Salesforce specialist
to take ownership of the setup, development, and day-to-day administration of a real estate developer’s CRM.
The role involves configuring sales pipelines, integrating communication channels and lead sources, automating lead distribution, creating reports and dashboards, maintaining data quality, and helping the team use Salesforce effectively. A key part of the role is integrating Salesforce with websites and external services, managing data related to real estate projects and units, and providing ongoing system support after implementation.
Responsibilities

- Align with the business on the differences between direct customer inquiries and broker/agency workflows, implementing separate processes where necessary.
- Configure the conversion of leads into contacts and opportunities while preserving the lead source, history, and ownership.
- Establish relationships between customers, brokers, opportunities, projects, and units within the existing data model.
- Automate follow-ups, inactivity monitoring, and escalations to managers.
Communication Channels and Lead Sources
- Audit existing channels and integrate the agreed set with Salesforce. Review email, telephony, WhatsApp, websites and landing pages, advertising lead forms, and event registrations. Telegram and other messaging platforms may be considered based on business needs.
- Enable sales managers to handle communications directly from the CRM wherever supported by the selected solution, including sending and receiving messages, making calls, assigning ownership, and maintaining communication history in the relevant records.
- Configure the association of inquiries with existing customers, handle repeat inquiries, and prevent duplicate records.
- Preserve lead source information, UTM parameters, campaign data, project interest, and other agreed data points.
- Configure templates, notifications, and automated confirmations while accounting for consent requirements and unsubscribe preferences.
- Monitor integration errors to ensure that failed leads and messages are detected and can be reprocessed without creating duplicates.
- Assess compatibility, licensing requirements, and connector costs before implementation. The final integration approach for each channel will be determined following an audit.
Lead Assignment and Reassignment
- Implement agreed lead assignment rules based on project, language, source, team, manager availability, and workload, including round-robin distribution where required.
- Account for repeat inquiries assigned to an existing manager, exceptions, employee leave, inactive users, and backup queues.
- Monitor time to first contact, configure notifications, and enable reassignment when agreed response-time targets are missed.
- Maintain an assignment history showing who received each lead, when it was assigned, and why ownership changed.
- Ensure accurate reporting after reassignment by separately
Requirements
- Fluent Russian for gathering requirements, discussing solutions, and training employees.
- Hands-on experience independently configuring and maintaining Salesforce in a business environment. A guideline of 3+ years of experience is preferred; practical case studies and independence are more important than formal tenure.

- Practical experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, lead assignment rules, queues, access management, reports, and dashboards.
- Experience integrating external systems via APIs and webhooks, troubleshooting errors, handling repeated requests, and preventing duplicate records.
- Proficiency in Apex and SOQL sufficient to independently read, troubleshoot, and modify existing logic, write necessary tests, and account for platform limitations.
- Experience with data imports, cleansing, and bulk updates, with an understanding of how changes affect automations and reporting.
- Experience working with sandbox environments, deploying changes, and using version control for code.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions, estimate effort, and explain outcomes to non-technical stakeholders.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication with support teams. The ability to interact with English-speaking users will be assessed during the interview.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in real estate development, including multiple projects, brokers and agencies, unit catalogs, and long sales cycles.
- Hands-on experience integrating WhatsApp, telephony, email, and advertising lead forms with Salesforce.
- Experience implementing complex lead assignment rules, monitoring response times, and maintaining accurate metrics after reassignment.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with websites, registration forms, event management services, and email marketing platforms.
- Experience with Lightning Web Components, integration platforms, and automation tools, where applicable to the existing system.

GoMining is a Bitcoin cloud-mining platform that has grown into a full crypto ecosystem: Digital Miners, the GOMINING token, GoMining Card, Wallet, Simple Earn, the VIP programme and Miner Wars. We’re growing fast and plan to multiply sales next year. A large part of that growth will come from partners who already have big audiences.
This role brings those partners in. You’ll find and sign affiliates and partners with large networks in your region: crypto exchanges and media, iGaming operators and affiliate networks, brokers, fintech players, streamers and influencer agencies. Our offer to them is one of the strongest on the market: a high commission on every sale their audience makes, plus a lifetime revenue share. Your job is to put that offer in front of the right people and close the deal.
This is not a desk job and not mass cold outreach. You’ll spend much of your time in the field, at conferences, expos and meetings across your region, holding live negotiations every day. You’ll be one of the first members of a regional BD team we’re building from scratch. Your income grows directly with the volume your partners bring in, and the bonus is uncapped.
What you’ll do
Hunting: find the partners who matter
Map the partners with the biggest reach in your region: crypto (exchanges, wallets, media, communities), iGaming and gambling (operators, affiliate networks, streamers), brokers (forex, CFD, investment platforms), fintech and payments, large media and influencer agencies.
Work the field: attend crypto, iGaming, affiliate and fintech conferences across your region, book meetings in advance and close partnerships on site.
Use your own network and local reputation to get in front of decision-makers, not just whoever answers an email.
Closing: run the full cycle
Own every deal end to end: first contact, negotiation, agreeing terms, onboarding, launching traffic and the first sales.
Negotiate with founders and senior management, and show clearly what partnering with GoMining is worth to them and their audience.
When a partner says no, find out why and bring that back so we can sharpen the offer.
Growing: turn partners into volume
Grow the partners you’ve signed: higher volume, new formats, and special offers for their audiences.
Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM, report weekly on the funnel, and file a short results report after every trip.
Share what you see in your market (competitor offers, partner expectations, local payment specifics) with the team.
What success looks like
First month:
you know the product and the partner offer inside out, your regional pipeline is mapped, and your conference and meeting calendar for the next quarter is set.
First 3 months:
you’re running a steady rhythm of in-person meetings, your first partnerships are signed and live, and the first sales are coming in through your partners.
Ongoing:
we measure you on new active partners per month, sales volume and revenue from those partners, and how well your meetings convert into signed deals.
Requirements
3+ years in business development, partnerships or affiliate management in crypto, iGaming, gambling, brokerage or fintech.
Your own network in the region (affiliates, networks, operators, media). This is the main requirement.
A track record of closing large partnership deals, with numbers you can walk us through.
Confidence negotiating with founders and senior management.
Readiness to travel a lot to conferences and meetings across your region.
A hunter mindset: proactive, fast-paced, driven by results and money.
Fluent English.
Would be a plus
A regional language: Spanish or Portuguese for LatAm, Arabic for MENA, Chinese, Korean or Vietnamese for Asia, and so on.
A personal reputation in the local crypto, affiliate or iGaming community.
A strong grasp of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, hybrid) and traffic.
Experience with large affiliate networks and streamers.
Knowledge of payment specifics in your region.
Benefits
Sales-driven pay: a fixed salary plus an uncapped bonus on the sales volume your partners bring in.
A travel and conference budget for field work in your region.
Fast decisions and direct access to the head of the direction.
Professional growth: support for courses, conferences, and English learning (up to 100% coverage).
Work-life fit: remote format with flexible hours across international teams.
Paid leave: up to 20 vacation days + 8 company holidays + 5 personal days per year.
Team culture: retreats in international locations (for example, company apartments in Cyprus).
