency in English.
Nice to have
Individual Contributor Experience: Prior personal experience as an IC in an SDR, BDR, or outbound Account Management role before stepping into management.
CRM & Tech Stack Mastery: Hands-on experience with Salesforce admin/workflow setup, AI enablement tools, or call intelligence software (e.g., Modjo, Gong).
B2B SaaS / Fintech Background: Previous exposure to fast-growing B2B SaaS or Fintech environments.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.

THE ROLE
Docker is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to set the technical direction for key parts of our AI Developer Tools team. You will work at the intersection of AI, developer experience, and platform engineering, building the AI-powered tools and the platform that let teams across Docker prototype, deploy, and scale their own AI developer tools.
As a Staff Engineer you will own the technical design and delivery for two areas:
- AI-Powered Developer Tools. Design and build AI agents and tools that accelerate developer productivity, surface observability insights, and automate operational reviews. You will help teams adopt an AI-native way of working and speed up adoption of tools such as Claude Code and Codex. Examples include AI-powered code review and refactoring assistants, automated test generators and local environment setup tools, deployment pipeline diagnostic agents, and agents that simplify on-call work during incidents.
- Self-Service AI Developer Tools Platform. Design and build the platform infrastructure that lets product and platform teams across Docker unblock themselves by prototyping, building, and deploying their own AI developer tools. You will set the patterns and standards that let teams experiment, iterate quickly, and graduate successful prototypes into production-ready services.
You will report to the Senior Manager, AI Developer Tools, and work closely with the team's Principal engineers, engineering leadership, product engineering teams, and platform teams across Docker.
_______________________________________________________________________

- Set and meet reliability, security, and performance standards for AI systems, including SLOs, monitoring, incident response, and cost management
- Design integrations between AI developer tools and existing developer infrastructure such as CI/CD pipelines, observability platforms, and deployment systems
- Take part in the team's on-call rotation and use what you learn to improve alerts, runbooks, and tooling
STRATEGIC IMPACT AND INNOVATION
- Evaluate emerging AI/LLM technologies, developer tooling trends, and agent frameworks, and recommend what Docker should adopt and what it should not build
- Define how we measure AI tool effectiveness, including adoption, productivity gains, and developer satisfaction
- Improve AI tool performance, cost efficiency, and developer experience through architectural improvements
- Contribute to the technical approach for hardening proven internal tools so other teams across Docker can adopt them
- Lead cross-team technical delivery, surface risks early, and work with Infrastructure, Security, and Data on shared standards
LEADERSHIP AND MENTORSHIP
- Mentor senior engineers on AI/LLM integration patterns, agent development, and platform engineering practices
- Lead design reviews and raise the quality of design and code reviews across the team
- Create reusable patterns, documentation, and architectural decision records (ADRs) that other engineers build on
- Help the team turn good individual AI-assisted engineering practice into shared workflows and controls

About the Advanced Technology Group
The Advanced Technology Group (ATG) is a part of Foundational Systems and Experiences Engineering (FSEE) within the Platform Business Group. Established over 20 years ago as part of PlayStation®’s first-party game development studios, ATG has always focused on helping game developers get the most out of PlayStation® hardware - a mission that continues to this day. As a team, we are responsible for large parts of the graphics software stack used by all PlayStation® games, and collaborate with leading engineering teams worldwide, from game developers to hardware vendors, to deliver key platform technologies.
What you’ll be doing
You will be working on Razor GPU, a GPU performance analysis and debugging tool, for current and future PlayStation® platforms.

You will collaborate with game developers and platform engineers to gain a deep understanding of their needs, with a view to creating efficient, reliable and scalable tools, which are a joy to use for new and deeply technical engineers alike.
This is a unique senior engineering role at the heart of PlayStation® GPU technology, where you will work within a highly experienced technology-driven team. We are looking for developers who are passionate about their craft, the products they build, and who would like to make a lasting impact on the PlayStation® graphics software stack, its tooling, and its future.
What we are looking for
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to design and implement highly reliable performant systems in C++.
Strong debugging skills, including the ability to understand and reason about complex systems, as well as unpick their interactions.
Experience developing on consoles, particularly using console graphics and memory management APIs.
An interest in GPU architecture and low-level graphics engineering.
Experience using GPU profiling and debugging tools.
An eagerness to learn and take responsibility of features end-to-end, from building core systems, to influencing end-user UX design.
Please note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

And beyond.
⭐ THE ROLE
Health is one of the most searched, shared and talked-about topics online. Millions of people scroll every day looking for answers about their sleep, their stress or their kids' fever. And yet, no brand owns that conversation. We want Alan to be the health voice people actually want to follow.
As Social Media & Content Specialist , you'll be the owner of Alan's organic social presence in France (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
You'll join the Brand team and work side by side with an experienced content editorial team
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- The France editorial line. Build and run the editorial calendar, content pillars (prevention, health tips, product, employer brand…) and posting cadence for each platform. Work with Brand, Product Marketing, Medical and Growth teams to pull the best stories, data and expertise from across Alan, and turn them into content.
- Content creation. Create and ship social-first content yourself, every week: short videos (Reels, Shorts), carousels, statics and copy-led LinkedIn posts. You write the hooks, the scripts and the captions, you edit the videos and you design the visuals. You adapt each piece to its platform rather than posting the same thing everywhere.
- Alan's voice on social. Define how Alan sounds on social: credible on health, but human, useful and sometimes funny. Spot the news, trends and formats worth jumping on, and react at the right moment, in the right tone.
- Alan's big moments. Plan and run the social side of brand campaigns, product launches and events, from the idea to the publication, so that every major moment gets the reach it deserves.
- Community. Reply to comments and messages, moderate, spark conversations, and collaborate with Alan experts (doctors, psychologists…), employees and creators to grow an engaged audience.
- Performance. Follow the analytics, run regular test-and-learn on formats, hooks and timing, and share a simple monthly review with the team. Work with Growth and Data to track what social brings to Alan (traffic, awareness, audience quality).
- AI in the creative and distribution process. Use AI tools to create more, faster and better, and help us shape how AI fits into our content production and distribution workflow, with the support of our engineers.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- You create. You still open the tools yourself (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, Canva, AI tools…) and love making content. You don't brief others to do it for you.
- You live and breathe social. You get the trends, the memes and the codes of each platform, and you know when (and when not) to jump in.
- You have taste and a pen. You write sharp, punchy copy and can tell a strong idea from a weak one.
- You take ownership. You go and get the information you need, make decisions, ship at the right moment and follow through.
- You're data-minded. You care about what a post changed, not just the likes, and use the numbers to decide what's next.
- You're scrappy and curious. You make great content, and you're always testing new formats, platform features and tools.
- You collaborate. You make it easy and fun for people across Alan to contribute to social, and you're energised by a blank page.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
You may be a great fit if you’ve:
- 2–5 years of hands-on social media experience (brand, media or agency side), with at least one account you owned or co-owned
- A portfolio of content you created yourself, across formats (short video, carousels, copy)
- Experience on at least two of Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn
- French fluent level, with flawless written French: most of the content will be in French
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Spanish or Dutch is a plus, given Alan's presence in Spain and Belgium
- Based in France
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the B1-C1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role is remote out of Singapore
