We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.

- Strong fundamentals in financial modeling with a rigorous and quantitative approach to measuring operational success.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into simple, digestible narratives for non-financial stakeholders.

Why Join Us
You’ll be at the intersection of
technology, process innovation, and business growth
- building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively. If you’re a strategic thinker who loves turning complexity into clarity and ideas into scalable solutions, we’d love to meet you.
Location: London, England, United Kingdom; Dubai
Workplace: hybrid
We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
Responsibilities
AI strategy and delivery.
Set the AI strategy for Operations and own its delivery end to end. Find where AI can remove manual work, build the business cases and lead implementation with functional, product and engineering owners. Set common evaluation standards, track benefits and make sure every solution runs with appropriate controls and human oversight.
AI automation.
Treat automation of operational processes as a core objective. Set targets for the share of work automated, prioritise the highest-value processes and measure the capacity released.
Strategy and roadmap.
Own and build the team that translates operational strategy into a prioritised improvement and AI roadmap. Define the problem each initiative addresses, the intended benefit, its dependencies and who is accountable for delivery, and lead delivery of key strategic projects.
Capacity and workforce planning.
Build a consistent approach to capacity and workforce planning. Develop demand forecasts and capacity models that help the business allocate resources.
Process redesign.
Lead cross-functional process redesign, focusing on how work moves between functions and where it can be automated. Work with the Head of Operations, who owns day-to-day process performance, and agree changes with process owners.
Operational controls.
Establish a practical framework for documenting operational controls and coordinating first-line testing. Help process owners identify gaps and track corrective actions, working with Risk and Compliance on the approach.
Portfolio management.
Manage the overall improvement portfolio, making dependencies and resource constraints visible. Bring clear recommendations to the COO and functional leaders when priorities compete or expected benefits no longer justify the work.
Measuring benefits.
Define how improvements will be measured, establish credible starting points and assess the effect of changes on service quality, control performance, capacity and cost.
Requirements
Significant experience in operational strategy, transformation or operational excellence in financial services, fintech, payments or another regulated, high-volume environment.
A proven record of setting an AI or automation strategy and delivering it in an operational setting, from use cases and business cases through to deployment, adoption and measured results such as reduced manual effort or capacity released.
Experience building and leading a team of operations managers, analysts, planners or improvement specialists.
A track record of running an improvement portfolio: building business cases, prioritising competing initiatives, managing dependencies and stopping work that no longer pays off.
Understanding of capacity and workforce planning, including demand forecasting and how to build capacity models that leaders use to make resourcing decisions.
Process improvement expertise (for example Lean, Six Sigma or similar methods) applied across functions, with measured results.
Working knowledge of first-line control frameworks, control documentation and testing, and experience working with Risk and Compliance.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to set credible baselines, measure benefits and present clear recommendations to the COO and senior leaders.
Nice to have
Experience in online brokerage, trading platforms or digital banking.
Experience with operations spread across several regulated entities or countries.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM tools, workflow automation or RPA platforms.
Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Jira or workforce management and process mining platforms.
Recognised portfolio, programme or project management qualification.

We are looking for a Product Owner to own the paying customer's experience after purchase.
We're not looking for a task manager. We're looking for someone who will own a part of the product end-to-end, from hypothesis to results.
Your mission
You'll own what happens after a user pays: getting every paying customer to a quality match as fast as possible.
This is not a classic subscription-retention role, and it's not SaaS onboarding. We need someone who knows how to increase the share of customers who reach the value moment, through better activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
What you'll work on
— Getting offer volume right: making sure customers see neither too many nor too few options
— Improving the relevance of recommendations and building trust in what we show
— Increasing relevant invites to paying customers
— Raising the probability that a new customer forms a quality match in their first week
— Designing mechanics that bring users back into conversations (e.g. gamification, nudges, reminders)
— Understanding which matching parameters matter most for different user segments, and using segmentation, personalization, and data enrichment of offers to improve results
The quality of free members' communication itself is outside this role. Your focus is activation, matching, relevance, and experience.
How you'll work
— Find bottlenecks and growth points in the post-purchase journey using data, research, and common sense
— Turn ideas into clear, testable hypotheses with defined success metrics
— Work with engineers, designers, analysts, and data/ML specialists to ship fast and efficiently
— Manage requirements, priorities, and timelines for smooth, predictable delivery
— Run experiments, analyze results and product metrics, then iterate and scale what works
Who we're looking for
A B2C product person with hands-on experience in:
— Customer experience and customer journey design, activation, onboarding, or the first-session experience
— Discovery-driven products with a large volume of offers or listings
— Search or feed relevance, matching, or recommendation systems
— Segmentation, personalization, and enriching offers with data
Relevant backgrounds
Marketplaces and aggregators, dating and social discovery, real estate and classifieds, e-commerce with large catalogs, or any product built around discovery, matching, recommendations, or personalization.
We expect from you
— You know how to formulate hypotheses and define requirements
— You can drive delivery
— You know how to validate results and run A/B tests and other experiments
— You're comfortable with qualitative and quantitative product research
— You work well cross-functionally with designers, analysts, and engineers
— You understand product metrics and how to find growth opportunities
— You focus on results, not process
— You take ownership instead of waiting for direction
— You're comfortable with changing priorities
— You communicate clearly and directly
— You treat failures as learning, not setbacks
What do we offer:

The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in the US EST.
About Product Management
As a Product Manager at Grafana Labs, you'll develop a vision and strategy for your product domain. You will own the experience for your product as well as its roadmap and competitive positioning, and you will collaborate with company leadership on setting your product's goals. You will be the primary advocate and expert in your area, with a strong ability to communicate needs, functionality, and details effectively both to external customers and internal stakeholders. The teams and people you will be interacting with will be 100% remote and globally distributed, so strong and proactive communication is essential.
Product Managers are the bridge that connects R&D to GTM. You are a facilitator who ensures the free flow of information across these teams and are expected to be technically proficient when representing our products to our customers.
The role
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you'll own the Grafana Labs offerings that run outside our standard multi-tenant SaaS. That includes
Grafana Federal Cloud
, for organizations that need FedRAMP-authorized observability: US federal agencies; state, local, and education (SLED) customers; and commercial companies that sell FedRAMP offerings of their own. It also includes
Grafana Cloud Bring Your Own Cloud (BYOC)
, which delivers the full Grafana Cloud experience while the customer pays the infrastructure bill directly to their cloud provider, saving them significantly at scale.
Your mission is to make Grafana Labs the obvious choice for organizations that can't use standard SaaS because of compliance, data, or cost-at-scale constraints. Deployment choices change the product: features that are simple in standard SaaS can be hard, expensive, or impossible in a regulated or customer-owned environment. You’ll be responsible for adapting existing Grafana Cloud capabilities to these environments, deciding which features come in, which wait, and which stay out, and occasionally building something specific to BYOC or Federal Cloud. You'll also help shape which deployment models we offer next.
Along the way, you’ll use AI tools daily to speed up research, analyze product signals, and develop positioning, applying strong judgment to the results.
As the Staff Product Manager for Enterprise Deployment Solutions, you will:
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Grafana Bring Your Own Cloud and Grafana Federal Cloud products, using product data and market research to balance customer value against engineering cost and technical constraints
Own positioning, messaging, and differentiation for these products, including how they compare to regular Grafana Cloud, and partner with Product Marketing on launches, competitive analysis, enablement, and demand programs
Partner with Engineering and Technical Program Management on buildouts for these environments, balancing customer timelines with engineering capacity
Work directly with customers, prospects, and the field on strategic deals and brief partners, resellers, and analysts on our deployment options
Partner with Security, Compliance, and Legal to work through product changes affecting our authorization or existing customer commitments
We’re excited about you because you have
5+ years of product management experience on a technical B2B product,
or
a technical background (software engineering, solutions architecture, SRE, or technical program management) plus a demonstrated move into product ownership
Hands-on experience with a non-standard SaaS deployment model, such as self-managed, air-gapped, sovereign, BYOC, single-tenant, or FedRAMP/government cloud, and a firsthand understanding of how it changes the product, its operations, and its economics
Experience with cloud infrastructure, platform software, or developer tools
Clear product and go-to-market judgment: you've shaped what a product should be and how it's positioned and sold, not only when it ships
Interest in working with US public sector customers and learning their needs and buying cycles. Deep compliance expertise isn't required.
Experience leading across multiple teams without direct authority, with excellent written and verbal communication in a remote, globally distributed organization
Bonus Points
Experience selling to or building for US federal, state, or local government customers, or other highly regulated industries
Familiarity with government or sovereign cloud frameworks, such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP/GovRAMP, BSI C5, or SecNumCloud, or with offerings such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, AWS European Sovereign Cloud, or GCP Sovereign Cloud
Experience with pricing and packaging across deployment models
Experience with observability, monitoring, or other data-intensive infrastructure products
Experience working with resellers, systems integrators, or cloud marketplace partners
Familiarity with open source software or commercial open source companies

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a fully remote position and we're considering candidates in Spain.

We are currently hiring a
Staff Security Engineer
within the
Imunify360 product.
Imunify360 is CloudLinux's security suite for Linux web servers. It protects hundreds of thousands of hosting servers and the websites running on them, so it sees most large-scale web attacks early — often in the first hours.

Role Mission & Scope
At Imunify360, protecting customers from evolving cyber threats requires close collaboration between security research, engineering, and other teams. Responding to complex attack campaigns involves more than identifying threats — it requires understanding attack techniques, developing effective detection and mitigation strategies, and ensuring customers are protected.
As a
Staff Security Engineer
, you'll take end-to-end technical ownership of complex security challenges, from initial threat discovery and analysis to detection, mitigation, and post-incident review.
This is a
hands-on technical leadership role
focused on practical security engineering rather than SOC monitoring, compliance, or purely theoretical research. You'll analyze malware and exploit code, develop detection and mitigation tools, anticipate emerging attack techniques, and ensure security findings translate into production-ready detections, mitigations, and fixes.
You'll work closely with engineering, security research, support, external partners, and the broader security community to coordinate responses and drive continuous improvements in our security capabilities.
As an
individual contributor
, you won't have direct reports or people management responsibilities. All security research and testing are conducted within authorized boundaries, with clearly defined scope and responsible disclosure practices.
Your mission is to strengthen Imunify360's ability to detect, prevent, and respond to emerging threats, delivering measurable security improvements that protect customers at scale.
What you will own
Malware and campaign mitigation
Lead response to large-scale exploitation and malware campaigns: triage, root cause, and mitigation across every protection layer of the product.
Reverse-engineer malware and exploits targeting Linux servers and web applications.
Track campaigns over time, not just individual samples: cluster indicators, connect activity to known actors and toolkits, anticipate the next variant.
Define and run measurable outcomes per campaign: time to detect, time to protect, cleanup effectiveness, reinfection rate.
Security response coordination
Own the security incident and response process, both for threats against our customers and for vulnerabilities in our own product: severity model, runbooks, communication, escalation.
Coordinate with external parties — software vendors, partners, CERTs/CSIRTs, abuse desks, other security vendors. Drive responsible disclosure where we find vulnerabilities.
Be the technical voice in security advisories and partner briefings, together with Product and Support.
Triage external vulnerability reports.
Offensive security on our own product
Red-team our product and infrastructure. Assume a capable attacker who already has a foothold.
Threat-model new features before they ship; own the security review gate for high-risk changes.
Turn findings into fixes with the owning teams, not just reports.
Detection engineering and tooling
Raise the quality bar of detections: false-positive budgets, test corpora, staged rollout with measurement gates and fast rollback.
Build and automate the analysis pipeline: dynamic analysis, honeypots, telemetry-driven hunting, ML-assisted triage where it measurably helps.
Write production code for these tools; expect 30–50% of your time to be hands-on building.
Turn telemetry into intelligence: emerging exploits, attacker infrastructure, trends — shared as internal briefs and selected public research.
People multiplier (no direct reports)
Mentor analysts and engineers; raise the security skill level across teams.
Bar-raiser in security hiring loops.
Key Milestones
30 days: Analyzed real threats end-to-end. Mapped the current response flow and where it breaks. Shipped at least one detection or mitigation to production.
90 days: Security response process and severity model published and agreed. Led at least one real campaign response with a written post-mortem. Baseline response metrics in place.
6 months: Time from first sighting to protection measurably reduced vs. baseline. First red-team review completed, top findings fixed. Working relationships with key external partners.
12 months: Recognized internally and externally as the owner of security response. Public research or disclosures published. Teams can run a standard campaign response without you.
Requirements
Must have
10+ years in security engineering, malware research, incident response, or offensive security, with several years leading cross-team work at Staff/Principal/Lead scope.
Deep hands-on
malware analysis and reverse engineering
skills.
Strong
web application security
and practical exploitation experience.
Deep
Linux
knowledge from both the attacker's and the defender's side.
Proven
incident response
leadership on large-scale events: you have run the response, written the advisory, and closed the post-mortem.
Production coding in
Python
plus a systems language (Go, Rust or C).
Experience with
coordinated vulnerability disclosure
and working with the security community.
Clear, short writing for both engineers and non-technical stakeholders; works well async across time zones.
Daily user of AI tools for analysis and coding, with critical judgment about their output.
Nice to have
Background in hosting or large web ecosystems.
Detection authoring at scale (signatures, WAF/IDS rules).
Kernel-level monitoring and rootkit detection.
Threat intelligence practice and actor tracking.
ML for malware classification.
Public track record: CVEs, published research, talks, CTFs, open-source security tools.
Relevant certifications are a plus, not a requirement.
Benefits
What's in it for you?
Stay hands-on technically while owning complex, high-impact engineering work.
Work on challenging Linux, automation, and cybersecurity problems across mature and newer products.
Influence technical direction and make meaningful architectural decisions.
Work independently with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
Fully remote work with flexible working hours.
24 paid vacation days, 10 national holidays, and unlimited sick leave.
Private medical insurance compensation.
Co-working and gym/sports reimbursement.
Education budget.
Opportunity to receive a reward for innovative ideas that the company can patent.
