We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across North America (west coast only) and the UK — we also have offices in San Francisco, Seattle, and London.
Japan has been one of Runway’s fastest-growing markets, even without a major commercial presence – it's our third-largest market among both enterprise and self-serve customers, and the fastest-growing self-serve market in Asia. In addition to millions of individual users, we've seen 300% growth in enterprise customers in the past 12 months, and Japan has driven a third of our sales volume in Asia overall.

You’ll work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to convey the value of Runway to Enterprise prospects and customers, specifically in the Japan market. As a user of Runway yourself and a content creator, you will handle pre and post-sale work, ensuring that customers are using Runway to it’s full potential, as well as any creative work in the product, inclusive of media content, presets, featured workflows, etc. You’ll also have a hand in any marketing sprints for model and feature releases. This role requires full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English.
Things are always moving quickly at Runway. We need team members with an agile and dynamic mentality who are comfortable with change and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure a job is done optimally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Craft content and lead demonstrations to show Enterprise prospects and customers how to leverage and utilize Runway most strategically
- Partner with our Sales and Creative teams to provide guidance and training to Enterprise prospects and customers.
- Highlight and explain common use cases and workflows for Enterprise organizations
- Serve as the day-to-day product expert for both pre and post sales conversations; help businesses understand the potential of utilizing Runway in their creative pipeline
- Be a champion for our customers and work with our internal teams to translate customer feedback into product insights; liaise between customers and our internal teams in order to provide the best support and experience possible
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Full professional bilingual fluency in Japanese and English
- Experience & expertise creating content from end to end
- Experience working with Japanese enterprises a plus
- Passion for experimentation when it comes to content creation and creative workflows- you care more about “how we get there” than “the destination”
- Comfort working with creative tools in addition to Runway (Adobe, DaVinci Resolve etc), as well as an understanding of our technical and competitive landscape
- You love sharing and presenting the things you’ve built
- Ability to deliver complex information to customers in a clear and concise way
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and growing environment
- Excitement about AI and motivation to continuously learn more about this new and exciting space!

- Collaborate with P/E/D/D (product, engineering, data and design) teams to develop product roadmaps and measure success
- Work closely with data engineering teams to capture, move, store, and transform raw data into highly actionable insights, and partner with business teams to turn those insights into action
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 4 years of industry experience as a Data Scientist
- Strong knowledge of SQL (preferably Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) and how to write efficient SQL queries
- Familiarity with BI tools (preferably Looker, Omni, Sigma, Hex or equivalent) and experience distributing data insights via reports and dashboards
- Track record of shipping high quality products and features at scale
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly improving, start-up environment that focuses on solving problems with iterative technical solutions

- Experience with the modern data stack (Fivetran / Snowflake / dbt / Looker / Hightouch or equivalents)
- Strong perspective on analytics engineering development cycle (data modeling, version control, documentation + testing, best practices for codebase development)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Data Platform team owns the end-to-end data lifecycle at Perplexity, from ingestion through processing, storage, and serving, powering product features, analytics, experimentation, AI workloads, and the company’s data lake.
The team defines the architecture for batch and streaming systems, the orchestration and observability stack, and a self-serve data platform, while thoughtfully combining platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake with open-source technologies including Spark, Kafka, Flink, Airflow, Dagster, dbt, Iceberg, Delta Lake, and ClickHouse.
In this senior/staff role, you will shape architecture, set standards, and drive the long-term technical direction of Perplexity’s data ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and operate large-scale batch and streaming data pipelines that directly power Perplexity product features, AI training and evaluation workflows, analytics, and experimentation.
- Build event-driven and streaming systems (Kafka, Kinesis, PubSub, or similar) for real-time ingestion, transformation, and delivery, alongside batch frameworks for backfills, aggregations, and offline computation.
- Lead the architecture of data orchestration using tools like Airflow or Dagster, owning scheduling, dependency management, retries, SLAs, and end-to-end observability for critical data flows.
- Set and enforce guarantees for data correctness, freshness, lineage, and recoverability, designing systems that handle rapid scale growth, partial failures, and evolving schemas without disrupting AI workloads or product experiences.
- Build self-serve data platforms that let engineers, data scientists, and analysts safely discover data, define contracts, and create and operate their own pipelines with minimal friction.
- Improve developer experience through better abstractions, opinionated paved paths, and standards for data modeling, testing, validation, and deployment, treating the data platform as a product used by many teams.
- Drive architectural decisions across storage, compute, orchestration, and data APIs, partnering closely with product engineering and data science to align the data ecosystem with Perplexity’s roadmap.
- Mentor engineers, review designs, and raise the technical bar for data infrastructure through thoughtful feedback, documentation, and hands-on collaboration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years (Senior) or 8+ years (Staff) of software engineering experience.
- Strong experience building production data infrastructure systems.
- Hands-on experience with batch and/or streaming data processing at scale.
- Deep familiarity with data orchestration systems (Airflow, Dagster, or similar).
- Proficiency in Python and at least one additional backend language (Go, TypeScript, etc.).
- Strong systems thinking around reliability, latency, cost, and complexity tradeoffs.
- Experience supporting ML/AI workflows, training pipelines, or evaluation systems.
- Familiarity with data quality, lineage, observability, and governance tooling.
- Prior ownership of internal platforms used by many teams.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.
Location: San Francisco; Palo Alto; London; Berlin; Belgrade; New York City
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cloud Infrastructure team owns the foundational cloud primitives and deployment models that power Perplexity's products, from multi-tenant public cloud to single-tenant and on-premises solutions for enterprise customers.
As Perplexity grows its Computer and Enterprise products, this team builds and operates the security, isolation, and compliance layers that customers depend on. We provide the deployment topologies, multi‑region infrastructure, and core services that enable Perplexity to run reliably and efficiently for both consumer traffic and large enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap and technical strategy for agent-driven cloud infrastructure management.
- Design and operate Perplexity’s cloud networking fabric, including VPC architectures, private connectivity, and peering with hyperscalers and neocloud providers to support low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads.
- Architect and scale compute platforms (Kubernetes/EKS, autoscaling groups, and mixed CPU/GPU fleets) to efficiently serve online request traffic and background workloads across regions.
- Build and maintain secure, isolated deployment topologies for multi-tenant, single-tenant, and customer‑owned cloud (BYOC) environments, including cross-account networking, identity, and policy guardrails.
- Implement and evolve multi-region strategies for availability, failover, and data locality, including traffic routing, regional capacity planning, and disaster recovery playbooks.
- Partner with security to deliver enterprise controls such as BYOK/KMS integrations, network isolation, and auditability required for regulated customers.
- Develop automation, tooling, and runbooks that make day‑2 operations (provisioning, upgrades, incident response) predictable and repeatable for Perplexity products across all environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS (VPC design, routing, security groups, load balancing, private connectivity).
- Strong background with Kubernetes/EKS and container orchestration, including multi‑cluster, multi‑region, or multi‑account setups.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking and peering (VPC peering, Transit Gateway, private link/service endpoints, or similar constructs in neoclouds).
- Experience building or operating secure, isolated environments for enterprise customers (single‑tenant, BYOC, or on‑prem), ideally including BYOK/KMS integrations and compliance constraints.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and strong software engineering skills in at least one of Python, Go, or Rust for automation and tooling.
- Strong debugging and incident management skills across distributed systems (networking, compute, and platform layers), with a track record of driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
- 7+ years of industry experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, including leading the design of complex systems or migrations.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.

WHO ARE WE?
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with Ukrainian roots. Our mission is to build and scale wellness apps globally through state-of-the-art, tech-driven performance marketing.
We are one of the most established players in the wellness app space, and we are accelerating. Over 25.5 million people across the world use our apps — Muscle Booster, Yoga-Go, and WalkFit — to build healthier habits, move more, and feel better every day. Every subscription represents a real person making a real change in their life, and we take that seriously.
With 500+ people across hubs in Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK, we combine the scale of a market leader and the drive of a team that's just getting started.
The Product Engineer Mindset
We don’t hire people to implement specs. We hire people who can spot the right problem to solve, talk directly to product, design, data, and users to sharpen it, and ship the thinnest version that proves the bet, then iterate. If this is you, you probably:
- Measure your work in outcomes, not output. A feature isn’t done when it merges; it’s done when the metric moves, or you’ve learned it won’t, and killed it.
- Go to the source. You don’t wait for a perfect PRD. You sit with PMs, designers, marketers, and data, and sometimes users directly, to understand what’s actually being asked.
- Own things end-to-end. From the first conversation about a problem through architecture, code, rollout, monitoring, and the follow-up experiment. You don’t hand work off at a boundary.
- Have a strong bias to ship. Prototypes, A/B tests, feature flags, kill switches. You’d rather get something in front of users this week than a perfect plan in two months.
- Treat AI as leverage, not a novelty. You use agentic workflows to compress the loop between idea and learning, for yourself and the team.
What You’ll Own
This is an ownership role, not a feature factory seat. You’ll be on the hook for outcomes across the stack, not just the code in your area:
- A cross-platform foundation, end to end. Mobile, web, BFF, and infrastructure layers, built and evolved with an AI-first, agentic development approach, and held to outcomes you helped define.
- Scalable foundations for health & fitness apps. React Native and modern web technologies, designed so product teams can ship and experiment faster without rederiving the basics each time.
- The discovery loop with stakeholders. Working directly with product, design, marketing, and data to translate business bets into running experiments, not just tickets in a backlog.
- AI-agentic workflows across the SDLC. You’ll continuously improve how the team uses AI to raise productivity, code quality, and delivery speed, and prove the impact.
- Shared platform capabilities. Internal tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that make every engineer at Welltech faster and the product better.
- Native mobile and media experiences. Video playback, streaming, and HLS, owned from native integration through user-perceived quality.
- Modular, reusable systems. Backend-driven UI, white-label capabilities, and the architectural choices that let one team’s work compound for the next.
- Reliable integrations. Between frontend clients, BFF services, and platform infrastructure, with you on the hook for the health of the seams.
- The engineering culture. Architecture discussions, code reviews or pairing when working on trunk based development workflows, documentation, and continuous improvement, leading by what you ship and how you ship it.

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role
