ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

About the Job:
Feature management and experimentation have converged into a single market, and the buying dynamic at the top has shifted. Engineering teams are no longer the sole evaluator — data scientists and data-focused PMs now carry equal weight on the largest deals. The bar for statistical depth, warehouse ergonomics, and experiment-first workflows is rising quickly.
In traditional experimentation we have built the foundation: a trusted runtime control plane, a growing experimentation engine, and early warehouse-native capabilities. We are winning lower-maturity buyers at healthy rates. We are not yet consistently winning the most sophisticated data organizations. Closing that gap is the job.
In AI experimentation, we have an early lead: the AI-native tooling category has invested in evaluation and conceded production experimentation, and we already have the primitives (statistical significance, multi-armed bandits, experiment-aware guardrails) that no AI-native competitor ships. Extending that lead is the other half of the job.
This leader will own whether LaunchDarkly becomes the definitive experimentation platform in an AI-accelerated world.
Responsibilities:
Own the Experimentation pillar.
Direct leadership of the Product team. Partner with Engineering and Design counterparts in a triad model. Accountable for the pillar's strategy, roadmap delivery, and commercial outcomes. Make the investment case across the in-product experimentation experience, the warehouse-native analysis layer, and the infrastructure that scales them.
Make experimentation the measurement layer of the AI SDLC.
Partner with our AI product, observability, and core feature management leaders to productize the capabilities we already have as AI-native primitives. Build a closed loop from offline evaluation through production experiments, to automatic promotion and rollback, to a self-improving feedback loop for agents.
Win the high-maturity buyer.
Earn the technical confidence of senior data scientists and data-focused PMs. Decide what statistical depth, warehouse coverage, and experiment-first workflow capabilities are non-negotiable, and get them shipped on a timeline that wins pivotal reference deals.
Make warehouse-native a weapon.
Expand coverage across major data warehouses and query layers. Deliver parity on analysis-only mode, variance reduction, ratio and percentile metrics, exposure validation, and arbitrary-window analysis.
Operate a high-performing function.
Run a disciplined roadmap, ship predictably against quarterly commitments, drive AI-assisted engineering productivity inside the org, and hire where gaps exist.
Be the external face of the category.
Credibly represent the product with Data scientists, PMs, experimenters, analysts, and partners. Translate the strategy to the field and equip sales to win head-to-head.
How you'll be measured:
Win rate on experimentation-involved deals, especially head-to-head competitive evaluations — step change in the first year, sustained improvement thereafter.
Reference-grade customers at the top of the maturity curve, including named strategic logos.
Monthly active customers and active-account ARR growth against plan.
Experimentation attach rate on new and expansion enterprise deals.
Engineering throughput — roadmap delivery velocity and AI-assisted development adoption inside the function.
Qualifications:
Senior product leader (GM, VP, or equivalent) with a track record of owning a product line that competes on statistical rigor and data infrastructure.
Deep, operator-level fluency in experimentation methodology: causal inference, variance reduction, ratio metrics, sequential testing, exposure design, multi-armed bandits, and composite/multi-objective metrics — and the realities of running these at scale against production data warehouses and against non-deterministic systems where output variance, not just user variance, drives sample-size and significance decisions.
Has earned credibility with data science leaders and experimentation specialists at sophisticated organizations — and can recruit them.
Has led a function that includes engineering, design, and data science. Comfortable setting a multi-quarter roadmap, championing investment allocation, and reporting results to an executive team and board.
Clear, direct communicator. Decides fast with incomplete information. Prefers shipping and learning to requirements documents.
Opinionated about where experimentation is going in an AI-native world — and specifically, how agents and autonomous systems will use experimentation infrastructure differently than human teams do.
Preferred Qualifications:
You have built or scaled experimentation at an organization where it was core infrastructure, not a secondary analytics capability.
You have personally won competitive evaluations where a sophisticated data-science organization was the deciding voice.
You have shipped warehouse-native data products and understand the operational realities of running experiments directly against customer data infrastructure.
You see experimentation as how software teams prove that any change — whether built by a person or an AI agent — actually worked. That evidence layer is core infrastructure, not a reporting afterthought.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is building new products that can reshape how finance teams operate. These products begin before the market playbook is obvious: the customer problem is still being sharpened, the product is evolving quickly, and the path from early signal to durable growth must be built.
We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager, New Products to lead that work. You will be embedded with Product and Engineering from the earliest stages, using customer and market insight to help choose the audience, shape the product, define the story, and build the commercialization and adoption motion.
This is not a launch-calendar or asset-production role. You will own the full business read for the product: customer problem, ICP, positioning, product readiness, launch, pipeline, activation, adoption, retention, proof, and the next product or GTM intervention.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape product strategy early. Bring customer, market, and competitive evidence into product decisions before the roadmap is fixed. Help the team identify the wedge, target segment, table stakes, differentiators, and highest-leverage problems to solve.
- Find product-market clarity. Define the ICP, buyer, user, jobs to be done, workflow, alternatives, and reasons customers will switch or expand.
- Own the product narrative. Build the canonical positioning, messaging, claims, proof, and competitive story. Translate technical and operational complexity into a clear customer value proposition without flattening how the product works.
- Design the zero-to-one GTM. Determine how the product should enter the market, including audience, channel, pricing and packaging inputs, sales motion, self-serve motion, launch sequence, and adoption plan.
- Lead launches end to end. Coordinate Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, Communications, Support, and other partners around one launch strategy, readiness bar, and set of measurable outcomes.
- Build commercialization, not just awareness. Create the programs, enablement, proof, and feedback loops that turn interest into qualified pipeline, activation, retained usage, expansion, and revenue.
- Work deeply with Product and Engineering. Understand the product's architecture, data, constraints, and trust model well enough to influence tradeoffs and explain it credibly to both technical and business audiences.
- Create the customer learning system. Develop direct relationships with buyers and users, run structured discovery, capture objections and product gaps, and turn what you learn into product and GTM decisions.
- Own the business scorecard. Define leading and lagging indicators, build a clear operating read, diagnose what is moving or stuck, and recommend the next intervention.
- Build proof and competitive intelligence. Develop customer evidence, use cases, benchmarks, and a current view of the market that improve both product decisions and GTM execution.
- Use AI as an operating advantage. Apply AI to research, synthesis, analysis, content development, and repeatable workflows—and help the team raise its standard for speed and quality.
- Create the new-products playbook. Build a repeatable method for taking an emerging product from customer signal to product-market clarity, launch, commercialization, and scaled growth.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 6+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing, product management, growth, strategy, or another product-led GTM function, including significant ownership of a product or business outcome.
- Demonstrated zero-to-one experience with a new product, category, platform, or business line—from early customer discovery through launch and adoption.
- A record of influencing product strategy using customer, market, competitive, and performance evidence.
- Strong customer instincts. You can run discovery, identify the real workflow and buying problem, and separate a loud request from a durable market signal.
- Technical and operational fluency. You can learn a complex product, work credibly with Product and Engineering, and explain how it works to different audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can produce a sharp product narrative, an executive recommendation, a launch plan, and a sales story that survives contact with customers.
- Strong data literacy. You can define and interpret activation, adoption, retention, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and product-usage metrics and turn the findings into a decision.
- Proven ability to lead senior partners across Product, Engineering, Sales, Growth, Creative, and Marketing without relying on formal authority.
- High agency and comfort with ambiguity. You build the first version, test it with customers, make tradeoffs, and improve it quickly.
- Fluency with AI tools as part of your everyday research, analysis, writing, and operating workflows.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in fintech, payments, accounts receivable, accounting, developer tools, data infrastructure, AI, or another technical and workflow-heavy category.
- Experience taking a product from incubation through product-market fit and scaled commercialization.
- Experience with both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Experience contributing to pricing and packaging decisions.
- Experience as an early or founding PMM, product manager, founder, or operator in a fast-moving product area.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is an onsite opportunity within Toronto, Canada.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure, including wired, wireless, routing, switching, and WAN/ISP redundancy using platforms such as Cisco Meraki or Aruba.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating enterprise workplace AV environments, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital signage, and room control systems.
- Experience administering MDM platforms and managing endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, automation, and deployment workflows.
- Experience implementing and supporting physical security technologies, including access control and camera platforms.
- Experience delivering new office builds or major workplace technology projects while coordinating with vendors, contractors, and building management.
- Experience building automation workflows and operational tooling that reduce manual effort and improve reliability.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel to support office builds, technology standardization, and regional workplace initiatives.
Bonus points for:
- Experience working in a remote first organization supporting distributed workplace infrastructure.
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and physical security governance requirements.
- Experience mentoring technical staff and establishing engineering standards across multiple office locations.
What you can expect:
INFRASTRUCTURE
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve the Toronto office network, including wired, wireless, dedicated IT room infrastructure, and redundant internet connectivity with automated failover.
- Serve as the technical owner for workplace networking across the company, developing scalable standards and reference architectures for future office builds.
- Own the physical security technology stack, including access control, camera systems, and integrated workplace technologies.
- Partner with the Security team on governance, compliance, audit requirements, and building integrations while driving long term platform reliability and lifecycle planning.
- Own vendor relationships, technology evaluations, hardware standards, monitoring, capacity planning, and ongoing infrastructure performance across networking, AV, and physical security systems.
- Evaluate emerging workplace technologies and recommend improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and employee experience.
WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
- Design, deploy, and continuously optimize AV and collaboration technologies across a variety of meeting spaces, including video conferencing, room scheduling, multi zone audio, digital displays, and proactive monitoring.
- Own the technology behind the end to end onboarding experience for Toronto employees, including device provisioning, MDM workflows, automation, deployment standards, and lifecycle management.
- Act as the senior technical escalation point for complex networking, AV, workplace infrastructure, and endpoint issues, while providing hands on support when required.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to Workplace Technology Specialists supporting other regional office locations, helping establish consistent engineering and operational standards across the company.

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, we’re all about great partnerships – and that starts with great people. We’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager to take on one of the most strategically important roles within our Danish restaurant team. If you’re commercially sharp, analytically strong, and motivated by solving complex challenges in close collaboration with your partners, this could be the role for you.
In this role, you’ll be trusted with a portfolio of nationally recognized brands, each with ambitious goals, multi-layered decision-making structures, and large operational footprints. You’ll be responsible for unlocking their full potential on Wolt by building strong relationships, running sophisticated campaigns, and making data-driven decisions that drive both growth and profitability.
You’ll join a team of 10 Account Managers who support and challenge each other every day. We celebrate wins, share learnings, and enjoy solving problems together – whether that’s out in the field with a partner or over a coffee at the office. If you enjoy taking ownership and being part of a humble yet ambitious team, we think you’ll feel right at home.
But don’t just take our word for it – see for yourself what your future colleagues say about working at Wolt
here
.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for a number of large enterprise accounts. You’ll work across multiple layers of each organisation – from central decision-makers to regional managers and local stores – with a focus on long-term growth and operational excellence.
You’ll plan and execute advanced promotional campaigns, lead commercial negotiations, and use data to optimize every aspect of partner performance. In addition to managing your portfolio, you’ll help shape internal tooling and best practices that support the broader enterprise AM community.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Own a small but commercially significant portfolio of restaurant enterprise accounts end-to-end
Lead negotiations and strategic planning in collaboration with senior internal and external stakeholders
Drive adoption of relevant Wolt products such as Wolt+, Wolt Ads, Wolt Drive, and Wolt Capital
Analyse partner performance in depth – from conversion rates to delivery efficiency – and turn insights into concrete actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and Product to ensure smooth execution of partner plans and bring feedback from the field into internal roadmaps
Build tools, frameworks, or workflows that support smarter decision-making within your team and across the region
Tailor your approach to different organisational layers, from headquarters to local store operators
Our humble expectations
We’re looking for someone who combines commercial sharpness, analytical depth, and strong interpersonal skills – and who’s motivated by solving complex challenges.
Strategic commercial thinking – You understand what drives partner performance and profitability, and you can develop win-win plans that balance long-term growth with short-term impact
Advanced analytical skills – You’re highly comfortable navigating BI tools like Looker or Excel, building your own performance views, and using data to guide negotiations, campaigns, and optimisations
Ownership mindset – You take full responsibility for your portfolio, push projects forward without being asked, and proactively solve problems when roadblocks appear
Process builder – You enjoy improving how things work – whether through creating internal tooling, building a new report, or refining the way we engage with partners

ABOUT US
Launched in 2019, Constructor is an AI-first e-commerce search and discovery platform that helps shoppers find the right products at the right time and enables leading global e-commerce brands to drive meaningful revenue and conversion gains.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The ML Infrastructure team builds and operates the shared backend services and platform capabilities that Constructor's ML and product teams rely on to develop, deploy, and run machine learning at scale - from model serving (including LLMs) to the specialized storages and data pipelines behind it.
We are a service team by nature: our roadmap is shaped by the needs of product teams, and we succeed when they can move faster with less friction. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is comfortable with, and motivated by this dynamic, and who will take end-to-end ownership of core services.
In the near and mid-term, our focus areas include:
- Making ML workloads easy to run, scale, and operate for every team
- Providing self-service, configurable infrastructure components to ML and product teams
- Owning and evolving core ML services and related pipelines with a high bar for reliability and performance
CHALLENGES YOU WILL TACKLE
- Design, build, and operate high-load distributed backend services that power the company's ML infrastructure
- Take end-to-end ownership of core ML services and related data pipelines: from design and implementation to deployment, observability, and continuous improvement
- Partner with ML and product teams to understand their needs and turn them into reliable, reusable platform capabilities
- Make and defend technical decisions: evaluate trade-offs, design first, and own the outcome
- Be responsible for what you and your team do
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend or platform engineering
- Extensive Python knowledge (our primary language)
- Hands-on experience developing on a public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or with self-managed Kubernetes - AWS is our primary platform, but we're not limited to it

We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is rebuilding its go-to-market motion around a workflow-first, builder-led model—and the BDR is at the front of it. As a Business Development Rep, you'll be the force that turns the right accounts into the right conversations. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultants to identify and target companies that are ready to rethink how they work—and your job is to get them in the room. This isn't generic pipeline work: you're qualifying for workflow-first, build-ready opportunities that set SCs up to win. If you're competitive, curious, and energized by outbound that actually means something, this is the role for you.
This role will be based in Dublin. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying and targeting high-potential accounts in your assigned book, partnering with your sellers on account and outbound strategy
- Run multi-channel outbound campaigns—email, phone, LinkedIn, and events—to create urgency and secure first meetings with the right decision-makers
- Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings handed to sellers are "ready to build," not just "ready to talk"—validating ICP, intent, and workflow fit before the handoff
- Document and deliver clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals, pain points, workflow hypothesis, and stakeholder context so sellers can hit the ground running
- Leverage GTM System tooling and intent data to sharpen targeting, prioritize accounts by signal strength, and increase the quality and consistency of your outbound motion
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation, with hands-on experience in cold prospecting across phone, email, and social channels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, persona-specific outreach that earns a response
- Sharp qualification instincts—able to quickly assess ICP fit, identify urgency, and set solutions consultants up for high-quality first conversations
- Passion for AI/ML and understanding of API-first or consumption-based business models
- High-activity mindset with the discipline to prioritize based on signal and data, not just volume
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
- Fluency in French.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar GTM tooling
- Familiarity with Notion as a product or prior experience selling productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Background in a high-velocity, metric-driven outbound environment with clear pipeline targets
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. About Teleport
Don't wait for the future of infrastructure. Be part of it.
Teleport is the AI Infrastructure Identity Company. We're solving one of the hardest problems in security: giving every human, machine, workload, and AI agent a cryptographically secured identity, improving engineering velocity while maintaining security. We make trusted computing simple. This gives you the freedom, power, and autonomy to build and innovate with confidence.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we work with companies like Nasdaq, DoorDash, and Elastic to secure infrastructure for an AI world.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our first Data Engineer to build Teleport's internal data platform. You will design and own the pipelines and warehouse that turn raw data from across the company, including product usage, production costs, budgets, and sales, into data that any team can use to answer their own questions.
You will work closely with teams across the company, including product, engineering, finance, and revenue, to understand their data needs and deliver reliable, well-modeled data they can depend on.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design and operate a low-maintenance cloud data warehouse and transformation workflow.
- Evaluate managed connectors, source exports, and native cloud services before building custom ingestion software.
- Model data from CRM, contracts, finance, billing, product usage, and cloud infrastructure into coherent business entities and metrics.
- Establish canonical customer identity and mappings between accounts, tenants, billing entities, and other source-specific identifiers.
- Partner with Finance, Revenue, Product, and Engineering to define concepts such as ARR, adoption, infrastructure cost, and gross margin.
- Build data quality checks, reconciliation, documentation, lineage, and observable failure behavior into the system.
- Protect customer and employee information through appropriate access control, minimization, redaction, and retention practices.
- Manage warehouse performance and cost, and keep the platform understandable and operable by a small team.
- Use Python or Go for integrations that cannot be handled safely and economically by managed or warehouse-native capabilities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md to design and build an analytics warehouse for a fictional business.
- Builder mentality; experience building a data engineering function from scratch at a growing startup is highly desirable.
- Strong SQL and dimensional or analytical data-modeling expertise.
- Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder questions into documented, testable business definitions.
- Production experience with dbt or an equivalent SQL transformation workflow.
- Experience with a cloud data warehouse such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Experience with managed ELT, APIs, object storage, incremental loading, and source schema evolution.
- Strong data-quality and reconciliation practices, including explaining how published numbers relate to their sources.
- Experience handling sensitive data, access control, and retention responsibly.
- Practical experience with Python or Go, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operations.
- Sound judgment about build vs. buy decisions, operational simplicity, and managing scope in a startup environment.
- Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to master new technologies.
- Comfortable changing the area of focus and working directly with stakeholders across the company.
- No-ego mindset of collaboration, transparency, and seeking feedback from others.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the data engineering challenge and answer your questions.
3. Challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a Data Engineering Challenge https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/data-engineer/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.
Remote-first and globally distributed, we're genuinely passionate about what we're building.
The Benefits
At Teleport, we believe your career is more important than a list of perks. That's why we focus on making your day-to-day the best it can be — giving you the autonomy, access, and support to do the best work of your career.
- Extensive health coverage
- Annual expense budget
- Rest and recovery policies that maximize your ability to recharge
- Investment in your future with retirement savings plans
- Professional development opportunities
Teleport is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of age, color, disability, gender, national origin, race, religion, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any classifications protected by federal, state, or local law.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
This will be a hybrid in office role in Chicago, IL.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- Travel to customers up to 25% of the time
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION:
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. BENEFITS

At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on.
