Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic products.
At Chainalysis, the enablement team exists to drive the effectiveness, capacity, and productivity of our customer-facing teams. As the Head of Enablement, you will lead this globally-distributed team and build the relationships, programs, infrastructure, and operating model to help us capture the opportunity in front of us. You’ll report to the GTM Chief of Staff and work across the entire business to drive alignment around our biggest priorities.
In this role, you'll:
- Build the enablement organization into an operational juggernaut through deep, integrated partnerships with leaders across the business and a strong, foundational relationship with product management and product marketing
- Design and implement the enablement operating model from the ground up: intake process, prioritization framework, content lifecycle, central calendar, and a single front door for requests.
- Own the enablement tech stack (LMS, AI role-play, conversation intelligence) and build manager-facing dashboards that give sales leaders visibility into their teams' readiness.
- Translate completed Product Marketing positioning briefs into curriculum, practice programs, battle cards, and field-ready content kits. Enablement does not create messaging. It makes messaging land.
- Lead the work to transform the current checklist-based onboarding with a structured, curriculum-based program with clear ramp milestones, and scale it to absorb 25+ new sellers in the first quarter of FY28.
- Build enablement analytics from scratch. Define metrics tied to pipeline, win rate, ramp time, and consumption growth. Demonstrate the function's business impact with data.
- Extend enablement beyond account executives to serve Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Global Services, and channel partners. Align frameworks so every customer-facing team speaks the same language.
- Lead and stabilize a very talented team that has been through significant organizational change. Provide clear vision, invest in development, and build a culture where people do the best work of their careers.
We're looking for candidates who have:
- 10+ years of experience in sales, customer success, enablement, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related operational function within complex B2B SaaS companies
- Built or materially scaled a function, program, or operational capability from early stage. You have a track record of creating structure where there was none.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity: you've operated in environments where the strategy was iterative, the infrastructure was incomplete, and you had to build while leading. You bring resilience and grit, not just skill.
- Hands-on operational instinct. You are an operator first, and you build systems, design processes, introduce automation, and do the work yourself when that's what the situation demands. You are not looking for a role where you set strategy and delegate execution.
- Direct experience working with or inside a strong sales enablement function. You understand what good looks like, even if your career hasn't been spent exclusively in enablement.
- Experience managing geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones, and a passion for developing people
- Product curiosity and enough understanding of product-to-market motions to maintain credibility with Product Marketing and Product teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with senior leaders, sales managers, and cross-functional partners quickly.
Nice to have experience:
- Knowledge of Force Management, Command of the Message, or MEDDPICC.
- Prior experience as a quota-carrying account executive or in a direct selling role.
- Experience working in or with financial services, the public sector, or compliance-related industries (financial crime, AML/CFT, payments, trading systems).
- Experience with enablement technology platforms (LMS, conversation intelligence, AI role-play tools).
- Experience supporting a business model transition (for example, from subscription to consumption pricing).
- Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related technologies, or a deep curiosity and willingness to learn.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
About Chainalysis

Provectus is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, working at the frontier of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable business outcomes — through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory engagements. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide.
Our work centers on two verticals — Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences — where we deploy five pre-built AI Blueprints: Submission Flow, Portfolio Lens, Asset Flow, Revenue Flow, and Evidence Lens. Each Blueprint rebuilds a critical business process front to back, shipped from working code and tuned to a client's specific book, regulators, and operating posture.
Our team holds 100+ AWS certifications, is Claude Code certified, and co-delivers Anthropic's Agentic SDLC program, Cowork Activation, and AI Blueprint engagements.
Where this role sits
You will work in a senior pod alongside an FDE, an FDX, and Senior AI Engineers — contributing to real delivery work while building toward independent ownership.
Requirements:
Mindset
Proactive and self-directed; you push for clarity rather than waiting for a ticket.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with some ambiguity, with support from senior team members as you take on more.
B2+ English, comfortable collaborating across distributed, multicultural teams.
Technical depth
Hands-on experience building or contributing to RAG systems, ideally in a production or near-production setting.
Solid engineering fundamentals; Python and/or TypeScript proficiency. Productive in an unfamiliar codebase with some ramp-up support.
Practical AWS experience (Lambda, S3, ECS, or similar); ready to grow into Bedrock and Bedrock AgentCore .
Some experience with containers and CI/CD in real projects.
Exposure to evaluating non-deterministic systems — you've contributed to or run test/eval cycles, even if you haven't owned a full eval suite end-to-end.
Basic working knowledge of model/agent monitoring concepts.
Awareness of cost and latency trade-offs when working with LLMs.
Some hands-on exposure to the Claude ecosystem (Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files) is a plus, or strong ability to ramp up quickly.
Practical experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, or OpenAI) in real projects.
2+ years of software or ML engineering experience, including some exposure to production systems.
Solid AI/ML foundations — you understand what the models do well enough to reason about common failure modes.
Nice to Have:
Experience in one of the industries: financial services, insurance, healthcare.
Consulting, professional services, or other embedded customer-facing delivery.
AWS and Claude Code Certifications (or actively pursuing them).
A2A: Interest in agent-to-agent interoperability concepts.
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Practical experience with one or more use cases from the following: NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Experience in an additional language (Go, TypeScript, or Rust).
Experience with Apache Spark, Apache Airflow, Kafkа.
Experience with the Claude ecosystem — Claude Code, CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills files. Spec-driven development — writing the intent, constraints, and acceptance criteria before you let an agent build.
MCP: you can say why an agent would prefer it to a REST integration, having authored a server is an additional plus.
Responsibilities:
Build and contribute to RAG system components under senior guidance, with growing autonomy.
Write tests and help build out evaluation harnesses for the features you work on.
Write production code across the stack (AI, backend services, data pipelines) with code review support.
Help integrate AI components into backend services and RESTful APIs.
Support deployment of systems to AWS (containerized, CI/CD), taking on more of this independently over time.
Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and client handover materials.
Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, with an eye toward taking on more of this independently.
Support model evaluation efforts and help investigate and improve failure modes.
Take on increasing ownership of components and technical decisions as you grow in the role.
What We Offer:
The chance to shape how leading enterprises across LATAM, Europe, and North America adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment
A forward-deployed model working in small, senior teams alongside FDE and FDX
A growing AI delivery practice where you help build the tooling and frameworks, not just use them
Remote-friendly culture
Internal training programs with full support for Claude, AWS, and other professional certifications, conference attendance
Career growth; we actively develop our engineers
Access to the latest AI tools and premium subscriptions
Long-term B2B collaboration
Private medical insurance or a budget for your medical needs
Paid sick leave, vacation, and public holidays
Equipment and all the tech you need for comfortable, productive work

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact http://elevenlabs.io/impact). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact’s work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared.
- Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
- Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
- Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
- Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
- Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
REQUIREMENTS
- A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
- Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
- Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
- Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
- 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.

Experience selling SaaS (open source technology is a plus), and familiarity with BEPIC and MEDDPICC selling methodologies
A demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement at high-growth startups
A consultative sales approach, with the goal of keeping customer, partner and community satisfaction exceptionally high
Proven experience developing a high-performing channel strategy for SaaS vendors new to the India market
Bonus Points For:
Running low-touch deal cycles with partners independently of the direct sales team
A demonstrated ability to increase partner-sourced revenue (NACV) contribution to India's overall revenue.
Compensation & Rewards:
In India, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range will apply for this role. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All of our roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success. We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.
*Compensation ranges are country specific. If you are applying for this role from a different location than listed above, your recruiter will discuss your specific market’s defined pay range & benefits at the beginning of the process.
Why You’ll Thrive at Grafana Labs:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Willingness to work collaboratively with Teleport's engineers on coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md as part of the interview process.
- Builder mentality and experience -- you love being hands-on and building zero-to-one products.
- Extensive Go experience.
- Extensive experience developing scalable, reliable, and performant distributed systems and platforms.
- Strong team leadership.
- Engineering management experience.

- Transparency, honesty, and a no-ego mindset.
- Significant contributions in Open Source is a big plus.
HOW WE HIRE
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. We skip performative rounds and focus on what matters: understanding how you think and what you can do.
For this role, we use a take-home challenge that mirrors real work at Teleport — on your time, your way. You'll have support from the team throughout.
1. Zoom meeting with a Teleport recruiter. You’ll learn about the company, our products, compensation philosophy, interview process, and key requirements.
2. Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager. The Hiring Manager will walk you through the coding challenge and answer your questions.
3. Coding challenge collaboration. The day after your meeting with the Hiring Manager, you join a Slack channel and complete a coding challenge in Go https://github.com/gravitational/careers/blob/main/challenges/systems/challenge-1.md using GitHub. The challenge usually takes about 2 weeks and ends with a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager and a member of the interview team to review your solution.
4. If your challenge solution meets our bar, you'll receive an offer to join Teleport.
Why Teleport
You're joining a company where the problem is real, the team is small, and your work shows up directly in the product. We're not a big company, you won't get lost in a crowd. You'll have the freedom and autonomy to do what you're great at, alongside teammates who care about doing it right and want to see you succeed. The work is collaborative, there's real room to grow, and the mission is one worth showing up for.

Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We work with industry-leading organizations to design, build, and operationalize technology solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Following the acquisition of Tooploox, a premier AI and product development company, Solvd now offers true end-to-end delivery—from strategic advisory and solution design to custom AI development and enterprise-scale implementation. Our capability centers combine deep technical expertise, proven delivery methodologies, and sector-specific knowledge to address complex business challenges quickly and effectively.
Solvd Cloud, Infra, Data & Security is growing fast, and our architecture leadership needs to keep up. We need someone who can take an unclear problem, define it, design the answer, and make sure it ships. You'll set technical direction across cloud, infrastructure, and data. You'll shape engagements and roadmaps before they're committed. And you'll stay close enough to delivery that what we design is what gets built. We operate AI-first: you'll use AI as a daily tool to move faster and multiply what you and the teams around you can deliver.
There will be ambiguity. That's the job. The plans don't exist yet, and you'll help write them.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW:
- You'll help define the business, not inherit it. The Cloud BU is rapidly scaling. The patterns, standards, and team habits you set now become how we operate.
- The scope is broad on purpose. It covers cloud foundations, Kubernetes platforms, data, and AI workloads, so you won't be boxed into one layer.
- Decisions move quickly. You'll work directly with BU leadership, and decisions take days, not quarters.
- The problems are current. The work is getting AI workloads into production safely, building data platforms that are governed, and keeping cloud spend under control.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
- Architecture direction. You'll define reference architectures, landing zones, and standards across AWS and Azure, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code. You'll decide what we standardize and what we leave flexible.
- Data and AI platforms. You'll design lakehouse and warehouse, streaming, and governance patterns. You'll also design the platform layer that moves GenAI and agentic workloads from prototype to production, covering access control, evaluation, observability, and cost guardrails.
- Solution shaping. You'll lead technical discovery, size and de-risk the work, and write the solution designs and technical scope that teams commit to.
- AI-accelerated delivery. You'll use AI tools across the architecture lifecycle: discovery synthesis, design drafts, IaC and code generation, review, documentation, and estimation. You'll turn what works into repeatable patterns and prompts the team adopts. You'll also set the guardrails for how AI is used with client and production data.
- Security and compliance by design. You'll own IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and logging. Your designs need to hold up to SOC 2, ISO 27001, and regulated-industry scrutiny without slowing delivery down.
- Cost and operability. Every design ships with a run cost, reliability targets, an observability plan, and a rollback path.
- Raising the bar. You'll run design reviews, mentor architects and senior engineers, and turn repeat solutions into reusable accelerators.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Have 12+ years in infrastructure, cloud, or data engineering, including several years as the accountable architect for production systems at scale.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure, production Kubernetes, and Terraform (or an equivalent IaC tool). You can still review a pull request credibly.
- Have designed and shipped modern data platforms, such as [Databricks / Snowflake / Fabric / Redshift], including governance and data quality, not just pipelines.
- Think security-first. IAM design, zero-trust networking, encryption, and audit readiness are defaults for you, not afterthoughts.
- Use AI as a force multiplier, not a novelty. You can show concrete examples of AI shortening your delivery timelines or expanding your output. You also know where it fails, and you verify what it produces before anything reaches production.
- Can explain a tradeoff to a CFO in the morning and debug it with an engineer in the afternoon.
- Act under ambiguity. You write the first draft of the plan instead of waiting to be handed one, then adjust it as you learn.
NICE TO HAVE
- You've put GenAI or LLM systems into production (RAG, evaluation, guardrails, agent orchestration).
- You have multi-cloud or hybrid experience at enterprise scale.
- You've worked in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, or the public sector.
- You hold AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or CKA. These help but aren't required.
- You've built an architecture practice or center of excellence from an early stage.
When you join Solvd, you'll…
- Shape real-world AI-driven projects across key industries, working with clients from startup innovation to enterprise transformation.
- Be part of a global team with equal opportunities for collaboration across continents and cultures.
- Thrive in an inclusive environment that prioritizes continuous learning, innovation, and ethical AI standards.
Ready to make an impact?
If you're excited to build things that matter, champion responsible AI, and grow with some of the industry’s sharpest minds. Apply today and let’s innovate together.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a RevOps Systems Architect to design and build the systems behind a modern, AI-powered go-to-market engine. This isn’t a Salesforce admin role, and it isn’t a support function. You’ll be the technical owner of how our GTM stack fits together: Salesforce at the core, surrounded by the data, enrichment, engagement, billing, and AI tools our revenue teams depend on.
You’ll operate as an architect and a hands-on builder. You’ll set the technical direction for our CRM and GTM tooling, then ship it yourself with Flows, Apex, SQL, and custom services, including Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling that make our CRM a first-class participant in AI-driven workflows. For larger efforts, you’ll partner with our engineering team, scoping, designing, and delivering together as a technical peer.
In this role, you will:
- Own the architecture of our GTM systems: the Salesforce object model and data architecture, how data moves between Salesforce and the rest of the stack, and the standards that keep it all healthy and scalable.
- Design and build integrations between Salesforce and adjacent tools (data warehouse, enrichment, sales engagement, billing/CPQ, internal apps), choosing the right tool for each problem, whether that’s native Salesforce, Apex, middleware, or custom services.
- Build and maintain automations using Flows, Apex, and custom services that power GTM processes end to end, with a bias toward solutions that are intelligent, observable, and maintainable.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI agents that extend CRM functionality into AI-powered workflows, and define how AI fits into our revenue operations over time.
- Design and own SQL-based data pipelines that feed dashboards and revenue reporting, making sure the numbers leadership relies on are trustworthy and traceable to source.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategy, from stakeholder conversation through design, build, rollout, and adoption.
- Raise the bar for the team: establish best practices for change management, testing, documentation, and technical debt, and mentor teammates on systems thinking.
- Partner with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering to prioritize the systems work with the highest business impact.
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years in Salesforce administration and development, with a track record of owning a complex, high-growth org and its architecture, not just maintaining it.
- Strong Apex skills: you can design, build, debug, and maintain triggers, custom logic, and integrations independently, and you know when not to write code.
- Demonstrated experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs, middleware, or custom services, and designing for failure modes, data integrity, and scale.
- SQL proficiency: you decompose ambiguous questions into well-structured queries and are comfortable with complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- A systems mindset: you can hold an end-to-end GTM process in your head, trace a field from origin through every downstream dependency, and anticipate what breaks when something changes.
- Strong judgment and ownership: you scope problems yourself, make sound build-vs-buy and architecture calls, and drive projects to completion with little direction.
- Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and earn trust across teams.
- Excited by AI-native systems and curious about where Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents intersect. You’re already experimenting in this space.
Bonus:
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
